2 Timothy 3
1 But of this be assured: in the last days grievous times will set in.
Aroiba numitsingda khudong thiba matamsing lakkani haibasi khang-u.
2 For men will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, haughty, profane. They will be disobedient to parents, thankless, irreligious,
Misingna masagi oijabata thiba, sel pamganba, chaothokpa, napal touba, thina ngangba, mama mapana haiba indaba, toubimal khangdaba amasung sengdaba,
3 destitute of natural affection, unforgiving, slanderers. They will have no self-control, but will be brutal, opposed to goodness,
nungsiba leitaba, ngakpiheitaba, migi mangnaba wa ngangba, masa khudum chandaba, tamthiba oiba, aphababu tukkachaba,
4 treacherous, headstrong, self-important. They will love pleasure instead of loving God,
lounam touba, cheksindaba, nawangba oiba, Tengban Mapubu nungsibagi mahutta makhoina masabu nungaihanbana henna pamba oigani;
5 and will keep up a make-believe of piety and yet live in defiance of its power. Turn away from people of this sort.
Tengban Mapu ningbagi mawongdi louraga madugi panggal adubudi yaroi. Adugumba mising adudagi lapna leiyu.
6 Among them are included the men who make their way into private houses and carry off weak women as their prisoners--women who, weighed down by the burden of their sins, are led by ever-changing caprice,
Makhoigi maraktagi kharana misinggi yumda changduna, apamba makhal khudingna chinglibi, papki maralna potlum puriba asonba nupisingbu makhoina khudum challi,
7 and are always learning something new, and yet are never able to arrive at real knowledge of the truth.
matam pumnamakta nupising asina tamnaba hotnei adubu achumba adudi keidounungda makhoina khangba ngamde.
8 And just as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so also these false teachers withstand the truth--being, as they are, men of debased intellects, and of no real worth so far as faith is concerned.
Jannes amadi Jambres-na Moses-ki maiyokta lepkhibagumna masigi mising asinasu achumbagi maiyokta leppi. Makhoising asi wakhal maang-i aduga thajabagi maramda kanadaba oire.
9 But they will have no further success; for their folly will be as clearly manifest to all men, as that of the opponents of Moses came to be.
Adubu makhoi karisu henna chaokhatloi, maramdi mi pumnamakna makhoigi apangba adu ugani. Madumak Jannes amasung Jambres-dasu thokkhi.
10 But you have intimately known my teaching, life, aims, faith, patience, love, resignation,
Adubu nahakti eigi tambiba, lamchat sajat amadi eigi ningba adu ille aduga eigi thajaba, kuina khangba, nungsiba, khaangheiba,
11 and the persecutions and sufferings which I have endured; the things which happened to me in Antioch, Iconium and Lystra. You know the persecutions I endured, and how the Lord delivered me out of them all.
eibu ot-neiba amadi eigi awaba khaangbanachingba adu nahakna khang-i. Antioch, Iconium amasung Lystra-da eingonda thokkhiba ot-neibasing adu eina khaangkhiba pumnamak adu nahakna khanglibaduni. Adubu Mapu Ibungona pumnamak adudagi eibu kanbikhi.
12 And indeed every one who is determined to live a godly life as a follower of Christ Jesus will be persecuted.
Tasengnamak Christta Jisuda Tengban Mapu ningna hingjaninglabadi ot-neiba phanggani.
13 But bad men and impostors will go on from bad to worse, misleading and being misled.
Phattaba amasung lounam toubasingna henna henna phatchillakloi, misingbu makhoina minamgani aduga makhoi masamakpusu minamjagani.
14 But you must cling to the things which you have learnt and have been taught to believe, knowing who your teachers were,
Adubu nahakti, nangonda tambikhraba amadi chetna thajakhraba achumbasing aduda lengdana leiyu, maramdi nahakna madu kana kanadagi tamjakhibano haiba nahakna khang-i.
15 and that from infancy you have known the sacred writings which are able to make you wise to obtain salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.
Christta Jisu thajabagi mapanna nahakpu aran-khubhamda chingbigadaba lousing pibiba ngamba Asengba Mapugi Puya adu nahakna angang pisak oiringeidagi khanglakkhre haibasi nahak ningsing-u.
16 Every Scripture is inspired by God and is useful for teaching, for convincing, for correction of error, and for instruction in right doing;
Mapugi Puya pumnamak asi Tengban Mapugi sordagi oibani, aduga tambinabagidamak, cheiduna waraknabagidamak, chumthoknabagidamak, amasung achumba chatpagi marida takpinabagidamak kannei.
17 so that the man of God may himself be complete and may be perfectly equipped for every good work.
