< Revelation 7 >
1 After this I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, and holding back the four winds of the earth so that no wind should blow over the earth or the sea or upon any tree.
Oluvannyuma lw’ebyo, ne ndaba bamalayika bana nga bayimiridde ku njuyi ennya ez’ensi, nga bakutte empewo ennya ez’ensi zireme okukunta, waleme kubaawo mpewo ekunta ku nsi, wadde ku nnyanja wadde ku muti gwonna.
2 And I saw another angel coming from the east and carrying a seal belonging to the ever-living God. He called in a loud voice to the four angels whose work it was to injure the earth and the sea.
Ne ndaba malayika omulala ng’ava ebuvanjuba ng’akutte akabonero k’envumbo aka Katonda omulamu, n’ayogera mu ddoboozi ery’omwanguka ng’agamba bamalayika abana abaali baweereddwa obuyinza okwonoona ensi n’ennyanja nti,
3 "Injure neither land nor sea nor trees," he said, "until we have sealed the bondservants of our God upon their foreheads."
“Temukola kintu kyonna, ekinaayonoona ensi, n’ennyanja oba emiti, okutuusa nga tumaze okuteeka akabonero k’envumbo ka Katonda akakulu ku byenyi by’abaweereza ba Katonda waffe.”
4 When the sealing was finished, I heard how many were sealed out of the tribes of the descendants of Israel. They were 144,000.
Awo ne mpulira omuwendo gw’abo abaateekebwako akabonero k’envumbo nga baali emitwalo kkumi n’ena mu enkumi nnya okuva mu bika ekkumi n’ebibiri ebya Isirayiri.
5 Of the tribe of Judah, 12,000 were sealed; Of the tribe of Reuben, 12,000; Of the tribe of Gad, 12,000;
Ab’omu kika kya Yuda omutwalo gumu mu enkumi bbiri, ab’omu kika kya Lewubeeni omutwalo gumu mu enkumi bbiri, ab’omu kika kya Gaadi omutwalo gumu mu enkumi bbiri,

9 After this I looked, and a vast host appeared which it was impossible for anyone to count, gathered out of every nation and from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in long white robes, and carrying palm-branches in their hands.
Oluvannyuma lw’ebyo ne ndaba, era laba, ekibiina ky’abantu ekinene ennyo nga tebasoboka na kubalika, nga bava mu buli nsi na buli kika, na buli ggwanga na buli lulimi, nga bayimiridde mu maaso g’entebe ey’obwakabaka ne mu maaso g’Omwana gw’Endiga nga bambadde ebyambalo ebyeru nga balina n’enkindu mu ngalo zaabwe.
10 In loud voices they were exclaiming, "It is to our God who is seated on the throne, and to the Lamb, that we owe our salvation!"
Ne boogera mu ddoboozi ery’omwanguka nga bagamba nti, “Obulokozi bwa Katonda waffe atudde ku ntebe ey’obwakabaka era bwa Mwana gw’Endiga.”
11 All the angels were standing in a circle round the throne and round the Elders and the four living creatures, and they fell on their faces in front of the throne and worshipped God.
Awo bamalayika bonna ne bayimirira nga beetoolodde entebe ey’obwakabaka n’abakadde era n’ebiramu ebina, ne bavuunama mu maaso g’entebe ey’obwakabaka ng’ebyenyi byabwe biri wansi ne basinza Katonda.
12 "Even so!" they cried: "The blessing and the glory and the wisdom and the thanks and the honor and the power and the might are to be ascribed to our God, until the Ages of the Ages! Even so!" (aiōn )
Ne bayimba nti, “Amiina! Okutenderezebwa, n’ekitiibwa, n’amagezi, n’okwebazibwa, n’ettendo, n’obuyinza, n’amaanyi, bibe eri Katonda waffe emirembe n’emirembe. Amiina!” (aiōn )
13 Then, addressing me, one of the Elders said, "Who are these people clothed in the long white robes? And where have they come from?"
Awo omu ku bakadde n’ambuuza nti, “Bano abambadde ebyambalo ebyeru obamanyi, era omanyi gye bava?”
14 "My lord, you know," I replied. "They are those," he said, "who have just passed through the great distress, and have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
Ne nziramu nti. “Mukama wange, gw’omanyi.” N’aŋŋamba nti, “Bano be baayita mu kubonaabona okunene, ne bayoza ebyambalo byabwe ne babitukuza mu musaayi gw’Omwana gw’Endiga.
15 For this reason they stand before the very throne of God, and render Him service, day after day and night after night, in His sanctuary, and He who is sitting upon the throne will shelter them in His tent.
Kyebavudde “babeera wano mu maaso g’entebe ey’obwakabaka eya Katonda nga bamusinza emisana n’ekiro mu Yeekaalu ye. Oyo atudde ku ntebe ey’obwakabaka, anaaberanga nabo ng’abalabirira.
16 They will never again be hungry or thirsty, and never again will the sun or any scorching heat trouble them.
Tebaliddayo kulumwa njala wadde ennyonta, newaakubadde omusana okubookya wadde ekyokya ekirala kyonna;
17 For the Lamb who is in front of the throne will be their Shepherd, and will guide them to watersprings of Life, and God will wipe every tear from their eyes."
kubanga Omwana gw’Endiga ayimiridde mu maaso g’entebe ey’obwakabaka, y’anaabeeranga omusumba waabwe era y’anaabakulemberanga okubatwala eri ensulo ez’amazzi ag’obulamu. Era Katonda alisangula buli zziga mu maaso gaabwe.”
