2 Timothy 4
1 I solemnly implore you, in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus who is about to judge the living and the dead, and by His Appearing and His Kingship:
௧நான் தேவனுக்கு முன்பாகவும், உயிரோடு இருக்கிறவர்களையும் மரித்தவர்களையும் நியாயந்தீர்க்கப்போகிற கர்த்தராகிய இயேசுகிறிஸ்துவிற்கு முன்பாகவும், அவருடைய வருகையையும், அவருடைய ராஜ்யத்தையும் சாட்சியாக வைத்துக் கட்டளையிடுகிறதாவது:
2 proclaim God's message, be zealous in season and out of season; convince, rebuke, encourage, with the utmost patience as a teacher.
௨சமயம் வாய்த்தாலும் வாய்க்காவிட்டாலும் கவனமாக திருசனத்தைப் பிரசங்கம்பண்ணு; எல்லா நீடிய சாந்தத்தோடும் உபதேசத்தோடும் தவறென்று எடுத்துறைத்து, கடிந்துகொண்டு, புத்திசொல்லு.
3 For a time is coming when they will not tolerate wholesome instruction, but, wanting to have their ears tickled, they will find a multitude of teachers to satisfy their own fancies;
௩ஏனென்றால், அவர்கள் ஆரோக்கியமான உபதேசத்தைப் பொறுக்க மனதில்லாமல், செவி கொடுக்காதவர்களாகி, தங்களுடைய சுயவிருப்பங்களுக்குத் தகுந்த போதகர்களைத் தங்களுக்கு மிகுதியாக சேர்த்துக்கொண்டு.
4 and will turn away from listening to the truth and will turn aside to fables.
௪சத்தியத்திற்குச் செவியை விலக்கி, கட்டுக்கதைகளுக்குச் சாய்ந்துபோகும் காலம் வரும்.
5 But as for you, you must exercise habitual self-control, and not live a self-indulgent life, but do the duty of an evangelist and fully discharge the obligations of your office.
௫நீயோ எல்லாவற்றிலும் மனத்தெளிவுள்ளவனாக இரு, தீங்கு அனுபவி, சுவிசேஷகனுடைய வேலையைச் செய், உன் ஊழியத்தை நிறைவேற்று.
6 I for my part am like a drink-offering which is already being poured out; and the time for my departure is now close at hand.
௬ஏனென்றால், நான் இப்பொழுதே பானபலியாகத் தந்துவிட்டேன்; நான் சரீரத்தைவிட்டுப் பிரியும் நேரம் வந்தது.
7 I have gone through the glorious contest; I have run the race; I have guarded the faith.
௭நல்ல போராட்டத்தைப் போராடினேன், ஓட்டத்தை முடித்தேன், விசுவாசத்தைக் காத்துக்கொண்டேன்.
8 From this time onward there is reserved for me the crown of righteousness which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day, and not only to me, but also to all who love the thought of His Appearing.
௮இப்பொழுது நீதியின் கிரீடம் எனக்காக வைக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறது, நீதியுள்ள நியாயாதிபதியாகிய கர்த்தர் அந்த நாளிலே அதை எனக்குக் கொடுப்பார்; எனக்கு மாத்திரமல்ல, அவருடைய வருகையை விரும்பும் அனைவருக்கும் அதைக் கொடுப்பார்.
9 Make an effort to come to me speedily.
௯நீ சீக்கிரமாக என்னிடத்தில் வரும்படி ஆயத்தப்படு.
10 For Demas has deserted me--loving, as he does, the present age--and has gone to Thessalonica; Crescens has gone to Galatia, and Titus to Dalmatia. (aiōn g165)
௧0ஏனென்றால், தேமா இந்த உலகத்தின்மேல் ஆசைவைத்து, என்னைவிட்டுப் பிரிந்து, தெசலோனிக்கே பட்டணத்திற்குப் போய்விட்டான்; கிரெஸ்கே கலாத்தியா நாட்டிற்கும், தீத்து தல்மாத்தியா நாட்டிற்கும் போய்விட்டார்கள். (aiōn g165)
11 Luke is the only friend I now have with me. Call for Mark on your way and bring him with you, for he is a great help to me in my ministry.
௧௧லூக்காமட்டும் என்னோடு இருக்கிறான். மாற்குவை உன்னோடு அழைத்துக்கொண்டுவா; ஊழியத்தில் அவன் எனக்குப் பிரயோஜனமுள்ளவன்.
12 Tychicus I have sent to Ephesus.
௧௨தீகிக்குவை நான் எபேசுவிற்கு அனுப்பினேன்.
13 When you come, bring with you the cloak which I left behind at Troas at the house of Carpus, and the books, but especially the parchments.
௧௩துரோவா பட்டணத்திலிருக்கிற கார்ப்பு என்பவனிடத்தில் நான் வைத்துவிட்டுவந்த மேலங்கியையும், புத்தகங்களையும், விசேஷமாகத் தோல் சுருள்களையும், நீ வருகிறபோது எடுத்துக்கொண்டுவா.
14 Alexander the metal-worker showed bitter hostility towards me: the Lord will requite him according to his doings.
௧௪கன்னானாகிய அலெக்சந்தர் எனக்கு வெகு தீமைசெய்தான்; அவனுடைய செய்கைக்குத்தக்கதாகக் கர்த்தர் அவனுக்குப் பதிலளிப்பாராக.
15 You also should beware of him; for he has violently opposed our preaching.
௧௫நீயும் அவனைக்குறித்து எச்சரிக்கையாக இரு; அவன் நம்முடைய வார்த்தைகளுக்கு மிகவும் எதிர்த்து நின்றவன்.
16 At my first defence I had no one at my side, but all deserted me. May it not be laid to their charge.
௧௬நான் முதல்முறை உத்தரவுசொல்ல நிற்கும்போது ஒருவனும் என்னோடுகூட இருக்கவில்லை, எல்லோரும் என்னைக் கைவிட்டார்கள்; அந்தக் குற்றம் அவர்கள்மேல் சாராதிருப்பதாக.
17 The Lord, however, stood by me and filled me with inward strength, that through me the Message might be fully proclaimed and that all the Gentiles might hear it; and I was rescued from the lion's jaws.
௧௭கர்த்தரோ எனக்குத் துணையாக நின்று, என்னாலே பிரசங்கம் நிறைவேறுகிறதற்காகவும், யூதரல்லாத எல்லோரும் கேட்கிறதற்காகவும், என்னைப் பலப்படுத்தினார்; சிங்கத்தின் வாயிலிருந்தும் நான் காப்பாற்றப்பட்டேன்.
18 The Lord will deliver me from every cruel attack and will keep me safe in preparation for His heavenly Kingdom. To Him be the glory until the Ages of the Ages! Amen. (aiōn g165)
௧௮கர்த்தர் எல்லாத் தீமையிலிருந்தும் என்னை இரட்சித்து, தம்முடைய பரலோக ராஜ்யத்தை அடையும்படி காப்பாற்றுவார்; அவருக்கு எல்லாக் காலங்களிலும் மகிமை உண்டாவதாக. ஆமென். (aiōn g165)
19 Greet Prisca and Aquila, and the household of Onesiphorus.
௧௯பிரிஸ்காளுக்கும் ஆக்கில்லாவிற்கும், ஒநேசிப்போருவின் குடும்பத்தினருக்கும் என் வாழ்த்துதலைச் சொல்லு.
20 Erastus stayed in Corinth; Trophimus I left behind me at Miletus, ill.
௨0எரஸ்து கொரிந்து பட்டணத்தில் தங்கிவிட்டான்; துரோப்பீமுவை மிலேத்துவில் வியாதிப்பட்டவனாக விட்டுவந்தேன்.
21 Make an effort to come before winter. Eubulus greets you, and so do Pudens, Linus, Claudia, and all the brethren.
௨௧மழைக்காலத்திற்குமுன் நீ வந்துசேரும்படி ஆயத்தப்படு. ஐபூலுவும், புதேஞ்சும், லீனுவும், கலவுதியாளும், மற்றெல்லா சகோதரர்களும் உனக்கு வாழ்த்துதல் சொல்லுகிறார்கள்.
22 The Lord be with your spirit. Grace be with you all.
௨௨கர்த்தராகிய இயேசுகிறிஸ்து உன் ஆவியுடனேகூட இருப்பாராக. கிருபை உங்களோடிருப்பதாக. ஆமென்.
