1 I [am] the rose of Sharon, [and] the lily of the valleys.
Na da soge ale ifa mosoi Sia: lane sogega bugi agoai. Amola na da ‘lili’ mosoi goumi fago ganodini aligi agoai.” Dunu da amane sia: sa,
2 As the lily among thorns, so [is] my love among the daughters.
“Na dogolegei! Di da uda gilisisu amo ganodini, ‘lili’ mosoi noga: iwane, aya: gaga: nomei gigisi ganodini agoai ba: sa.” Uda da amane sia: sa,
3 As the apple-tree among the trees of the wood, so [is] my beloved among the sons. I sat down under his shadow with great delight, and his fruit [was] sweet to my taste.
“Na dogolegei da dunu eno gilisi amoga ‘a: bele’ ifa noga: i amo iwilaga aligi ifa ganodini bugi agoai ba: sa. Na da ea baba ganodini fimusa: hanai gala. Amola ea fage legei da nama hedaidafa gala.
4 He brought me to the banqueting house, and his banner over me [was] love.
E da na ea lolo nabe diasuga oule misi. Amola e da ea gosagisu abula amo na dedeboma: ne, hiougili gadoi. Ea gosagisu da sasagesu hou.
5 Stay me with flagons, comfort me with apples: for I [am] sick with love.
Na da bu gasa lama: ne, hafoga: i waini fage nama ima. Na bu obeagima: ne, ‘a: bele’ fage nama ima. Na da sasagesu hou ha: giwane hamobeba: le, gasa hamedei gala.
6 His left hand [is] under my head, and his right hand doth embrace me.
Ea fofadi lobo da na dialumaha diala, amola ea lobodafa da na sogoba: le nonogosa.
7 I charge you, O ye daughters of Jerusalem, by the roes, and by the hinds of the field, that ye stir not, nor awake [my] love, till he please.
Yelusaleme uda, dilia! Hehenasu ‘dia’ gebo amola ‘gasele dia’ gebo ilia houba: le, sia: dafawaneyale ilegema. Ania sasagesu gilisili fibi hou mae hedofama: ne sia: ma!” Uda da amane sia: i,
8 The voice of my beloved! behold, he cometh leaping upon the mountains, skipping upon the hills.
“Na da na sasagesu dunu ea sia: be naba. E da goumi da: iya giadofale hehenaiya manebe. E da agolo da: iya giadofale nama manebe.
9 My beloved is like a roe, or a young hart: behold, he standeth behind our wall, he looketh forth at the windows, showing himself through the lattice.
Na sasagesu dunu da ‘gasele’ dia agoai ba: sa. E da waha debe ‘dia’ gawali agoai gala. E da dobea fei bega: aligisa. E da fo logo agei gelabodiliaga ba: sa. E da ifa gigiadomai gelabodiliaga ba: sa.
10 My beloved spoke, and said to me, Rise, my love, my fair one, and come away.
Na sasagesu dunu da nama sia: sa.” Dunu da amane sia: i, “Na dogolei! Misa! Ani ahoa: di!
11 For lo, the winter is past, the rain is over [and] gone.
Anegagi oubi da yolei. Gibu amola da yolei.
12 The flowers appear on the earth; the time of the singing [of birds] is come, and the voice of the turtle is heard in our land;
Sogega mosoi da falegai dagoi. Wali da gesami hea: su esoha. Moifufui amoga ‘dafe’ sio da gesami hea: lala.
13 The fig-tree putteth forth her green figs, and the vines [with] the tender grape give a [good] smell. Arise, my love, my fair one, and come away.
Figi fage da muni yosa. Efe mosoi da falegabeba: le, hisi da gabusiga: agoai naba. Na dogolegei! Misa! Ani ahoa: di!
14 O my dove, [that art] in the clefts of the rock, in the secret [places] of the stairs, let me see thy countenance, let me hear thy voice; for sweet [is] thy voice, and thy countenance [is] comely.
Di da ‘dafe’ sio amo da igi bagade gouda: i gala: i adobo amo ganodini wamoaligisa agoane ba: sa. Dia odagi noga: idafa, na da ba: ma: ma. Dia sia: noga: idafa na da nabima: ma.
15 Take for us the foxes, the little foxes, that spoil the vines: for our vines [have] tender grapes.

16 My beloved [is] mine, and I [am] his: he feedeth among the lilies.
“Na sasagesu dunu da na: Amola na da ea: E da ea sibi wa: i amo ‘lili’ bugiga ha: i manu ianeawane,
17 Until the day shall break, and the shadows flee away, turn, my beloved, and be thou like a roe or a young hart upon the mountains of Bether.
hahabe fo da fulabosea amola gasi da alalolesi ba: sea fawane yolesisa. Na dogolegei! Buhagima! ‘Gasele dia’ ohe agoane amola ‘dia’ gawali amo da Bidia goumi alelaloi amoga esala agoane, buhagima.
