Psalms 149

1 Praise ye the LORD. Sing to the LORD a new song, [and] his praise in the congregation of saints.

١ هَلِّلُويَا. غَنُّوا لِلرَّبِّ تَرْنِيمَةً جَدِيدَةً، تَسْبِيحَتَهُ فِي جَمَاعَةِ ٱلْأَتْقِيَاءِ.

2 Let Israel rejoice in him that made him: let the children of Zion be joyful in their King.

٢ لِيَفْرَحْ إِسْرَائِيلُ بِخَالِقِهِ. لِيَبْتَهِجْ بَنُو صِهْيَوْنَ بِمَلِكِهِمْ.

3 Let them praise his name in the dance: let them sing praises to him with the timbrel and harp:

٣ لِيُسَبِّحُوا ٱسْمَهُ بِرَقْصٍ. بِدُفٍّ وَعُودٍ لِيُرَنِّمُوا لَهُ.

4 For the LORD taketh pleasure in his people: he will beautify the meek with salvation.

٤ لِأَنَّ ٱلرَّبَّ رَاضٍ عَنْ شَعْبِهِ. يُجَمِّلُ ٱلْوُدَعَاءَ بِٱلْخَلَاصِ.

5 Let the saints be joyful in glory: let them sing aloud upon their beds.

٥ لِيَبْتَهِجِ ٱلْأَتْقِيَاءُ بِمَجْدٍ. لِيُرَنِّمُوا عَلَى مَضَاجِعِهِمْ.

6 [Let] the high [praises] of God [be] in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand;

٦ تَنْوِيهَاتُ ٱللهِ فِي أَفْوَاهِهِمْ، وَسَيْفٌ ذُو حَدَّيْنِ فِي يَدِهِمْ.

7 To execute vengeance upon the heathen, [and] punishments upon the people;

٧ لِيَصْنَعُوا نَقْمَةً فِي ٱلْأُمَمِ، وَتَأْدِيبَاتٍ فِي ٱلشُّعُوبِ.

8 To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron;

٨ لِأَسْرِ مُلُوكِهِمْ بِقُيُودٍ، وَشُرَفَائِهِمْ بِكُبُولٍ مِنْ حَدِيدٍ.

9 To execute upon them the judgment written: this honor have all his saints. Praise ye the LORD.

٩ لِيُجْرُوا بِهِمْ ٱلْحُكْمَ ٱلْمَكْتُوبَ. كَرَامَةٌ هَذَا لِجَمِيعِ أَتْقِيَائِهِ. هَلِّلُويَا.
