< Proverbs 2 >

1 My son, if thou wilt receive my words, and hide my commandments with thee;
Mofavre'nimoke, Nagri kema antahinka kasegenima eri kagu'afi nentenka,
2 So that thou incline thy ear to wisdom, [and] apply thy heart to understanding;
knare antahintahire kagesa neminka, kagu tumokareti hunka ama' antahi'zana e'nerinka,
3 Yes, if thou criest after knowledge, [and] liftest up thy voice for understanding;
kagrama knare'zane havizanema refko hu antahintahigu'ene, ama' antahizanku'ma kezama netinka,
4 If thou seekest her as silver, and searchest for her as [for] hid treasures;
silvagu'ma hiankna hunka knare antahizankura nehakrenka, marerisa zantami frakinte'nea zanku hakreankna hunka hakresunka,
5 Then shalt thou understand the fear of the LORD, and find the knowledge of God.
Ra Anumzamofoma kore hunteno agoragama manizana keama nehunka, Anumzamofo antahi'zana hakrenka erifore hugahane.
6 For the LORD giveth wisdom: out of his mouth [cometh] knowledge and understanding.
Na'ankure Ra Anumzamo'a knare antahiza neramigeno, Agri agipinti antahi'zane, antahi ama'ma huzamofo kea ne-e.
7 He layeth up sound wisdom for the righteous: [he is] a buckler to them that walk uprightly.
Fatgo vahe'mofona knare antahiza ante avitenenteno, makazampima mani fatgoma huno mania vahe'mofona, Agra hanko zamigna nehie.
8 He keepeth the paths of judgment, and preserveth the way of his saints.
Na'ankure Agrake fatgo vahe'mokizmia kama vano hu'zazmifina kegava nehuno, zamagu tumoteti hu'za amage'ma antaza nagara kavu'za zamifina zamagu nevazie.
9 Then shalt thou understand righteousness, and judgment, and equity; [and] every good path.
Ana nehunka fatgo avu'avazane, fatgo huno ke refkohu avu'ava ene, maka vahe'ma mago avamente avu'ava'ma hunte'zana antahi ankeregahane.
10 When wisdom entereth into thy heart, and knowledge is pleasant to thy soul;
Na'ankure knare antahintahimo kagu'afi unefrenigeno, antahi'zamo'a, kazeri muse hugahie.
11 Discretion shall preserve thee, understanding shall keep thee:
Knare antahizamo'a kva hugante'nenigeno, ama' antahintahimo'a kaguvazigahie.
12 To deliver thee from the way of the evil [man], from the man that speaketh froward things;
Knare antahizamo'a kefo avu'avaza'ma nehu'za, akrehe krehe zmageru'ma neraza vahepintira, kaza huno kagu'vazigahie.
13 Who leave the paths of uprightness, to walk in the ways of darkness;
Iza'o fatgo avu'avamofo kama atremo'a, hani avu'avamofo kampi nevie.
14 Who rejoice to do evil, [and] delight in the frowardness of the wicked;
Iza'o knare osu avu'ava'ma musema huno nehuno, akrehe krehe kefo avu'avazankuma muse nehimo'a,
15 Whose ways [are] crooked, and [they] froward in their paths:
kama vu'zama'amo fatgo osu'neankino, havige vahe manine.
16 To deliver thee from the strange woman, [even] from the stranger [who] flattereth with her words;
Arumofo a'mo monko'za huno vano nehania a'mo, nagrane eno huno kazeri savri hu'naku hanianagi, ana knare antahintahi'zamo'a kahokeno kaguvazigahie.
17 Who forsaketh the guide of her youth, and forgetteth the covenant of her God.
Ana a'mo nevena netreno, kahefazniare Anumzamofo avure'ma huhagerafina'a huvempa kea amefi hunemie.
18 For her house inclineth to death, and her paths to the dead.
Na'ankure ana a'mofo nompima ufre'sanana, fri vahe'mokizmi kumate vu'nea kampi vugahane.
19 None that go to her return again, neither do they take hold of the paths of life.
Agrite'ma vimo'a eteno omeno, knare asimu eri kana onkegahie.
20 That thou mayest walk in the way of good [men], and keep the paths of the righteous.
E'ina hu'negu knare vahe'mo'ma nevia kante nevunka, fatgo avu'ava'ma nehia vahe'mofo kante vugahane.
21 For the upright shall dwell in the land, and the perfect shall remain in it.
Na'ankure hazenkezmi omane vahe'mo'za ana moparera nemani'nesage'za, maka zampima mani fatgoma nehaza vahe'mo'za ana mopare manigahaze.
22 But the wicked shall be cut off from the earth, and the transgressors shall be rooted out of it.
Hianagi kefo avu'ava'ma nehaza vahe'mokizmia ana mopafintira zamazu hunetreno, fatgoma hu'za omanisaza vahera zamahe fanane hugahie.
