< Psalms 70 >
1 To the chief Musician, [A Psalm] of David to bring to remembrance. [Make haste], O God, to deliver me; make haste to help me, O LORD.
Al Vencedor: de David, para acordar. Oh Dios, acude a librarme; apresúrate, oh Dios, a socorrerme.
2 Let them be ashamed and confounded that seek after my soul: let them be turned backward, and put to confusion, that desire my hurt.
Sean avergonzados y confusos los que buscan mi vida; sean vueltos atrás y avergonzados los que mi mal desean.
3 Let them be turned back for a reward of their shame that say, Aha, aha.
Sean vueltos en pago de su afrenta los que dicen: ¡Ah! ¡Ah!
4 Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: and let such as love thy salvation say continually, Let God be magnified.
Gócense y alégrense en ti todos los que te buscan; y digan siempre los que aman tu salud: Engrandecido sea Dios.
5 But I [am] poor and needy: make haste to me, O God: thou [art] my help and my deliverer; O LORD, make no delay.
Yo soy pobre y menesteroso; apresúrate a mí, oh Dios. Ayuda mía y mi libertador eres tú; oh SEÑOR, no te detengas.
