Romans 1
1 Paul, a bondservant of Jesus Christ, called to be an Apostle, set apart to proclaim God's Good News,
୧ମୁଇ ପାଉଲ୍ ଏଟା ଲେକ୍ଲିନି, ମୁଇ କିରିସ୍ଟ ଜିସୁର୍ ଗଟେକ୍ ସେବାକାରିଆ । ପର୍ମେସର୍ ମକେ ବାଚ୍ଲା ଆରି ତାର୍ ନିମାନ୍ କବର୍ ଜାନାଇବାକେ ସର୍ପିଦେଲା । ରମ୍ ରାଇଜେ ରଇବା ତମର୍ ସବୁଲକର୍ପାଇ ମୁଇ ଏ ଚିଟି ପାଟାଇଲିନି ।
2 which God had already promised through His Prophets in Holy Writ, concerning His Son,
୨ପର୍ମେସର୍ ଏ ବିସଇ ଆଗେଅନି କାତା ଦେଇରଇଲା, ଆରି ସୁକଲ୍ ସାସ୍ତରେ ସେ ସବୁ ଲେକ୍ବା ପାଇ ତାର୍ ବବିସତ୍ବକ୍ତାମନ୍କେ ତିଆର୍ଲା ।
3 who, as regards His human descent, belonged to the posterity of David,
୩ଏ ସୁବ୍କବର୍ତେଇ ପରମେସରର୍ ପଅ, ଆରି ଆମର୍ ମାପ୍ରୁ ଜିସୁକିରିସ୍ଟର୍ ବିସଇ ଆଚେ । ସେ ଏ ମଚ୍ପୁରେ ନର୍ ରୁପ୍ଦାରି ଦାଉଦର୍ ନାତିତିତି ଅଇ ଜାତ୍ ଅଇଲା ।
4 but as regards the holiness of His Spirit was decisively proved by His Resurrection to be the Son of God--I mean concerning Jesus Christ our Lord,
୪ମାତର୍ ସେ ପୁରାପୁରୁନ୍ ସୁକଲ୍ ରଇଲା, ଆରି ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ବଡ୍ ବପୁସଙ୍ଗ୍ ତାକେ ମଲାଟାନେଅନି ଉଟାଇଲା । ମଲାଟାନେଅନି ଉଟ୍ଲାର୍ପାଇ ସେ ପରମେସରର୍ ପଅ ବଲି ଦେକାଇଲା ।
5 through whom we have received grace and Apostleship in His service in order to win men to obedience to the faith, among all Gentile peoples,
୫ପରମେସର୍ କିରିସ୍ଟର୍ ତେଇଅନି ମକେ ଗଟେକ୍ ପେରିତ୍ କଲାଆଚେ, ଜେନ୍ତାରି କି ସବୁ ଜଗତର୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ତାର୍ ବିସଇ ଜାନାଇବି । ସେମନ୍ ସେଟା ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କରି ମାନ୍ବାଇ ।
6 among whom you also, called, as you have been, to belong to Jesus Christ, are numbered:
୬ଏ ରମ୍ ଦେସର୍ ଲକ୍! ତମେମିସା ଜିସୁକିରିସ୍ଟର୍ ସିସ୍ ଅଇବାକେ ବାଚାଇ ଅଇଆଚାସ୍ ।
7 To all God's loved ones who are in Rome, called to be saints. May grace and peace be granted to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
୭ରମେ ରଇବା ସବୁ ଲକ୍କେ ଏ ଚିଟି ଲେକ୍ଲିନି । କାଇକେବଇଲେ ତମ୍କେ ପରମେସର୍ ଆଲାଦ୍ କଲାନି । ଆରି ତାର୍ ନିଜର୍ ଲକ୍ ଅଇବାକେ ଡାକି ଆଚେ । ଆମର୍ ବାବା ପରମେସର୍ ଆରି ମାପ୍ରୁ ଜିସୁକିରିସ୍ଟ ତମ୍କେ ଜିବନ୍ ଦୁକାଇ ସାନ୍ତି ଦେଅ ।
8 First of all, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for what He has done for all of you; for the report of your faith is spreading through the whole world.
୮ମୁଇ ତମ୍କେ ପର୍ତମେ ଏ ବିସଇ କଇବାକେ ମନ୍ କରି ରଇଲିଜେ, ତମର୍ ସବୁଲକର୍ପାଇ ମୁଇ ମାପ୍ରୁ ଜିସୁର୍ ନାଉଁ ଦାରି ପର୍ମେସର୍କେ ଦନିଅବାଦ୍ ଦେଲିନି । କାଇକେବଇଲେ ଗୁଲାଇ ଜଗତର୍ ଲକ୍, ତମେ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କରିରଇବା ବିସଇ ସୁନ୍ଲାଇନି ।
9 I call God to witness--to whom I render priestly and spiritual service by telling the Good News about His Son-- how unceasingly I make mention of you in His presence,
୯ମୁଇ ମର୍ ସବୁ ମନ୍ପରାନ୍ ଦେଇ ଜନ୍ ପରମେସର୍କେ ସେବା କଲିନି, ଆରି ଜନ୍ ପରମେସରର୍ ପଅର୍ ସୁବ୍ କବର୍ ଜାନାଇଲିନି, ସେ ପରମେସର୍ ମର୍ ସାକି ।
10 always in my prayers entreating that now, at length, if such be His will, the way may by some means be made clear for me to come to you.
୧୦ମୁଇ ପାର୍ତନା କଲାବେଲେ ତମ୍କେ ସବୁବେଲେ ଏତାଇଲିନି । ସେ ମନ୍ କଲେ, ମକେ ତମର୍ ଲଗେ ଜିବାକେ ବେଲା ଟିକ୍ କରି ଦେଅ ବଲି ପରମେସର୍କେ ଗୁଆରି କଲିନି ।
11 For I am longing to see you, in order to convey to you some spiritual help, so that you may be strengthened;
୧୧ତମର୍ ଲଗେ ଆଇବାକେ ମୁଇ ବେସି ମନ୍ କଲିନି । ମର୍ ପାଇରଇଲା ଆତ୍ମାର୍ ଦାନ୍ ବିସଇ ଜାନାଇବାଟାନେଅନି ତମର୍ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ ଡାଟ୍ କରାଇବି ।
12 in other words that while I am among you we may be mutually encouraged by one another's faith, yours and mine.
୧୨ଏଟାର୍ ଲାଗି ତମର୍ ବିସ୍ବାସେଅନି ମର୍ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ ଡାଟ୍ ଅଇସି ଆରି ମର୍ ବିସ୍ବାସେଅନି ତମର୍ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ ଡାଟ୍ ଅଇସି ।
13 And I desire you to know, brethren, that I have many a time intended to come to you--though until now I have been disappointed--in order that among you also I might gather some fruit from my labours, as I have already done among the rest of the Gentile nations.
୧୩ବାଇବଇନିମନ୍, ତମର୍ ଟାନେ ଆଇବାକେ ମୁଇ ବେସି ତର୍ ମନ୍ କରିରଇଲି, ମାତର୍ ଦାରାବାନ୍ଦାଅଇ ଜାଇରଇଲି ଜେ ଆଜିକେ ଜାକ ଆସି ନାପାର୍ଲିନି । ବିନ୍ ବିନ୍ ଜାଗାର୍ ଜିଉଦି ନଇଲା ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ ସୁବ୍କବର୍ ଜାନାଇକରି ମକେ ଜେତ୍କି ସାର୍ଦା ମିଲ୍ଲା ଆଚେ, ତମର୍ ଜାଗାଇ ମିସା ସେଟା କର୍ବାକେ ମୁଇ ମନ୍ କଲିନି ।
14 I am already under obligations alike to Greek-speaking races and to others, to cultured and to uncultured people:
୧୪କାଇକେବଇଲେ, ଗିରିକ୍ ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ପାରା ଗିଆନ୍ ରଇଲେ ମିସା, ମୁର୍କ ଲକ୍ ଅଇରଇଲେ ମିସା, ସିକିରଇବା ଲକ୍ ଅଇରଇଲେ ମିସା, କି ନ ସିକିରଇବା ଲକ୍ ଅଇରଇଲେ ମିସା, ଏ ସବୁ ଦଲର୍ ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ପାଇ ମର୍ ଦାଇତ୍ ଆଚେ ।
15 so that for my part I am willing and eager to proclaim the Good News to you also who are in Rome.
୧୫ସେଟାର୍ ପାଇ ରମ୍ ଗଡର୍ ଲକ୍, ତମର୍ ଲଗେ ମିସା ନିମାନ୍ କବର୍ ଜାନାଇବାକେ ମୁଇ ମନ୍ କଲିନି ।
16 For I am not ashamed of the Good News. It is God's power which is at work for the salvation of every one who believes--the Jew first, and then the Gentile.
୧୬ସେ ସୁବ୍ କବର୍ଟାନେ ମର୍ ପୁରାପୁରୁନ୍ ଆସାଆଚେ, ସେଟା ସିଗ୍ ପର୍ତମେ ଜିଉଦି ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ପାଇ ଆରି ତାର୍ ପଚେ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କର୍ବା ଜିଉଦି ନଇଲା ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ପାଇ ପରମେସରର୍ ବଡ୍ ବପୁ ।
17 For in the Good News a righteousness which comes from God is being revealed, depending on faith and tending to produce faith; as the Scripture has it, "The righteous man shall live by faith."
୧୭ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ପରମେସରର୍ ଲଗେ କେନ୍ତି ଦରମ୍ ଲକ୍ ବଲାଇ ଅଇ ପାର୍ବାଇ, ତାର୍ ଉପାଇ ତେଇ ଦେକାଇ ଦିଆଅଇଲା ଆଚେ । ଆରାମେ ଅନି ସାରାସାରିଜାକ ମୁକ୍ତି ପାଇବା ଗଟେକ୍ ମାତର୍ ଉପାଇ ଅଇଲାନି, ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ । ସାସ୍ତରର୍ ବାକିଅ ଇସାବେ “ଜେ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କରି ପରମେସରର୍ ମୁଆଟେ ଦରମ୍ ବଲାଇ ଅଇସି, ସେ ବଁଚ୍ସି ।”
18 For God's anger is being revealed from Heaven against all impiety and against the iniquity of men who through iniquity suppress the truth. God is angry:
୧୮ଜନ୍ ପାପି ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ନିଜର୍ କାରାପ୍ କାମେଅନି ସତ୍ ବିସଇ ଅଟ୍କାଇବାଇ, ସେମନର୍ ବିରଦେ ସର୍ଗେଅନି ପରମେସରର୍ ରିସା ଦେକାଇ ଅଇସି ।
19 because what may be known about Him is plain to their inmost consciousness; for He Himself has made it plain to them.
୧୯କାଇକେବଇଲେ ପରମେସରର୍ ବିସଇନେଇ ଜାଇଟା ଜାନ୍ବାର୍ ରଇଲା ସେମନ୍ ସେଟା ଜାନ୍ଲାଇ ଆଚତ୍ । ପରମେସର୍ ନିଜେ ସେଟା ଦେକାଇ ଦେଲାଆଚେ ।
20 For, from the very creation of the world, His invisible perfections--namely His eternal power and divine nature--have been rendered intelligible and clearly visible by His works, so that these men are without excuse. (aïdios g126)
୨୦ପରମେସର୍ ଜଗତ୍ ତିଆର୍ କଲାତେଇଅନି, ତାର୍ ନ ଦେକାଇଅଇବା ଗୁନ୍ ଅଇଲାନି, ତାର୍ କାବାଅଇଜିବା କାମ୍ ଆରି ନ ସାର୍ବା ବପୁ । ସେ ତିଆର୍ କଲା ବିସଇତେଇ ସେଟା ଦେକିଅଇଲାନି । ସେଟାର୍ ପାଇ ସେମନ୍ ନାଜାନୁବଲି କଇନାପାରତ୍ । (aïdios g126)
21 For when they had come to know God, they did not give Him glory as God nor render Him thanks, but they became absorbed in useless discussions, and their senseless minds were darkened.
୨୧ସେମନ୍ ପରମେସର୍କେ ଜାନିକରି ମିସା ନିକ ନାମତ୍ ନାଇ କି ତାକେ କାଇ ବିସଇ ନେଇକରି ମିସା ଦନିଅବାଦ୍ ଦେଅତ୍ ନାଇ । ସେମନ୍ ଚିନ୍ତା କର୍ବାଟା ସବୁ କାରାପ୍ ଆରି ତାକର୍ ଚୁଚାଇ ରଇବା ମନ୍, ଆନ୍ଦାରେ ଆଚେ ।
22 While boasting of their wisdom they became utter fools,
୨୨ସେମନ୍ ନିଜ୍କେ ଗିଆନି ବଲି ବାବ୍ଲାଇନି, ମାତର୍ ସତଇସେ ସେମନ୍ ବକୁଆ ।
23 and, instead of worshipping the imperishable God, they worshipped images resembling perishable man or resembling birds or beasts or reptiles.
୨୩ସତ୍ ପରମେସର୍କେ ନ ନାମିକରି ନସିଜିବା ମୁନୁସ୍, ପସୁ, ଚଡଇ, ସାଁପ୍ପାରା ପୁତ୍ଲା ତିଆର୍ କରି ସେଟାମନ୍କେ ପୁଜା କଲାଇନି ।
24 For this reason, in accordance with their own depraved cravings, God gave them up to uncleanness, allowing them to dishonour their bodies among themselves with impurity.
୨୪ସେଟାର୍ ପାଇ ପରମେସର୍ ସେମନ୍କେ ଚାଡିଦେଲାଆଚେ, ଆରି ସେମନ୍ ନିଜର୍ ନିଜର୍ ମନ୍ କଲା କାରାପ୍ କାମେ ବୁଡି ରଇଲାଇନି । ସେମନ୍ ତାକର୍ ତାକର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ ଲାଜ୍ଅଇଜିବା ମିସାବିଡା କର୍ବାଟା ସଙ୍ଗଇଆଚତ୍ ।
25 For they had bartered the reality of God for what is unreal, and had offered divine honours and religious service to created things, rather than to the Creator--He who is for ever blessed. Amen. (aiōn g165)
୨୫ସେମନ୍ ପରମେସରର୍ ବିସଇଟାନେ ରଇବା ସତ୍ ବାଦୁଲେ ମିଚ୍ ଦାରିକରି ଆଚତ୍ । ସବୁବେଲେ ଡାକ୍ପୁଟା ପାଇବା ପରମେସର୍କେ ପାର୍ତନା ନ କରି, ତିଆର୍ କଲା ଦିନ୍ସୁମନ୍କେ ପାର୍ତନା କଲାଇନି । ସେ କାଲ୍ କାଲ୍ ଜୁଗ୍ ଜୁଗ୍ ଡାକ୍ପୁଟା ପାଅ! ଆମେନ୍ । (aiōn g165)
26 This then is the reason why God gave them up to vile passions. For not only did the women among them exchange the natural use of their bodies for one which is contrary to nature, but the men also,
୨୬ସେମନ୍ ଲାଜ୍ଅଇଜିବା ପାପ୍କାମେ ବୁଡି ରଇଲାର୍ ପାଇ ପରମେସର୍ ସେମନ୍କେ ଚାଡି ଦେଲାଆଚେ । ତାକର୍ ମାଇଜିମନ୍ ନିଜର୍ ମୁନୁସ୍ମନର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ସୁଆବସା ନ ଅଇ, କାରାପ୍ ଇସାବେ ବିନ୍ ମୁନୁସ୍ମନର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ସୁଆବସା କଲାଇନି ।
27 in just the same way--neglecting that for which nature intends women--burned with passion towards one another, men practising shameful vice with men, and receiving in their own selves the reward which necessarily followed their misconduct.
୨୭ସେନ୍ତାରିସେ ମୁନୁସ୍ମନ୍ ମିସା ଆଲାଦେ ମାଇଜି ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ସୁଆବସା ନ କରି ନିଜର୍ ନିଜର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ କାରାପ୍ ଅଇ ମିସାବିଡା ଅଇବା ଚିନ୍ତାଇ ଜଲି ଗାଲାଇନି । ମୁନୁସ୍ମନ୍ ତାକର୍ ତାକର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ ଲାଜ୍ ଅଇବା ଚଲାଚଲ୍ତି କଲାଇନି ଆରି ସେଟାର୍ ପାଇ ଡଣ୍ଡ୍ ପାଇବାକେ ତିଆର୍ ଅଇଲାଇନି ।
28 And just as they had refused to continue to have a full knowledge of God, so it was to utterly worthless minds that God gave them up, for them to do things which should not be done.
୨୮ଏ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ପରମେସରର୍ ବିସଇନେଇ ନିମାନ୍ ବାବ୍ବାକେ ମନ୍ ନ କଲାର୍ ପାଇ, ପରମେସର୍ ସେମନ୍କେ ଚାଡି ଦେଲାଆଚେ । ଆରି ମନ୍ ବିତ୍ରେ କାରାପ୍ ଚିନ୍ତା କର୍ବାଟା କରତ୍ ବଲି ଚାଡିଦେଲାଆଚେ । ଏଟାର୍ପାଇ ସେମନ୍ ନ କର୍ବା କାମ୍ କର୍ବାଇ ।
29 Their hearts overflowed with all sorts of dishonesty, mischief, greed, malice. They were full of envy and murder, and were quarrelsome, crafty, and spiteful.
୨୯ତାକର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ ସବୁରକାମର୍ କାରାପ୍ ବିସଇ, ଜନ୍ଟାମନ୍କି, କାରାପ୍ ଚିନ୍ତା କର୍ବାଟା, ବାନିଆ ଚିନ୍ତା କର୍ବାଟା, ଲବାଇବାଟା, ଲାଁଚ୍ ନେବାଟା, ତାକର୍ ତାକର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ ଇଁସାତଲା ଅଇବାଟା, ନର୍ ମରାଇବାଟା, କିରମାର ଅଇବାଟା, ନାଡାଇବାଟା, ଆଁକାର୍ କର୍ବାଟା ଆରି କୁଟ୍କାତା ଅଇବାଟା ବର୍ତି ଅଇଆଚେ ।
30 They were secret backbiters, open slanderers; hateful to God, insolent, haughty, boastful; inventors of new forms of sin, disobedient to parents, destitute of common sense,
୩୦ସେମନ୍ କାନେ ପୁସୁର୍ ପାସାର୍ ଅଇବାଟା, ବିନ୍ ଲକ୍କେ ନିନ୍ଦା କର୍ବାଟା, ପରମେସର୍କେ ଗିନ୍ କର୍ବାଟା, ବଡ୍ପନ୍ ଅଇବାଟା, ବଡ୍ପନିଆ କାତା ଅଇବାଟା, ବିନ୍ଲକ୍କେ ପାନ୍ଦେ ଅଦ୍ରାଇବାଟା, ଆରି ଆୟା ବାବାର୍ କାତା ନ ମାନ୍ବାଟା,
31 faithless to their promises, without natural affection, without human pity.
୩୧ଦରମ୍ ବିବେକ୍ ନ ଅଇବାଟା, କାତା ଦେଲା ପଚେ ସେଟା ବାଙ୍ଗାଇବାଟା, ତାକର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ ଆଲାଦ୍ ନ କର୍ବାଟା ଆରି ଜିବନ୍ ନ ଦୁକାଇବାଟା ।
32 In short, though knowing full well the sentence which God pronounces against actions such as theirs, as things which deserve death, they not only practise them, but even encourage and applaud others who do them.
୩୨ଜନ୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ଏନ୍ତି ଚଲାଚଲ୍ତି କର୍ବାଇ ସେମନ୍ ମରିଜିବାଟା ନିକ । ପରମେସରର୍ ଏ ନିୟମ୍ ସେମନ୍ ଜାନ୍ଲେ ମିସା ଏନ୍ତିସେ ଚଲାଚଲ୍ତି କର୍ବାଇ, ଅବ୍କା ସେଟା ନଏଁ, ମାତର୍ ଏନ୍ତି ଚଲାଚଲ୍ତି କର୍ବା ଲକର୍ ବାଟେ ଅଇକରି, ସାର୍ଦା ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଏଟା ଟିକ୍ ବଲି ସେମନ୍କେ କଇବାଇ ।
