< 1 Peter 3 >

1 Married women, in the same way, be submissive to your husbands, so that even if some of them disbelieve the Message, they may, apart from the Message, be won over by the daily life of their wives, after watching your daily life--
Sidaas oo kalena, dumar yahow, nimankiinna ka dambeeya in xataa haddii qaar uusan erayga addeecin ay erayga la'aantiis ku soo hanuunsamaan dabiicadda afooyinkooda,
2 so full of reverence, and so blameless!
markay arkaan dabiicaddiinna daahirsan ee cabsida leh.
3 Your adornment ought not to be a merely outward thing--one of plaiting the hair, putting on jewelry, or wearing beautiful dresses.
Isqurxintiinnu yaanay ahaan tan dibadda ah, oo ah timo tidcan, iyo dahab layska lulo, amase dhar la xidho,
4 Instead of that, it should be a new nature within--the imperishable ornament of a gentle and peaceful spirit, which is indeed precious in the sight of God.
laakiinse ha ahaato inta qalbiga ee qarsoon, taasoo leh wax aan baabba'ayn ee ah ruuxa qabow oo aamusan, kaasoo Ilaah hortiisa qiimo badan ku leh.
5 For in ancient times also this was the way the holy women who set their hopes upon God used to adorn themselves, being submissive to their husbands.
Waayo, sidaasoo kalaa waagii hore dumarkii quduuska ahaa oo Ilaah wax ka rajayn jiray ay isu qurxin jireen, iyagoo nimankoodii ka dambeeya.
6 Thus, for instance, Sarah obeyed Abraham, acknowledging his authority over her. And you have become Sarah's children if you do what is right and permit nothing whatever to terrify you.
Saarahba sidaasoo kalay Ibraahim u addeeci jirtay, oo ay ugu yeedhi jirtay, Sayidow; oo idinna haddii aad wanaag fashaan oo aydnaan ka cabsan wixii argaggax leh waxaad tihiin carruurteeda.
7 Married men, in the same way, live with your wives with a clear recognition of the fact that they are weaker than you. Yet, since you are heirs with them of God's free gift of Life, treat them with honour; so that your prayers may not be hindered.
Nimankow, idinkuna sidaas oo kale afooyinkiinna aqoon kula dhaqma sidii iyagoo ah weel tabardaran, oo iyaga maamuusa sida kuwa idinla dhaxla nimcada nolosha, si aan baryadiinna loo hor joogsan.
8 In conclusion, all of you should be of one mind, quick to sympathize, kind to the brethren, tenderhearted, lowly-minded,
Ugu dambaysta, waxaan idinku leeyahay, Kulligiin isku maan ahaada, oo isu jixinjixa, oo sida walaalo isu jeclaada, oo isu naxariista, oo is-hoosaysiiya.
9 not requiting evil with evil nor abuse with abuse, but, on the contrary, giving a blessing in return, because a blessing is what you have been called by God to inherit.
Shar shar ha ka celinina, cayna cay ha ka celinina, laakiinse duco ka celiya, maxaa yeelay, saas aawadeed waxaa laydiinku yeedhay inaad barako dhaxashaan, waayo,
10 For "He who wishes to be well-satisfied with life and see happy days-- let him restrain his tongue from evil, and his lips from deceitful words;
Kii doonaya inuu nolol jeclaado, Oo arko maalmo wanaagsan, Carrabkiisa shar ha ka joojiyo, Bushimihiisana yaanay khiyaano ku hadlin.
11 Let him turn from evil, and do good; Let him inquire for peace and go in pursuit of it.
Oo ha ka leexdo shar, oo wanaag ha sameeyo; Nabad ha doondoono oo ha raacdaysto;
12 For the eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and His ears are open to their supplication; but the face of the Lord is set against evil-doers."
Waayo, Rabbiga indhihiisu waxay fiiriyaan kuwa xaqa ah, Dhegihiisuna waxay u furan yihiin baryadooda; Laakiin wejiga Rabbigu waa ka gees kuwa sharka sameeya.
13 And who will be able to harm you, if you show yourselves zealous for that which is good?
Haddii aad waxa wanaagsan ku dadaashaan, bal yaa wax idin yeeli doona?
14 But even if you suffer for righteousness' sake, you are to be envied. So do not be alarmed by their threats, nor troubled;
Laakiinse xaqnimada daraaddeed haddii aad u xanuunsataan, waad barakaysan tihiin. Haddaba ha ka cabsanina cabsigelintooda, hana welwelina.
15 but in your hearts consecrate Christ as Lord, being always ready to make your defence to any one who asks from you a reason for the hope which you cherish.
Rabbiga Masiixa ah qalbiyadiinna quduus kaga dhiga, oo mar kasta diyaar u ahaada inaad u jawaabtaan nin alla ninkii wax idinka weyddiiya sabab ku saabsan rajada aad leedihiin, laakiinse qabow iyo cabsi ugu jawaaba,
16 Yet argue modestly and cautiously, keeping your consciences free from guilt, so that, when you are spoken against, those who slander your good Christian lives may be put to shame.
idinkoo qalbi wanaagsan leh, in markii wax xun laydinka sheego, ay ceeboobaan kuwa caaya dabiicaddiinna wanaagsan ee xagga Masiixa ah.
17 For it is better that you should suffer for doing right, if such be God's will, than for doing evil;
Waayo, haddii ay doonista Ilaah tahay, waxaa ka wanaagsan inaad samafalidda u xanuunsataan intii aad u xanuunsan lahaydeen sharfalidda.
18 because Christ also once for all died for sins, the innocent One for the guilty many, in order to bring us to God. He was put to death in the flesh, but made alive in the spirit,
Maxaa yeelay, Masiixba mar buu u xanuunsaday dembiyada. Isagoo xaq ah ayuu u xanuunsaday kuwa aan xaqa ahayn aawadood inuu inoo keeno Ilaah. Xagga jidhka waa laga dilay, laakiinse xagga ruuxa waa laga nooleeyey.
19 in which He also went and proclaimed His Message to the spirits that were in prison,
Ruuxii ayuu ku tegey oo wuxuu wacdiyey ruuxyadii xabsigii ku jiray,
20 who in ancient times had been disobedient, while God's longsuffering was patiently waiting in the days of Noah during the building of the Ark, in which a few persons--eight in number--were brought safely through the water.
kuwaas oo waagii hore ahaa caasiyiin markii dulqaadashada Ilaah ay sugaysay intii maalmihii Nuux oo la diyaarinayay doonnidii, taasoo ay biyihii kaga badbaadeen dhawr qof oo ah siddeed nafood oo keliya.
21 And, corresponding to that figure, the water of baptism now saves you--not the washing off of material defilement, but the craving of a good conscience after God--through the resurrection of Jesus Christ,
Biyahaasuna waxay ka dhigan yihiin baabtiiska hadda idinku badbaadiya sarakicidda Ciise Masiix, oo aan ahayn ka fogaynta wasakhda jidhka, laakiinse waxaa weeye baryo ka timaada qalbi wanaagsan oo xagga Ilaah.
22 who is at God's right hand, having gone into Heaven, angels and authorities and powers having been made subject to Him.
Ciise Masiix jannaduu galay oo wuxuu joogaa gacanta midigta oo Ilaah, oo malaa'igaha iyo kuwa amarka leh iyo kuwa xoogga leh oo dhanba waa laga hoosaysiiyey isaga.
