Psalms 137

1 By the rivers of Babylon, there we sat down, yes, we wept, when we remembered Zion.

我们曾在巴比伦的河边坐下， 一追想锡安就哭了。

2 We hung our harps upon the willows in the midst of it.

我们把琴挂在那里的柳树上；

3 For there they that carried us away captive required of us a song; and they that wasted us [required of us] mirth, [saying], Sing us [one] of the songs of Zion.

因为在那里，掳掠我们的要我们唱歌， 抢夺我们的要我们作乐，说： 给我们唱一首锡安歌吧！

4 How shall we sing the LORD'S song in a foreign land?

我们怎能在外邦唱耶和华的歌呢？

5 If I forget thee, O Jerusalem, let my right hand forget [her skill].

耶路撒冷啊，我若忘记你， 情愿我的右手忘记技巧！

6 If I do not remember thee, let my tongue cleave to the roof of my mouth; if I prefer not Jerusalem above my chief joy.

我若不记念你， 若不看耶路撒冷过于我所最喜乐的， 情愿我的舌头贴于上膛！

7 Remember, O LORD, the children of Edom in the day of Jerusalem; who said, Raze [it], raze [it], [even] to its foundation.

耶路撒冷遭难的日子， 以东人说：拆毁！拆毁！ 直拆到根基！ 耶和华啊，求你记念这仇！

8 O daughter of Babylon, who art to be destroyed; happy [shall he be], that rewardeth thee as thou hast served us.

将要被灭的巴比伦城啊， 报复你像你待我们的，那人便为有福！

9 Happy [shall he be], that taketh and dasheth thy little ones against the stones.

拿你的婴孩摔在磐石上的， 那人便为有福！
