Philippians 4
1 Therefore, my brethren dearly beloved and longed for, my joy and crown, so stand fast in the Lord, [my] dearly beloved.
Portanto, meus amados e mui queridos irmãos, minha alegria e coroa, estai assim firmes no Senhor, amados.
2 I beseech Euodias, and beseech Syntyche, that they be of the same mind in the Lord.
Rogo a Evodia, e rogo a Syntyche, que sintam o mesmo no Senhor.
3 And I entreat thee also, true yoke-fellow, help those women who labored with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and [with] other my fellow-laborers, whose names [are] in the book of life.
E peço-te também a ti, meu verdadeiro companheiro, que ajudes essas mulheres que trabalharam comigo no evangelho, e com Clemente, e com os outros cooperadores, cujos nomes estão no livro da vida.
4 Rejoice in the Lord always: [and] again I say, Rejoice.
Regozijai-vos sempre no Senhor; outra vez digo, regozijai-vos.
5 Let your moderation be known to all men. The Lord [is] at hand.
Seja a vossa equidade notória a todos os homens. Perto está o Senhor.
6 Be anxious for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.
De nada estejais solicitos: antes as vossas petições sejam em tudo conhecidas diante de Deus pela oração e suplicas com ação de graças.
7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, will keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
E a paz de Deus, que excede todo o entendimento, guardará os vossos corações e os vossos sentimentos em Cristo Jesus.
8 Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things [are] honest, whatever things [are] just, whatever things [are] pure, whatever things [are] lovely, whatever things [are] of good report; if [there is] any virtue, and if [there is] any praise, think on these things.
Quanto ao mais, irmãos, tudo o que é verdadeiro, tudo o que é honesto, tudo o que é justo, tudo o que é puro, tudo o que é amável, tudo o que é de boa fama, se há alguma virtude, e se há algum louvor, nisso pensai
9 Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace will be with you.
O que também aprendestes, e recebestes, e ouvistes, e vistes em mim, isso fazei; e o Deus de paz será convosco.
10 But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly, that now at the last your care of me hath flourished again; wherein ye were also careful, but ye lacked opportunity.
Ora muito me regozijei no Senhor por finalmente reviver a vossa lembrança de mim; visto que vos tendes lembrado, mas não tinheis tido oportunidade.
11 Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatever state I am, [with that] to be content.
Não o digo como por necessidade, porque já aprendi a contentar-me com o que tenho.
12 I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.
Sei estar abatido, e sei também ter abundância: em toda a maneira, e em todas as coisas estou instruído, assim a ter fartura como a ter fome, assim a ter abundância, como a padecer necessidade.
13 I can do all things through Christ who strengtheneth me.
Posso todas as coisas naquele que me fortalece.
14 Notwithstanding ye have done well, that ye did communicate with my affliction.
Todavia fizestes bem em tomar parte na minha aflição.
15 Now, ye Philippians, know also, that in the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no church communicated with me as concerning giving and receiving, but ye only.
E bem sabeis também vós, ó filipenses, que, no princípio do evangelho, quando parti da Macedônia, nenhuma igreja comunicou comigo em razão de dar e receber, senão vós somente;
16 For even in Thessalonica ye sent once and again to my necessity.
Porque também uma e outra vez me mandastes o necessário a Tessalônica.
17 Not because I desire a gift: but I desire fruit that may abound to your account.
Não que procure dádivas, mas procuro o fruto que abunde para a vossa conta.
18 But I have all, and abound: I am full, having received from Epaphroditus the things [which were sent] from you, an odor of a sweet smell, a sacrifice acceptable, well-pleasing to God.
Mas tudo tenho recebido, e tenho abundância: estou cheio, depois que recebi de Epaphrodito o que da vossa parte me foi enviado, como cheiro de suavidade e sacrifício agradável e aprazível a Deus.
19 But my God will supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
Porém o meu Deus, segundo as suas riquezas, suprirá todas as vossas necessidades em glória, por Cristo Jesus.
Ora ao nosso Deus e Pai seja glória para todo o sempre. amém. (aiōn g165)
21 Salute every saint in Christ Jesus. The brethren who are with me greet you.
Saudai a todos os santos em Cristo Jesus. Os irmãos que estão comigo vos saudam.
22 All the saints salute you, chiefly they that are of Cesar's household.
Todos os santos vos saudam, mas principalmente os que são da casa de Cesar.
23 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ [be] with you all. Amen.
A graça de nosso Senhor Jesus Cristo seja com vós todos. amém.
