< Psalms 131 >

1 A Song of degrees of David. LORD, my heart [is] not haughty, nor my eyes lofty: neither do I exercise myself in great matters, or in things too high for me.
David ƒe Mɔzɔha. O! Yehowa, dada mele nye dzi me o, eye ŋku gã hã mele tanye o. Nyemetsɔa ɖeke le nya gãwo me loo, alo ƒoa ta ɖe nu siwo wɔ nuku nam akpa la me o,
2 Surely I have behaved and quieted myself as a child that is weaned by his mother: my soul [is] even as a weaned child.
gake mena nye luʋɔ zi ɖoɖoe, heli kpoo abe ale si ɖevi si ɖi no la nɔa dadaa ƒe akɔnu ene, eye nye luʋɔ le abe ɖevi si ɖi no la ene.
3 Let Israel hope in the LORD from henceforth and for ever.
O! Israel, tsɔ wò mɔkpɔkpɔ da ɖe Yehowa dzi, tso fifia yi ɖase ɖe mavɔmavɔ me ke.
