2 Thessalonians 2
1 But with respect to the Coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our being gathered to meet Him, we entreat you, brethren,
ହେ ଭାଇମାନେ, ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରଭୁ ଯୀଶୁ ଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟଙ୍କ ଆଗମନ ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଏକତ୍ର ହେବା ବିଷୟରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅନୁରୋଧ କରୁଅଛୁ,
2 not readily to become unsettled in mind or troubled--either by any pretended spiritual revelation or by any message or letter claiming to have been sent by us--through fancying that the day of the Lord is now here.
ପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଆଗମନର ଦିନ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହେଲାଣି ବୋଲି ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ କୌଣସି ଆତ୍ମା କି ବାକ୍ୟ କି ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଲେଖାଯାଇଅଛି ବୋଲି ମନେ କରି କୌଣସି ପତ୍ର ଦ୍ୱାରା ଶୀଘ୍ର ବିଚଳିତ ଓ ଉଦ୍ବିଗ୍ନ ନ ହୁଅ;
3 Let no one in any way deceive you, for that day cannot come without the coming of the apostasy first, and the appearing of the man of sin, the son of perdition, who sets himself against,
କେହି କୌଣସି ପ୍ରକାରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରତାରିତ ନ କରୁ, କାରଣ ପ୍ରଥମେ ଧର୍ମଚ୍ୟୁତି ଘଟିବ, ଆଉ ବିନାଶର ସନ୍ତାନ ସେହି ଅଧର୍ମ ପୁରୁଷ ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ହେବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ; ନ ହେଲେ ପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଆଗମନର ଦିନ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହେବ ନାହିଁ।
4 and exalts himself above, every so-called 'god' or object of worship, and goes the length of taking his seat in the very temple of God, giving it out that he himself is God.
ଏ ସେହି ଅଧର୍ମ ପୁରୁଷ ଯେ ପୂଜିତ କିମ୍ବା ଈଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧ କରେ ଏବଂ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କଠାରୁ ନିଜକୁ ଅଧିକ ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରେ, ଏପରିକି ଈଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ମନ୍ଦିରରେ ବସି ସେ ଆପଣାକୁ ଈଶ୍ବର ବୋଲି ଦେଖାଏ।
5 Do you not remember that while I was still with you I used to tell you all this?
ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ସଙ୍ଗରେ ଥିବା ସମୟରେ ଏହିସବୁ ବିଷୟ ଯେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଥିଲି, ତାହା କଅଣ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ମନେ ନାହିଁ?
6 And now you know what restrains him, in order that his true character may be revealed at his appointed time.
ଆଉ ସେ ନିରୂପିତ ସମୟରେ ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ହେବା ନିମନ୍ତେ କଅଣ ବାଧା ଦେଉଅଛି, ତାହା ତ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଜାଣ।
7 For lawlessness is already at work in secret; but only until the man who is now exercising a restraining influence is removed,
କାରଣ ଅଧର୍ମର ନିଗୂଢ଼ତତ୍ତ୍ୱ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ସୁଦ୍ଧା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରୁଅଛି, ବାଧା ଦେଉଥିବା ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ବାହାର ନ ହେବା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ତାହା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରୁଥିବ।
8 and then the Lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will sweep away with the tempest of His anger, and utterly overwhelm by the awful splendour of His Coming.
ସେତେବେଳେ ସେହି ଅଧର୍ମ ପୁରୁଷ ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ହେବ, ତାହାକୁ ପ୍ରଭୁ ଯୀଶୁ ଆପଣା ମୁଖର ନିଶ୍ୱାସ ଦ୍ୱାରା ସଂହାର କରିବେ ଓ ଆପଣା ଆଗମନର ପ୍ରକାଶ ଦ୍ୱାରା ବିନାଶ କରିବେ।
9 The appearing of the Lawless one will be attended by various miracles and tokens and delusive marvels--for so Satan works--
ଶୟତାନର ଶକ୍ତି ଅନୁସାରେ ସମସ୍ତ ପ୍ରକାର ମିଥ୍ୟାଶକ୍ତି, ଚିହ୍ନ ଓ ଅଦ୍ଭୁତ କର୍ମ, ପୁଣି ବିନାଶ-ପାତ୍ରମାନଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ସମସ୍ତ ପ୍ରକାର ଅଧର୍ମ ଛଳନା ସହକାରେ ସେହି ଅଧର୍ମ ପୁରୁଷର ଆଗମନ ହେବ,
10 and by every kind of wicked deception for those who are on the way to perdition because they did not welcome into their hearts the love of the truth, so that they might be saved.
କାରଣ ପରିତ୍ରାଣ ପାଇବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ସେମାନେ ସତ୍ୟର ପ୍ରେମକୁ ତୁଚ୍ଛ ମନେ କଲେ।
11 And for this reason God sends them a misleading influence that they may believe the lie;
ଆଉ, ଏଥିପାଇଁ ସେମାନେ ଯେପରି ମିଥ୍ୟାରେ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ କରନ୍ତି, ସେଥିନିମନ୍ତେ ଈଶ୍ବର ସେମାନଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ଭ୍ରାନ୍ତିଜନକ ଶକ୍ତି ପଠାଇଅଛନ୍ତି,
12 in order that all may come under judgement who have refused to believe the truth and have taken pleasure in unrighteousness.
ଯେପରିକି ଯେଉଁମାନେ ସତ୍ୟରେ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ ନ କରି ଅଧର୍ମରେ ସନ୍ତୁଷ୍ଟ ହୋଇଅଛନ୍ତି, ସେମାନେ ସମସ୍ତେ ଦଣ୍ଡର ପାତ୍ର ହେବେ।
13 And from us thanks are always due to God on your behalf--brethren whom the Lord loves--because God from the beginning has chosen you for salvation through the Spirit's sanctifying influence and your belief in the truth.
କିନ୍ତୁ, ହେ ପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ପ୍ରିୟପାତ୍ର ଭାଇମାନେ, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ସବୁବେଳେ ଈଶ୍ବରଙ୍କୁ ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ ଦେବା ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର କର୍ତ୍ତବ୍ୟ, କାରଣ ଈଶ୍ବର, ଆତ୍ମାଙ୍କ ପବିତ୍ରତା ଓ ସତ୍ୟରେ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ ଦ୍ୱାରା ପରିତ୍ରାଣ ପାଇବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଥମ ଫଳଭାବେ ବାଛି ଅଛନ୍ତି;
14 To this blessing God has called you by our Good News, so that you may have a share in the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
ସେଥିପାଇଁ ମଧ୍ୟ ସେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ସୁସମାଚାର ଦ୍ୱାରା ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରଭୁ ଯୀଶୁ ଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟଙ୍କ ଗୌରବ ପାଇବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଡାକିଅଛନ୍ତି।
15 So then, brethren, stand your ground, and hold fast to the teachings which you have received from us, whether by word of mouth or by letter.
ଅତଏବ, ହେ ଭାଇମାନେ, ସ୍ଥିର ଥାଅ, ପୁଣି, ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ବାକ୍ୟ କିମ୍ବା ପତ୍ର ଦ୍ୱାରା ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଯେଉଁ ଶିକ୍ଷା ପାଇଅଛ, ସେହିସବୁ ଧରି ରଖ।
16 And may our Lord Jesus Christ Himself--and God our Father who has loved us and has given us in His grace eternal consolation and a bright hope-- (aiōnios g166)
ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରଭୁ ଯୀଶୁ ଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟ ନିଜେ, ଆଉ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଯେଉଁ ପିତା ଈଶ୍ବର ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରେମ କରି ଅନୁଗ୍ରହରେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅନନ୍ତ ସାନ୍ତ୍ୱନା ଓ ଉତ୍ତମ ଭରସା ଦେଇଅଛନ୍ତି, (aiōnios g166)
17 comfort your hearts and make you stedfast in every good work and word.
ସେ ନିଜେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ହୃଦୟକୁ ସାନ୍ତ୍ୱନା ଦେଇ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ସମସ୍ତ ଉତ୍ତମ କର୍ମ ଓ ବାକ୍ୟରେ ସୁସ୍ଥିର କରନ୍ତୁ।
