Psalms 89
1 Maschil of Ethan the Ezrahite. I will sing of the mercies of the LORD for ever: with my mouth will I make known thy faithfulness to all generations.
われヱホバの憐憫をとこしへにうたはん われ口もてヱホバの眞實をよろづ代につげしらせん
2 For I have said, Mercy shall be built up for ever: thy faithfulness wilt thou establish in the very heavens.
われいふ あはれみは永遠にたてらる 汝はその眞實をかたく天にさだめたまはんと
3 I have made a covenant with my chosen, I have sworn to David my servant,
われわが撰びたるものと契約をむすびわが僕ダビデにちかひたり
4 Thy seed will I establish for ever, and build up thy throne to all generations. (Selah)
われなんぢの裔をとこしへに固うしなんぢの座位をたてて代々におよばしめん (セラ)
5 And the heavens shall praise thy wonders, O LORD; thy faithfulness also in the congregation of the saints.
ヱホバよもろもろの天はなんぢの奇しき事跡をほめん なんぢの眞實もまた潔きものの會にてほめらるべし
6 For who in the heaven can be compared to the LORD? [who] among the sons of the mighty can be likened to the LORD?
蒼天にてたれかヱホバに類ふものあらんや 神の子のなかに誰かヱホバのごとき者あらんや
7 God is greatly to be feared in the assembly of the saints, and to be had in reverence by all [them that are] about him.
神はきよきものの公會のなかにて畏むべきものなり その四周にあるすべての者にまさりて懼るべきものなり
8 O LORD God of hosts, who [is] a strong LORD like to thee? or to thy faithfulness around thee?
萬軍の神ヱホバよヤハよ汝のごとく大能あるものは誰ぞや なんぢの眞實はなんぢをめぐりたり
9 Thou rulest the raging of the sea: when its waves arise, thou stillest them.
なんぢ海のあるるををさめ その浪のたちあがらんときは之をしづめたまふなり
10 Thou hast broken Rahab in pieces, as one that is slain; thou hast scattered thy enemies with thy strong arm.
なんぢラハブを殺されしもののごとく撃碎きおのれの仇どもを力ある腕をもて打散したまへり
11 The heavens [are] thine, the earth also [is] thine: [as for] the world, and the fullness of it, thou hast founded them.
もろもろの天はなんぢのもの地もまた汝のものなり世界とその中にみつるものとはなんぢの基したまへるなり
12 The north and the south thou hast created them: Tabor and Hermon shall rejoice in thy name.
北と南はなんぢ造りたまへり タボル、ヘルモンはなんぢの名によりて歓びよばふ
13 Thou hast a mighty arm: strong is thy hand, [and] high is thy right hand.
なんぢは大能のみうでをもちたまふ なんぢの手はつよく汝のみぎの手はたかし
14 Justice and judgment [are] the habitation of thy throne: mercy and truth shall go before thy face.
義と公平はなんぢの寳座のもとゐなり あはれみと眞實とは聖顔のまへにあらはれゆく
15 Blessed [are] the people that know the joyful sound: they shall walk, O LORD, in the light of thy countenance.
よろこびの音をしる民はさいはひなり ヱホバよかれらはみかほの光のなかをあゆめり
16 In thy name shall they rejoice all the day: and in thy righteousness shall they be exalted.
かれらは名によりて終日よろこび 汝の義によりて高くあげられたり
17 For thou [art] the glory of their strength: and in thy favor our horn shall be exalted.
かれらの力の榮光はなんぢなり 汝の惠によりてわれらの角はたかくあげられん
18 For the LORD [is] our defense; and the Holy One of Israel [is] our king.
そはわれらの盾はヱホバに屬われらの王はイスラエルの聖者につけり
19 Then thou didst speak in vision to thy holy one, and say, I have laid help upon [one that is] mighty; I have exalted [one] chosen out of the people.
そのとき異象をもてなんぢの聖徒につげたまはく われ佑助をちからあるものに委ねたり わが民のなかより一人をえらびて高くあげたり
20 I have found David my servant; with my holy oil have I anointed him:
われわが僕ダビデをえて之にわが聖膏をそそげり
21 With whom my hand shall be established: my arm also shall strengthen him.
わが手はかれとともに堅くわが臂はかれを強くせん
22 The enemy shall not exact upon him; nor the son of wickedness afflict him.
仇かれをしへたぐることなし惡の子かれを苦しむることなからん
23 And I will beat down his foes before his face, and afflict them that hate him.
われかれの前にそのもろもろの敵をたふし彼をにくめるものを撃ん
24 But my faithfulness and my mercy [shall be] with him: and in my name shall his horn be exalted.
されどわが眞實とわが憐憫とはダビデとともに居り わが名によりてその角はたかくあげられん
25 I will set his hand also in the sea, and his right hand in the rivers.
われ亦かれの手を海のうへにおき そのみぎの手を河のうへにおかん
26 He shall cry to me, Thou [art] my father, my God, and the rock of my salvation.
ダビデ我にむかひて汝はわが父わが神わがすくひの岩なりとよばん
27 Also I will make him [my] first-born, higher than the kings of the earth.
われまた彼をわが初子となし地の王たちのうち最もたかき者となさん
28 My mercy will I keep for him for evermore, and my covenant shall stand fast with him.
われとこしへに憐憫をかれがためにたもち 之とたてし契約はかはることなかるべし
29 His seed also will I make [to endure] for ever, and his throne as the days of heaven.
われまたその裔をとこしへに存へ そのくらゐを天の日數のごとくながらへしめん
30 If his children forsake my law, and walk not in my judgments;
もしその子わが法をはなれ わが審判にしたがひて歩まず
31 If they break my statutes, and keep not my commandments;
わが律法をやぶりわが誡命をまもらずば
32 Then will I visit their transgression with the rod, and their iniquity with stripes.
われ杖をもてかれらの愆をただし鞭をもてその邪曲をただすべし
33 Nevertheless my loving-kindness will I not utterly take from him, nor suffer my faithfulness to fail.
されど彼よりわが憐憫をことごとくはとりさらず わが眞實をおとろへしむることなからん
34 My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that hath gone out of my lips.
われおのれの契約をやぶらず己のくちびるより出しことをかへじ
35 Once have I sworn by my holiness that I will not lie to David.
われ曩にわが聖をさして誓へり われダビデに虚偽をいはじ
36 His seed shall endure for ever, and his throne as the sun before me.
その裔はとこしへにつづきその座位は日のごとく恒にわが前にあらん
37 It shall be established for ever as the moon, and [as] a faithful witness in heaven. (Selah)
また月のごとく永遠にたてられん空にある證人はまことなり (セラ)
38 But thou hast cast off and abhorred, thou hast been wroth with thy anointed.
されどその受膏者をとほざけて棄たまへり なんぢ之をいきどほりたまへり
39 Thou hast made void the covenant of thy servant: thou hast profaned his crown [by casting it] to the ground.
なんぢ己がしもべの契約をいみ 其かんむりをけがして地にまでおとし給へり
40 Thou hast broken down all his hedges; thou hast brought his strong holds to ruin.
またその垣をことごとく倒し その保砦をあれすたれしめたまへり
41 All that pass by the way plunder him: he is a reproach to his neighbors.
その道をすぐるすべての者にかすめられ隣人にののしらる
42 Thou hast set up the right hand of his adversaries; thou hast made all his enemies to rejoice.
なんぢかれが敵のみぎの手をたかく擧そのもろもろの仇をよろこばしめたまへり
43 Thou hast also turned the edge of his sword, and hast not made him to stand in the battle.
なんぢかれの劍の刃をふりかへして戰闘にたつに堪へざらしめたまひき
44 Thou hast made his glory to cease, and cast his throne down to the ground.
またその光輝をけしその座位を地になげおとし
45 The days of his youth hast thou shortened: thou hast covered him with shame. (Selah)
その年若き日をちぢめ恥をそのうへに覆たまへり (セラ)
46 How long, LORD, wilt thou hide thyself? for ever? shall thy wrath burn like fire?
ヱホバよかくて幾何時をへたまふや自己をとこしへに隠したまふや忿怒は火のもゆるごとくなるべきか
47 Remember how short my time is: why hast thou made all men in vain?
ねがはくはわが時のいかに短かきかを思ひたまへ 汝いたづらにすべての人の子をつくりたまはんや
48 What man [is he that] liveth, and shall not see death? shall he deliver his soul from the hand of the grave? (Selah) (Sheol h7585)
誰かいきて死をみず又おのがたましひを陰府より救ひうるものあらんや (セラ) (Sheol h7585)
49 LORD, where [are] thy former loving-kindnesses, [which] thou didst swear to David in thy truth?
主よなんぢが眞實をもてダビデに誓ひたまへる昔日のあはれみはいづこにありや
50 Remember, LORD, the reproach of thy servants; [how] I do bear in my bosom [the reproach of] all the mighty people;
主よねがはくはなんぢの僕のうくる謗をみこころにとめたまへ ヱホバよ汝のもろもろの仇はわれをそしりなんぢの受膏者のあしあとをそしれり 我もろもろの民のそしりをわが懐中にいだく
51 With which thy enemies have reproached, O LORD; with which they have reproached the footsteps of thy anointed
主よねがはくはなんぢの僕のうくる謗をみこころにとめたまへ ヱホバよ汝のもろもろの仇はわれをそしりなんぢの受膏者のあしあとをそしれり 我もろもろの民のそしりをわが懐中にいだく
52 Blessed [be] the LORD for evermore. Amen and amen.
ヱホバは永遠にほむべきかな アーメン アーメン
