< Acts 2 >

1 At length, on the day of the Harvest Festival, they had all met in one place;
Oo kolkii maalintii Bentekoste la gaadhay, meel bay kulligood wada joogeen.
2 when suddenly there came from the sky a sound as of a strong rushing blast of wind. This filled the whole house where they were sitting;
Oo waxaa filanla'aan samada ka yimid sanqadh sida dabayl xoog leh oo aad u dhacaysa, oo waxay buuxisay gurigii ay fadhiyeen oo dhan.
3 and they saw tongues of what looked like fire distributing themselves over the assembly, and on the head of each person a tongue alighted.
Markaasaa carrabbo u kala qaybsamaya sida dab oo kale iyaga u muuqday oo ku dul fadhiistay midkood kasta.
4 They were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and began to speak in foreign languages according as the Spirit gave them words to utter.
Kolkaasaa waxaa kulligood ka wada buuxsamay Ruuxa Quduuska ah, oo waxay bilaabeen inay afaf kale ku hadlaan sidii Ruuxu iyaga u siiyey hadalka.
5 Now there were Jews residing in Jerusalem, devout men from every part of the world.
Markaas waxaa Yeruusaalem joogay Yuhuud oo ahaayeen niman cibaado leh oo ka yimid quruun kasta oo samada hoosteeda joogta.
6 So when this noise was heard, they came crowding together, and were amazed because everyone heard his own language spoken.
Oo markii sanqadhaas la maqlay, dadkii badnaa ayaa isu yimid, wayna yaabeen, maxaa yeelay, nin kastaa wuxuu maqlay iyagoo afkiisa ku hadlaya.
7 They were beside themselves with wonder, and exclaimed, "Are not all these speakers Galilaeans?
Oo dhammaantood way wada nexeen oo yaabeen, oo waxay yidhaahdeen, Bal eeg, kuwan hadlaya oo dhammu miyaanay reer Galili ahayn?
8 How then does each of us hear his own native language spoken by them?
Sidee baa midkeen waluba u maqlaa iyagoo ku hadlaya afkeenna aynu ku dhalannay?
9 Some of us are Parthians, Medes, Elamites. Some are inhabitants of Mesopotamia, of Judaea or Cappadocia, of Pontus or the Asian Province, of Phrygia or Pamphylia,
Innagoo ah reer Bartiya iyo Mediya iyo Ceelaam, iyo kuwa deggan Mesobotamiya, iyo Yahuudiya iyo Kabbadokiya, iyo Bontos iyo Aasiya,
10 of Egypt or of the parts of Africa towards Cyrene. Others are visitors from Rome--being either Jews or converts from heathenism--and others are Cretans or Arabians.
iyo Farugiya iyo Bamfuliya, iyo Masar iyo meelaha Liibiya oo Kuranaya ku wareegsan, iyo ajanabiyo Rooma ka yimid oo ah Yuhuud iyo kuwa raacsan labadaba,
11 Yet we all alike hear these Galilaeans speaking in our own language about the wonderful things which God has done."
iyo reer Kereetee iyo Carabta, waxaynu maqlaynaa iyagoo ku hadlaya afafkeenna oo ka hadlaya Ilaah waxyaalihiisa waaweyn.
12 They were all astounded and bewildered, and asked one another, "What can this mean?"
Markaasay wada yaabeen oo shakiyeen, oo waxay isku yidhaahdeen, Tani micneheedu waa maxay?
13 But others, scornfully jeering, said, "They are brim-full of sweet wine."
Qaar kalena waa ku qosleen oo waxay yidhaahdeen, Kuwan waxaa ka buuxa khamri cusub.
14 Peter however, together with the Eleven, stood up and addressed them in a loud voice. "Men of Judaea, and all you inhabitants of Jerusalem," he said, "be in no uncertainty about this matter but pay attention to what I say.
Laakiin Butros intuu koob-iyo-tobankii isla taagay, ayuu sare u qaaday codkiisa oo ku yidhi iyaga, Niman yahow reer Yahuudiya iyo dhammaantiinan Yeruusaalem degganow, tan ogaada oo hadalladayda dhegaysta.
15 For this is not intoxication, as you suppose, it being only the third hour of the day.
Waayo, kuwanu ma sakhraansana sidaad u malaynaysaan inay sakhraansan yihiin; maxaa yeelay, tanu waa saacaddii saddexaad ee maalmeed.
16 But that which was predicted through the Prophet Joel has happened:
Laakiin waxanu waa wixii lagaga dhex hadlay nebi Yoo'eel,
17 "And it shall come to pass in the last days, God says, that I will pour out My Spirit upon all mankind; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall have dreams;
Ilaah baa yidhi, Maalmaha ugu dambaysta waxyaalahanu waa noqon doonaan, Ruuxayga ayaan ku shubi doonaa dad oo dhan; Oo wiilashiinna iyo hablihiinnu wax bay sii sheegi doonaan, Raggiinna dhallinyarada ahuna wax bay arki doonaan, Odayaashiinnuna riyooyin bay ku riyoon doonaan;
18 and even upon My bondservants, both men and women, at that time, I will pour out My Spirit, and they shall prophesy.
Haah, oo maalmahaas addoommadayda, rag iyo dumarba, Ruuxaygaan ku shubi doonaa, iyaguna wax bay sii sheegi doonaan.
19 I will display marvels in the sky above, and signs on the earth below, blood and fire, and pillars of smoke.
Oo waxaan samada sare ka muujin doonaa yaabab, Dhulka hoosena waxaan ka muujin doonaa calaamooyin, Kuwaas oo ah dhiig iyo dab iyo uumiskii qiiqa.
20 The sun shall be turned into darkness and the moon into blood, to usher in the day of the Lord-- that great and illustrious day;
Qorraxdu waxay u beddelmi doontaa gudcur, Dayaxuna wuxuu u beddelmi doonaa dhiig, Intaanay iman maalinta Rabbigu, Taas oo ah maalin weyn oo caan ah.
21 and every one who calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.'
Oo waxay noqon doontaa in ku alla kii magaca Rabbiga ku dhawaaqaa, uu badbaadi doono.
22 "Listen, Israelites, to what I say. Jesus, the Nazarene, a man accredited to you from God by miracles and marvels and signs which God did among you through Him, as you yourselves know, Him--
Rag yahow reer binu Israa'iil, hadalladan maqla; Ciisihii reer Naasared oo ahaa nin Ilaah idiinku caddeeyey shuqullo xoog leh iyo yaabab iyo calaamooyin oo Ilaah ku sameeyey isaga gacantiisa idinka dhexdiinna, sidaad idinka qudhiinnuba u og tihiin,
23 delivered up through God's settled purpose and foreknowledge--you by the hands of Gentiles have nailed to a cross and have put to death.
markii isaga lagu gacangeliyey taladii Ilaah goostay oo uu hore u ogaa, gacanta sharcilaawayaasha ayaad ku qabateen, waadna ku qodobteen iskutallaabta oo disheen.
24 But God has raised Him to life, having terminated the throes of death, for in fact it was not possible for Him to be held fast by death.
Isaga Ilaah baa sara kiciyey, oo ka furfuray xanuunkii dhimashada, maxaa yeelay, dhimashadu ma xajin karin.
25 For David says in reference to Him, "'I constantly fixed my eyes upon the Lord, because He is at my right hand in order that I may continue unshaken.
Waayo, Daa'uud baa isaga ka hadlay, oo yidhi, Had iyo jeerba Rabbigaan hortayda ku arki jiray, Maxaa yeelay, midigtayduu joogaa si aan la ii dhaqaajin.
26 For this reason my heart is glad and my tongue exults. My body also shall rest in hope.
Taas aawadeed qalbigaygu waa farxay, carrabkayguna waa reyreeyey; Weliba jidhkaygu rajuu ku nasan doonaa.
27 For Thou wilt not leave me in the Unseen World forsaken, nor give up Thy holy One to undergo decay. (Hadēs g86)
Maxaa yeelay, naftayda Haadees kuma dayn doontid, Kaaga Quduuska ahna uma dayn doontid inuu qudhun arko. (Hadēs g86)
28 Thou hast made known to me the ways of Life: Thou wilt fill me with gladness in Thy presence.'
Waxaad i tustay jidadka nolosha, Hortaadana farxad baad iga buuxin doontaa.
29 "As to the patriarch David, I need hardly remind you, brethren, that he died and was buried, and that we still have his tomb among us.
Walaalayaalow, waxaan si bayaan ah idiinku sheegi karaa in awowe Daa'uud dhintay, lana aasay, xabaashiisuna ilaa maanta waa inagu dhex taal.
30 Being a Prophet, however, and knowing that God had solemnly sworn to him to seat a descendant of his upon his throne,
Haddaba isagoo nebi ahaa oo ogaa in Ilaah dhaar ugu dhaartay isaga inuu dhashiisa midkood carshigiisa ku fadhiisin doono,
31 with prophetic foresight he spoke of the resurrection of the Christ, to the effect that He was not left forsaken in the Unseen World, nor did His body undergo decay. (Hadēs g86)
wuxuu hore u arkay oo ka hadlay Masiixa sarakiciddiisa inaan isaga Haadees lagu dayn, jidhkiisuna qudhun arag. (Hadēs g86)
32 This Jesus, God has raised to life-- a fact to which all of us testify.
Ciisahan Ilaah baa sara kiciyey, annagoo dhammuna markhaatiyaal baan ka wada nahay.
33 "Being therefore lifted high by the mighty hand of God, He has received from the Father the promised Holy Spirit and has poured out this which you see and hear.
Haddaba isagoo Ilaah midigtiisa sare loogu qaaday, oo Aabbaha ka helay ballankii Ruuxa Quduuska ahaa, ayuu soo shubay waxan oo aad arkaysaan oo maqlaysaan.
34 For David did not ascend into Heaven, but he says himself, "'The Lord said to my Lord, Sit at My right hand
Maxaa yeelay, Daa'uud samooyinka kor uma aadin; laakiin isaga qudhiisaa leh, Rabbigu wuxuu Sayidkayga ku yidhi, Midigtayda fadhiiso
35 until I make thy foes a footstool under thy feet.'
Ilaa aan cadaawayaashaada cagahaaga hoostooda geliyo.
36 "Therefore let the whole House of Israel know beyond all doubt that God has made Him both LORD and CHRIST--this Jesus whom you crucified."
Reer binu Israa'iil oo dhammu aad ha u ogaadeen in Ilaah ka dhigay Rabbi iyo Masiixba Ciisahan aad iskutallaabta ku qodobteen.
37 Stung to the heart by these words, they said to Peter and the rest of the Apostles, "Brethren, what are we to do?"
Markay taas maqleen ayaa qalbiga laga wareemay, markaasay ku yidhaahdeen Butros iyo rasuulladii kale, Walaalayaalow, maxaannu falnaa?
38 "Repent," replied Peter, "and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ, with a view to the remission of your sins, and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
Markaasaa Butros iyagii ku yidhi, Toobadkeena, oo midkiin kasta ha lagu baabtiiso magaca Ciise Masiix dembidhaafkiinna aawadiis, oo waxaad heli doontaan hadiyadda ah Ruuxa Quduuska ah.
39 For to you belongs the promise, and to your children, and to all who are far off, whoever the Lord our God may call."
Maxaa yeelay, ballanka waxaa leh idinka iyo carruurtiinna iyo kuwa fog oo dhan in alla intii Rabbiga Ilaaheenna ahu u yeedho.
40 And with many more appeals he solemnly warned and entreated them, saying, "Escape from this crooked generation."
Hadallo kaloo badan ayuu markhaati ahaan ugu waaniyey isagoo leh, Naftiinna ka badbaadiya qarnigan qalloocan.
41 Those, therefore, who joyfully welcomed his Message were baptized; and on that one day about three thousand persons were added to them;
Markaasaa kuwii hadalkiisii aqbalay la baabtiisay, oo waxaa maalintaas lagu daray iyaga abbaaraha saddex kun oo qof.
42 and they were constant in listening to the teaching of the Apostles and in their attendance at the Communion, that is, the Breaking of the Bread, and at prayer.
Oo waxay ku sii adkaysteen rasuulladu waxay bari jireen iyo xidhiidhka ka dhexeeyey iyaga, iyo kibista jebinteeda iyo tukasho.
43 Fear came upon every one, and many marvels and signs were done by the Apostles.
Oo naf kasta cabsi baa gashay; oo rasuulladii waxay sameeyeen yaabab iyo calaamooyin badan.
44 And all the believers kept together, and had everything in common.
Oo kuwii rumaystay oo dhammu waa wada jireen, wax walubana waa ka wada dhexeeyeen;
45 They sold their lands and other property, and distributed the proceeds among all, according to every one's necessities.
oo intay iibiyeen waxyaalahoodii iyo alaabtoodiiba ayay dhammaan u wada qaybiyeen sidii nin kasta baahidiisu ahayd.
46 And, day by day, attending constantly in the Temple with one accord, and breaking bread in private houses, they took their meals with great happiness and single-heartedness,
Oo maalin walba iyagoo isku wada qalbi ah ayay macbudka ku jiri jireen, oo kibistana guryahooday ku jejebin jireen, cuntadoodana farxad iyo qalbi daacad ah ayay ku cuni jireen.
47 praising God and being regarded with favour by all the people. Also, day by day, the Lord added to their number those whom He was saving.
Ilaah bay ammaani jireen, oo dadka oo dhammuna waa u bogay iyaga. Ilaahna maalin walba kuwa badbaadaya ayuu ku dari jiray.
