< Deuteronomy 24 >
1 When a man takes a wife and marries her, then it shall be, if she finds no favour in his eyes because he has found some unseemly thing in her, that he shall write her a certificate of divorce, put it in her hand, and send her out of his house.
Soki mobali abali mwasi mpe, sima na mikolo, asepeli na ye lisusu te mpo ete amoni eloko moko ya mabe kati na ye, tika ete akoma mokanda ya koboma libala mpe apesa ye yango; bongo na sima, abimisa ye na ndako na ye.
2 When she has departed out of his house, she may go and be another man’s wife.
Sima na kobima na ndako ya mobali wana, mwasi yango akoki kobala mobali mosusu.
3 If the latter husband hates her, and writes her a certificate of divorce, puts it in her hand, and sends her out of his house; or if the latter husband dies, who took her to be his wife;
Mpe soki esali ete mobali oyo ya mibale mpe asepeli na ye lisusu te, tika ete ye mpe akokoma mokanda mpo na koboma libala mpe apesa ye yango, bongo na sima, abimisa ye na ndako na ye; to soki esali ete mobali oyo ya mibale akufi,
4 her former husband, who sent her away, may not take her again to be his wife after she is defiled; for that would be an abomination to the LORD. You shall not cause the land to sin, which the LORD your God gives you for an inheritance.
boye mobali na ye ya liboso, oyo abenganaki ye na libala, akoki lisusu te kozongisa ye na libala, pamba te mwasi yango akomi mbindo liboso na ye: kozongisa ye lisusu na libala ezali likambo ya nkele na miso ya Yawe. Boyeisa lisumu te na mokili oyo Yawe, Nzambe na bino, akopesa bino lokola libula.
5 When a man takes a new wife, he shall not go out in the army, neither shall he be assigned any business. He shall be free at home one year, and shall cheer his wife whom he has taken.
Soki mobali abali sika, bakoki te kotinda ye na bitumba to kopesa ye mosala songolo; akozala na bonsomi mobu mobimba mpo ete avanda na ndako na ye mpo na kosepelisa mwasi oyo asili kobala.
6 No man shall take the mill or the upper millstone as a pledge, for he takes a life in pledge.
Bokanga te lokola ndanga, mabanga mibale oyo moninga anikaka na yango ble: mingi koleka libanga oyo ya moke, pamba te kosala bongo ezali lokola kokanga ye nzela oyo abikelaka.
7 If a man is found stealing any of his brothers of the children of Israel, and he deals with him as a slave, or sells him, then that thief shall die. So you shall remove the evil from amongst you.
Soki moto moko ya Isalaele ayibi ndeko na ye ya Isalaele mpe akomisi ye mowumbu to ateki ye, basengeli koboma moto wana. Na nzela wana nde bosengeli kolongola mabe kati na bino.
8 Be careful in the plague of leprosy, that you observe diligently and do according to all that the Levitical priests teach you. As I commanded them, so you shall observe to do.
Mpo na makambo oyo etali bokono ya maba, bosala keba ete bosalela malamu malako nyonso oyo Banganga-Nzambe, ba-oyo bazali Balevi, bapesaki bino. Bosengeli kotosa malamu makambo oyo natindaki bango.
9 Remember what the LORD your God did to Miriam, by the way as you came out of Egypt.
Bobosana te makambo oyo Yawe, Nzambe na bino, asalaki epai ya Miriami, na nzela, sima na bino kobima na Ejipito.
10 When you lend your neighbour any kind of loan, you shall not go into his house to get his pledge.
Soki odefisi eloko epai ya moninga na yo, kokota te na ndako na ye mpo na kozwa ndanga.
11 You shall stand outside, and the man to whom you lend shall bring the pledge outside to you.
Vanda kaka na libanda kino moto oyo adefaki epai na yo akomemela yo ndanga.
12 If he is a poor man, you shall not sleep with his pledge.
Soki moto yango azali mobola, kokende kolala te na ndanga oyo asimbisaki yo mpo na niongo.
13 You shall surely restore to him the pledge when the sun goes down, that he may sleep in his garment and bless you. It shall be righteousness to you before the LORD your God.
Okozongisela ye ndanga na ye ya kazaka ye, na pokwa, mpo ete alala na yango. Bongo, ye akopambola yo; mpe ekozala mpo na yo likambo ya sembo na miso ya Yawe, Nzambe na yo.
14 You shall not oppress a hired servant who is poor and needy, whether he is one of your brothers or one of the foreigners who are in your land within your gates.
Konyokola te moto ya mosala oyo azali mobola to moto akelela: azala ndeko na yo moto ya Isalaele to mopaya oyo azali kovanda kati na moko ya bingumba na yo.
15 In his day you shall give him his wages, neither shall the sun go down on it, for he is poor and sets his heart on it, lest he cry against you to the LORD, and it be sin to you.
Pesa ye lifuti na ye ya mokolo na mokolo na pokwa, pamba te azali mobali mpe atiaka elikya na lifuti yango, noki te akoganga epai na Yawe na tina na yo mpe okosala lisumu.
16 The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers. Every man shall be put to death for his own sin.
Bakoboma batata te mpo na bana na bango to mpe bakoboma bana te mpo na batata na bango; bakoboma moto na moto mpo na masumu na ye moko.
17 You shall not deprive the foreigner or the fatherless of justice, nor take a widow’s clothing in pledge;
Bokoki te kokata na ndenge ya mabe, makambo mpo na mopaya to mpo na mwana etike; to kokamata kazaka ya mwasi oyo akufisa mobali lokola ndanga.
18 but you shall remember that you were a slave in Egypt, and the LORD your God redeemed you there. Therefore I command you to do this thing.
Bobosana te ete bino mpe bozalaki bawumbu na Ejipito; mpe Yawe, Nzambe na bino, asikolaki bino kuna.
19 When you reap your harvest in your field, and have forgotten a sheaf in the field, you shall not go again to get it. It shall be for the foreigner, for the fatherless, and for the widow, that the LORD your God may bless you in all the work of your hands.
Tango bokobuka mbuma na bilanga na bino, soki bobosani liboke ya ble, bozonga te mpo na kozwa yango; botika yango mpo na mopaya, mpo na mwana etike mpe mpo na mwasi oyo akufisa mobali mpo ete Yawe, Nzambe na bino, apambola bino na misala nyonso oyo maboko na bino ekosala.
20 When you beat your olive tree, you shall not go over the boughs again. It shall be for the foreigner, for the fatherless, and for the widow.
Tango bokoningisa bambuma ya olive na banzete na yango, bobuka te oyo ekotikala na bitape; botika yango mpo na bapaya, bana bitike mpe mpo na basi bakufisa mibali.
21 When you harvest your vineyard, you shall not glean it after yourselves. It shall be for the foreigner, for the fatherless, and for the widow.
Tango bokobuka bambuma na bilanga na bino ya vino, bokozongela te kobuka na mbala ya mibale. Botika oyo ekotikala mpo na mopaya, mpo na mwana etike mpe mpo na mwasi oyo akufisa mobali.
22 You shall remember that you were a slave in the land of Egypt. Therefore I command you to do this thing.
Bokanisa ete bozalaki bawumbu na Ejipito. Yango wana natindi bino kotosa mibeko oyo.
