1 Corinthians 4
1 As for us Apostles, let any one take this view of us--we are Christ's officers, and stewards of God's secret truths.
माणस हमनै मसीह के सेवक अर परमेसवर के भेदां के भण्डारी समझै, जो माणसां नै परमेसवर का भेद समझावै सै।
2 This being so, it follows that fidelity is what is required in stewards.
फेर उरै भण्डारी म्ह या बात देक्खी जावै सै, के वो बिश्वास कै जोग्गा हो।
3 I however am very little concerned at undergoing your scrutiny, or that of other men; in fact I do not even scrutinize myself.
पर मेरी निगांह म्ह या घणी छोट्टी बात सै, के थम या माणसां का कोए न्यायाधीश मन्नै परखै, बल्के मै खुद अपणे-आप ताहीं कोनी परखदा।
4 Though I am not conscious of having been in any way unfaithful, yet I do not for that reason stand acquitted; but He whose scrutiny I must undergo is the Lord.
क्यूँके मेरा मन मेरै ताहीं किसे बात म्ह कसूरवार कोनी ठहरान्दा, इस म्ह मै बेकसूर कोनी ठहरदा, पर मेरा परखण आळा प्रभु सै।
5 Therefore form no premature judgements, but wait until the Lord returns. He will both bring to light the secrets of darkness and will openly disclose the motives that have been in people's hearts; and then the praise which each man deserves will come to him from God.
ज्यांतै जिब ताहीं प्रभु का आणा ना हो, कोए किसे नै परखै ना, वो माणसां के विचारां नै साफ-साफ जाहिर कर देगा, अर वो माणसां के मनां के मकसद नै दिखावैगा, फेर परमेसवर की ओड़ तै हरेक की बड़ाई होवैगी।
6 In writing this much, brethren, with special reference to Apollos and myself, I have done so for your sakes, in order to teach you by our example what those words mean, which say, "Nothing beyond what is written!" --so that you may cease to take sides in boastful rivalry, for one teacher against another.
हे बिश्वासी भाईयो, मन्नै अपणा अर अपुल्लोस का जिक्र उदाहरण के तौर पै करया सै, यो बताण खात्तर के मै थारे ताहीं के कहणा चाहूँ सूं, जै थम उसपै ध्यान करो, जो पवित्र ग्रन्थ म्ह लिख्या सै, अर उसतै आग्गै ना बढ़ो, इसा ना हो के थम एक माणस का पक्ष ल्यो, अर दुसरे का अपमान करो।
7 Why, who gives you your superiority, my brother? Or what have you that you did not receive? And if you really did receive it, why boast as if this were not so?
थारे ताहीं कौण कहवै सै, के थम दुसरयां तै उत्तम हो? हर काबलियत थमनै परमेसवर की ओड़ तै मिली सै, अर सब कुछ परमेसवर के जरिये दिया गया सै, तो थमनै घमण्ड करण का कोए हक कोनी?
8 Every one of you already has all that heart can desire; already you have grown rich; without waiting for us, you have ascended your thrones! Yes indeed, would to God that you had ascended your thrones, that we also might reign with you!
थम सोच्चो सों के थारे धोरै पवित्र आत्मा के सारे वरदान सै, जो माणसां ताहीं दिए जावै सै, थम यो सोच्चों सों के म्हारे बिना सहयोग के थम राजा बणगे सो, अर थम साहूकार भी बण लिए सो, पर आच्छा तो यो होंदा के थम असलियत म्ह ए राजा बणे होन्दे, अर हम भी थारे गेल्या राज करदे।
9 God, it seems to me, has exhibited us Apostles last of all, as men condemned to death; for we have come to be a spectacle to all creation--alike to angels and to men.
परमेसवर नै हम प्रेरितां ताहीं सारया तै आखरी जगहां पै राख्या सै। हम उन माणसां की तरियां सां, जिनकी मौत का हुकम हो लिया सै, क्यूँके हम सुर्गदूत्तां अर दुनिया के माणसां कै खात्तर एक तमाशा बणे सां।
10 We, for Christ's sake, are labeled as "foolish"; you, as Christians, are men of shrewd intelligence. We are mere weaklings: you are strong. You are in high repute: we are outcasts.
माणस हमनै बेकूफ समझै सै, क्यूँके हम मसीह का प्रचार करया सां। थम या सोच्चों सों के थम अकलमंद सों, क्यूँके मसीह कै गैल थारा रिश्ता सै। भोत सारे माणस या सोच्चै सै के प्रेरित होण का म्हारे धोरै अधिकार कोनी, पर थम घमण्ड तै कहो सों, के थारे धोरै परमेसवर की शक्ति सै। माणस म्हारा न्ही थारा आदर करै सै।
11 To this very moment we endure both hunger and thirst, with scanty clothing and many a blow.
हम आज तक भूक्खे-प्यास्से मार खावां सां, अर पाट्टे-पुराणे लत्यां म्ह रहवां सां, अर ना ए म्हारे घर-बार सै।
12 Homes we have none. Wearily we toil, working with our own hands. When reviled, we bless; when persecuted, we bear it patiently;
अर अपणे ए हाथ्थां तै काम करकै मेहनत करा सां। माणस म्हारै ताहीं बुरा कहवै सै, हम आशीष देवां सां, वे सतावै सै, हम सहण करा सां।
13 when slandered, we try to conciliate. We have come to be regarded as the mere dirt and filth of the world--the refuse of the universe, even to this hour.
वे बदनाम करै सै, हम प्यार तै बोल्ला सां। आज भी दुनिया के माणस म्हारा आदर कोनी करते, क्यूँके वे न्यू समझै सै के हम बेकार के माणस सां।
14 I am not writing all this to shame you, but I am offering you advice as my dearly-loved children.
मै थमनै शर्मिन्दा करण कै खात्तर ये बात कोनी लिखदा, मेरा मकसद यो सै के मै थमनै सुधारु क्यूँके थम मेरे उन प्यारे बाळकां की ढाळ सों, जिनतै मै प्यार करुँ सूं।
15 For even if you were to have ten thousand spiritual instructors--for all that you could not have several fathers. It is I who in Christ Jesus became your father through the Good News.
जै मसीह म्ह थारे सिखाण आळे दस हजार भी होन्दे, तोभी थारे पिता घणे कोनी, क्यूँके मसीह यीशु म्ह थारे ताहीं सुसमाचार सुणाण कै कारण मै थारा पिता बणग्या।
16 I entreat you therefore to become like me.
मै थारे तै बिनती करुँ सूं के मेरे जिसा जीवन जिओ।
17 For this reason I have sent Timothy to you. Spiritually he is my dearly-loved and faithful child. He will remind you of my habits as a Christian teacher--the manner in which I teach everywhere in every Church.
इस करकै मन्नै तीमुथियुस ताहीं जो प्रभु म्ह मेरा प्यारा अर बिश्वास कै जोग्गा बेट्टा सै, थारे धोरै भेज्या सै। वो थमनै मसीह यीशु म्ह मेरा चाल-चलण याद करवावैगा, जिस तरियां के हरेक जगहां मै हरेक कलीसिया म्ह उपदेश देऊँ सूं।
18 But some of you have been puffed up through getting the idea that I am not coming to Corinth.
थारे म्ह तै घणखरे तो यो सोच्चै सै, के मै थमनै दुबारा मिलण कोनी आऊँगा, इस करकै वे घमण्डी होगे सै।
19 But, if the Lord is willing, I shall come to you without delay; and then I shall know not the fine speeches of these conceited people, but their power.
पर प्रभु नै चाह्या तो मै थारे धोरै तावळा-ए आऊँगा, अर देखूँगा के ये घमण्डी माणस सिर्फ बणावटी बात करै सै, या इनकै धोरै परमेसवर की सामर्थ सै।
20 For Apostolic authority is not a thing of words, but of power.
क्यूँके परमेसवर का राज्य बात्तां म्ह न्ही पर परमेसवर की सामर्थ के साथ जीण म्ह सै।
21 Which shall it be? Shall I come to you with a rod, or in a loving and tender spirit?
थम के चाहो सों, जो मै थारे गैल करुँ? जै थम अपणा बुरा सुभाव न्ही छोड़ोगे तो मै सखताई तै थारे गैल पेश आऊँ, अर जै बुरा सुभाव छोड़ द्योगे तो मै प्यार अर नरमाई तै थारे धोरै आऊँगा।
