Psalms 139
1 To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David. O LORD, thou hast searched me, and known [me].
१दाविदाचे स्तोत्र हे परमेश्वरा, तू माझी परीक्षा केली आहेस, आणि तू मला जाणतोस;
2 Thou knowest my down-sitting and my up rising, thou understandest my thought afar off.
२मी केव्हा बसतो आणि केव्हा उठतो ते तुला माहित आहे; तुला माझे विचार खूप दुरुनही समजतात.
3 Thou compassest my path and my lying down, and art acquainted [with] all my ways.
३तू माझे चालने आणि माझे झोपणे बारकाईने पाहतो; तू माझ्या मार्गांशी परिचित आहेस.
4 For [there is] not a word on my tongue, [but] lo, O LORD, thou knowest it altogether.
४हे परमेश्वरा, माझ्या मुखातून निघणारा एकही शब्द तुला पूर्णपणे माहित नाही असे मुळीच नाही.
5 Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid thy hand upon me.
५तू मागून व पुढून मला घेरले आहेस, आणि माझ्यावर तू आपला हात ठेवला आहेस.
6 [Such] knowledge [is] too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot [attain] to it.
६हे ज्ञान माझ्या कल्पनेपलीकडचे आहे; ते खूप अगम्य आहे, ते मी समजू शकत नाही.
7 Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence?
७मी तुझ्या आत्म्यापासून कोठे निसटून जाऊ शकतो? मी तुझ्या सान्निध्यापासून कोठे पळून जाऊ शकतो?
8 If I ascend into heaven, thou [art] there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou [art there]. (Sheol h7585)
८मी जर वर आकाशात चढलो तर तिथे तू आहेस; जर मी खाली मृत्यूलोकात अंथरूण केले तरी, पाहा, तेथे तू आहेस. (Sheol h7585)
9 [If] I take the wings of the morning, [and] dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea;
९जर मी पहाटेचे पंख धारण करून आणि समुद्राच्या अगदी पलीकडच्या तीरावर जाऊन राहिलो तरी तेथे तू आहेस.
10 Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.
१०तरी तिथे ही तुझा उजवा हात मला धरतो. आणि तू मला हाताने धरून नेतोस.
11 If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me.
११जरी मी म्हणालो, खचित अंधार मला लपविल, आणि तरीही रात्र माझ्याभोवती प्रकाशच होईल.
12 Yes, the darkness hideth not from thee; but the night shineth as the day: the darkness and the light [are] both alike [to thee].
१२काळोख देखील तुझ्यापासून काहीच लपवित नाही. रात्रही दिवसासारखीच प्रकाशते, कारण तुला काळोख आणि प्रकाश दोन्ही सारखेच आहेत.
13 For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother's womb.
१३तू माझे अंतर्याम निर्माण केलेस; तूच माझ्या आईच्या गर्भात मला घडवले.
14 I will praise thee: for I am fearfully [and] wonderfully made: wonderful [are] thy works; and [that] my soul well knoweth.
१४मी तुला धन्यवाद देतो, कारण तुझी कृत्ये भयचकीत आणि आश्चर्यकारक आहेत, हे तर माझा जीव पूर्णपणे जाणतो.
15 My substance was not hid from thee when I was made in secret, [and] curiously formed in the lowest parts of the earth.
१५मी गुप्तस्थळी निर्माण होत असता, आणि पृथ्वीच्या अधोभागी विलक्षण प्रकारे माझी घडण होत असता माझी आकृती तुला गुप्त नव्हती.
16 Thy eyes saw my substance, yet being imperfect; and in thy book all [my members] were written, [which] in continuance were fashioned, when [as yet there was] none of them.
१६तू मला गर्भात पिंडरूपाने असताना पाहिलेस; माझा एकही दिवस उगवण्यापूर्वी ते सर्व तुझ्या पुस्तकात नमूद करून ठेवले होते.
17 How precious also are thy thoughts to me, O God! how great is the sum of them!
१७हे देवा, तुझे विचार मला किती मोलवान आहेत, त्यांची संख्या किती मोठी आहे.
18 [If] I should count them, they are more in number than the sand: when I awake, I am still with thee.
१८मी जर ती मोजू लागलो तर ती वाळूच्या कणांपेक्षाही जास्त ठरतील. जेव्हा मी जागा होतो, तेव्हाही मी तुझ्याजवळच असतो.
19 Surely thou wilt slay the wicked, O God: depart from me therefore, ye bloody men.
१९हे देवा! जर तू दुष्टांना मारुन टाकशील; अहो हिंसाचारी मनुष्यांनो! माझ्यापासून दूर व्हा.
20 For they speak against thee wickedly, [and] thy enemies take [thy name] in vain.
२०ते तुझ्याविरूद्ध बंड आणि कपटाने कृती करतात; तुझे वैरी तुझे नाव व्यर्थ घेतात.
21 Do not I hate them, O LORD, that hate thee? and am not I grieved with those that rise up against thee?
२१परमेश्वरा! तुझा द्वेष करणाऱ्यांचा मी का द्वेष करू नये? तुझ्याविरुध्द उठणाऱ्यांचा मी का तिरस्कार करू नये?
22 I hate them with perfect hatred: I count them my enemies.
२२मी त्यांच्या पराकाष्ठेचा पूर्ण द्वेष करतो; ते माझे शत्रू झाले आहेत.
23 Search me, O God, and know my heart; try me, and know my thoughts:
२३हे देवा, माझे परीक्षण कर आणि माझे मन जाण; माझी परीक्षा घे आणि माझे विचार जाणून घे.
24 And see if [there is any] wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.
२४माझ्या मनात जर काही दुष्ट मार्ग असतील तर पाहा, आणि मला सनातन मार्गाने चालीव.
