Psalms 35
1 [A Psalm] of David. Plead [my cause], O LORD, with them that strive with me: fight against them that fight against me.
౧దావీదు కీర్తన యెహోవా, నాకు విరోధంగా పనులు చేస్తున్న వారికి విరోధంగా ఉండు. నాతో పోరాటం చేసే వాళ్ళతో నువ్వు పోరాటం చెయ్యి.
2 Take hold of shield and buckler, and stand up for my help.
౨నీ చిన్న డాలునూ, నీ పెద్ద డాలునూ పట్టుకో. లేచి నాకు సహాయం చెయ్యి.
3 Draw out also the spear, and stop [the way] against them that persecute me: say to my soul, I [am] thy salvation.
౩నన్ను తరిమే వాళ్ళకు విరోధంగా ఈటెనూ, గొడ్డలినీ ప్రయోగించు. నీ రక్షణ నేనే అని నాకు అభయమివ్వు.
4 Let them be confounded and put to shame that seek after my soul: let them be turned back and brought to confusion that devise my hurt.
౪నా ప్రాణం తీయాలని చూసేవాళ్ళు సిగ్గుపడి అవమానం పాలవుతారు గాక! నాకు హాని చేయాలని చూసే వాళ్ళు వెనక్కి తగ్గి గందరగోళానికి గురౌతారు గాక!
5 Let them be as chaff before the wind: and let the angel of the LORD chase [them].
౫యెహోవా దూత వాళ్ళను తరుముతుంటే వాళ్ళు వీస్తున్న గాలి ఎదుట ఎగిరిపోయే పొట్టులాగా ఉంటారు గాక!
6 Let their way be dark and slippery: and let the angel of the LORD persecute them.
౬యెహోవా దూత వాళ్ళను తరుముతుంటే వాళ్ళు వెళ్ళే దారి చీకటిగానూ జారుడుగానూ ఉంటుంది గాక!
7 For without cause they have hid for me their net [in] a pit, [which] without cause they have digged for my soul.
౭కారణం లేకుండానే వాళ్ళు నన్ను పట్టుకోడానికి వల వేశారు. కారణం లేకుండానే వాళ్ళు నా ప్రాణం తీయాలని నా కోసం గుంట తవ్వారు.
8 Let destruction come upon him at unawares; and let his net that he hath hid catch himself: into that very destruction let him fall.
౮వాడి పైకి వాడికి తెలియకుండా వాణ్ణి విస్మయానికి గురి చేస్తూ నాశనం రానీ. వాళ్ళు వేసిన వలలో వాళ్ళనే పడనీ. తమ స్వనాశనం కోసం వాళ్ళనే దానిలో పడనీ.
9 And my soul shall be joyful in the LORD: it shall rejoice in his salvation.
౯అయితే నేను యెహోవాలో ఆనందిస్తూ ఉంటాను. ఆయన ఇచ్చే రక్షణలో సంతోషిస్తూ ఉంటాను.
10 All my bones shall say, LORD, who [is] like thee, who deliverest the poor from him that is too strong for him, even the poor and the needy from him that spoileth him?
౧౦అప్పుడు నా శక్తి అంతటితో నేనిలా అంటాను. యెహోవా, నువ్వు అణచివేతకు గురైన వాళ్ళను బలవంతుల చేతిలో నుండీ, పేదలనూ, అవసరార్థులనూ దోచుకునే వాళ్ళ చేతిలో నుండీ విడిపిస్తావు. నీలాటి వారెవరు?
11 False witnesses arose; they laid to my charge [things] that I knew not.
౧౧అధర్మపరులైన సాక్షులు బయల్దేరుతున్నారు. వాళ్ళు నాపై అసత్య నిందలు వేస్తున్నారు.
12 They rewarded me evil for good [to] the spoiling of my soul.
౧౨నేను వాళ్లకు చేసిన మంచికి బదులుగా వాళ్ళు నాకు చెడు చేస్తున్నారు. నాకు విచారంగా ఉంది.
13 But as for me, when they were sick, my clothing [was] sackcloth: I humbled my soul with fasting; and my prayer returned into my own bosom.
౧౩అయితే వాళ్ళు వ్యాధితో ఉన్నప్పుడు నేను గోనె గుడ్డ ధరించాను. నా తల వాల్చి వాళ్ళ కోసం ఉపవాసం ఉన్నాను.
14 I behaved myself as though [he had been] my friend [or] brother: I bowed down heavily, as one that mourneth [for his] mother.
౧౪అతడు నాకు సోదరుడైనట్టుగా వేదన పడ్డాను. నా తల్లి కోసం అయినట్టుగా కుంగిపోయాను.
15 But in my adversity they rejoiced, and assembled themselves: [yes], the abjects assembled themselves against me, and I knew [it] not; they did tear [me], and ceased not:
౧౫కాని నా అడుగులు తడబడినప్పుడు వాళ్ళంతా గుమికూడి సంతోషించారు. నాకు వ్యతిరేకంగా వాళ్ళంతా కలిశారు. కానీ నాకు ఆ సంగతి తెలియలేదు. ఆపకుండా అదే పనిగా వాళ్ళు నన్ను నిందించారు.
16 With hypocritical mockers in feasts, they gnashed upon me with their teeth.
౧౬గౌరవం ఏమీ లేకుండా వాళ్ళు నన్ను ఎత్తి పొడిచారు. నన్ను చూస్తూ పళ్ళు కొరికారు.
17 LORD, how long wilt thou look on? rescue my soul from their destructions, my darling from the lions.
౧౭ప్రభూ, నువ్వు ఇక ఎంతకాలం చూస్తూ ఉంటావు? నీవెన్నాళ్లు చూస్తూ ఊరకుంటావు? వాళ్ళ విధ్వంసకరమైన దాడుల నుండి నన్ను కాపాడు. సింహాల నుండి నా ప్రాణాన్ని రక్షించు.
18 I will give thee thanks in the great congregation: I will praise thee among many people.
౧౮అప్పుడు నేను మహాసమాజంలో నీకు కృతజ్ఞతలు చెప్పుకుంటాను. అనేకమంది జనాలున్న చోట నిన్ను స్తుతిస్తాను.
19 Let not them that are my enemies wrongfully rejoice over me: [neither] let them wink with the eye that hate me without a cause.
౧౯నా విషయంలో నా శత్రువులు అన్యాయంగా సంతోష పడేలా చేయకు. వాళ్ళ దుర్మార్గపు ప్రణాళికలను అమలు చెయ్యనీయకు.
20 For they speak not peace: but they devise deceitful matters against [them that are] quiet in the land.
౨౦వాళ్ళు శాంతిని గూర్చి మాట్లాడరు. దేశంలో ప్రశాంతంగా జీవిస్తున్న వాళ్లకు విరోధంగా మోసపూరితమైన మాటలు కల్పిస్తారు.
21 Yes, they opened their mouth wide against me, [and] said, Aha, aha, our eye hath seen [it].
౨౧నన్ను నిందించడానికి తమ నోళ్ళు బాగా తెరిచారు. ఆహా, మా కళ్ళకు వాడు చేసింది కనిపించిందిలే, అంటున్నారు.
22 [This] thou hast seen, O LORD: keep not silence: O LORD, be not far from me.
౨౨యెహోవా, నువ్వు చూస్తున్నావు. మౌనంగా ఉండకు. ప్రభూ, నాకు దూరంగా ఉండకు.
23 Stir up thyself, and awake to my judgment, [even] to my cause, my God and my LORD.
౨౩నా దేవా, నా ప్రభూ, నా పక్షంగా వాదించడానికి లే. లేచి నాకు న్యాయం తీర్చు.
24 Judge me, O LORD my God, according to thy righteousness; and let them not rejoice over me.
౨౪యెహోవా, నా దేవా, నీ నీతిని బట్టి నా పక్షం వహించు. నా విషయంలో వాళ్ళను సంతోషపడనియ్యకు.
25 Let them not say in their hearts, Ah, so would we have it: let them not say, We have swallowed him up.
౨౫వాళ్ళు తమ మనస్సుల్లో ఆహా, మేము కోరుకున్నట్టే జరిగింది అని చెప్పే అవకాశం ఇవ్వకు. మేము వాణ్ణి పూర్తిగా నాశనం చేశాం, అని చెప్పనివ్వకు.
26 Let them be ashamed and brought to confusion together that rejoice at my hurt: let them be clothed with shame and dishonor that magnify [themselves] against me.
౨౬వాళ్ళను అవమానానికి గురి చెయ్యి. నాకు హాని తలపెట్టే వాళ్ళను చిందరవందర చెయ్యి. నాకు వ్యతిరేకంగా వ్యంగ్యంగా మాట్లాడేవాళ్ళు అవమానానికీ, అగౌరవానికీ గురౌతారు గాక!
27 Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favor my righteous cause: yes, let them say continually, Let the LORD be magnified, who hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.
౨౭నా నిర్దోషత్వం రుజువు కావాలని కోరుకునే వాళ్ళు ఆనందంతో కోలాహలం చేస్తూ సంతోషిస్తారు గాక! తన సేవకుడి సంక్షేమం చూసి ఆనందించే యెహోవాకు వాళ్ళు నిత్యం స్తుతులు చెల్లిస్తారు గాక!
28 And my tongue shall speak of thy righteousness [and] of thy praise all the day long.
౨౮అప్పుడు నేను నీ న్యాయాన్ని గూర్చి ప్రచారం చేస్తాను. దినమంతా నిన్ను స్తుతిస్తూ ఉంటాను.
