< Job 42 >

1 Then Job answered the LORD:
Yobo azongiselaki Yawe:
2 “I know that you can do all things, and that no purpose of yours can be restrained.
« Nayebi ete okoki kosala makambo nyonso; eloko moko te ekoki kotelemela mabongisi na Yo.
3 You asked, ‘Who is this who hides counsel without knowledge?’ therefore I have uttered that which I didn’t understand, things too wonderful for me, which I didn’t know.
Olobaki: ‹ Nani akoki komema molili na mabongisi na Ngai, na nzela ya maloba na ye, oyo ezanga tina? › Solo, nazalaki kolobela makambo oyo nayebaki te, makambo ya kokamwa penza mpo na ngai, makambo oyo nasosolaki te.
4 You said, ‘Listen, now, and I will speak; I will question you, and you will answer me.’
Olobaki na ngai: ‹ Yaka sik’oyo, nalingi koloba; nalingi kotuna yo motuna, bongo okopesa ngai eyano. ›
5 I had heard of you by the hearing of the ear, but now my eye sees you.
Matoyi na ngai eyokaki makambo oyo bazalaki koloba na tina na Yo; kasi sik’oyo, miso na ngai emoni Yo.
6 Therefore I abhor myself, and repent in dust and ashes.”
Yango wana, ngai moko, nazali komiyokela mawa mpe namileli, namikitisi kino na putulu ya mabele mpe na putulu ya moto. »
7 It was so, that after the LORD had spoken these words to Job, the LORD said to Eliphaz the Temanite, “My wrath is kindled against you, and against your two friends; for you have not spoken of me the thing that is right, as my servant Job has.
Sima na Yawe koloba makambo oyo epai ya Yobo, alobaki na Elifazi, moto ya Temani: « Kanda na Ngai engaleli yo mpe baninga na yo mibale, pamba te bolobi na bosembo te na tina na Ngai, ndenge Yobo, mosali na Ngai, alobaki.
8 Now therefore, take to yourselves seven bulls and seven rams, and go to my servant Job, and offer up for yourselves a burnt offering; and my servant Job shall pray for you, for I will accept him, that I not deal with you according to your folly. For you have not spoken of me the thing that is right, as my servant Job has.”
Kasi sik’oyo, bokamata bangombe sambo ya mibali mpe bameme sambo ya mibali; bokende epai ya Yobo, mosali na Ngai, botumba mbeka mpo na bino moko. Yobo, mosali na Ngai, akobondela mpo na bino; mpe mpo na kondima na ye, nakoyamba libondeli na ye mpo ete nasalela bino te kolanda bozoba na bino. Pamba te bolobi na bosembo te na tina na Ngai, ndenge Yobo, mosali na Ngai, alobaki. »
9 So Eliphaz the Temanite and Bildad the Shuhite and Zophar the Naamathite went and did what the LORD commanded them, and the LORD accepted Job.
Boye Elifazi, moto ya Temani; Bilidadi, moto ya Shuwa, mpe Tsofari, moto ya Naama, basalaki makambo oyo Yawe atindaki bango kosala; mpe Yawe ayambaki libondeli ya Yobo.
10 The LORD restored Job’s prosperity when he prayed for his friends. The LORD gave Job twice as much as he had before.
Sima na Yobo kosambela mpo na baninga na ye, Yawe atalisaki ye lisusu bolamu mpe apesaki ye bomengo mbala mibale koleka oyo azalaki na yango liboso.
11 Then all his brothers, all his sisters, and all those who had been of his acquaintance before, came to him and ate bread with him in his house. They comforted him, and consoled him concerning all the evil that the LORD had brought on him. Everyone also gave him a piece of money, and everyone a ring of gold.
Bandeko na ye nyonso ya mibali mpe ya basi, elongo na bato nyonso oyo bayebaki ye liboso, bayaki mpe baliaki na ye elongo kati na ndako na ye; bakabolaki na ye mawa mpe balendisaki ye na tina na pasi nyonso oyo Yawe atindelaki ye, mpe moko na moko kati na bango apesaki ye mbongo moko ya ebende ya palata mpe lopete moko ya wolo.
12 So the LORD blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning. He had fourteen thousand sheep, six thousand camels, one thousand yoke of oxen, and a thousand female donkeys.
Yawe apambolaki suka ya Yobo koleka ebandeli ya bomoi na ye. Azalaki na bameme nkoto zomi na minei, bashamo nkoto motoba, bangombe nkoto mibale mpe ba-ane nkoto moko.
13 He had also seven sons and three daughters.
Azalaki na bana mibali sambo mpe bana basi misato.
14 He called the name of the first, Jemimah; and the name of the second, Keziah; and the name of the third, Keren Happuch.
Mwana na ye ya liboso ya mwasi, Yemima; ya mibale, Ketsia; mpe ya misato, Kereni-Apuki.
15 In all the land were no women found so beautiful as the daughters of Job. Their father gave them an inheritance amongst their brothers.
Kati na mokili mobimba, ezalaki te na basi kitoko koleka bana basi ya Yobo. Tata na bango apesaki bango libula ndenge moko na bandeko na bango ya mibali.
16 After this Job lived one hundred and forty years, and saw his sons, and his sons’ sons, to four generations.
Sima na yango, Yobo awumelaki lisusu na bomoi mibu nkama moko na tuku minei; amonaki bana na ye mpe bakitani na ye kino na molongo ya minei.
17 So Job died, being old and full of days.
Mpe Yobo akufaki na kimobange makasi mpe atondaki na mikolo.
