Ezekiel 10
1 Then I looked, and see, in the expanse that was over the head of the cherubim there appeared above them as it were a sapphire stone, as the appearance of the likeness of a throne.
১পরে আমি দেখলাম, আর দেখ, করুবদের মাথার ওপরে অবস্থিত যেন নীলকান্তমণি বিরাজমান, সিংহাসনের মূর্তিবিশিষ্ট এক আকার তাদের ওপরে প্রকাশ পেল।
2 He spoke to the man clothed in linen, and said, “Go in between the whirling wheels, even under the cherub, and fill both your hands with coals of fire from between the cherubim, and scatter them over the city.” He went in as I watched.
২তিনি ঐ মসীনা-পোশাক পরা লোককে বললেন, “ঐ চাকাগুলোর মাঝখানে করুবের নীচে প্রবেশ কর এবং করুবদের মাঝখান থেকে দুই হাতে জ্বলন্ত কয়লা নিয়ে শহরের ওপরে ছড়িয়ে দাও।” তাতে সেই লোক আমার সামনে সেখানে গেল।
3 Now the cherubim stood on the right side of the house when the man went in; and the cloud filled the inner court.
৩যখন সেই লোক গেল, তখন করুবরা গৃহের দক্ষিণ পাশে দাঁড়িয়ে ছিলেন এবং ভিতরের উঠান মেঘে পরিপূর্ণ ছিল।
4 The LORD’s glory mounted up from the cherub, and stood over the threshold of the house; and the house was filled with the cloud, and the court was full of the brightness of the LORD’s glory.
৪আর সদাপ্রভুর মহিমা করুবের ওপর থেকে উঠে গৃহের দোরগোড়ার ওপরে দাঁড়াল এবং গৃহ মেঘে পরিপূর্ণ ও উঠান সদাপ্রভুর মহিমার উজ্জ্বলতায় পরিপূর্ণ হল।
5 The sound of the wings of the cherubim was heard even to the outer court, as the voice of God Almighty when he speaks.
৫আর করুবদের ডানার শব্দ বাইরের উঠান পর্যন্ত শোনা যাচ্ছিল ওটা সর্বশক্তিমান ঈশ্বরের কথার রবের মতো।
6 It came to pass, when he commanded the man clothed in linen, saying, “Take fire from between the whirling wheels, from between the cherubim,” that he went in and stood beside a wheel.
৬আর তিনি যখন ঐ মসীনা-পোশাক পরা লোককে এই আদেশ দিলেন, “তুমি এই চাকাগুলোর মধ্যে থেকে, করূবদের মধ্যে থেকে, আগুন নাও;” তখন সেই লোক চাকার পাশে গেল এবং দাঁড়াল।
7 The cherub stretched out his hand from between the cherubim to the fire that was between the cherubim, and took some of it, and put it into the hands of him who was clothed in linen, who took it and went out.
৭তখন এক করূব করূবদের মধ্যে থেকে করূবদের মধ্যে অবস্থিত আগুন পর্যন্ত হাত বাড়িয়ে তার কিছুটা নিয়ে ঐ মসীনা-পোশাক পরা পুরুষের হাতের মধ্যে দিল, আর সে তা নিয়ে বাইরে গেল।
8 The form of a man’s hand appeared here in the cherubim under their wings.
৮আর আমি করূবদের ডানাগুলির নীচে মানুষের হাতের মতো দেখলাম।
9 I looked, and behold, there were four wheels beside the cherubim, one wheel beside one cherub, and another wheel beside another cherub. The appearance of the wheels was like a beryl stone.
৯সুতরাং আমি দেখলাম এবং দেখ! চারটি চাকা করুবদের পাশে প্রত্যেক করূবের পাশে একটি চাকা, ঐ চাকাগুলোর রূপ দেখতে পান্না পাথরের মতো।
10 As for their appearance, the four of them had one likeness, like a wheel within a wheel.
১০তাদের আকার এই, চারটীর রূপ একই ছিল; যেন চাকার মধ্যে চাকা রয়েছে।
11 When they went, they went in their four directions. They didn’t turn as they went, but to the place where the head looked they followed it. They didn’t turn as they went.
১১যাওয়ার দিনের তারা যে কোনো দিকে যেত; তারা ফিরত না যখন তারা যেত; কারণ সে জায়গায় তারা যেত যেদিকে মাথা থাকত, সেই জায়গা থেকে তারা ফিরত না যখন তারা যেত।
12 Their whole body, including their backs, their hands, their wings, and the wheels, were full of eyes all around, even the wheels that the four of them had.
১২তাদের সম্পূর্ণ দেহ, তাদের পিঠ, হাত ও ডানা এবং চাকা সব চোখে ঢাকা ছিল, চারটী চাকায় চোখ ছিল।
13 As for the wheels, they were called in my hearing, “the whirling wheels”.
১৩যেমন আমি শুনলাম, সেই চাকাগুলোকে বলল, “ঘূর্নায়মান।”
14 Every one of them had four faces. The first face was the face of the cherub. The second face was the face of a man. The third face was the face of a lion. The fourth was the face of an eagle.
১৪প্রত্যেকে প্রাণীর চারটে মুখ; প্রথম মুখ করূবের মুখ, দ্বিতীয় মুখ মানুষের মুখ, তৃতীয় সিংহের মুখ ও চতুর্থ ঈগলের মুখ।
15 The cherubim mounted up. This is the living creature that I saw by the river Chebar.
১৫তখন করূবের পরে আমি কবার নদীর তীরে সেই প্রাণীকে দেখেছিলাম।
16 When the cherubim went, the wheels went beside them; and when the cherubim lifted up their wings to mount up from the earth, the wheels also didn’t turn from beside them.
১৬যখন করূবেরা যেত চাকাগুলো তাদের পাশে যেত এবং যখন করূবেরা মাটি থেকে ওপরে ওঠার জন্য তাদের ডানা তুলত, চাকাগুলোও তাদের পাশ ছাড়ত না।
17 When they stood, these stood. When they mounted up, these mounted up with them; for the spirit of the living creature was in them.
১৭করুবরা দাঁড়ালে চাকারাও দাঁড়াত এবং তারা উঠলে এরাও একসঙ্গে উঠত, কারণ ওই চাকাগুলোতে সেই প্রাণীর আত্মা ছিল।
18 The LORD’s glory went out from over the threshold of the house and stood over the cherubim.
১৮সদাপ্রভুর মহিমা গৃহের দোরগোড়ার ওপর থেকে চলে গিয়ে করূবদের ওপরে দাঁড়াল।
19 The cherubim lifted up their wings and mounted up from the earth in my sight when they went out, with the wheels beside them. Then they stood at the door of the east gate of the LORD’s house; and the glory of the God of Israel was over them above.
১৯তখন করূবেরা আমার দৃষ্টি থেকে চলে যাবার দিনের ডানা তুলে মাটি থেকে ওপরে চলে গেল এবং তাদের পাশে চাকাগুলোও গেল; তারা সদাপ্রভুর গৃহের প্রবেশের জায়গায় দাঁড়াল; তখন ইস্রায়েলের ঈশ্বরের মহিমা ওপরে তাদের ওপরে ছিল।
20 This is the living creature that I saw under the God of Israel by the river Chebar; and I knew that they were cherubim.
২০আমি কবার নদীর কাছে ইস্রায়েলের ঈশ্বরের সেই প্রাণীকে দেখেছিলাম; আর এরা যে করূব, তা জানলাম।
21 Every one had four faces, and every one four wings. The likeness of the hands of a man was under their wings.
২১প্রত্যেক প্রাণীর চারটে মুখ ও চারটে ডানা এবং তাদের ডানার নীচে মানুষের হাতের প্রতিমূর্ত্তি ছিল।
22 As for the likeness of their faces, they were the faces which I saw by the river Chebar, their appearances and themselves. They each went straight forward.
২২আমি কবার নদীর কাছে যে যে মুখ দেখেছিলাম, সে সব এদের মুখের প্রতিমূর্ত্তি; প্রত্যেক প্রাণী সামনের দিক দিয়েই যেত।
