Revelation 13
1 And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.
Agwọ ochie ahụ guzoro nʼakụkụ nʼọnụ oke osimiri ahụ. Ma ahụrụ m otu anụ ọhịa ka o si nʼime oke osimiri na-arịpụta. Anụ ọhịa a nwere isi asaa na mpi iri. Okpueze iri dịkwa nʼelu mpi ndị a. Aha e dekwasịrị nʼisi asaa ahụ nʼotu nʼotu bụ ikwutọ na ikwuhie Chineke.
2 And the beast which I saw was like a leopard, and his feet were as [the feet] of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.
Anụ ọhịa a m hụrụ dị ka agụ, ma ụkwụ ya dịka ụkwụ anụ ọhịa bịa. Ọnụ ya dịkwa ka nke ọdụm. Agwọ ochie ahụ nyere ya ike ya, na ocheeze ya na ikike dị ukwuu.
3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.
Otu nʼime isi ya nwere ọnya buru ibu, nke pụrụ iwetara ya ọnwụ, e mere ka ọnya ahụ laa. Ụwa niile sobere anụ ọhịa ahụ nʼazụ nʼịtụnanya.
4 And they worshiped the dragon which gave power to the beast: and they worshiped the beast, saying, Who [is] like the beast? who is able to make war with him?
Ha kpọrọ isiala nye agwọ ochie ahụ nʼihi na o nyere anụ ọhịa ahụ ikike dị otu a. Ha bidokwara ịkpọ isiala nye anụ ọhịa ahụ, na-asị, “Ebee ka onye ahụ nọ, nke dị ukwuu karịa ya, onye pụkwara ibu agha megide ya?”
5 And there was given to him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given to him to continue forty [and] two months.
E nyekwara anụ ọhịa ahụ ọnụ na ike ikwu okwu mpako na ikike ikwulu ekwulu ọnwa iri anọ na abụọ.
6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.
O meghere ọnụ ya malite ikwulu Chineke, na aha ya na ebe obibi ya, na ndụ ahụ bụ ndị bi nʼeluigwe.
7 And it was given to him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and languages, and nations.
E nyere ya ike ibuso ndị nsọ agha na imeri ha. E nyekwara ya ikike ịchị agbụrụ niile, na ebo niile, na ndị niile, na mba niile na asụsụ niile.
8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
Ndị niile bi nʼelu ụwa ga-akpọkwa isiala nye ya, bụ onye ọbụla a na-edeghị aha ya nʼime akwụkwọ nke ndụ nke Nwa atụrụ ahụ e gbururị, site nʼoge e kere ụwa.
9 If any man hath an ear, let him hear.
Onye nwere ntị ya nụrụ.
10 He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.
“Ọ bụrụ na ọ dị onye ọbụla a ga-adọta nʼagha, ọ bụ ha ka a ga-adọtakwa nʼagha. Ọ bụrụ na ọ dị onye ọbụla ga-anwụ site na mma agha, aghaghị iji mma agha gbuo ha.” Ka nke a bụrụ ihe ịgbaume na iguzosikwa ike nʼokwukwe nke ndị Chineke.
11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth, and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spoke as a dragon.
Mgbe ahụ kwa, ahụrụ m anụ ọhịa ọzọ dị iche ka o si nʼala na-arịpụta. O nwere mpi nta abụọ dịka mpi Nwa atụrụ, kama ọ na-ekwu okwu dịka agwọ ochie ahụ.
12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them who dwell in it to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.
Ọ na-achị isi nʼọnọdụ anụ ọhịa nke mbụ. Ọ bụkwa ike a ka o ji kwagide ụwa na ndị niile bi nʼime ya ka ha kpọọ isiala nye anụ ọhịa mbụ ahụ nke a gwọrọ ọnya ya na-eweta ọnwụ.
13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,
Ọ na-emekwa ọtụtụ oke ihe ịrịbama dị iche iche. O mere ọbụladị ka ọkụ si na mbara eluigwe daa nʼụwa nʼihu mmadụ niile.
14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by [the means of] those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and lived.
O duhiekwara ndị mmadụ bi nʼụwa site nʼọrụ ịrịbama ya niile nke e nyere ya ike ịrụ nʼọnọdụ anụ ọhịa ahụ. Ọ gwakwara ndị niile bi nʼụwa ka ha kpụọ ihe oyiyi nke anụ ọhịa ahụ nke e jiri mma agha merụchaa ahụ, ma mechaa dị ndụ.
15 And he had power to give life to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.
E nyere ya ike ikunye ume ndụ nʼime oyiyi nke anụ ọhịa mbụ ahụ, ime ka ihe a kpụrụ akpụ kwuo okwu mekwa ka e gbuo ndị niile na-akpọghị isiala nye ya.
16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
O nyere iwu ka onye ọbụla, onye ukwu na onye nta, ọgaranya na ogbenye, ohu na onye nwe onwe ya, nata akara nʼaka nri maọbụ nʼegedege ihu ha.
17 And that no man might buy or sell, save him that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
Ya mere, ọ dịghị onye ọbụla nwere ike ịzụ ahịa maọbụ ree ahịa ma ọ bụrụ na onye ahụ enweghị akara a, nke bụ aha anụ ọhịa ahụ, maọbụ ihe e ji mara ya, maọbụ ọnụọgụgụ nọchiri aha ya.
18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number [is] six hundred and sixty six.
Nke a ka chọrọ amamihe maka ịghọta ya. Ka onye ọbụla nwere ọgụgụisi, gụọ ọnụọgụgụ nke anụ ọhịa ahụ, nʼihi na ọ bụ ọnụọgụgụ mmadụ. Ọnụọgụgụ ahụ bụkwa narị isi na iri isi na isii, ya bụ 666.
