< Obadiah 1 >
1 The vision of Obadiah. Thus saith the Lord GOD concerning Edom; We have heard a rumor from the LORD, and an embassador is sent among the heathen, Arise ye, and let us rise up against her in battle.
Oubadaia da amo ba: la: lusu olelei. Amo ganodini, Ouligisudafa Hina Gode da Idome dunu fi ilima doaga: mu hou olelei. Hina Gode da Idome Fi ilima se imunu sia: i Hina Gode da Ea sia: ne iasu dunu fifi asi gala dunu huluane ilima asunasi dagoi. Amola ninia da Ea sia: ne iasu nabi dagoi. “Momagema! Ninia da Idome fi doagala: musa: ahoa: di!”
2 Behold, I have made thee small among the heathen: thou art greatly despised.
Hina Gode da Idome fi ilima amane sia: sa, “Na dilia nimi hou fonobonesimu, amola dunu huluane ilia da dilima higale ba: mu.
3 The pride of thy heart hath deceived thee, thou that dwellest in the clefts of the rock, whose habitation [is] high; that saith in his heart, Who shall bring me down to the ground?
Dilila: gasa fi hou amoeawane dilila: ogogoi. Dilia bisili moilai bai bagade da igiga gagili sali amola goumia gadodafa gagui. Amaiba: le dilila: da amane sia: sa, ‘Nowa ea da ninia fi muguluma: bela: ? Hame mabu!’
4 Though thou shalt exalt [thyself] as the eagle, and though thou shalt set thy nest among the stars, thence will I bring thee down, saith the LORD.
Be Na da dilima sia: sa, ‘Dilia da buhiba ea hou agoane, ifa balu da: iya gado mu amola gasumuni amo gadenene gagula heda: i sia: sa, Be amomane dili da Na hiougili sanasimu amola mugululi fasimu.
5 If thieves came to thee, if robbers by night, (how art thou cut off!) would they not have stolen till they had enough? if the grape-gatherers came to thee, would they not leave [some] grapes?
Amola wamolasu dunu da gasia misini, liligi hi hanai amo fawane ladisa, be oda ea hame hanai amo da yolesisa. Amola dunu huluane ilia waini fage hawa: ladisia, ilia oda yolesisa. Be dilima ha lai dunu da dili huluane gugunufinisi dagoi.
6 How are [the things] of Esau searched out! [how] are his hidden things sought!
Iso egaga fi dilia! Dilia muni amola liligi noga: i huluane da enoga gegene lai dagoi.
7 All the men of thy confederacy have brought thee [even] to the border: the men that were at peace with thee have deceived thee, [and] prevailed against thee; [they that eat] thy bread have laid a wound under thee: [there is] no understanding in him.
Amola osobo bagade fi dunu ilia dilima saga hamoi amoeawane dilima ogogoi. Ilia da dilia sogega dili sefasi dagoi. Amola dilima olofoiwane esalu dunu da wali dilima osa: le heda: i dagoi. Amola dilia saga hamoi, ali gilisili ha: i nasu, ilia da dili famusa: sanigei agoane gala. Ilia da dili hou amane olelesa, ‘Ilia musa: bagade dawa: su hou da habila: ?’
8 Shall I not in that day, saith the LORD, even destroy the wise [men] out of Edom, and understanding out of the mount of Esau?
Na da eso afaega, Idome fi se nabasimu. Amo esoga Na da ilia bagade dawa: su dunu fane legemu Amola Na da ilia dawa: lai hou amo huluane dogale fasimu.
9 And thy mighty [men], O Teman, shall be dismayed, to the end that every one of the mount of Esau may be cut off by slaughter.
Dima: ne osobo dogone fi da gegesu bagade dawa: , be amomane ilia da beda: mu. Amola Idome ea dadi gagui dunu huluane bogogia: i dagoi ba: mu.”
10 For [thy] violence against thy brother Jacob shame shall cover thee, and thou shalt be cut off for ever.
Hina Gode da bu agoane sia: sa, “Dilia da dilia sosogo fi dunu (Ya: igobe egaga fi dunu) amo ilia liligi wamolale, ili medole legeiba: le, dilia da gugunufinisi dagoi ba: mu. Amola eno dunu da eso huluane mae fisili dili higale ba: mu.
11 In the day that thou stoodst on the other side, in the day that the strangers carried away captive his forces, and foreigners entered into his gates, and cast lots upon Jerusalem, even thou [wast] as one of them.
Ga fi dunu da Yelusaleme moilai bai bagade logo ga: i fi, amola Yelusaleme dunu fi ilia muni lale, momogili ilia fi dunuma sagoi. Be dilia da Yelusaleme fi ilima mae asigili, udigili la: ididili lelebe ba: i.
12 But thou shouldst not have looked on the day of thy brother in the day that he became a stranger; neither shouldst thou have rejoiced over the children of Judah in the day of their destruction; neither shouldst thou have spoken proudly in the day of distress.
Dilia da dilia diolalali Yuda soge ganodini esala se nababeba: le hidale habosesele ba: i. Amo da defea hame galebe. Ilia da gugunufinisi ba: loba, dilia da ilima asigimu da defea galu. Amola ilia da se nababeba: le, hame ofesega: mu da defea galu.
13 Thou shouldst not have entered into the gate of my people in the day of their calamity; yes, thou shouldst not have looked on their affliction in the day of their calamity, nor have laid [hands] on their substance in the day of their calamity;
Dilia da Na fi dunu ilia se nabasu amoma asigimu da defea galu, amola amo se nabasu babeba: le hahawane hame hamomu galu. Amola dilia da ilia liligi bagade agui da amo esoga hame wamolamu galu.
14 Neither shouldst thou have stood in the cross-way, to cut off those of his that escaped; neither shouldst thou have delivered up those of his that remained in the day of distress.
Na fi dunu da ilia ha lai ilima beda: iba: le, hobea: i dagoi. Be dilia da logo sasagulufai dogoa amo dunu gagumusa: lelu. Amo da defea hame galebe. Na fi dunu da se bagade nabi. Be dilia da mae asigili, ili afugili ilia ha lai dunuma i dagoi. Amo amola da defea hame gala.
15 For the day of the LORD [is] near upon all the heathen: as thou hast done, it shall be done to thee: thy reward shall return upon thy own head.
Eso da gadenesa. Na da osobo bagade fifi asi gala huluane ilima fofada: mu eso da gadenesa. Idome! Dia adi hamoi amo defele, amo hou dima doaga: mu. Dia adi i amo defele dima doaga: mu.
16 For as ye have drank upon my holy mountain, [so] shall all the heathen drink continually, yes, they shall drink, and they shall swallow down, and they shall be as though they had not been.
Fedege agoane, Na fi dunu ilia Na sema agolo da: iya, gamogai hano faigeleiga nawene, se iasu bagadedafa lai dagoi. Be dunu fifilai ilima sisiga: le diala, ilia se iasu da Na fi ilia se nabi amo bagade baligimu. Ilia da se nabasu faigelei nanu, amasea ilia da alalolesili, bu hamedafa ba: mu.
17 But upon mount Zion shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness; and the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions.
Be dunu mogili da Saione Goumia gaga: i dagoi ba: mu. Amola amo goumi da hadigi sogebi agoane ba: mu. Isala: ili soge da Ya: igobe ea fi ili gaguma: ne ilegei dagoi. Amaiba: le, ilia da amo soge lalegagumu.
18 And the house of Jacob shall be a fire, and the house of Joseph a flame, and the house of Esau for stubble, and they shall kindle in them, and devour them; and there shall not be [any] remaining of the house of Esau; for the LORD hath spoken [it].
Amola Ya: igobe ea fi amola Yousefe ea fi ilia nimi da lalu nei agoai ba: mu. Ilia da Iso ea fi amo bisili gegesea, da samaso bioi ulagi nebe agoane nemu. Amola Iso egaga fi dunu afae esalebe da hamedafa ba: mu. Na, Hina Gode, Na da sia: i dagoi.
19 And [they of] the south shall possess the mount of Esau; and [they of] the plain the Philistines: and they shall possess the fields of Ephraim, and the fields of Samaria: and Benjamin [shall possess] Gilead.
Yuda fi gagoe (south) esala ilia da Idome soge amo ganodini fimu. Amola Yuda fi goumi soge guma: goe esala amo da Filisidia soge lamu. Isala: ili dunu da gegene Ifala: ime soge amola Samelia soge lamu. Bediamini fi da gegene, Gilia: de soge lamu.
20 And the captivity of this host of the children of Israel [shall possess] that of the Canaanites, [even] to Zarephath; and the captivity of Jerusalem, which [is] in Sepharad, shall possess the cities of the south.
La: di gagoe (north) Isala: ili fi ilia mugululi asi dunu huluane, ilia da sinidigili, Founisia fi amo hasalasili, gagoe (north) asili, ilia soge amogainini Sa: lefa: de moilai amo ganodini fifi lamu. Amola Yelusaleme mugululi asi dunu, Sadisi moilai bai bagade esala yolesili, gegene amola ga (south) Yuda moilale gagai huluane gegene lamu.
21 And saviors shall come upon mount Zion to judge the mount of Esau; and the kingdom shall be the LORD'S.
Amola Yelusaleme dunu amo da hasalasu dawa: , ilia da Idome fi bisili gegena masunu amo soge amo ilia da lamu, amola ilia amo ouligimu. Amola Hina Gode Hisu da ilia Hina Bagade hamone, ili ouligimu. Sia: ama dagoi
