Psalms 77
1 To the chief Musician, to Jeduthun, A Psalm of Asaph. I cried to God with my voice, [even] to God with my voice; and he gave ear to me.
Mi voz se levanta a ʼElohim y clamaré. Mi voz se levanta a ʼElohim, Y Él me oirá.
2 In the day of my trouble I sought the LORD: my sore ran in the night, and ceased not: my soul refused to be comforted.
En el día de mi angustia busqué a ʼAdonay. A Él levanté mi mano de noche sin descanso. Mi alma rehusaba ser consolada.
3 I remembered God, and was troubled: I complained, and my spirit was overwhelmed. (Selah)
Me acuerdo de ʼElohim y me conmuevo. Me lamento y mi espíritu desmaya. (Selah)
4 Thou holdest my eyes waking: I am so troubled that I cannot speak.
Mantienes mis párpados abiertos. Estoy turbado y no puedo hablar.
5 I have considered the days of old, the years of ancient times.
Consideré los días de antaño, Los años de tiempos pasados.
6 I call to remembrance my song in the night: I commune with my own heart: and my spirit made diligent search.
Recuerdo mi canto en la noche. Medito en mi corazón, Y mi espíritu escudriña:
7 Will the LORD cast off for ever? and will he be favorable no more?
¿Desechará ʼAdonay para siempre, Y no volverá a ser favorable?
8 Is his mercy wholly gone for ever? doth [his] promise fail for evermore?
¿Cesó por completo su misericordia? ¿Se extinguió para siempre su promesa?
9 Hath God forgotten to be gracious? hath he in anger shut up his tender mercies? (Selah)
¿Olvidó ʼEL ser bondadoso? ¿En su ira retiró su compasión? (Selah)
10 And I said, This [is] my infirmity: [but I will remember] the years of the right hand of the Most High.
Entonces dije: Es mi enfermedad: Que la mano derecha de ʼElyón cambió.
11 I will remember the works of the LORD: surely I will remember thy wonders of old.
Me acordaré de las obras de YA, ¡Sí! Recordaré tus maravillas de antaño.
12 I will meditate also of all thy work, and talk of thy doings.
Meditaré en toda tu obra, Y hablaré sobre tus proezas.
13 Thy way, O God, [is] in the sanctuary: who [is so] great a God as [our] God!
¡Oh ʼElohim, santo es tu camino! ¿Cuál ʼelohim es tan grande como nuestro ʼElohim?
14 Thou [art] the God that doest wonders: thou hast declared thy strength among the people.
Tú eres el ʼElohim que obra maravillas. Hiciste notorio entre los pueblos tu poder.
15 Thou hast with [thy] arm redeemed thy people, the sons of Jacob and Joseph. (Selah)
Con tu poder redimiste a tu pueblo, A los hijos de Jacob y de José. (Selah)
16 The waters saw thee, O God, the waters saw thee; they were afraid: the depths also were disturbed.
Te vieron las aguas, oh ʼElohim. Las aguas te vieron y se angustiaron. Los abismos también se estremecieron.
17 The clouds poured out water: the skies sent out a sound: thy arrows also went abroad.
Espesas nubes derramaron agua. Los nubarrones tronaron. También tus flechas centellaron.
18 The voice of thy thunder [was] in the heaven: the lightnings lightened the world: the earth trembled and shook.
El ruido de tu trueno estaba en el remolino de viento. Los relámpagos iluminaron el mundo. Tembló y se estremeció la tierra.
19 Thy way [is] in the sea, and thy path in the great waters, and thy footsteps are not known.
Abriste tu camino en el mar Y tus senderos en las aguas caudalosas, Para que tus pisadas no fueran conocidas.
20 Thou leddest thy people like a flock by the hand of Moses and Aaron.
Como un rebaño guiaste a tu pueblo Por medio de Moisés y Aarón.
