Psalms 57
1 To the chief Musician, Al-taschith, Michtam of David, when he fled from Saul in the cave. Be merciful to me, O God, be merciful to me: for my soul trusteth in thee: yes, in the shadow of thy wings will I make my refuge, until [these] calamities are overpast.
၁ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ခိုလှုံရန်အထံတော်သို့ ချဉ်းကပ်ပါ၏။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားသနားတော်မူပါ။ အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ သနားတော်မူပါ။ မိုးသက်မုန်တိုင်းလွန်သွားသည်အထိ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ အတောင်တော်အရိပ်တွင်ခိုလှုံပါ၏။
2 I will cry to God most high; to God that performeth [all things] for me.
၂ငါလိုသမျှသောအရာတို့ကိုပေးတော် မူသော၊ အမြင့်မြတ်ဆုံးဖြစ်တော်မူသောဘုရားသခင် အား ငါသည်တောင်းလျှောက်ပါ၏။
3 He shall send from heaven, and save me [from] the reproach of him that would swallow me up. (Selah) God shall send forth his mercy and his truth.
၃ကိုယ်တော်သည်ကောင်းကင်ဘုံမှထူးတော်မူ၍ ငါ့ကိုကယ်တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။ ငါ့ကိုညှဉ်းဆဲနှိပ်စက်သူတို့အားနှိမ်နင်း တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။ ဘုရားသခင်သည်မိမိ၏ခိုင်မြဲသောမေတ္တာ တော်နှင့် သစ္စာတော်ကိုငါ့အားပြတော်မူလိမ့်မည်။
4 My soul [is] among lions: [and] I lie [even among] them that are set on fire, [even] the sons of men, whose teeth [are] spears and arrows, and their tongue a sharp sword.
၄ရန်သူများသည်လူသားကိုစားသည့်ခြင်္သေ့များ သဖွယ် ငါ့ကိုဝိုင်းရံထား၏။ သူတို့၏သွားများသည်လှံများ၊မြားများ နှင့်တူ၏။ သူတို့၏လျှာများသည်သန်လျက်ကဲ့သို့ ထက်၏။
5 Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens; [let] thy glory [be] above all the earth.
၅အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ကြီးမြတ်တော်မူပုံကို မိုးကောင်းကင်တွင်လည်းကောင်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ဘုန်းအသရေတော်ကို ကမ္ဘာတစ်ဝန်းလုံးတွင်လည်းကောင်းပေါ်လွင်ထင်ရှား စေတော်မူပါ။
6 They have prepared a net for my steps; my soul is bowed down: they have digged a pit before me, into the midst of which they have fallen [themselves]. (Selah)
၆ရန်သူတို့သည်ငါ့ကိုဖမ်းရန်ကျော့ကွင်းထောင်ကြ၏။ ငါသည်ပြင်းစွာစိတ်ဒုက္ခရောက်လျက်ရှိပါ၏။ သူတို့သည်ငါသွားရာလမ်းတွင်တွင်းကို တူးထားကြပါ၏။ သို့ရာတွင်ထိုတွင်းထဲသို့သူတို့ပင်လျှင် ကျကြ၏။
7 My heart is fixed, O God, my heart is fixed: I will sing and give praise.
၇အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်လုံးဝယုံကြည်စိတ်ချပါပြီ။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်သီချင်းဆို၍ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အားထောမနာပြုပါမည်။
8 Awake, my glory; awake, psaltery and harp: I [myself] will awake early.
၈အို ငါ့ဝိညာဉ်၊နိုးထလော့။ ငါ၏စောင်းကြီးစောင်းငယ်တို့၊နိုးထကြလော့။ ငါသည်လည်းနေကိုနိုးထစေမည်။
9 I will praise thee, O LORD, among the people: I will sing to thee among the nations.
၉အို ဘုရားရှင်၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်လူမျိုးတကာတို့၏အလယ်တွင် ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ကျေးဇူးတော်ကိုချီးမွမ်းပါမည်။ လူမျိုးအပေါင်းတို့၏အလယ်တွင်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အား ထောမနာပြုပါမည်။
10 For thy mercy [is] great to the heavens, and thy truth to the clouds.
၁၀ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ခိုင်မြဲသောမေတ္တာတော်သည် မိုးကောင်းကင်သို့တိုင်အောင်လည်းကောင်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏သစ္စာတော်သည်အာကာသသို့ တိုင်အောင်လည်းကောင်းရောက်ပါ၏။
11 Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens: [let] thy glory [be] above all the earth.
၁၁အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ကြီးမြတ်တော်မူပုံကို မိုးကောင်းကင်တွင်လည်းကောင်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ဘုန်းအသရေတော်ကို ကမ္ဘာတစ်ဝန်းလုံးတွင်လည်းကောင်း ပေါ်လွင် ထင်ရှားစေတော်မူပါ။
