< Judges 13 >

1 The children of Israel again did that which was evil in the LORD’s sight; and the LORD delivered them into the hand of the Philistines forty years.

nítorí ìwọ yóò lóyún, ìwọ yóò sì bí ọmọkùnrin kan. Má ṣe fi abẹ kan orí rẹ̀, nítorí pé Nasiri, ẹni ìyàsọ́tọ̀ fún Ọlọ́run ni ọmọ náà yóò jẹ́ láti ọjọ́ ìbí rẹ̀. Òun ni yóò bẹ̀rẹ̀ ìdáǹdè àwọn ọmọ Israẹli kúrò ní ọwọ́ àwọn ará Filistini.”
6 Then the woman came and told her husband, saying, “A man of God came to me, and his face was like the face of the angel of God, very awesome. I didn’t ask him where he was from, neither did he tell me his name;
Nígbà náà ni obìnrin náà tọ ọkọ rẹ̀ lọ, o sì sọ fún un wí pé, “Ènìyàn Ọlọ́run kan tọ̀ mí wá. Ó jọ angẹli Ọlọ́run, ó ba ènìyàn lẹ́rù gidigidi. Èmi kò béèrè ibi tí ó ti wá, òun náà kò sì sọ orúkọ rẹ̀ fún mi.

Ṣùgbọ́n ó sọ fún mi wí pé, ‘Ìwọ yóò lóyún, ìwọ yóò sì bí ọmọkùnrin kan, fún ìdí èyí, má ṣe mu wáìnì tàbí àwọn ọtí líle mìíràn bẹ́ẹ̀ ni kí ìwọ má ṣe jẹ ohunkóhun tí í ṣe aláìmọ́, nítorí pé Nasiri Ọlọ́run ni ọmọ náà yóò jẹ́ láti ọjọ́ ìbí rẹ̀ títí di ọjọ́ ikú rẹ̀.’”
8 Then Manoah entreated the LORD, and said, “Oh, Lord, please let the man of God whom you sent come again to us, and teach us what we should do to the child who shall be born.”
Nígbà náà ni Manoa gbàdúrà sí Olúwa wí pé, “Háà Olúwa, èmi bẹ̀ ọ́, jẹ́ kí ènìyàn Ọlọ́run tí ìwọ rán sí wa padà tọ̀ wá wá láti kọ́ wa bí àwa yóò ti ṣe tọ́ ọmọ tí àwa yóò bí náà.”
9 God listened to the voice of Manoah, and the angel of God came again to the woman as she sat in the field; but Manoah, her husband, wasn’t with her.
Ọlọ́run fetí sí ohùn Manoa, angẹli Ọlọ́run náà tún padà tọ obìnrin náà wá nígbà tí ó wà ní oko ṣùgbọ́n ọkọ rẹ̀ Manoa kò sí ní ọ̀dọ̀ rẹ̀.
10 The woman hurried and ran, and told her husband, saying to him, “Behold, the man who came to me that day has appeared to me.”
Nítorí náà ni obìnrin náà ṣe yára lọ sọ fún ọkọ rẹ̀ pé, “Ọkùnrin tí ó fi ara hàn mí ní ọjọ́sí ti tún padà wá.”
11 Manoah arose and followed his wife, and came to the man, and said to him, “Are you the man who spoke to my wife?” He said, “I am.”

12 Manoah said, “Now let your words happen. What shall the child’s way of life and mission be?”
Manoa bi ọkùnrin náà pé, “Nígbà tí ọ̀rọ̀ rẹ bá ṣẹ kí ni yóò jẹ́ ìlànà fún ìgbé ayé àti iṣẹ́ ọmọ náà?”
13 The LORD’s angel said to Manoah, “Of all that I said to the woman let her beware.
Angẹli Olúwa náà dáhùn wí pé, “Aya rẹ gbọdọ̀ ṣe gbogbo ohun tí mo ti sọ fún un

15 Manoah said to the LORD’s angel, “Please stay with us, that we may make a young goat ready for you.”
Manoa sọ fún angẹli Olúwa náà pé, “Jọ̀wọ́ dára dúró títí àwa yóò fi pèsè ọ̀dọ́ ewúrẹ́ kan fún ọ.”
16 The LORD’s angel said to Manoah, “Though you detain me, I won’t eat your bread. If you will prepare a burnt offering, you must offer it to the LORD.” For Manoah didn’t know that he was the LORD’s angel.
Angẹli Olúwa náà dá Manoa lóhùn pé, “Bí ẹ̀yin tilẹ̀ dá mi dúró, èmi kì yóò jẹ ọ̀kankan nínú oúnjẹ tí ẹ̀yin yóò pèsè. Ṣùgbọ́n tí ẹ̀yin bá fẹ́ ẹ pèsè ọrẹ ẹbọ sísun, kí ẹ sì fi rú ẹbọ sí Olúwa.” (Manoa kò mọ̀ pé angẹli Olúwa ní i ṣe.)
17 Manoah said to the LORD’s angel, “What is your name, that when your words happen, we may honour you?”
Manoa sì béèrè lọ́wọ́ angẹli Olúwa náà pé, “Kí ni orúkọ rẹ, kí àwa bá à lè fi ọlá fún ọ nígbà tí ọ̀rọ̀ rẹ bá ṣẹ?”
18 The LORD’s angel said to him, “Why do you ask about my name, since it is incomprehensible?”
Ṣùgbọ́n angẹli Olúwa náà dáhùn pé, “Èéṣe tí ìwọ ń béèrè orúkọ mi? Ìyanu ni, ó kọjá ìmọ̀.”
19 So Manoah took the young goat with the meal offering, and offered it on the rock to the LORD. Then the angel did an amazing thing as Manoah and his wife watched.

Manoa sọ fún aya rẹ̀ pé, “Dájúdájú àwa yóò kú nítorí àwa ti fi ojú rí Ọlọ́run.”
23 But his wife said to him, “If the LORD were pleased to kill us, he wouldn’t have received a burnt offering and a meal offering at our hand, and he wouldn’t have shown us all these things, nor would he have told us such things as these at this time.”
Ṣùgbọ́n ìyàwó rẹ̀ dáhùn pé, “Bí Olúwa bá ní èrò àti pa wá kò bá tí gba ẹbọ sísun àti ọrẹ ọkà wa, tàbí fi gbogbo nǹkan wọ̀nyí hàn wá tó sọ nǹkan ìyanu yìí fún wa.”
