Psalms 94
1 O LORD God, to whom vengeance belongeth; O God, to whom vengeance belongeth, show thyself.
၁အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်အပြစ်ပေးပိုင်တော်မူသော ဘုရားဖြစ်တော်မူပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏အမျက်တော်ကိုပေါ်လွင်ထင်ရှား စေတော်မူပါ။
2 Lift up thyself, thou judge of the earth: render a reward to the proud.
၂ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်လူအပေါင်းတို့အား တရားစီရင်တော်မူသောအရှင်ဖြစ်တော် မူပါ၏။ ထတော်မူ၍မာနကြီးသူတို့အားထိုက်လျောက်သည့် အပြစ်ဒဏ်ကိုပေးတော်မူပါ။
3 LORD, how long shall the wicked, how long shall the wicked triumph?
၃သူယုတ်မာတို့သည်အဘယ်မျှကြာအောင် ဝမ်းမြောက်ကြပါဦးမည်နည်း။ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ အဘယ်မျှကြာပါဦးမည်နည်း။
4 [How long] shall they utter [and] speak hard things? [and] all the workers of iniquity boast themselves?
၄ပြစ်မှုကူးလွန်သူတို့သည်အဘယ်မျှကြာအောင် မာန်မာနထောင်လွှား၍ မိမိတို့၏ပြစ်မှုများအကြောင်းကိုကြွားဝါလျက် နေကြပါဦးမည်နည်း။
5 They break in pieces thy people, O LORD, and afflict thy heritage.
၅အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ သူတို့သည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏လူစုတော်ကို နှိပ်ကွပ်ကြပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်ပိုင်တော်မူသောလူတို့အား ဖိစီးနှိပ်စက်ကြပါ၏။
6 They slay the widow and the stranger, and murder the fatherless.
၆သူတို့သည်မုဆိုးမများနှင့်မိဘမဲ့ သူတို့အား သတ်ဖြတ်ကြပါ၏။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့ပြည်တွင်နေထိုင်ကြသော ဧည့်သည်တို့ကိုသတ်ကြပါ၏။
7 Yet they say, The LORD will not see, neither will the God of Jacob regard [it].
၇သူတို့က``ထာဝရဘုရားသည်ငါတို့ကို မြင်တော်မမူ။ ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့၏ဘုရားသခင် သည် ရှုမြင်တော်မမူ'' ဟုဆိုကြ၏။
8 Understand, ye brutish among the people: and [ye] fools, when will ye be wise?
၈ငါ၏လူစုတော်တို့၊သင်တို့သည်အဘယ် သို့လျှင် ဤမျှအသိဉာဏ်တုံးလျက်မိုက်မဲ၍ နေနိုင်ကြပါသနည်း။ အဘယ်အခါကျမှတတ်သိလိမ္မာ၍ လာကြပါမည်နည်း။
9 He that planted the ear, shall he not hear? he that formed the eye, shall he not see?
၉ငါတို့၏နားများကိုဖန်ဆင်းတော်မူသော အရှင်သည် မြင်တော်မူနိုင်သည်မဟုတ်လော။
10 He that chastiseth the heathen, shall he not correct? he that teacheth man knowledge, [shall he not know]?
၁၀လူမျိုးတကာတို့ကိုဆုံးမသောအရှင်သည် သူတို့အားအပြစ်ပေးတော်မူမည်မဟုတ် ပါလော။ လူအပေါင်းတို့ကိုအသိပညာသွန်သင်သော အရှင်သည်အသိပညာရှိတော်မူသည် မဟုတ်ပါလော။
11 The LORD knoweth the thoughts of man, that they [are] vanity.
၁၁ထိုသူတို့၏အကြံအစည်များကို ထာဝရဘုရားသိတော်မူ၏။ သူတို့စဉ်းစားဆင်ခြင်မှုများသည် အချည်းနှီးဖြစ်ကြောင်းကိုယ်တော်သိတော် မူ၏။
12 Blessed [is] the man whom thou chastenest, O LORD, and teachest him out of thy law;
၁၂အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏ဆုံးမသွန်သင်မှုကိုခံရသော သူ၊ တရားတော်နှင့်ဆိုင်၍ကိုယ်တော်၏သွန်သင် မှုကို ခံရသောသူသည်မင်္ဂလာရှိပါ၏။
13 That thou mayest give him rest from the days of adversity, until the pit be digged for the wicked.
၁၃ထိုသူအားသူယုတ်မာတို့ကျစေရန် တွင်းတူး၍ မပြီးစီးမီဆိုးရွားသည့်အချိန်ကာလမှ လွတ်ငြိမ်းခွင့်ကိုကိုယ်တော်ပေးတော်မူပါ၏။
14 For the LORD will not cast off his people, neither will he forsake his inheritance.
၁၄ထာဝရဘုရားသည်မိမိ၏လူစုတော်အား ပစ်ထားတော်မူလိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်။ ကိုယ်တော်ပိုင်တော်မူသောလူတို့ကို စွန့်ပယ်တော်မူလိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်။
15 But judgment shall return to righteousness: and all the upright in heart shall follow it.
၁၅တရားရုံးများ၌တရားမျှတစွာစီရင်မှု တစ်ဖန်ရှိလိမ့်မည်။ သူတော်ကောင်းအပေါင်းတို့သည်လည်း ယင်းတရားမျှတစွာစီရင်မှုကို ထောက်ခံကြလိမ့်မည်။
16 Who will rise up for me against the evil-doers? [or] who will stand up for me against the workers of iniquity?
၁၆အဘယ်သူသည်ငါ့ဘက်မှာရှိ၍သူယုတ်မာ တို့အား ဆန့်ကျင်ပါသနည်း။ အဘယ်သူသည်ငါ့တစ်ဘက်ရှိမကောင်းမှု ပြုသူတို့အားဆန့်ကျင်ပါသနည်း။
17 Unless the LORD [had been] my help, my soul had almost dwelt in silence.
၁၇အကယ်၍ထာဝရဘုရားသာလျှင်ငါ့အား ကူမတော်မမူခဲ့သော် ငါသည်ဆိတ်ညံရာအရပ်သို့အလျင်အမြန် ရောက်ရမည်သာဖြစ်ပေသည်။
18 When I said, My foot slippeth; thy mercy, O LORD, held me up.
၁၈အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ခြေချော်၍လဲပြီဟု ထင်ရသောအခါ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ခိုင်မြဲသောမေတ္တာတော်သည် ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားချီပင့်ထားတော်မူပါ၏။
19 In the multitude of my thoughts within me, thy comforts delight my soul.
၁၉ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်စိုးရိမ်ပူပန်လျက် သောကရောက်သောအခါကိုယ်တော်ရှင် သည် ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားစိတ်သက်သာခွင့်ကိုပေး၍ ဝမ်းမြောက်စေတော်မူပါ၏။
20 Shall the throne of iniquity have fellowship with thee, which frameth mischief by a law?
၂၀ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်မတရားသောအမှုကို တရားဝင်ဖြစ်အောင်ပြုလုပ်တတ်သည့် အဂတိလိုက်စားသူတရားသူကြီးများနှင့် မည်သို့မျှမသက်ဆိုင်ပါ။
21 They assemble themselves against the soul of the righteous, and condemn the innocent blood.
၂၁သူတို့သည်သူတော်ကောင်းတို့ကိုသေကြောင်း ကြံစည်ကြပါ၏။ အပြစ်မဲ့သူတို့ကိုသေဒဏ်စီရင်ကြပါ၏။
22 But the LORD is my defense; and my God [is] the rock of my refuge.
၂၂သို့ရာတွင်ထာဝရဘုရားသည်ငါ့ကို ကွယ်ကာတော်မူ၏။ ငါ၏ဘုရားသခင်သည်ငါခိုလှုံရာဖြစ် တော်မူ၏။
23 And he will bring upon them their own iniquity, and will cut them off in their own wickedness; [yes], the LORD our God will cut them off.
၂၃ကိုယ်တော်သည်ထိုသူတို့၏ယုတ်မာမှုများ အတွက် အပြစ်ဒဏ်ပေးတော်မူလိမ့်မည်။ သူတို့၏အပြစ်များအတွက်သူတို့အား သုတ်သင်ဖျက်ဆီးတော်မူလိမ့်မည်။ ငါတို့၏ဘုရားသခင်ထာဝရဘုရားသည် သူတို့အားသုတ်သင်ဖျက်ဆီးတော်မူလိမ့်မည်။
