Matthew 21
1 And when they drew nigh to Jerusalem, and had come to Bethphage, to the mount of Olives, then Jesus sent two disciples,
ଯେତେବେଳେ ସେମାନେ ଯିରୂଶାଲମ ସହରର ନିକଟବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ହୋଇ ବୈଥ୍ଫାଗୀ ଓ ଜୀତପର୍ବତ ନିକଟରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହେଲେ, ସେତେବେଳେ ଯୀଶୁ ଦୁଇ ଶିଷ୍ୟଙ୍କୁ ଏହି କଥା କହି ପଠାଇଲେ।
2 Saying to them, Go into the village over against you, and immediately ye shall find an ass tied, and a colt with her, loose [them], and bring [them] to me.
“ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖସ୍ଥ ସେହି ଗ୍ରାମକୁ ଯାଅ, ଆଉ ଯିବା ମାତ୍ରେ ବନ୍ଧା ହୋଇଥିବା ଗୋଟିଏ ଗର୍ଦ୍ଦଭୀ ଓ ତାହା ସହିତ ଗୋଟିଏ ଶାବକକୁ ଦେଖିବ; ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଫିଟାଇ ମୋ ନିକଟକୁ ନେଇଆସ।
3 And if any [man] shall say aught to you, ye shall say, The Lord hath need of them; and immediately he will send them.
ଆଉ ଯେବେ କେହି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ କିଛି କହେ, ତେବେ କହିବ ଏମାନଙ୍କଠାରେ ପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ଅଛି। ସେହିକ୍ଷଣି ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ପଠାଇଦେବ।”
4 All this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying,
ଭାବବାଦୀଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଉକ୍ତ ଏହି ବାକ୍ୟ ଯେପରି ସଫଳ ହୁଏ, ସେଥିନିମନ୍ତେ ଏହା ଘଟିଲା,
5 Tell ye the daughter of Sion, Behold, thy King cometh to thee, meek, and sitting upon an ass, and a colt the foal of an ass.
ସିୟୋନର କନ୍ୟାକୁ କୁହ, ଦେଖ୍, ତୋର ରାଜା ତୋʼ ନିକଟକୁ ଆସୁଅଛନ୍ତି; ସେ ନମ୍ର ଓ ଗର୍ଦ୍ଦଭାରୋହୀ, ଶାବକ, ଗର୍ଦ୍ଦଭଶାବକାରୋହୀ।
6 And the disciples went, and did as Jesus commanded them,
ସେଥିରେ ଶିଷ୍ୟମାନେ ଯାଇ ଯୀଶୁଙ୍କ ଆଦେଶ ଅନୁସାରେ କାମ କଲେ,
7 And brought the ass and the colt, and put on them their clothes, and they set [him] thereon.
ପୁଣି, ଗର୍ଦ୍ଦଭୀ ଓ ଶାବକଟି ଆଣି ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ବସ୍ତ୍ର ପାତିଦେଲେ, ଆଉ ସେ ତାହା ଉପରେ ବସିଲେ।
8 And a very great multitude spread their garments in the way; others cut down branches from the trees, and strewed [them] in the way.
ପୁଣି, ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଅଧିକାଂଶ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ଲୁଗା ପଥରେ ବିଛାଇଲେ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟମାନେ ଗଛରୁ ଡାଳ କାଟି ଆଣି ବାଟରେ ବିଛାଇ ଦେବାକୁ ଲାଗିଲେ।
9 And the multitudes that went before, and that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna to the son of David: blessed [is] he that cometh in the name of the Lord: Hosanna in the highest.
ଆଉ ତାହାଙ୍କ ଆଗରେ ଓ ପଛରେ ଯାଉଥିବା ଲୋକମାନେ ଉଚ୍ଚସ୍ୱରରେ କହିବାକୁ ଲାଗିଲେ, ହୋଶାନ୍ନା ଦାଉଦଙ୍କ ସନ୍ତାନ! ପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ନାମରେ ଯେ ଆସୁଅଛନ୍ତି, ସେ ଧନ୍ୟ! ଊର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ୱଲୋକରେ ହୋଶାନ୍ନା।
10 And when he had come into Jerusalem, all the city was moved, saying, Who is this?
ଆଉ ସେ ଯିରୂଶାଲମ ସହରରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରନ୍ତେ ନଗରଯାକ ଏ କିଏ ବୋଲି ଚହଳ ପଡ଼ିଗଲା।
11 And the multitude said, This is Jesus the prophet of Nazareth of Galilee.
ସେଥିରେ ଲୋକସମୂହ କହିଲେ, ଏ ଗାଲିଲୀସ୍ଥ ନାଜରିତର ଭାବବାଦୀ ଯୀଶୁ।
12 And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the money-changers, and the seats of them that sold doves.
ପରେ ଯୀଶୁ ଈଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ମନ୍ଦିରରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରି ସେ ସ୍ଥାନରେ କିଣାବିକା କରୁଥିବା ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ବାହାର କରିଦେଲେ, ପୁଣି, ମୁଦ୍ରା-ବ୍ୟବସାୟୀମାନଙ୍କର ମେଜ ଓ କାପ୍ତା-ବ୍ୟବସାୟୀମାନଙ୍କର ଆସନ ଓଲଟାଇ ପକାଇଲେ,
13 And said to them, It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer, but ye have made it a den of thieves.
ଆଉ ଯୀଶୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, “ଲେଖାଅଛି, ‘ଆମ୍ଭର ଗୃହ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନାର ଗୃହ ବୋଲି ପରିଚିତ ହେବ, କିନ୍ତୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ତାହାକୁ ଡକାଇତମାନଙ୍କ ବାସସ୍ଥାନ କରୁଅଛ।’”
14 And the blind and the lame came to him in the temple; and he healed them.
ପୁଣି, ମନ୍ଦିରରେ ଅନ୍ଧ ଓ ଖଞ୍ଜ ଲୋକେ ତାହାଙ୍କ ପାଖକୁ ଆସନ୍ତେ ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ସୁସ୍ଥ କଲେ।
15 And when the chief priests and scribes saw the wonderful things that he did, and the children crying in the temple, and saying, Hosanna to the son of David; they were greatly displeased,
କିନ୍ତୁ ପ୍ରଧାନ ଯାଜକ ଓ ଶାସ୍ତ୍ରୀମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କ କରିଥିବା ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ଯ୍ୟକର୍ମଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଓ ମନ୍ଦିର ମଧ୍ୟରେ ହୋଶାନ୍ନା ଦାଉଦଙ୍କ ସନ୍ତାନ ବୋଲି ଉଚ୍ଚସ୍ୱର କରୁଥିବା ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦେଖି ବିରକ୍ତ ହେଲେ,
16 And said to him, Hearest thou what these say? And Jesus saith to them, Yes: have ye never read, Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings thou hast perfected praise?
ପୁଣି, ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ପଚାରିଲେ, ଏମାନେ କଅଣ କହୁଅଛନ୍ତି, ତାହା କି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଶୁଣୁଅଛ? ଯୀଶୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, “ହଁ, ‘ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଶିଶୁ ଓ ସ୍ତନ୍ୟପାୟୀମାନଙ୍କ ମୁଖ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଆପଣା ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ସ୍ତବ ସିଦ୍ଧ କରିଅଛ,’ ଏହି କଥା କି ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ କେବେ ହେଁ ପାଠ କରି ନାହଁ?”
17 And he left them, and went out of the city into Bethany, and he lodged there.
ଆଉ, ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଛାଡ଼ିଦେଇ ଯିରୂଶାଲମ ସହରରୁ ବାହାରି ବେଥନୀୟାକୁ ଯାଇ ସେଠାରେ ରାତି କଟାଇଲେ।
18 Now in the morning as he was returning into the city, he was hungry.
ସକାଳେ ସେ ଯିରୂଶାଲମ ସହରକୁ ଫେରିବା ସମୟରେ କ୍ଷୁଧିତ ହେଲେ,
19 And when he saw a fig-tree in the way, he came to it, and found nothing on it, but leaves only, and said to it, Let no fruit grow on thee henceforth for ever. And immediately the fig-tree withered. (aiōn g165)
ଆଉ ବାଟ ପାଖରେ ଗୋଟିଏ ଡିମ୍ବିରିବୃକ୍ଷ ଦେଖି ତାହା ନିକଟକୁ ଗଲେ, ପୁଣି, କେବଳ ପତ୍ର ଛଡ଼ା ତାହାଠାରେ ଆଉ କିଛି ନ ପାଇ ତାହାକୁ କହିଲେ, “ଆଉ କଦାପି ତୋʼଠାରେ ଫଳ ନ ହେଉ।” ସେଥିରେ ସେହିକ୍ଷଣି ସେହି ଡିମ୍ବିରିବୃକ୍ଷ ଶୁଖିଗଲା। (aiōn g165)
20 And when the disciples saw [it], they marveled, saying, How soon is the fig-tree withered!
ଶିଷ୍ୟମାନେ ତାହା ଦେଖି ଚମତ୍କୃତ ହୋଇ କହିଲେ, ଡିମ୍ବିରିବୃକ୍ଷଟି କିପରି ସେହିକ୍ଷଣି ଶୁଖିଗଲା?
21 Jesus answered and said to them, Verily I say to you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this [which is done] to the fig-tree, but also, if ye shall say to this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done.
ଯୀଶୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେଲେ, “ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ସତ୍ୟ କହୁଅଛି, ଯଦି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ବିଶ୍ୱାସ ଥାଏ, ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସନ୍ଦେହ ନ କର, ତେବେ ଏହି ଡିମ୍ବିରିବୃକ୍ଷ ପ୍ରତି ଯେପରି ହୋଇଅଛି, କେବଳ ଯେ ସେପରି ହେବ, ତାହା ନୁହେଁ, ମାତ୍ର ଯଦି ଏ ପର୍ବତକୁ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ‘ତୁ ଉଠି ସମୁଦ୍ରରେ ଯାଇ ପଡ଼’ ବୋଲି କହିବ, ତାହାହେଲେ ତାହା ହେବ।
22 And all things whatever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.
ପୁଣି, ବିଶ୍ୱାସ କରି ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନାରେ ଯାହା କିଛି ମାଗିବ, ସେହିସବୁ ପାଇବ।”
23 And when he had come into the temple, the chief priests and the elders of the people came to him as he was teaching, and said, By what authority doest thou these things; and who gave thee this authority?
ପରେ ସେ ମନ୍ଦିରରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରି ଶିକ୍ଷା ଦେବା ସମୟରେ ପ୍ରଧାନ ଯାଜକମାନେ ଓ ଲୋକଙ୍କର ପ୍ରାଚୀନବର୍ଗ ତାହାଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ଆସି ପଚାରିଲେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ କେଉଁ ଅଧିକାରରେ ଏସମସ୍ତ କରୁଅଛ? ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ କିଏ ଏହି ଅଧିକାର ଦେଲା?
24 And Jesus answered and said to them, I also will ask you one thing, which if ye tell me, I also will tell you by what authority I do these things.
ଯୀଶୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେଲେ, “ମୁଁ ମଧ୍ୟ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଗୋଟିଏ କଥା ପଚାରିବି, ଯଦି ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ମୋତେ ତାହା କହିବ, ତେବେ କେଉଁ ଅଧିକାରରେ ମୁଁ ଏହି ସମସ୍ତ କରୁଅଛି, ତାହା ମୁଁ ମଧ୍ୟ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିବି।
25 The baptism of John, whence was it? from heaven, or from men? And they reasoned with themselves, saying, if we shall say, From heaven; he will say to us, Why then did ye not believe him?
ଯୋହନଙ୍କର ବାପ୍ତିସ୍ମ କେଉଁଠାରୁ ହୋଇଥିଲା? ସ୍ୱର୍ଗରୁ ବା ମନୁଷ୍ୟଠାରୁ?” ସେଥିରେ ସେମାନେ ପରସ୍ପର ତର୍କବିତର୍କ କରି କହିବାକୁ ଲାଗିଲେ, ଯଦି ସ୍ୱର୍ଗରୁ ବୋଲି କହିବୁ, ତାହାହେଲେ ସେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିବେ, ତେବେ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ କାହିଁକି ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ କଲ ନାହିଁ?
26 But if we shall say, From men; we fear the people: for all hold John as a prophet.
କିନ୍ତୁ ଯଦି ମନୁଷ୍ୟଠାରୁ ବୋଲି କହିବୁ, ତେବେ ଲୋକସମୂହକୁ ତ ଭୟ! କାରଣ ସମସ୍ତେ ଯୋହନଙ୍କୁ ଭାବବାଦୀ ବୋଲି ମାନନ୍ତି।
27 And they answered Jesus, and said, We cannot tell. And he said to them, Neither do I tell you by what authority I do these things.
ଏଣୁ ସେମାନେ ଯୀଶୁଙ୍କୁ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେଲେ, ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଜାଣୁ ନାହୁଁ। ସେ ମଧ୍ୟ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, “ତେବେ ମୁଁ କେଉଁ ଅଧିକାରରେ ଏସମସ୍ତ କରୁଅଛି, ତାହା ମୁଁ ମଧ୍ୟ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିବି ନାହିଁ।”
28 But what think ye? A [certain] man had two sons; and he came to the first, and said, Son, go, work to-day in my vineyard.
“ମାତ୍ର ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ କଅଣ ମନେ କର? ଜଣେ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଙ୍କର ଦୁଇଟି ପୁତ୍ର ଥିଲେ। ସେ ପ୍ରଥମ ନିକଟକୁ ଆସି କହିଲେ, ‘ପୁଅ, ଯା, ଆଜି ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାକ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ କାମ କର।’”
29 He answered and said, I will not; but afterward he repented, and went.
ସେ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେଲା, “‘ମୋହର ଇଚ୍ଛା ନାହିଁ,’ କିନ୍ତୁ ପରେ ଅନୁତାପ କରି ଗଲା।
30 And he came to the second, and said likewise. And he answered and said, I [go], sir: and went not.
ପୁଣି, ସେ ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ପାଖକୁ ଆସି ସେହି ପ୍ରକାର କହିଲେ। ସେ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେଲା, ‘ମହାଶୟ, ମୁଁ ଯାଉଅଛି, କିନ୍ତୁ ଗଲା ନାହିଁ।’
31 Which of the two did the will of [his] father? They say to him, The first. Jesus saith to them, Verily I say to you, that the publicans and the harlots go into the kingdom of God before you.
ଏହି ଦୁହିଁଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ କିଏ ପିତାଙ୍କର ଇଚ୍ଛା ସାଧନ କଲା?” ସେମାନେ କହିଲେ, “ପ୍ରଥମ ଜଣକ।” ଯୀଶୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, “ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ସତ୍ୟ କହୁଅଛି, କରଗ୍ରାହୀ ଓ ବେଶ୍ୟାମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଆଗେ ଈଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରୁଅଛନ୍ତି।
32 For John came to you in the way of righteousness, and ye believed him not: but the publicans and the harlots believed him: and ye, when ye had seen [it], repented not afterward, that ye might believe him.
କାରଣ ଯୋହନ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ଧାର୍ମିକତାର ପଥ ଦେଇ ଆସିଲେ, ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ କଲ ନାହିଁ, ମାତ୍ର କରଗ୍ରାହୀ ଓ ବେଶ୍ୟାମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ କଲେ, କିନ୍ତୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଯେପରି ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ କରିପାର, ଏଥିନିମନ୍ତେ ତାହା ଦେଖି ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଅନୁତାପ କଲ ନାହିଁ।”
33 Hear another parable; There was a certain householder, who planted a vineyard, and hedged it around, and digged a wine-press in it, and built a tower, and let it out to husbandmen, and went into a remote country:
“ଆଉ ଗୋଟିଏ ଦୃଷ୍ଟାନ୍ତ ଶୁଣ। ଜଣେ ଗୃହକର୍ତ୍ତା ଥିଲେ, ସେ ଗୋଟିଏ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାକ୍ଷେତ୍ର କରି ଚାରିଆଡ଼େ ବାଡ଼ ଦେଲେ ଓ ତହିଁ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାକୁଣ୍ଡ ଖୋଳି ପ୍ରହରୀ-ଗୃହ ତିଆରି କଲେ, ପୁଣି, କୃଷକମାନଙ୍କୁ ସେହି କ୍ଷେତ୍ର ଭାଗରେ ଦେଇ ବିଦେଶକୁ ଚାଲିଗଲେ।
34 And when the time of the fruit drew near, he sent his servants to the husbandmen, that they might receive the fruits of it.
ପରେ ଫଳର ସମୟ ପାଖେଇ ଆସନ୍ତେ ସେ ଆପଣା ଫଳ ପାଇବା ପାଇଁ କୃଷକମାନଙ୍କ ପାଖକୁ ନିଜ ଦାସମାନଙ୍କୁ ପଠାଇଲେ।
35 And the husbandmen took his servants, and beat one, and killed another, and stoned another.
କିନ୍ତୁ କୃଷକମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କ ଦାସମାନଙ୍କୁ ଧରି ଜଣକୁ ପ୍ରହାର କଲେ, ଅନ୍ୟ ଜଣକୁ ବଧ କଲେ, ପୁଣି, ଆଉ ଜଣକୁ ପଥର ଫୋପାଡ଼ି ମାରିପକାଇଲେ।
36 Again he sent other servants more than the first: and they did to them in like manner.
ପୁଣି, ଥରେ ସେ ପ୍ରଥମ ଥର ଅପେକ୍ଷା ଅଧିକ ସଂଖ୍ୟକ ଦାସ ପଠାଇଲେ, ଆଉ ସେମାନେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ସେହି ପ୍ରକାର କଲେ।
37 But last of all he sent to them his son, saying, They will reverence my son.
‘କିନ୍ତୁ ମୋହର ପୁଅକୁ ସେମାନେ ମାନ୍ୟ କରିବେ,’ ଏହା କହି ସେ ପରେ ଆପଣା ପୁତ୍ରକୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ପଠାଇଲେ।
38 But when the husbandmen saw the son, they said among themselves, This is the heir; come, let us kill him, and let us seize on his inheritance.
ମାତ୍ର ସେହି କୃଷକମାନେ ପୁତ୍ରଙ୍କୁ ଦେଖି ପରସ୍ପର କହିଲେ, ‘ଏ ତ ଉତ୍ତରାଧିକାରୀ; ଆସ, ଏହାକୁ ମାରି ଦେଇ ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଏହାର ଅଧିକାର ଦଖଲ କରୁ।’
39 And they caught him, and cast [him] out of the vineyard, and slew [him].
ଆଉ ସେମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ଧରି ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାକ୍ଷେତ୍ରର ବାହାରେ ପକାଇ ମାରିଦେଲେ।
40 When therefore the Lord of the vineyard cometh, what will he do to those husbandmen?
ଅତଏବ ଯେତେବେଳେ ସେହି ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାକ୍ଷେତ୍ରର ମାଲିକ ଆସିବେ, ସେତେବେଳେ ସେହି କୃଷକମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ସେ କଅଣ କରିବେ?”
41 They say to him, He will miserably destroy those wicked men, and will let out [his] vineyard to other husbandmen, who will render him the fruits in their seasons.
ସେମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ସେ ସେହି ଦୁଷ୍ଟମାନଙ୍କୁ ନିଷ୍ଠୁର ଭାବରେ ବିନାଶ କରିବେ ଓ ଯେଉଁ ଅନ୍ୟ କୃଷକମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ଠିକ୍ ସମୟରେ ଫଳ ଯୋଗାଇବେ, ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାକ୍ଷେତ୍ର ଭାଗରେ ଦେବେ।
42 Jesus saith to them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvelous in our eyes?
ଯୀଶୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, “ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ କି କେବେ ହେଁ ଧର୍ମଶାସ୍ତ୍ରରେ ଏହି କଥା ପାଠ କରି ନାହଁ, ‘ଗୃହନିର୍ମାଣକାରୀମାନେ ଯେଉଁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତରକୁ ଅଗ୍ରାହ୍ୟ କଲେ, ତାହା କୋଣର ପ୍ରଧାନ ପ୍ରସ୍ତର ହେଲା; ପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଏହା ହେଲା, ଆଉ ତାହା ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ଯ୍ୟଜନକ?’
43 Therefore I say to you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits of it.
ଏଣୁ ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ କହୁଅଛି, ଈଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ରାଜ୍ୟ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ କାଢ଼ି ନିଆଯିବ, ପୁଣି, ଯେଉଁ ଜାତି ସେଥିର ଫଳ ଫଳିବ, ତାହାକୁ ଦିଆଯିବ।
44 And whoever shall fall on this stone, shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.
ଆଉ ଯେ ଏହି ପ୍ରସ୍ତର ଉପରେ ପଡ଼ିବ, ସେ ଖଣ୍ଡବିଖଣ୍ଡ ହେବ, ପୁଣି, ଏହି ପ୍ରସ୍ତର ଯାହା ଉପରେ ପଡ଼ିବ, ତାହାକୁ ତାହା ଚୂର୍ଣ୍ଣବିଚୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କରିବ।”
45 And when the chief priests and Pharisees had heard his parables, they perceived that he spoke of them.
ପ୍ରଧାନ ଯାଜକ ଓ ଫାରୂଶୀମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କର ଏହି ସମସ୍ତ ଦୃଷ୍ଟାନ୍ତ ଶୁଣି, ସେ ଯେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ବିଷୟରେ କହୁଅଛନ୍ତି, ଏହା ବୁଝିଲେ।
46 But when they sought to lay hands on him, they feared the multitude, because they took him for a prophet.
ଆଉ ସେମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ଧରିବାକୁ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କଲେ, କିନ୍ତୁ ଲୋକସମୂହକୁ ଭୟ କଲେ, କାରଣ ସେମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ଭାବବାଦୀ ବୋଲି ମାନୁଥିଲେ।
