< Proverbs 14 >

1 Every wise woman buildeth her house: but the foolish plucketh it down with her hands.
Herbir dana ayal öz ailisini awat qilar; Exmeq ayal ailisini öz qoli bilen weyran qilar.
2 He that walketh in his uprightness feareth the LORD: but [he that is] perverse in his ways despiseth him.
Durusluq yolida mangidighan kishi Perwerdigardin qorqar; Qingghir yolda mangghan kishi [Xudani] közge ilmas.
3 In the mouth of the foolish [is] a rod of pride: but the lips of the wise shall preserve them.
Exmeqning tekebbur aghzi özige tayaq bolar; Aqilanining lewliri özini qoghdar.
4 Where no oxen [are], the crib [is] clean: but much increase [is] by the strength of the ox.
Ulagh bolmisa, éghil pak-pakiz turar; Biraq öküzning küchi bolghandila [sanggha] ashliq tolar.
5 A faithful witness will not lie: but a false witness will utter lies.
Ishenchlik guwahchi yalghan éytmas; Saxta guwahchi yalghan gepni nepestek tinar.
6 A scorner seeketh wisdom, and [findeth it] not: but knowledge [is] easy to him that understandeth.
Hakawurlar danaliq izdep tapalmas; Biraq yorutulghan ademge bilim élish asan’gha chüsher.
7 Go from the presence of a foolish man, when thou perceivest not [in him] the lips of knowledge.
Birawning aghzida bilim yoqluqini bilip yetkende, Uningdin özüngni néri tart.
8 The wisdom of the prudent [is] to understand his way: but the folly of fools [is] deceit.
Eqil-parasetlik kishining danaliqi öz yolini oylinishtidur; Exmeqlerning eqilsizliki bolsa özlirining aldinishidur.
9 Fools make a mock at sin: but among the righteous [there is] favor.
Exmeqler bolsa «itaetsizlik qurbanliqi»ni közge ilmaydu, Heqqaniylar arisida bolsa iltipat tépilar.
10 The heart knoweth its own bitterness; and a stranger doth not intermeddle with its joy.
Köngüldiki derdni peqet özila kötüreler; Köngüldiki xushluqqimu bashqilar shérik bolalmas.
11 The house of the wicked shall be overthrown: but the tabernacle of the upright shall flourish.
Yamanning öyi örülüp chüsher; Heqqaniy ademning chédiri güllinip kéter.
12 There is a way which seemeth right to a man, but the end of it [are] the ways of death.
Adem balisigha toghridek körünidighan bir yol bar, Lékin aqiwiti halaketke baridighan yollardur.
13 Even in laughter the heart is sorrowful; and the end of that mirth [is] heaviness.
Oyun-külke bolsa qelbtiki ghem-qayghuni yapar, Xushalliq ötüp ketkende, ghem-qayghu yenila qalar.
14 The backslider in heart shall be filled with his own ways: and a good man [shall be satisfied] from himself.
Toghra yoldin burulup yan’ghan adem haman öz yolidin toyar; Yaxshi adem öz ishidin qanaetliner.
15 The simple believeth every word: but the prudent man looketh well to his going.
Saddilar hemme gepke ishinip kéter; Lékin pem-parasetlik kishi herbir qedemni awaylap basar.
16 A wise [man] feareth, and departeth from evil: but the fool rageth, and is confident.
Dana adem éhtiyatchan bolup awarichiliktin néri kéter; Exmeq hakawurluq qilip, özige ishinip aldigha mangar.
17 [He that is] soon angry dealeth foolishly: and a man of wicked devices is hated.
Térikkek exmeqliq qilar; Neyrengwaz adem nepretke uchrar.
18 The simple inherit folly: but the prudent are crowned with knowledge.
Saddilar exmeqliqqa warisliq qilar; Pem-parasetlikler bilimni öz taji qilar.
19 The evil bow before the good; and the wicked at the gates of the righteous.
Yamanlar yaxshilarning aldida igiler; Qebihler heqqaniyning derwaziliri aldida [bash urar].
20 The poor is hated even by his own neighbor: but the rich [hath] many friends.
Namrat kishi hetta öz yéqinighimu yaman körüner. Bayning dosti bolsa köptur.
21 He that despiseth his neighbor sinneth: but he that hath mercy on the poor, happy [is] he.
Yéqinini pes körgen gunahkardur; Lékin miskinlerge rehim qilghan beriket tapar.
22 Do they not err that devise evil? but mercy and truth [shall be] to them that devise good.
Yamanliq oylighanlar yoldin adashqanlardin emesmu? Biraq yaxshiliq oylighanlar rehim-shepqet, heqiqet-sadiqliqqa muyesser bolar.
23 In all labor there is profit: but the talk of the lips [tendeth] only to penury.
Hemme méhnettin payda chiqar; Biraq quruq paranglar ademni mohtajliqta qaldurar.
24 The crown of the wise [is] their riches: [but] the foolishness of fools [is] folly.
Aqilaniler üchün bayliqlar bir tajdur; Exmeqlerning nadanliqidin peqet yene shu nadanliqla chiqar.
25 A true witness delivereth souls: but a deceitful [witness] speaketh lies.
Heqqaniy guwahliq bergüchi kishilerning hayatini qutquzar; Yalghan-yawidaq sözleydighan [guwahchi] yalghan gepni nepestek tinar.
26 In the fear of the LORD [is] strong confidence: and his children shall have a place of refuge.
Perwerdigardin qorqidighanning küchlük yölenchüki bar, Uning balilirimu himayige ige bolar.
27 The fear of the LORD [is] a fountain of life, to depart from the snares of death.
Perwerdigardin qorqush hayatning buliqidur; U kishini ejellik tuzaqlardin qutquzar.
28 In the multitude of people [is] the king's honor: but in the want of people [is] the destruction of the prince.
Padishahning shan-sheripi puqrasining köplikidindur; Puqrasining kemliki emirning halakitidur.
29 [He that is] slow to wrath [is] of great understanding: but [he that is] hasty of spirit exalteth folly.
Éghir-bésiq kishi intayin aqil kishidur; Chéchilghaq exmeqliqni ulughlar.
30 A sound heart [is] the life of the flesh: but envy the rottenness of the bones.
Xatirjem köngül tenning saqliqidur; Hesret chékish bolsa söngeklerni chiritar.
31 He that oppresseth the poor reproacheth his Maker: but he that honoreth him hath mercy on the poor.
Miskinni bozek qilghuchi — Perwerdigargha haqaret qilghuchidur; Hajetmenlerge shapaet qilish Uni hörmetligenliktur.
32 The wicked is driven away in his wickedness: but the righteous hath hope in his death.
Yaman öz yamanliqi ichide yiqitilar; Heqqaniy adem hetta sekratta yatqandimu xatirjem bolar.
33 Wisdom resteth in the heart of him that hath understanding: but [that which is] in the midst of fools is made known.
Yorutulghan kishining könglide danaliq yatar; Biraq exmeqning könglidikisi ashkara bolmay qalmas.
34 Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin [is] a reproach to any people.
Heqqaniyet herqaysi elni yuqiri kötürer; Gunah herqandaq milletni nomusqa qaldurar.
35 The king's favor [is] towards a wise servant: but his wrath is [against] him that causeth shame.
Padishahning iltipati eqilliq xizmetkarning béshigha chüsher; Biraq uning ghezipi nomusta qaldurghuchi uyatsiz xizmetkarining béshigha chüsher.
