Hebrews 1
1 God, who in ancient days spoke to our forefathers in many distinct messages and by various methods through the Prophets,
AVENDO Iddio variamente, ed in molte maniere, parlato già anticamente a' padri, ne' profeti,
2 has at the end of these days spoken to us through a Son, who is the pre-destined Lord of the universe, and through whom He made the Ages. (aiōn g165)
in questi ultimi giorni, ha parlato a noi nel [suo] Figliuolo, il quale egli ha costituito erede d'ogni cosa; per lo quale ancora ha fatti i secoli. (aiōn g165)
3 He brightly reflects God's glory and is the exact representation of His being, and upholds the universe by His all-powerful word. After securing man's purification from sin He took His seat at the right hand of the Majesty on high,
Il quale, essendo lo splendor della gloria, e l'impronta della sussistenza d'esso; e portando tutte le cose con la parola della sua potenza, dopo aver fatto per sè stesso il purgamento de' nostri peccati, si è posto a sedere alla destra della Maestà, ne' luoghi altissimi;
4 having become as far superior to the angels as the Name He possesses by inheritance is more excellent than theirs.
essendo fatto di tanto superiore agli angeli, quanto egli ha eredato un nome più eccellente ch'essi.
5 For to which of the angels did God ever say, "My Son art Thou: I have this day become Thy Father;" and again, "I will be a Father to Him, and He shall be My Son"?
Perciocchè, a qual degli angeli disse egli mai: Tu sei il mio Figliuolo, oggi io ti ho generato? E di nuovo: Io gli sarò Padre, ed egli mi sarà Figliuolo?
6 But speaking of the time when He once more brings His Firstborn into the world, He says, "And let all God's angels worship Him."
Ed ancora, quando egli introduce il Primogenito nel mondo, dice: E adorinlo tutti gli angeli di Dio.
7 Moreover of the angels He says, "He changes His angels into winds, and His ministering servants into a flame of fire."
Inoltre, mentre degli angeli egli dice: Il qual fa dei venti suoi angeli, ed una fiamma di fuoco i suoi ministri,
8 But of His Son, He says, "Thy throne, O God, is for ever and for ever, and the sceptre of Thy Kingdom is a sceptre of absolute justice. (aiōn g165)
del Figliuolo [dice]: O Dio, il tuo trono [è] ne' secoli de' secoli; lo scettro del tuo regno [è] uno scettro di dirittura. (aiōn g165)
9 Thou hast loved righteousness and hated lawlessness; therefore God, Thy God, has anointed Thee with the oil of gladness beyond Thy companions."
Tu hai amata giustizia, ed hai odiata iniquità; perciò, Iddio, l'Iddio tuo, ti ha unto d'olio di letizia più che i tuoi pari.
10 It is also of His Son that God says, "Thou, O Lord, in the beginning didst lay the foundations of the earth, and the heavens are the work of Thy hands.
E tu, Signore, nel principio fondasti la terra, ed i cieli son opere delle tue mani.
11 The heavens will perish, but Thou remainest; and they will all grow old like a garment,
Essi periranno, ma tu dimori; ed invecchieranno tutti, a guisa di vestimento.
12 and, as though they were a mantle Thou wilt roll them up; yes, like a garment, and they will undergo change. But Thou art the same, and Thy years will never come to an end."
E tu li piegherai come una vesta, e saranno mutati; ma tu sei [sempre] lo stesso, e i tuoi anni non verranno [giammai] meno.
13 To which of the angels has He ever said, "Sit at My right hand till I make Thy foes a footstool for Thy feet"?
Ed a qual degli angeli disse egli mai: Siedi alla mia destra, finchè io abbia posti i tuoi nemici [per] iscannello de' tuoi piedi?
14 Are not all angels spirits that serve Him--whom He sends out to render service for the benefit of those who, before long, will inherit salvation?
Non son eglino tutti spiriti ministratori, mandati a servire, per amor di coloro che hanno ad eredar la salute?
