while we look not at things seen, but things unseen; for things seen are temporary, but things unseen are eternal. (aiōnios )
while we look not at these seen things, but at those not seen; for these seen things are temporary, but those not seen are eternal. (aiōnios )
For we know that if this poor tent, our earthly house, is taken down, we have in Heaven a building which God has provided, a house not built by human hands, but eternal. (aiōnios )
For we know that, if our house on earth-this of the body, were dissolved, yet we have a building of God, a house not made with hands, eternal in heaven. (aiōnios )
As it is written, "He has scattered abroad, he has given to the poor, his almsgiving remains for ever." (aiōn )
As it is written, He hath dispersed and given to the poor; and his righteousness is established for ever. (aiōn )
The God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ--He who is blessed throughout the Ages--knows that I am speaking the truth. (aiōn )
God, the Father of our Lord Jesus the Messiah, blessed for ever and ever, he knoweth that I lie not. (aiōn )
who gave Himself to suffer for our sins in order to rescue us from the present wicked age in accordance with the will of our God and Father. (aiōn )
who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this evil world, agreeably to the pleasure of God our Father: (aiōn )
To Him be the glory to the Ages of the Ages! Amen. (aiōn )
to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen. (aiōn )
He who sows in the field of his lower nature, will from that nature reap destruction; but he who sows to serve the Spirit will from the Spirit reap the Life of the Ages. (aiōnios )
He who soweth in the flesh, reapeth from the flesh corruption: and he who soweth in the Spirit, will from the Spirit reap life everlasting. (aiōnios )
high above all other government and authority and power and dominion, and every title of sovereignty used either in this Age or in the Age to come. (aiōn )
high above all principalities, and authorities, and powers, and lordships, and above every name that is named, not only in this world but also in that to come: (aiōn )
which were once habitual to you while you walked in the ways of this world and obeyed the Prince of the powers of the air, the spirits that are now at work in the hearts of the sons of disobedience--to you God has given Life. (aiōn )
in the which ye before walked, according to the worldliness of this world, and according to the pleasure of the prince potentate of the air, that spirit which is active in the children of disobedience: (aiōn )
in order that, by His goodness to us in Christ Jesus, He might display in the Ages to come the transcendent riches of His grace. (aiōn )
that he might show to the coming ages the magnitude of the riches of his grace, and his benignity towards us in Jesus the Messiah. (aiōn )
and to show all men in a clear light what my stewardship is. It is the stewardship of the truth which from all the Ages lay concealed in the mind of God, the Creator of all things-- (aiōn )
and should show to all men what is the dispensation of the mystery, which for ages was hid up in God the Creator of all things: (aiōn )
Such was the eternal purpose which He had formed in Christ Jesus our Lord, (aiōn )
which wisdom he arranged ages before, and he hath executed it by Jesus the Messiah our Lord; (aiōn )
to Him be the glory in the Church and in Christ Jesus to all generations, world without end! Amen. (aiōn )
to him be glory, in his church, by Jesus the Messiah, in all generations, for ever and ever. Amen. (aiōn )
For ours is not a conflict with mere flesh and blood, but with the despotisms, the empires, the forces that control and govern this dark world--the spiritual hosts of evil arrayed against us in the heavenly warfare. (aiōn )
For our conflict is not with flesh and blood, but with principalities, and with those in authority, and with the possessors of this dark world, and with the evil spirits that are beneath heaven. (aiōn )
And to our God and Father be the glory throughout the Ages of the Ages! Amen. (aiōn )
And to God our Father, be glory and honor, for ever and ever. Amen. (aiōn )
the truth which has been kept secret from all ages and generations, but has now been revealed to His people, (aiōn )
namely, that mystery, which was hidden for ages and generations, but is now revealed to his saints; (aiōn )
They will pay the penalty of eternal destruction, being banished from the presence of the Lord and from His glorious majesty, (aiōnios )
For these will be recompensed with the judgment of eternal destruction, from the presence of our Lord, and from the glory of his power; (aiōnios )
And may our Lord Jesus Christ Himself--and God our Father who has loved us and has given us in His grace eternal consolation and a bright hope-- (aiōnios )
And may our Lord Jesus the Messiah himself, and God our Father, who hath loved us, and given us everlasting consolation and a good hope through his grace, (aiōnios )
But mercy was shown me in order that in me as the foremost of sinners Christ Jesus might display the fulness of His long-suffering patience as an example to encourage those who would afterwards be resting their faith on Him with a view to the Life of the Ages. (aiōnios )
But for this cause had he mercy on me, that in me first Jesus the Messiah might display all his long suffering, for an example to them who were to believe on him unto life eternal. (aiōnios )
Now to the immortal and invisible King of the Ages, who alone is God, be honour and glory to the Ages of the Ages! Amen. (aiōn )
And to the king eternal, incorruptible, and invisible, the sole God, be honor and glory for ever and ever! Amen. (aiōn )
Exert all your strength in the honourable struggle for the faith; lay hold of the Life of the Ages, to which you were called, when you made your noble profession of faith before many witnesses. (aiōnios )
And contend in the good contest of faith; and lay hold of life eternal, to which thou art called, and of which thou hast confessed a good confession before many witnesses. (aiōnios )
who alone possesses immortality, dwelling in unapproachable light, and whom no man has seen or can see. To Him be eternal honour and power! Amen. (aiōnios )
who only is incorruptible, and dwelleth in light to which no one can approach; and whom no man hath seen, or even can see: to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen. (aiōnios )
Impress on those who are rich in the present age that they must not be haughty nor set their hopes on riches--that unstable foundation--but on God who provides us richly with all things for our enjoyment. (aiōn )
Charge the rich of this world, that they be not uplifted in their minds; and that they confide not in riches, in which is no security; but in the living God, who giveth us all things abundantly for our comfort: (aiōn )
For He saved us and called us with a holy call, not in accordance with our desserts, but in accordance with His own purpose and the free grace which He bestowed on us in Christ Jesus before the commencement of the Ages, (aiōnios )
who hath vivified us, and called us with a holy calling; not according to our works, but according to his good pleasure, and his grace that was given us in Jesus the Messiah from time before the ages, (aiōnios )
For this reason I endure all things for the sake of God's own people; so that they also may obtain salvation--even the salvation which is in Christ Jesus--and with it eternal glory. (aiōnios )
Therefore I endure every thing, for the elect's sake; that they also may obtain life, in Jesus the Messiah, with eternal glory. (aiōnios )
For Demas has deserted me--loving, as he does, the present age--and has gone to Thessalonica; Crescens has gone to Galatia, and Titus to Dalmatia. (aiōn )
For Demas hath left me; and hath loved this world and gone away to Thessalonica; Crispus to Galatia, Titus to Dalmatia. (aiōn )
The Lord will deliver me from every cruel attack and will keep me safe in preparation for His heavenly Kingdom. To Him be the glory until the Ages of the Ages! Amen. (aiōn )
And my Lord will rescue me from every evil work; and will give me life in his heavenly kingdom. To him be glory, for ever and ever. Amen. (aiōn )
in hope of the Life of the Ages which God, who is never false to His word, promised before the commencement of the Ages. (aiōnios )
concerning the hope of eternal life, which the veracious God promised before the times of the world; (aiōnios )
training us to renounce ungodliness and all the pleasures of this world, and to live sober, upright, and pious lives at the present time, (aiōn )
and it teacheth us, to deny ungodliness and worldly lusts, and to live in this world in sobriety, and in uprightness, and in the fear of God, (aiōn )
in order that having been declared righteous through His grace we might become heirs to the Life of the Ages in fulfilment of our hopes. (aiōnios )
that we might be justified by his grace, and become heirs in the hope of eternal life. (aiōnios )
For perhaps it was for this reason he was parted from you for a time, that you might receive him back wholly and for ever yours; (aiōnios )
And, perhaps, also, he therefore departed from thee for a season, that thou mightest retain him for ever; (aiōnios )
has at the end of these days spoken to us through a Son, who is the pre-destined Lord of the universe, and through whom He made the Ages. (aiōn )
But in these latter days, he hath conversed with us, by his Son; whom he hath constituted heir of all things, and by whom he made the worlds; (aiōn )
But of His Son, He says, "Thy throne, O God, is for ever and for ever, and the sceptre of Thy Kingdom is a sceptre of absolute justice. (aiōn )
But of the Son he said: Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever; a righteous sceptre is the sceptre of thy kingdom. (aiōn )
as also in another passage He says, "Thou art a priest for ever, belonging to the order of Melchizedek." (aiōn )
As he said also in another place: Thou art a priest for ever, after the likeness of Melchisedec. (aiōn )
and so, having been made perfect, He became to all who obey Him the source and giver of eternal salvation. (aiōnios )
And thus he was perfected and became the cause of eternal life to all them who obey him. (aiōnios )
or of teaching about ceremonial washings, the laying on of hands, the resurrection of the dead, and the last judgement. (aiōnios )
and for the doctrine of baptism, and for the laying on of a hand, and for the resurrection from the dead, and for the eternal judgment? (aiōnios )
and have realized how good the word of God is and how mighty are the powers of the coming Age, and then fell away-- (aiōn )
and have tasted the good word of God, and the power of the world to come, (aiōn )
where Jesus has entered as a forerunner on our behalf, having become, like Melchizedek, a High Priest for ever. (aiōn )
whither Jesus hath previously entered for us, and hath become a priest for ever, after the likeness of Melchisedec. (aiōn )
For the words are in evidence, "Thou art a priest for ever, belonging to the order of Melchizedek." (aiōn )
For he testified of him: Thou art a priest for ever, after the likeness of Melchisedec. (aiōn )
for these men hold office without any oath having been taken, but He holds it attested by an oath from Him who said to Him, "The Lord has sworn and will not recall His words, Thou art a Priest for ever" -- (aiōn )
For they became priests without an oath; but this man by an oath. As he said to him by David: The Lord hath sworn, and will not lie, Thou art a priest for ever, after the likeness of Melchisedec. (aiōn )
but He, because He continues for ever, has a priesthood which does not pass to any successor. (aiōn )
but this man, because he standeth up for ever, his priesthood doth not pass away: (aiōn )
For the Law constitutes men High Priests--men with all their infirmity--but the utterance of the oath, which came later than the Law, constitutes High Priest a Son who has been made for ever perfect. (aiōn )
For the law constituted feeble men priests; but the word of the oath, which was subsequent to the law constituted the Son perfect for ever. (aiōn )
and once for all entered the Holy place, taking with Him not the blood of goats and calves, but His own blood, and thus procuring eternal redemption for us. (aiōnios )
And he did not enter with the blood of goats and calves; but with the blood of himself, he entered once into the sanctuary, and obtained eternal redemption. (aiōnios )
how much more certainly shall the blood of Christ, who strengthened by the eternal Spirit offered Himself to God, free from blemish, purify your consciences from lifeless works for you to serve the ever-living God? (aiōnios )
then how much more will the blood of the Messiah, who by the eternal Spirit offered himself without blemish to God, purge our conscience from dead works, so that we may serve the living God? (aiōnios )
And because of this He is the negotiator of a new Covenant, in order that, since a life has been given in atonement for the offences committed under the first Covenant, those who have been called may receive the eternal inheritance which has been promised to them. (aiōnios )
And for this reason he became the Mediator of the new covenant, that he might by his death be redemption, to them who had transgressed the first covenant; so that they, who are called to the eternal inheritance, might receive the promise. (aiōnios )
In that case Christ would have needed to suffer many times, from the creation of the world onwards; but as a matter of fact He has appeared once for all, at the Close of the Ages, in order to do away with sin by the sacrifice of Himself. (aiōn )
otherwise, he must have suffered many times, since the commencement of the world; but now in the end of the world, he hath once offered himself in a self-sacrifice, to abolish sin. (aiōn )
Through faith we understand that the worlds came into being, and still exist, at the command of God, so that what is seen does not owe its existence to that which is visible. (aiōn )
For by faith, we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God; and that things seen, originated from those that are not seen. (aiōn )
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and to-day--yes, and to the ages to come. (aiōn )
Jesus the Messiah is the same, yesterday, to-day, and for ever. (aiōn )
Now may God who gives peace, and brought Jesus, our Lord, up again from among the dead--even Him who, by virtue of the blood of the eternal Covenant, is the great Shepherd of the sheep-- (aiōnios )
May the God of peace, who brought up from the dead the great Shepherd of the flock, by the blood of the everlasting covenant, namely Jesus the Messiah, our Lord, (aiōnios )
fully equip you with every grace that you may need for the doing of His will, producing in us that which will truly please Him through Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory to the Ages of the Ages! Amen. (aiōn )
make you perfect in every good work, that ye may do his pleasure; and himself operate in you that which is pleasing In his sight, through Jesus the Messiah; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen. (aiōn )
And the tongue is a fire. That world of iniquity, the tongue, is placed within us spotting and soiling our whole nature, and setting the whole round of our lives on fire, being itself set on fire by Gehenna. (Geenna )
Now the tongue is a fire, and the world of sin is like a forest. And this tongue, which is one among our members, marreth our whole body; and it inflameth the series of our generations that roll on like a wheel; and it is itself on fire. (Geenna )
For you have been begotten again by God's ever-living and enduring word from a germ not of perishable, but of imperishable life. (aiōn )
like persons born again, not of seed that perisheth, but of that which doth not perish, by the living word of God, who abideth for ever. (aiōn )
But the word of the Lord remains for ever." And that means the Message which has been proclaimed among you in the Good News. (aiōn )
but the word of our God abideth for ever: and this is the word that is announced to you. (aiōn )
If any one preaches, let it be as uttering God's truth; if any one renders a service to others, let it be in the strength which God supplies; so that in everything glory may be given to God in the name of Jesus Christ, to whom belong the glory and the might to the Ages of the Ages. Amen. (aiōn )
Whoever will speak, let him speak as the word of God: and whoever will minister, as of the ability that God hath given him: so that in all ye do, God may be glorified, through Jesus the Messiah; to whom belongeth glory, and honor, for ever and ever. Amen. (aiōn )
And God, the giver of all grace, who has called you to share His eternal glory, through Christ, after you have suffered for a short time, will Himself make you perfect, firm, and strong. (aiōnios )
Now it is the God of grace, who hath called us to his eternal glory by Jesus the Messiah, that hath given us, while we sustain these light afflictions, to be strengthened, and confirmed, and established by him for ever: (aiōnios )
To Him be all power unto the Ages of the Ages! Amen. (aiōn )
to whom be glory, and power, and honor, for ever and ever. Amen. (aiōn )
And so a triumphant admission into the eternal Kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ will be freely granted to you. (aiōnios )
For thus will entrance be given you abundantly, into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Redeemer Jesus the Messiah. (aiōnios )
For God did not spare angels when they had sinned, but hurling them down to Tartarus consigned them to caves of darkness, keeping them in readiness for judgement. (Tartaroō )
For, if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to the infernal regions in chains of darkness, and delivered them up to be kept unto the judgment of torture, (Tartaroō )
But be always growing in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To Him be all glory, both now and to the day of Eternity! (aiōn )
But be ye growing in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Redeemer Jesus the Messiah, and of God the Father: whose is the glory, now, and always, and to the days of eternity. Amen. (aiōn )
the Life was manifested, and we have seen and bear witness, and we declare unto you the Life of the Ages which was with the Father and was manifested to us-- (aiōnios )
And the life was manifested, and we have seen and do testify and announce to you, the life which is eternal; which was with the Father, and was revealed to us. (aiōnios )
And the world, with its cravings, is passing away, but he who does God's will continues for ever. (aiōn )
And the world is passing away, both it and the lust thereof; but he that doeth the pleasure of God, abideth for ever. (aiōn )
And this is the promise which He Himself has given us--the Life of the Ages. (aiōnios )
And this is the promise, which he hath promised us, even life eternal. (aiōnios )
Every one who hates his brother man is a murderer; and you know that no murderer has the Life of the Ages continuing in him. (aiōnios )
For every one that hateth his brother, is a man-slayer; and ye know, that no man-slayer can have eternal life abiding in him. (aiōnios )
And that testimony is to the effect that God has given us the Life of the Ages, and that this Life is in His Son. (aiōnios )
And this is the testimony, that God hath given to us life eternal, and this life is in his Son. (aiōnios )
I write all this to you in order that you who believe in the Son of God may know for certain that you already have the Life of the Ages. (aiōnios )
These things have I written to you, that ye may know that ye have life eternal, ye who believe in the name of the Son of God. (aiōnios )
And we know that the Son of God has come, and has given us understanding so that we know the true One, and are in union with the true One--that is, we are in union with His Son Jesus Christ. He is the true God and the Life of the Ages. (aiōnios )
And we know that the Son of God hath come, and hath given us knowledge that we might know the True One; and that we might be in the True One, in his Son Jesus the Messiah. He is the true God, and the life eternal. (aiōnios )
for the sake of the truth which is continually in our hearts and will be with us for ever. (aiōn )
for the sake of the truth, which abideth in us and is with us for ever. (aiōn )
And angels--those who did not keep the position originally assigned to them, but deserted their own proper abode--He reserves in everlasting bonds, in darkness, in preparation for the judgement of the great day. (aïdios )
And the angels that kept not their primacy, but left their station, he hath reserved in chains unknown, under darkness, unto the judgment of the great day. (aïdios )
So also Sodom and Gomorrah--and the neighboring towns in the same manner--having been guilty of gross fornication and having gone astray in pursuit of unnatural vice, are now before us as a specimen of the fire of the Ages in the punishment which they are undergoing. (aiōnios )
As Sodom and Gomorrah, and the surrounding cities, which in like manner followed whoredom and went after strange flesh, are placed beneath everlasting fire, being, doomed to judgment. (aiōnios )
wild waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, for whom is reserved dense darkness of age-long duration. (aiōn )
raging waves of the sea, which, by their foam, manifest their confusion; shootingstars, for which is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever. (aiōn )
must keep yourselves safe in the love of God, waiting for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ which will result in the Life of the Ages. (aiōnios )
And let us keep ourselves in the love of God, while we wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus the Messiah unto our eternal life. (aiōnios )
to the only God our Saviour--through Jesus Christ our Lord, be ascribed glory, majesty, might, and authority, as it was before all time, is now, and shall be to all the Ages! Amen. (aiōn )
before his majesty, with joy, namely, the only God, our Deliverer, by means of Jesus the Messiah our Lord, be praise, and dominion, and honor, and majesty, both now and in all ages. Amen. (aiōn )
and has formed us into a Kingdom, to be priests to God, His Father--to Him be ascribed the glory and the power until the Ages of the Ages. Amen. (aiōn )
and hath made us a kingdom sacerdotal to God and his Father: to whom be glory and power, for ever and ever. Amen. (aiōn )
I died; but I am now alive until the Ages of the Ages, and I have the keys of the gates of Death and of Hades! (aiōn , Hadēs )
and who liveth and was dead; and behold, I am alive for ever and ever. Amen. And I have the keys of death and of the unseen world. (aiōn , Hadēs )
And whenever the living creatures give glory and honor and thanks to Him who is seated on the throne, and lives until the Ages of the Ages, (aiōn )
And when these Animals give glory and honor and praise to him that sitteth on the throne, to him who liveth for ever and ever, (aiōn )
the twenty-four Elders fall down before Him who sits on the throne and worship Him who lives until the Ages of the Ages, and they cast their wreaths down in front of the throne, (aiōn )
the twenty and four Elders fall down before him who sitteth on the throne, and they worship him who liveth for ever and ever; and they cast their coronets before the throne, saying, (aiōn )
And as for every created thing in Heaven and on earth and under the earth and on the sea, and everything that was in any of these, I heard them say, "To Him who is seated on the throne, And to the Lamb, Be ascribed all blessing and honor And glory and might, Until the Ages of the Ages!" (aiōn )
and to be over every created thing, that is in heaven, or on earth, or under the earth, or in the sea; and all that are in them. And I heard him who sat on the throne say: Unto the Lamb be given, blessing, and honor, and glory, and power, for ever and ever. (aiōn )
I looked and a pale-colored horse appeared. Its rider's name was Death, and Hades came close behind him; and authority was given to them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with the sword or with famine or pestilence or by means of the wild beasts of the earth. (Hadēs )
And I looked, and lo, a pale horse; and the name of him who sat thereon was Death; and Hades followed after him. And there was given him authority over the fourth part of the earth, to slay with the sword, and by famine, and by death, and by the ravenous beast of the earth. (Hadēs )
"Even so!" they cried: "The blessing and the glory and the wisdom and the thanks and the honor and the power and the might are to be ascribed to our God, until the Ages of the Ages! Even so!" (aiōn )
saying: Amen. Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honor, and power, and might, be to our God, for ever and ever: Amen. (aiōn )
The fifth angel blew his trumpet; and I saw a Star which had fallen from Heaven to the earth; and to him was given the key of the depths of the bottomless pit, (Abyssos )
And the fifth angel sounded; and I saw a star, which fell from heaven upon the earth. And there was given to him the key of the pit of the abyss. (Abyssos )
and he opened the depths of the bottomless pit. And smoke came up out of the pit resembling the smoke of a vast furnace, so that the sun was darkened, and the air also, by reason of the smoke of the pit. (Abyssos )
And he opened the pit of the abyss; and smoke issued from the pit, like the smoke of a furnace that is in blast; and the sun and the air were darkened by the smoke of the pit. (Abyssos )
The locusts had a king over them--the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in Hebrew is 'Abaddon,' while in the Greek he is called 'Apollyon.' (Abyssos )
And they had a king over them, the angel of the abyss; and his name, in Hebrew, is Abaddon; and in Greek, his name is Apollyon. (Abyssos )
And in the name of Him who lives until the Ages of the Ages, the Creator of Heaven and all that is in it, of the earth and all that is in it, and of the sea and all that is in it, he solemnly declared, (aiōn )
and swore, by him who liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven and the things in it, and the earth and the things in it, and the sea and the things in it, that the time should be no longer; (aiōn )
"And when they have fully delivered their testimony, the Wild Beast which is to rise out of the bottomless pit will make war upon them and overcome them and kill them. (Abyssos )
And when they shall have completed their testimony, the beast of prey that came up from the abyss, will make war upon them, and will overcome them. (Abyssos )
The seventh angel blew his trumpet; and there followed loud voices in Heaven which said, "The sovereignty of the world now belongs to our Lord and His Christ; and He will be King until the Ages of the Ages." (aiōn )
And the seventh angel sounded; and there were voices and thunders, which said: The kingdom of the world hath become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Messiah; and he will reign for ever and ever. (aiōn )
And I saw another angel flying across the sky, carrying the Good News of the Ages to tell to every nation, tribe, language and people, among those who live on the earth. (aiōnios )
And I saw another angel flying in heaven: and with blood, he had the everlasting gospel, to proclaim to dwellers on the earth, and to every nation and tribe and tongue and people; (aiōnios )
And the smoke of their torment goes up until the Ages of the Ages; and the worshipers of the Wild Beast and his statue have no rest day or night, nor has any one who receives the mark of his name. (aiōn )
And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever; and there is no rest, by day or by night, to those that worship the beast of prey and its image. (aiōn )
And one of the four living creatures gave the seven angels seven bowls of gold, full of the anger of God who lives until the Ages of the Ages. (aiōn )
And one of the four Animals gave to those seven angels seven cups of gold, full of the wrath of God who liveth for ever and ever. (aiōn )
"The Wild Beast which you have seen was, and is not, and yet is destined to re-ascend, before long, out of the bottomless pit and go his way into perdition. And the inhabitants of the earth will be filled with amazement--all whose names are not in the Book of Life, having been recorded there ever since the creation of the world--when they see the Wild Beast: because he was, and is not, and yet is to come. (Abyssos )
The beast of prey which thou sawest, was, and is not; and he will ascend from the abyss and go into perdition: and the dwellers on the earth, whose names are not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, will wonder when they see the beast of prey, which was, and is not, and approacheth. (Abyssos )
And a second time they said, "Hallelujah! For her smoke ascends until the Ages of the Ages." (aiōn )
And again they said: Hallelujah: and her smoke ascendeth up for ever and ever. (aiōn )
who had done the miracles in his presence with which he had led astray those who had received the mark of the Wild Beast, and those who worshipped his statue. Both of them were thrown alive into the Lake of fire that was all ablaze with sulphur. (Limnē Pyr )
And the beast of prey was captured, and the false prophet that was with him, who did those prodigies before him, whereby he seduced them who had received the mark of the beast of prey and who worshipped his image. And they were both cast alive into the lake of fire, which burneth with sulphur. (Limnē Pyr )
Then I saw an angel coming down from Heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit, and upon his arm he carried a great chain. (Abyssos )
And I saw an angel that descended from heaven, having the key of the abyss, and a great chain in his hand. (Abyssos )
He closed the entrance and put a seal upon him in order that he might be unable to lead the nations astray any more until the thousand years were at an end. Afterwards he is to be set at liberty for a short time. (Abyssos )
And he cast him into the abyss, and closed and sealed upon him; so that he might deceive the nations no more, until these thousand years shall be completed: but after that, he will be loosed for a little time. (Abyssos )
and the Devil, who had been leading them astray, was thrown into the Lake of fire and sulphur where the Wild Beast and the false Prophet were, and day and night they will suffer torture until the Ages of the Ages. (aiōn , Limnē Pyr )
And the Accuser who seduced them, was cast into the lake of fire and sulphur, where also were the beast of prey and the false prophet: and they shall be tormented, day and night, for ever and ever. (aiōn , Limnē Pyr )
Then the sea yielded up the dead who were in it, Death and Hades yielded up the dead who were in them, and each man was judged in accordance with what his conduct had been. (Hadēs )
And the sea gave up the dead in it; and death and the grave gave up the dead in them. And they were judged, each one according to his deeds. (Hadēs )
Then Death and Hades were thrown into the Lake of fire; this is the Second Death--the Lake of fire. (Hadēs , Limnē Pyr )
And death and the grave were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death, namely, this lake of fire. (Hadēs , Limnē Pyr )
