Song of Solomon 4
1 Behold, thou [art] fair, my love; behold, thou [art] fair; thou [hast] doves' eyes within thy locks: thy hair [is] as a flock of goats, that appear from mount Gilead.
എന്റെ പ്രിയേ, നീ സുന്ദരി; നീ സുന്ദരി തന്നേ; നിന്റെ മൂടുപടത്തിൻ നടുവെ നിന്റെ കണ്ണു പ്രാവിൻ കണ്ണുപോലെ ഇരിക്കുന്നു; നിന്റെ തലമുടി ഗിലെയാദ് മലഞ്ചെരിവിൽ കിടക്കുന്ന കോലാട്ടിൻകൂട്ടം പോലെയാകുന്നു.
2 Thy teeth [are] like a flock [of sheep that are even] shorn, which came up from the washing; all of which bear twins, and none [is] barren among them.
നിന്റെ പല്ലു, രോമം കത്രിച്ചിട്ടു കുളിച്ചു കയറിവരുന്ന ആടുകളെപ്പോലെ ഇരിക്കുന്നു; അവയിൽ ഒന്നും മച്ചിയായിരിക്കാതെ എല്ലാം ഇരട്ടപ്രസവിക്കുന്നു.
3 Thy lips [are] like a thread of scarlet, and thy speech [is] comely: thy temples [are] like a piece of pomegranate within thy locks.
നിന്റെ അധരം കടുംചുവപ്പുനൂൽപോലെയും നിന്റെ വായ് മനോഹരവും ആകുന്നു; നിന്റെ ചെന്നികൾ നിന്റെ മൂടുപടത്തിൻ ഉള്ളിൽ മാതളപ്പഴത്തിൻ ഖണ്ഡംപോലെ ഇരിക്കുന്നു.
4 Thy neck [is] like the tower of David built for an armory, on which hang a thousand bucklers, all shields of mighty men.
നിന്റെ കഴുത്തു ആയുധശാലയായി പണിതിരിക്കുന്ന ദാവീദിൻ ഗോപുരത്തോടു ഒക്കും; അതിൽ ആയിരം പരിച തൂക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു; അവ ഒക്കെയും വീരന്മാരുടെ പരിച തന്നേ.
5 Thy two breasts [are] like two young roes that are twins, which feed among the lilies.
നിന്റെ സ്തനം രണ്ടും താമരെക്കിടയിൽ മേയുന്ന ഇരട്ട പിറന്ന രണ്ടു മാൻകുട്ടികൾക്കു സമം.
6 Until the day shall break, and the shadows flee away, I will repair to the mountain of myrrh, and to the hill of frankincense.
വെയലാറി നിഴൽ കാണാതെയാകുവോളം ഞാൻ മൂറിൻമലയിലും കുന്തുരുക്കക്കുന്നിലും ചെന്നിരിക്കാം.
7 Thou [art] all fair, my love; [there is] no spot in thee.
എന്റെ പ്രിയേ, നീ സർവ്വാംഗസുന്ദരി; നിന്നിൽ യാതൊരു ഊനവും ഇല്ല.
8 Come with me from Lebanon, [my] spouse, with me from Lebanon: look from the top of Amana, from the top of Shenir and Hermon, from the lions' dens, from the mountains of the leopards.
കാന്തേ ലെബാനോനെ വിട്ടു എന്നോടുകൂടെ, ലെബാനോനെ വിട്ടു എന്നോടുകൂടെ വരിക; അമാനാമുകളും ശെനീർ ഹെർമ്മോൻ കൊടുമുടികളും സിംഹങ്ങളുടെ ഗുഹകളും പുള്ളിപ്പുലികളുടെ പർവ്വതങ്ങളും വിട്ടു പോരിക.
9 Thou hast ravished my heart, my sister, [my] spouse; thou hast ravished my heart with one of thy eyes, with one chain of thy neck.
എന്റെ സഹോദരീ, എന്റെ കാന്തേ, നീ എന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തെ അപഹരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; ഒരു നോട്ടംകൊണ്ടും കഴുത്തിലെ മാല കൊണ്ടും നീ എന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തെ അപഹരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
10 How fair is thy love, my sister, [my] spouse! how much better is thy love than wine! and the smell of thy ointments than all spices!
എന്റെ സഹോദരീ, എന്റെ കാന്തേ, നിന്റെ പ്രേമം എത്ര മനോഹരം! വീഞ്ഞിനെക്കാൾ നിന്റെ പ്രേമവും സകലവിധ സുഗന്ധവർഗ്ഗത്തെക്കാൾ നിന്റെ തൈലത്തിന്റെ പരിമളവും എത്ര രസകരം!
11 Thy lips, O [my] spouse, drop [as] the honey-comb; honey and milk [are] under thy tongue; and the smell of thy garments [is] like the smell of Lebanon.
അല്ലയോ കാന്തേ, നിന്റെ അധരം തേൻകട്ട പൊഴിക്കുന്നു; നിന്റെ നാവിൻ കീഴിൽ തേനും പാലും ഉണ്ടു; നിന്റെ വസ്ത്രത്തിന്റെ വാസന ലെബാനോന്റെ വാസനപോലെ ഇരിക്കുന്നു.
12 A garden inclosed [is] my sister, [my] spouse; a spring shut up, a fountain sealed.
എന്റെ സഹോദരി, എന്റെ കാന്ത കെട്ടി അടെച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ഒരു തോട്ടം, അടെച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ഒരു നീരുറവു, മുദ്രയിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഒരു കിണറു.
13 Thy plants [are] an orchard of pomegranates, with pleasant fruits; camphor, with spikenard,
നിന്റെ ചിനെപ്പുകൾ വിശിഷ്ടഫലങ്ങളോടു കൂടിയ മാതളത്തോട്ടം; മയിലാഞ്ചിയോടുകൂടെ ജടാമാംസിയും,
14 Spikenard and saffron; calamus and cinnamon, with all trees of frankincense; myrrh and aloes, with all the chief spices:
ജടാമാംസിയും കുങ്കുമവും, വയമ്പും ലവംഗവും, സകലവിധ കുന്തുരുക്കവൃക്ഷങ്ങളും, മൂറും അകിലും സകലപ്രധാനസുഗന്ധവർഗ്ഗവും തന്നേ.
15 A fountain of gardens, a well of living waters, and streams from Lebanon.
നീ തോട്ടങ്ങൾക്കു ഒരു നീരുറവും, വറ്റിപ്പോകാത്ത കിണറും ലെബാനോനിൽനിന്നു ഒഴുകുന്ന ഒഴുക്കുകളും തന്നേ.
16 Awake, O north wind; and come, thou south; blow upon my garden, [that] its spices may flow out. Let my beloved come into his garden, and eat his pleasant fruits.
വടതിക്കാറ്റേ ഉണരുക; തെന്നിക്കാറ്റേ വരിക; എന്റെ തോട്ടത്തിൽനിന്നു സുഗന്ധം വീശേണ്ടതിന്നു അതിന്മേൽ ഊതുക; എന്റെ പ്രിയൻ തന്റെ തോട്ടത്തിൽ വന്നു അതിലെ വിശിഷ്ടഫലം ഭുജിക്കട്ടെ.
