Psalms 22
1 To the chief Musician upon Aijeleth Shahar, A Psalm of David. My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? [why art thou so far] from helping me, [and from] the words of my roaring?
Kwa mtsogoleri wa mayimbidwe. Monga mwa “Mbawala yayikazi ya Mmawa.” Salimo la Davide. Mulungu wanga, Mulungu wanga, nʼchifukwa chiyani mwandisiya? Chifuwa chiyani simukundithandiza ndi pangʼono pomwe? Nʼchifukwa chiyani simukumva mawu a kudandaula kwanga?
2 O my God, I cry in the day-time, but thou hearest not; and in the night season, and am not silent.
Inu Mulungu wanga, ine ndimalira masana, koma simuyankha, usikunso, ndipo sindikhala chete.
3 But thou [art] holy, [O thou] that inhabitest the praises of Israel.
Inu ndinu Woyera, wokhala pa mpando waufumu; ndinu matamando a Israeli.
4 Our fathers trusted in thee: they trusted, and thou didst deliver them.
Pa inu makolo athu anadalira; iwo anadalira ndipo Inu munawapulumutsa.
5 They cried to thee, and were delivered: they trusted in thee, and were not confounded.
Analirira kwa inu ndipo munawapulumutsa. Iwo anakhulupirira Inu ndipo simunawakhumudwitse.
6 But I [am] a worm, and no man; a reproach of men, and despised by the people.
Koma ine ndine nyongolotsi osati munthu, wosekedwa ndi wonyozedwa ndi anthu onse.
7 All they that see me deride me: they shoot out the lip, they shake the head, [saying],
Onse amene amandiona amandiseka; amandiyankhulira mawu achipongwe akupukusa mitu yawo kunena kuti
8 He trusted on the LORD [that] he would deliver him: let him deliver him, seeing he delighted in him.
“Iyeyu amadalira Yehova, musiyeni Yehovayo amulanditse. Musiyeni Yehova amupulumutse popeza amakondwera mwa Yehovayo.”
9 But thou [art] he that brought me forth into life: thou didst make me hope [when I was] upon my mother's breasts.
Komabe Inu ndinu amene munandibadwitsa, munanditulutsa mʼmimba mwa amayi anga. Munachititsa kuti ndizikudalirani ngakhale pa nthawi imene ndinkayamwa.
10 I was cast upon thee from my birth: thou [art] my God from the time I was born.
Chibadwire ine ndinaperekedwa kwa Inu; kuchokera mʼmimba mwa amayi anga Inu mwakhala muli Mulungu wanga.
11 Be not far from me; for trouble [is] near; for [there is] none to help.
Musakhale kutali ndi ine, pakuti mavuto ali pafupi ndipo palibe wina wondipulumutsa.
12 Many bulls have compassed me: strong [bulls] of Bashan have beset me round.
Ngʼombe zazimuna zandizungulira; ngʼombe zazimuna zamphamvu za ku Basani zandizinga.
13 They gaped upon me [with] their mouths, [as] a ravening and a roaring lion.
Mikango yobangula pokadzula nyama, yatsekula kwambiri pakamwa pawo kulimbana nane.
14 I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint: my heart is like wax; it is melted in the midst of my bowels.
Ine ndatayika pansi ngati madzi ndipo mafupa anga onse achoka mʼmalo mwake. Mtima wanga wasanduka phula; wasungunuka mʼkati mwanga.
15 My strength is dried up like a potsherd; and my tongue cleaveth to my jaws; and thou hast brought me into the dust of death.
Mphamvu zanga zauma ngati phale, ndipo lilime langa lamamatira ku nsagwada; mwandigoneka mʼfumbi la imfa.
16 For dogs have compassed me: the assembly of the wicked have inclosed me: they pierced my hands and my feet.
Agalu andizungulira; gulu la anthu oyipa landizinga. Alasa manja ndi mapazi anga.
17 I may number all my bones: they look [and] stare upon me.
Ine nditha kuwerenga mafupa anga onse; anthu amandiyangʼanitsitsa ndi kundidzuma.
18 They part my garments among them, and cast lots upon my vesture.
Iwo agawana zovala zanga pakati pawo ndi kuchita maere pa zovala zangazo.
19 But be not thou far from me, O LORD: O my strength, haste thee to help me.
Koma Inu Yehova, musakhale kutali; Inu mphamvu yanga, bwerani msanga kuti mudzandithandize.
20 Deliver my soul from the sword; my darling from the power of the dog.
Pulumutsani moyo wanga ku lupanga, moyo wanga wopambanawu ku mphamvu ya agalu.
21 Save me from the lion's mouth: for thou hast heard me from the horns of the unicorns.
Ndilanditseni mʼkamwa mwa mikango; pulumutseni ku nyanga za njati.
22 I will declare thy name to my brethren: in the midst of the congregation will I praise thee.
Ine ndidzalengeza dzina lanu kwa abale anga; ndidzakutamandani mu msonkhano.
23 Ye that fear the LORD, praise him; all ye the seed of Jacob, glorify him; and fear him, all ye the seed of Israel.
Inu amene mumaopa Yehova mutamandeni! Inu zidzukulu zonse za Yakobo, mulemekezeni! Muopeni mwaulemu, inu zidzukulu zonse za Israeli!
24 For he hath not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the afflicted; neither hath he hid his face from him; but when he cried to him, he heard.
Pakuti Iye sanapeputse kapena kunyoza kuvutika kwa wosautsidwayo; Iye sanabise nkhope yake kwa iye. Koma anamvera kulira kwake kofuna thandizo.
25 My praise [shall be] of thee in the great congregation: I will pay my vows before them that fear him.
Ndidzakutamandani pa msonkhano waukulu chifukwa cha zimene mwandichitira. Ndidzakwaniritsa lonjezo langa pamaso pa amene amaopa Inu.
26 The meek shall eat and be satisfied: they shall praise the LORD that seek him: your heart shall live for ever.
Osauka adzadya ndipo adzakhuta; iwo amene amafunafuna Yehova adzamutamanda. Mitima yanu ikhale ndi moyo mpaka muyaya!
27 All the ends of the world shall remember and turn to the LORD: and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee.
Malekezero onse a dziko lapansi adzakumbukira Yehova ndi kutembenukira kwa Iye, ndipo mabanja a mitundu ya anthu adzawerama pamaso pake,
28 For the kingdom [is] the LORD'S: and he [is] the governor among the nations.
pakuti ulamuliro ndi wake wa Yehova ndipo Iye amalamulira anthu a mitundu yonse.
29 All [they that are] fat upon earth shall eat and worship: all they that go down to the dust shall bow before him: and none can keep alive his own soul.
Anthu olemera onse a dziko lapansi adzachita phwando ndi kulambira; onse amene amapita ku fumbi adzagwada pamaso pake; iwo amene sangathe kudzisunga okha ndi moyo.
30 A seed shall serve him; it shall be accounted to the LORD for a generation.
Zidzukulu zamʼtsogolo zidzamutumikira Iye; mibado ya mʼtsogolo idzawuzidwa za Ambuye.
31 They shall come, and shall declare his righteousness to a people that shall be born, that he hath done [this].
Iwo adzalengeza za chilungamo chake kwa anthu amene pano sanabadwe pakuti Iye wachita zimenezi.
