Song of Solomon 4
1 Behold, thou [art] fair, my love; behold, thou [art] fair; thou [hast] doves' eyes within thy locks: thy hair [is] as a flock of goats, that appear from mount Gilead.
कितनी सुंदर हो तुम मेरी प्रिया! मेरी आंखों के लिए कितनी प्रिय हो तुम! ओढ़नी के पीछे तुम्हारी आंखें कबूतरी के समान हैं. तुम्हारे बाल गिलआद पर्वत की ढाल पर चढ़ाई कर रही बकरियों के समान हैं.
2 Thy teeth [are] like a flock [of sheep that are even] shorn, which came up from the washing; all of which bear twins, and none [is] barren among them.
तुम्हारे दांत अभी-अभी ऊन कतरे हुए भेड़ों के समान हैं, जो नहाकर आईं हैं, उन सभी के जुड़वां बच्चे होते हैं, तथा जिनमें से एक भी अकेला नहीं है.
3 Thy lips [are] like a thread of scarlet, and thy speech [is] comely: thy temples [are] like a piece of pomegranate within thy locks.
तुम्हारे ओंठ लाल रंग की डोरी के समान हैं; तथा मनमोहन है तुम्हारा मुंह. तुम्हारे गाल तुम्हारी ओढ़नी के पीछे अनार की दो फांक के समान हैं.
4 Thy neck [is] like the tower of David built for an armory, on which hang a thousand bucklers, all shields of mighty men.
दावीद द्वारा बनाए गए मीनारों के समान है तुम्हारी गर्दन, जिन्हें पत्थरों को तराशकर बनाया गया है, जिन पर एक हज़ार ढालें लटका दी जाती हैं, वीर योद्धाओं की सभी गोलाकार ढालें.
5 Thy two breasts [are] like two young roes that are twins, which feed among the lilies.
तुम्हारी दोनों छातियां हिरणी के दो बच्चों के समान हैं, हिरणी के जुड़वां बच्चे, जो सोसन के फूलों के बीच चरते हैं.
6 Until the day shall break, and the shadows flee away, I will repair to the mountain of myrrh, and to the hill of frankincense.
शाम होने तक जब छाया मिटने लगती है, मैं गन्धरस के पहाड़ पर चला जाऊंगा, हां, लोबान की पहाड़ी पर.
7 Thou [art] all fair, my love; [there is] no spot in thee.
मेरी प्रियतमा, तुम सर्वांग सुंदरी हो; कोई भी दोष नहीं है तुममें.
8 Come with me from Lebanon, [my] spouse, with me from Lebanon: look from the top of Amana, from the top of Shenir and Hermon, from the lions' dens, from the mountains of the leopards.
मेरी दुल्हिन, मेरे साथ लबानोन से आ जाओ, कैसा होगा जब तुम मेरे साथ लबानोन से आओगी. उतर आओ; अमाना शिखर से, सेनीर तथा हरमोन के शिखर से, शेरों की गुफाओं से, तेंदुओं के पर्वतों से.
9 Thou hast ravished my heart, my sister, [my] spouse; thou hast ravished my heart with one of thy eyes, with one chain of thy neck.
मेरी बहन, मेरी दुल्हिन, तुमने तो मेरी हृदय गति तेज कर दी है; तुम्हारे गले के हार के एक ही हीरे से, तुम्हारी आंखों के एक ही चितवन से, तुमने तो मेरी हृदय गति तेज कर दी है!
10 How fair is thy love, my sister, [my] spouse! how much better is thy love than wine! and the smell of thy ointments than all spices!
मेरी बहन, मेरी दुल्हिन, कैसा मनोहर है तुम्हारा प्रेम! दाखमधु से भी उत्तम है तुम्हारा प्रेम, तथा तुम्हारे ईत्रों की सुगंध भी उत्तमोत्तर है सभी मसालों की सुगंध से!
11 Thy lips, O [my] spouse, drop [as] the honey-comb; honey and milk [are] under thy tongue; and the smell of thy garments [is] like the smell of Lebanon.
मेरी दुल्हिन, तुम्हारे ओंठ मधु टपकाते हैं; तुम्हारी जीभ के नीचे दूध और मधु रहता है, तुम्हारे वस्त्रों से उठती सुगंध लबानोन की सुगंध के समान है.
12 A garden inclosed [is] my sister, [my] spouse; a spring shut up, a fountain sealed.
मेरी बहन, मेरी दुल्हिन एक गुप्त निजी बगीचा है; चारदीवारी में बंद तथा निजी झरने वाला बगीचा.
13 Thy plants [are] an orchard of pomegranates, with pleasant fruits; camphor, with spikenard,
तुम तो अनार के पेड़ों की बारी हो, जिसमें सबसे अच्छे फल लगे हुए हैं तथा जिसमें मेंहदी तथा जटामांसी के पौधे लगे हुए हैं.
14 Spikenard and saffron; calamus and cinnamon, with all trees of frankincense; myrrh and aloes, with all the chief spices:
जटामांसी एवं केसर, नरकुल तथा दालचीनी, ये सभी गन्धरस, लोबान तथा अगर तथा इनके सारे मुख्य मसालों के मिश्रण के साथ.
15 A fountain of gardens, a well of living waters, and streams from Lebanon.
तुम तो बगीचे के बीच का सोता हो, सुखदायी जल का कुंआ, वे नदियां, जो लबानोन से निकली हैं.
16 Awake, O north wind; and come, thou south; blow upon my garden, [that] its spices may flow out. Let my beloved come into his garden, and eat his pleasant fruits.
उत्तरी वायु, जागो, दक्षिण वायु! आ जाओ; मेरे बगीचे के ऊपर से बहो, इसके मसालों के मिश्रण उड़कर दूर चले जाएं. कैसा हो यदि मेरा प्रेमी अपने बगीचे में आ जाए तथा इसके उत्तम-उत्तम फलों को खाए.
