Matthew 4
1 At that time Jesus was led up by the Spirit into the Desert in order to be tempted by the Devil.
୧ତାର୍ପଚେ ସୁକଲ୍ଆତ୍ମା ଜିସୁକେ ମରୁବାଲି ବୁଏଁ ଡାକିନେଲା । ତେଇ ସଇତାନ୍ ତାକେ ପରିକା କଲା ।
2 There He fasted for forty days and nights; and after that He suffered from hunger.
୨ଜିସୁ ଚାଲିସ୍ ଦିନ୍ ଚାଲିସ୍ ରାତି ଉପାସ୍ ରଇକରି ବିତାଇଲା ପଚେ, ତାକେ ବେସି ବୁକ୍ କଲା ।
3 So the Tempter came and said, "If you are the Son of God, command these stones to turn into loaves."
୩ସେଡ୍କିବେଲେ ସଇତାନ୍ ତାର୍ ଲଗେ ଆସି କଇଲା “ତୁଇ ଜଦି ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ପଅ, ତେବେ ଏ ପାକ୍ନାମନ୍ ‘ରୁଟି ଅଇଜା’ ବଲି ଆଦେସ୍ ଦେସ୍ ।”
4 "It is written," replied Jesus, "'It is not on bread alone that a man shall live, but on whatsoever God shall appoint.'"
୪ମାତର୍ ଜିସୁ କଇଲା, “ସାସ୍ତରେ ଲେକାଆଚେ ମୁନୁସ୍ ଅବ୍କା ରୁଟି କାଇକରି ନ ବଁଚେ, ମାତର୍ ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ଟଣ୍ଡେ ଅନି ବାରଇବା ସବୁ ବାକିଅ ଟାନେ ବଁଚ୍ସି ।”
5 Then the Devil took Him to the Holy City and caused Him to stand on the roof of the Temple,
୫ତେଇଅନି ସଇତାନ୍ ଜିସୁକେ ସୁକଲ୍ ଗଡ୍ ଜିରୁସାଲାମ୍ ଡାକିନେଲା । ତେଇ ତାକେ ମନ୍ଦିର୍ ଟିପେ ଟିଆ କରାଇ କଇଲା,
6 and said, "If you are God's Son, throw yourself down; for it is written, "'To His angels He will give orders concerning thee, and on their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any moment thou shouldst strike thy foot against a stone.'"
୬“ତୁଇ ଜଦି ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ପଅ, ତେବେ ଇତିଅନି ତଲେ ଡେଗଇ ଦେସ୍, ସାସ୍ତରେ ଲେକା ଆଚେ, “ପର୍ମେସର୍ ତାର୍ ଦୁତ୍ମନ୍କେ ତର୍ ବିସଇନେଇ ଆଦେସ୍ ଦେଇସି, ଆରି ସେମନ୍ ତକେ ଆତେ ଦାରି ଟେକ୍ବାଇ । ତେବେ ତର୍ ଗଡେ ପାକ୍ନା ନ ପାଏ ।”
7 "Again it is written," replied Jesus, "'Thou shalt not put the Lord thy God to the proof.'"
୭ଜିସୁ ସଇତାନ୍କେ କଇଲା, “ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ସାସ୍ତରେ ଏନ୍ତି ଲେକାଆଚେ, ତୁଇ ତର୍ ମାପ୍ରୁ ପର୍ମେସର୍କେ ପରିକା କର୍ନାଇ ।”
8 Then the Devil took Him to the top of an exceedingly lofty mountain, from which he caused Him to see all the Kingdoms of the world and their splendour,
୮ତାର୍ ପଚେ ସଇତାନ୍ ଜିସୁକେ ବେସି ଉଁଚ୍ ରଇବା ଗଟେକ୍ ଡଙ୍ଗର୍ ଟିପେ ଡାକି ଦାରିଗାଲା । ଆରି ଦୁନିଆର୍ ସବୁ ରାଇଜର୍ ଦନ୍ ସଁପତି ଦେକାଇ କଇଲା,
9 and said to Him, "All this I will give you, if you will kneel down and do me homage."
୯“ତୁଇ ଜଦି ମକେ ମାଣ୍ଡିକୁଟା ଦେଇ ଜୁଆର୍ କର୍ସୁ ବଇଲେ ମୁଇ ଏ ସବୁ ତକେ ଦେଇପାକାଇବି ।”
10 "Begone, Satan!" Jesus replied; "for it is written, 'To the Lord thy God thou shalt do homage, and to Him alone shalt thou render worship.'"
୧୦ତେଇ ଜିସୁ ତାକେ କଇଲା “ମର୍ଟାନେଅନି ଦୁର୍ ଅ ସଇତାନ୍, ସାସ୍ତରେ ଲେକା ଆଚେ, ତୁଇ ପର୍ମେସର୍କେ ଜୁଆର୍ କର୍ସୁ, ଆରି ତାକେସେ ସେବା କର୍ସୁ ।”
11 Thereupon the Devil left Him, and angels at once came and ministered to Him.
୧୧ତାର୍ପଚେ ସଇତାନ୍ ଜିସୁକେ ଚାଡି ବାରିଗାଲା, ଆରି ଏଦେ ଦେକା! ସରଗର୍ ଦୁତ୍ମନ୍ ଆସି ଜିସୁକେ ସେବା କର୍ବାର୍ ଦାର୍ଲାଇ ।
12 Now when Jesus heard that John was thrown into prison, He withdrew into Galilee,
୧୨ତାର୍ପଚେ ଡୁବନ୍ ଦେଉ ଜଅନ୍ ବନ୍ଦି ଅଇଲାଆଚେ ବଲି ଜିସୁ ସୁନିକରି ଗାଲିିଲି ଉଟି ଗାଲା ।
13 and leaving Nazareth He went and settled at Capernaum, a town by the Lake on the frontiers of Zebulun and Naphtali,
୧୩ତାର୍ ପଚେ, ସେ ନାଜରିତ୍ ଚାଡି କରି ସବ୍ଲୁନର୍ ଆରି ନପ୍ତାଲିନ୍ ନାଉଁର୍ ଜାଗା ଲଗେ ରଇବା ଗାଡ୍ କଣ୍ଡି ରଇଲା, କପରନାଉମେ ଜାଇ ବାସା କଲା ।
14 in order that these words, spoken through the Prophet Isaiah, might be fulfilled,
୧୪ଜେନ୍ତାର୍ କି ଜିସାୟ ବବିସତ୍ବକ୍ତାର୍ ଏ କାତା ପୁରୁନ୍ ଅଇଲା । ସେ କଇରଇଲା,
15 "Zebulun's land and Naphtali's land; the road by the Lake; the country beyond the Jordan; Galilee of the Nations!
୧୫“ଜର୍ଦନ୍ ଗାଡ୍ ସେପାଟେ ସମ୍ଦୁରେ ଜିବା ବାଟେ ରଇଲା ସବ୍ଲୁନ୍ ଆରି ନାପ୍ତାଲି ନାଉଁର୍ ଦୁଇଟା ଦେସ୍, ଅବିସ୍ବାସି ମନର୍ ଗାଲିଲି!
16 The people who were dwelling in darkness have seen a brilliant light; and on those who were dwelling in the region of the shadow of death, on them light has dawned."
୧୬ଆନ୍ଦାରେ ରଇବା ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ବଡ୍ ଉଜଲର୍ ଦର୍ସନ୍ ଦେକ୍ବାଇ ଆରି ମରନର୍ ଆନ୍ଦାରେ ରଇଲା ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ଉପ୍ରେ ସେ ଉଜଲ୍ ଉଦ୍ସି ।”
17 From that time Jesus began to preach. "Repent," He said, "for the Kingdom of the Heavens is now close at hand."
୧୭ସେ ବେଲାଇ ଅନି ଜିସୁ କଇବାର୍ ଆରାମ୍ କରି ଜାନାଇବାର୍ ଦାର୍ଲା । ପାପ୍ କର୍ବାତେଇଅନି ମନ୍ ବଦ୍ଲାଆ, ସରଗ୍ ରାଇଜ୍ ଲଗେ କେଟ୍ଲା ।
18 And walking along the shore of the Lake of Galilee He saw two brothers--Simon called Peter and his brother Andrew--throwing a drag-net into the Lake; for they were fishers.
୧୮ଜିସୁ ଗାଲିଲି ସମ୍ଦୁର୍ ପାଲି ରଇବା ଜାଗାମନ୍କେ ବୁଲ୍ବାବେଲେ ସିମନ୍ ଜାକେ କି ପିତର୍ ବଲି କଇବାଇ, ଆରି ତାର୍ ବାଇ ଆନ୍ଦ୍ରିୟ, ଏ ଦୁଇ ଲକ୍କେ ବେଟ୍ ଅଇଲା । ଏ ଦୁଇ ବାଇ ଗାଡେ ବଇଜାଲ୍ ମାରି ମାଚ୍ ଦାର୍ତେରଇଲାଇ ।
19 And He said to them, "Come and follow me, and I will make you fishers of men."
୧୯ଜିସୁ ସେ ଦୁଇ ବାଇକେ ଡାକି କଇଲା, “ମର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଆସା, ମୁଇ ତମ୍କେ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ମାପ୍ରୁର୍ବାଟେ ଆନ୍ବାଟା ସିକାଇବି ।”
20 So they immediately left their nets and followed Him. As He went further on,
୨୦ସେଦାପ୍ରେ ସେମନ୍ ଜାଲ୍ ଚାଡି, ଜିସୁର୍ ପଚେ ପଚେ ଗାଲାଇ ।
21 He saw two other brothers, James the son of Zabdi and his brother John, in the boat with their father Zabdi mending their nets; and He called them.
୨୧ଜିସୁ ଆରି ତେଇଅନି କଣ୍ଡେକ୍ ଦୁର୍ ଆଗେ ଜାଇ ଜେବଦିର୍ ପଅ ଜାକୁବ୍ ଆରି ତାର୍ ବାଇ ଜଅନ୍କେ ବେଟ୍ ଅଇଲା । ସେଡ୍କିବେଲେ ଏ ଦୁଇବାଇ ତାକର୍ ବାବା ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଡଙ୍ଗାଇ ଜାଲ୍ ସାଜାଡ୍ତେ ରଇଲାଇ ।
22 And they at once left the boat and their father, and followed Him.
୨୨ଜିସୁ ସେମନ୍କେ ମିସା ଡାକ୍ଲା ଆରି ସେମନ୍ ଦାପ୍ରେ ଡଙ୍ଗା ଆରି ତାକର୍ ବାବାକେ ଚାଡିକରି ଜିସୁର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଗାଲାଇ ।
23 Then Jesus travelled through all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the Good News of the Kingdom, and curing every kind of disease and infirmity among the people.
୨୩ଜିସୁ ଗାଲିଲିର୍ ଗୁଲାଇବାଟେ ବୁଲି ବୁଲି ଜିଉଦିମନର୍ ସବୁ ପାର୍ତନା ଗର୍ମନ୍କେ ସିକିଆ ଦେଇ, ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ରାଇଜର୍ ବିସଇ ଜାନାଇଲା । ଆରି ବିନ୍ ବିନ୍ ରଗେ ରଇବା ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ସବୁ ରକାମର୍ ରଗ୍ ଆରି ସବୁ ଦୁକ୍ କସ୍ଟ, ନିମାନ୍ କଲା ।
24 Thus His fame spread through all Syria; and they brought all the sick to Him, the people who were suffering from various diseases and pains--demoniacs, epileptics, paralytics; and He cured them.
୨୪ସିରିଆ ଦେସର୍ ଗୁଲାଇବାଟେ ତାର୍ ନାଉଁ ଜାନ୍ଲାଇ ଆରି ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ଡୁମା ଦାରିରଇବା, ମୁର୍ଚା ଅଇରଇବା, ଚେରେଙ୍ଗ୍ ଦାରି ରଇବା ଆରି ବିଆଦି ଦାରିରଇଲା ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ତାର୍ଲଗେ ଆନ୍ଲାଇ । ସେ ସବୁକେ ନିକ କଲା ।
25 And great crowds followed Him, coming from Galilee, from the Ten Towns, from Jerusalem, and from beyond the district on the other side of the Jordan.
୨୫ଆନି ରଇବା ସବୁ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ଜିସୁ ନିକ କଲା । ଗାଲିଲି ଅନି ଆରି ଦସ୍ଟା ସଅରେଅନି, ଆରି ଜିରୁସାଲାମ୍, ଜିଉଦା ଆରି ଜର୍ଦନ୍ ସେବାଟେ ରଇଲା ଜାଗାମନର୍ତେଇଅନି ବେସି ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ଜିସୁର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଗାଲାଇ ।
