Leviticus 16
1 And the LORD spoke to Moses after the death of the two sons of Aaron, when they offered before the LORD, and died:
E falou o SENHOR a Moisés, depois que morreram os dois filhos de Arão, quando se chegaram diante do SENHOR, e morreram;
2 And the LORD said to Moses, Speak to Aaron thy brother, that he come not at all times into the holy [place] within the vail, before the mercy-seat, which [is] upon the ark; that he may not die: for I will appear in the cloud upon the mercy-seat.
E o SENHOR disse a Moisés: Dize a Arão teu irmão, que não em todo tempo entre no santuário do véu dentro, diante do propiciatório que está sobre a arca, para que não morra: porque eu aparecerei na nuvem sobre o propiciatório.
3 Thus shall Aaron come into the holy [place]: with a young bullock for a sin-offering, and a ram for a burnt-offering.
Com isto entrará Arão no santuário: com um bezerro por expiação, e um carneiro em holocausto.
4 He shall put on the holy linen coat, and he shall have the linen breeches upon his flesh, and shall be girded with the linen girdle, and with the linen miter shall he be attired: these [are] holy garments; therefore shall he wash his flesh in water, and [so] put them on.
A túnica santa de linho se vestirá, e sobre sua carne terá calções de linho, e se cingirá o cinto de linho; e com a mitra de linho se cobrirá: são as santas vestiduras: com elas, depois de lavar sua carne com água, se há de vestir.
5 And he shall take of the congregation of the children of Israel two kids of the goats for a sin-offering, and one ram for a burnt-offering.
E da congregação dos filhos de Israel tomará dois machos de bode para expiação, e um carneiro para holocausto.
6 And Aaron shall offer his bullock of the sin-offering, which [is] for himself, and make an atonement for himself, and for his house.
E fará achegar Arão o bezerro da expiação, que é seu, e fará a reconciliação por si e por sua casa.
7 And he shall take the two goats, and present them before the LORD [at] the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
Depois tomará os dois machos de bode, e os apresentará diante do SENHOR à porta do tabernáculo do testemunho.
8 And Aaron shall cast lots upon the two goats; one lot for the LORD, and the other lot for the scape-goat.
E lançará sortes Arão sobre os dois machos de bode; uma sorte pelo SENHOR, e a outra sorte por Azazel.
9 And Aaron shall bring the goat upon which the LORD'S lot fell, and offer him [for] a sin-offering.
E fará achegar Arão o bode macho sobre o qual cair a sorte pelo SENHOR, e o oferecerá em expiação.
10 But the goat on which the lot fell to be the scape-goat, shall be presented alive before the LORD, to make an atonement with him, [and] to let him go for a scape-goat into the wilderness.
Mas o bode macho, sobre o qual cair a sorte por Azazel, o apresentará vivo diante do SENHOR, para fazer a reconciliação sobre ele, para enviá-lo a Azazel ao deserto.
11 And Aaron shall bring the bullock of the sin-offering, which [is] for himself, and shall make an atonement for himself, and for his house, and shall kill the bullock of the sin-offering which [is] for himself:
E fará chegar Arão o bezerro que era seu para expiação, e fará a reconciliação por si e por sua casa, e degolará em expiação o bezerro que é seu.
12 And he shall take a censer full of burning coals of fire from off the altar before the LORD, and his hands full of sweet incense beaten small, and bring [it] within the vail:
Depois tomará o incensário cheio de brasas de fogo, do altar de diante do SENHOR, e seus punhos cheios do incenso aromático prensado, e o meterá do véu dentro:
13 And he shall put the incense upon the fire before the LORD, that the cloud of the incense may cover the mercy-seat that [is] upon the testimony, that he may not die.
E porá o incenso sobre o fogo diante do SENHOR, e a nuvem do incenso cobrirá o propiciatório que está sobre o testemunho, e não morrerá.
14 And he shall take of the blood of the bullock, and sprinkle [it] with his finger upon the mercy-seat eastward: and before the mercy-seat shall he sprinkle of the blood with his finger seven times.
Tomará logo do sangue do bezerro, e espargirá com seu dedo até o propiciatório ao lado oriental: até o propiciatório espargirá sete vezes daquele sangue com seu dedo.
15 Then shall he kill the goat of the sin-offering that [is] for the people, and bring his blood within the vail, and do with that blood as he did with the blood of the bullock, and sprinkle it upon the mercy-seat, and before the mercy-seat:
Depois degolará em expiação o bode macho, que era do povo, e meterá o sangue dele do véu dentro; e fará de seu sangue como fez do sangue do bezerro, e espargirá sobre o propiciatório e diante do propiciatório:
16 And he shall make an atonement for the holy [place], because of the uncleanness of the children of Israel, and because of their transgressions in all their sins: and so shall he do for the tabernacle of the congregation that remaineth among them in the midst of their uncleanness.
E limpará o santuário, das imundícias dos filhos de Israel, e de suas rebeliões, e de todos os seus pecados: da mesma maneira fará também ao tabernáculo do testemunho, o qual reside entre eles em meio de suas imundícias.
17 And there shall be no man in the tabernacle of the congregation when he goeth in to make an atonement in the holy [place], until he shall come out, and shall have made an atonement for himself, and for his household, and for all the congregation of Israel.
E nenhum homem estará no tabernáculo do testemunho quando ele entrar a fazer a reconciliação no santuário, até que ele saia, e haja feito a reconciliação por si, e por sua casa, e por toda a congregação de Israel.
18 And he shall go out to the altar that [is] before the LORD, and make an atonement for it; and shall take of the blood of the bullock, and of the blood of the goat, and put [it] upon the horns of the altar round about.
E sairá ao altar que está diante do SENHOR, e o expiará; e tomará do sangue do bezerro, e do sangue do bode macho, e porá sobre as pontas do altar ao redor.
19 And he shall sprinkle of the blood upon it with his finger seven times, and cleanse it, and hallow it from the uncleanness of the children of Israel.
E espargirá sobre ele do sangue com seu dedo sete vezes, e o limpará, e o santificará das imundícias dos filhos de Israel.
20 And when he hath made an end of reconciling the holy [place], and the tabernacle of the congregation, and the altar, he shall bring the live goat:
E quando houver acabado de expiar o santuário, e o tabernáculo do testemunho, e o altar, fará chegar o bode macho vivo:
21 And Aaron shall lay both his hands upon the head of the live goat, and confess over him all the iniquities of the children of Israel, and all their transgressions in all their sins, putting them upon the head of the goat, and shall send [him] away by the hand of a fit man into the wilderness:
E porá Arão ambas as mãos suas sobre a cabeça do bode macho vivo, e confessará sobre ele todas as iniquidades dos filhos de Israel, e todas suas rebeliões, e todos os seus pecados, pondo-os assim sobre a cabeça do bode macho, e o enviará ao deserto por meio de um homem destinado para isto.
22 And the goat shall bear upon him all their iniquities to a land not inhabited: and he shall let go the goat in the wilderness.
E aquele bode macho levará sobre si todas as iniquidades deles a terra inabitada: e deixará ir o bode macho pelo deserto.
23 And Aaron shall come into the tabernacle of the congregation, and shall put off the linen garments which he put on when he went into the holy [place], and shall leave them there:
Depois virá Arão ao tabernáculo do testemunho, e se desnudará as vestimentas de linho, que havia vestido para entrar no santuário, e as porá ali.
24 And he shall wash his flesh with water in the holy [place], and put on his garments, and come forth, and offer his burnt-offering, and the burnt-offering of the people, and make an atonement for himself, and for the people.
Lavará logo sua carne com água no lugar do santuário, e depois de se pôr suas roupas sairá, e fará seu holocausto, e o holocausto do povo, e fará a reconciliação por si e pelo povo.
25 And the fat of the sin-offering shall he burn upon the altar.
E queimará a gordura da expiação sobre o altar.
26 And he that let go the goat for the scape-goat shall wash his clothes, and bathe his flesh in water, and afterward come into the camp.
E o que houver levado o bode macho a Azazel, lavará suas roupas, lavará também com água sua carne, e depois entrará no acampamento.
27 And the bullock [for] the sin-offering, and the goat [for] the sin-offering, whose blood was brought in to make atonement in the holy [place], shall [one] carry forth without the camp; and they shall burn in the fire their skins, and their flesh, and their dung.
E tirará fora do acampamento o bezerro do pecado, e o bode macho da culpa, o sangue dos quais foi metido para fazer a expiação no santuário; e queimarão no fogo suas peles, e suas carnes, e seu excremento.
28 And he that burneth them shall wash his clothes, and bathe his flesh in water, and afterward he shall come into the camp.
E o que os queimar, lavará suas roupas, lavará também sua carne com água, e depois entrará no acampamento.
29 And [this] shall be a statute for ever to you: [that] in the seventh month, on the tenth [day] of the month, ye shall afflict your souls, and do no work at all, [whether it be] one of your own country, or a stranger that sojourneth among you:
E isto tereis por estatuto perpétuo: No mês sétimo, aos dez do mês, afligireis vossas almas, e nenhuma obra fareis, nem o natural nem o estrangeiro que peregrina entre vós:
30 For on that day shall [the priest] make an atonement for you, to cleanse you, [that] ye may be clean from all your sins before the LORD.
Porque neste dia se vos reconciliará para limpar-vos; e sereis limpos de todos vossos pecados diante do SENHOR.
31 It [shall be] a sabbath of rest to you, and ye shall afflict your souls by a statute for ever.
Sábado de repouso é para vós, e afligireis vossas almas, por estatuto perpétuo.
32 And the priest whom he shall anoint, and whom he shall consecrate to minister in the priest's office in his father's stead, shall make the atonement, and shall put on the linen clothes, [even] the holy garments:
E fará a reconciliação o sacerdote que for ungido, e cuja mão houver sido cheia para ser sacerdote em lugar de seu pai; e se vestirá as vestimentas de linho, as vestiduras sagradas:
33 And he shall make an atonement for the holy sanctuary, and he shall make an atonement for the tabernacle of the congregation, and for the altar: and he shall make an atonement for the priests, and for all the people of the congregation.
E expiará o santuário santo, e o tabernáculo do testemunho; expiará também o altar, e aos sacerdotes, e a todo o povo da congregação.
34 And this shall be an everlasting statute to you, to make an atonement for the children of Israel for all their sins once a year. And he did as the LORD commanded Moses.
E isto tereis por estatuto perpétuo, para expiar aos filhos de Israel de todos os seus pecados uma vez no ano. E Moisés o fez como o SENHOR lhe mandou.
