Joshua 21
1 Then came near the heads of the fathers of the Levites to Eleazar the priest, and to Joshua the son of Nun, and to the heads of the fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel;
၁လေဝိအနွယ်မိသားစုခေါင်းဆောင်တို့သည် ခါနာန်ပြည်၊ ရှိလောမြို့နေယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ် ဧလာဇာ၊ နုန်၏သားယောရှုနှင့်ဣသရေလ အနွယ်အပေါင်းတို့၏မိသားစုအကြီးအကဲ တို့ထံသို့ချဉ်းကပ်၍``ထာဝရဘုရားသည် အကျွန်ုပ်တို့နေထိုင်ရန်မြို့များနှင့်အကျွန်ုပ် တို့၏သိုးနွားများအတွက် ယင်းမြို့များပတ် ဝန်းကျင်ရှိစားကျက်များကိုသတ်မှတ်ပေး ရမည်ဟူ၍ မောရှေမှတစ်ဆင့်မိန့်မှာတော် မူခဲ့ပါသည်'' ဟုလျှောက်ထားကြ၏။-
2 And they spoke to them at Shiloh in the land of Canaan, saying, the LORD commanded by the hand of Moses to give us cities to dwell in, with their suburbs for our cattle.
၂
3 And the children of Israel gave to the Levites out of their inheritance, at the commandment of the LORD, these cities and their suburbs.
၃ထို့ကြောင့်ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့သည် ထာဝရဘုရားမိန့်မှာတော်မူသည့်အတိုင်း မိမိတို့ရရှိသောနယ်မြေထဲမှမြို့များ နှင့်စားကျက်များကိုလေဝိအနွယ်ဝင်တို့ အားခွဲဝေသတ်မှတ်ပေးကြလေသည်။
4 And the lot came out for the families of the Kohathites: and the children of Aaron the priest, [who were] of the Levites, had by lot out of the tribe of Judah, and out of the tribe of Simeon, and out of the tribe of Benjamin, thirteen cities.
၄လေဝိအနွယ်ဝင်ကောဟတ်သားချင်းစုတို့ အတွက် မြို့များကိုဦးစွာခွဲဝေသတ်မှတ် ပေးကြသည်။ ထိုသို့ခွဲဝေပေးရာ၌ယဇ် ပုရောဟိတ်အာရုန်မှဆင်းသက်သောလေဝိ အနွယ်ဝင်တို့အတွက် မြို့တစ်ဆယ့်သုံးမြို့ ကိုယုဒနယ်မြေ၊ ရှိမောင်နယ်မြေ၊ ဗင်္ယာမိန် နယ်မြေထဲမှသတ်မှတ်ပေးကြသည်။-
5 And the rest of the children of Kohath [had] by lot out of the families of the tribe of Ephraim, and out of the tribe of Dan, and out of the half-tribe of Manasseh, ten cities.
၅ကျန်ရှိနေသောကောဟတ်သားချင်းစုတို့ အတွက်မြို့ဆယ်မြို့ကိုဧဖရိမ်နယ်မြေ၊ ဒန် နယ်မြေ၊ အနောက်ဘက်မနာရှေနယ်မြေ ထဲမှသတ်မှတ်ပေးကြသည်။
6 And the children of Gershon [had] by lot out of the families of the tribe of Issachar, and out of the tribe of Asher, and out of the tribe of Naphtali, and out of the half-tribe of Manasseh in Bashan, thirteen cities.
၆ဂေရရှုံသားချင်းစုတို့အတွက်မြို့တစ်ဆယ့် သုံးမြို့ကိုဣသခါနယ်မြေ၊ အာရှာနယ်မြေ၊ နဿလိနယ်မြေ၊ အရှေ့မနာရှေနယ်မြေထဲ မှသတ်မှတ်ပေးကြသည်။
7 The children of Merari by their families [had] out of the tribe of Reuben, and out of the tribe of Gad, and out of the tribe of Zebulun, twelve cities.
၇မေရာရိသားချင်းစုတို့အတွက်မြို့တစ်ဆယ့် နှစ်မြို့ကိုရုဗင်နယ်မြေ၊ ဂဒ်နယ်မြေ၊ ဇာဗုလုန် နယ်မြေထဲမှသတ်မှတ်ပေးကြလေသည်။
8 And the children of Israel gave by lot to the Levites these cities with their suburbs, as the LORD commanded by the hand of Moses.
၈ထာဝရဘုရားသည်မောရှေမှတစ်ဆင့်မိန့် မှာတော်မူသည့်အတိုင်းဣသရေလအမျိုး သားတို့သည်မဲချ ၍ဤမြို့များနှင့်စားကျက်များကိုလေဝိ အနွယ်ဝင်တို့အတွက်သတ်မှတ်ပေးလေသည်။
9 And they gave out of the tribe of the children of Judah, and out of the tribe of the children of Simeon, these cities which are [here] mentioned by name,
၉လေဝိအနွယ်ဝင်ကောဟတ်၏သားချင်းစု ဖြစ်သည့်အာရုန်သားမြေးတို့အတွက်ဦးစွာ မဲကျသဖြင့် ယုဒနှင့်ရှိမောင်တို့နယ်မြေထဲမှ မြို့များကိုသတ်မှတ်ပေးကြ၏။-
10 Which the children of Aaron, [being] of the families of the Kohathites, [who were] of the children of Levi, had: for theirs was the first lot.

11 And they gave them the city of Arba the father of Anak (which [city is] Hebron) in the hill -[country] of Judah, with its suburbs round it.
၁၁ယုဒနယ်မြေတောင်ကုန်းဒေသရှိယခုအခါ ဟေဗြုန်မြို့ဟုနာမည်တွင်သောအာဘမြို့(အာဘ သည်အာနက၏အဖဖြစ်၏) နှင့်တကွပတ်ဝန်း ကျင်ရှိစားကျက်များကိုသူတို့အားပေးကြ၏။-
12 But the fields of the city, and its villages, they gave to Caleb the son of Jephunneh for his possession.
၁၂သို့ရာတွင်မြို့ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ရှိလယ်ကွင်းများ နှင့် ကျေးရွာများကိုယေဖုန္နာ၏သားကာလက် အားအပိုင်ပေးခဲ့ပြီးဖြစ်သည်။-
13 Thus they gave to the children of Aaron the priest, Hebron with its suburbs, [to be] a city of refuge for the slayer; and Libnah with its suburbs,
၁၃အာရုန်၏သားမြေးတို့အားသတ်မှတ်ပေး သောမြို့များမှာဟေဗြုန်မြို့(ခိုလှုံရာမြို့တစ်မြို့) အပြင်လိဗနမြို့၊-
14 And Jattir with its suburbs, and Eshtemoa with its suburbs,
၁၄ယတ္တိရမြို့၊ ဧရှတေမောမြို့၊- ဟောလုန်မြို့၊ ဒေဗိရမြို့၊-
15 And Holon with its suburbs, and Debir with its suburbs,
၁၅
16 And Ain with its suburbs, and Juttah with its suburbs, [and] Beth-shemesh with its suburbs; nine cities out of those two tribes.
၁၆အဣနမြို့၊ ယုတ္တမြို့၊ ဗက်ရှေမက်မြို့များနှင့်တကွ ယင်းတို့၏ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ရှိစားကျက်များဖြစ်၏။ ဖော်ပြပါကိုးမြို့တို့ကိုယုဒပြည်နယ်နှင့် ရှိမောင်ပြည်နယ်တို့မှသတ်မှတ်ပေးခြင်းဖြစ်၏။
17 And out of the tribe of Benjamin, Gibeon with its suburbs, Geba with its suburbs,
၁၇ဗင်္ယာမိန်၏နယ်မြေမှသူတို့အားဂိဗောင်မြို့၊ ဂေဗမြို့၊-
18 Anathoth with its suburbs, and Almon with its suburbs; four cities.
၁၈အာနသုတ်မြို့၊ အာလမုန်မြို့စသည့်မြို့လေး မြို့နှင့်တကွ ယင်းတို့၏ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ရှိစား ကျက်များကိုသတ်မှတ်ပေးလေသည်။
19 All the cities of the children of Aaron, the priests, [were] thirteen cities with their suburbs.
၁၉သို့ဖြစ်၍အာရုန်၏အဆက်အနွယ်ယဇ်ပုရော ဟိတ်တို့အား မြို့ပေါင်းတစ်ဆယ်သုံးမြို့နှင့်ယင်း တို့၏ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ရှိစားကျက်များကိုသတ် မှတ်ပေးလေသည်။
20 And the families of the children of Kohath, the Levites who remained of the children of Kohath, even they had the cities of their lot out of the tribe of Ephraim.
၂၀လေဝိအနွယ်ဝင်ကောဟတ်၏ကျန်သောသား ချင်းစုတို့အား ဧဖရိမ်နယ်မြေထဲမှမြို့ အချို့ကိုသတ်မှတ်ပေးသည်။-
21 For they gave them Shechem with its suburbs in mount Ephraim, [to be] a city of refuge for the slayer; and Gezer with its suburbs,
၂၁သူတို့သည်ဧဖရိမ်တောင်ကုန်းဒေသတွင်ရှိ သောရှေခင်မြို့(ခိုလှုံရာမြို့တစ်မြို့၊) ဂေဇာမြို့၊-
22 And Kibzaim with its suburbs, and Beth-horon with its suburbs; four cities.
၂၂ကိဗဇိမ်မြို့၊ ဗေသောရုန်မြို့စသည့်မြို့လေး မြို့နှင့်ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ရှိစားကျက်များကိုရ ရှိကြသည်။-
23 And out of the tribe of Dan, Eltekeh with its suburbs, Gibbethon with its suburbs,
၂၃သူတို့သည်ဒန်နယ်မြေထဲမှဧလတေက မြို့၊ ဂိဗ္ဗသုန်မြို့၊-
24 Ajalon with its suburbs, Gath-rimmon with its suburbs; four cities.
၂၄အာဇလုန်မြို့၊ ဂါသရိမ္မုန်မြို့ စသည့်မြို့လေး မြို့နှင့်ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ရှိစားကျက်များကိုရရှိ ကြသည်။-
25 And out of the half-tribe of Manasseh, Taanach with its suburbs, and Gath-rimmon with its suburbs; two cities.
၂၅သူတို့သည်အနောက်မနာရှေနယ်မြေမှမြို့နှစ် မြို့ကိုရရှိကြသည်။ ယင်းတို့မှာပတ်ဝန်းကျင် ရှိစားကျက်များအပါအဝင်တာနက်မြို့နှင့် ဂါသရိမ္မုန်မြို့များဖြစ်သည်။-
26 All the cities [were] ten with their suburbs, for the families of the children of Kohath that remained.
၂၆သို့ဖြစ်၍ကျန်သောကောဟတ်သားချင်းစုသည် မြို့ကြီးစုစုပေါင်းဆယ်မြို့နှင့်ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ရှိ စားကျက်များကိုရရှိကြလေသည်။
27 And to the children of Gershon, of the families of the Levites, out of the [other] half-tribe of Manasseh [they gave] Golan in Bashan with its suburbs, [to be] a city of refuge for the slayer, and Beesh-terah with its suburbs; two cities.
၂၇လေဝိအနွယ်ဝင်ဂေရရှုံ၏သားချင်းစုတို့ သည်အရှေ့မနာရှေနယ်မြေမှမြို့နှစ်မြို့ ကိုရရှိကြ၏။ ၎င်းတို့မှာပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ရှိ စားကျက်များအပါအဝင်ဗာရှန်ပြည်ရှိ ဂေါလန်မြို့(ခိုလှုံရာမြို့တစ်မြို့) နှင့်ဗေရှ တေရမြို့တို့ဖြစ်သည်။-
28 And out of the tribe of Issachar, Kishon with its suburbs, Dabareh with its suburbs,
၂၈သူတို့သည်ဣသခါနယ်မြေမှမြို့လေးမြို့ ကိုရရှိကြ၏။ ယင်းတို့မှာပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ရှိ စားကျက်များအပါအဝင်ကိရှုန်မြို့၊ ဒါ ဗရေမြို့၊-
29 Jarmuth with its suburbs, En-gannim with its suburbs; four cities.
၂၉ယာမုတ်မြို့နှင့်အင်္ဂေန္နမ်မြို့တို့ဖြစ်ကြ၏။-
30 And out of the tribe of Asher, Mishal with its suburbs, Abdon with its suburbs,
၃၀သူတို့သည်အာရှာနယ်မြေထဲမှမြို့လေးမြို့ ကိုရရှိကြ၏။ ယင်းတို့မှာပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ရှိစား ကျက်များအပါအဝင်မိရှလမြို့၊ အာဗဒုန် မြို့၊-
31 Helkath with its suburbs, and Rehob with its suburbs; four cities.
၃၁ဟေလကတ်မြို့နှင့်ရဟောဘမြို့တို့ဖြစ်ကြ၏။-
32 And out of the tribe of Naphtali, Kedesh in Galilee with its suburbs, [to be] a city of refuge for the slayer; and Hammoth-dor with its suburbs, and Kartan with its suburbs; three cities.
၃၂သူတို့သည်နဿလိနယ်မြေမှမြို့သုံးမြို့ကို ရရှိကြ၏။ ယင်းတို့မှာပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ရှိစား ကျက်များအပါအဝင်ဂါလိလဲပြည်ရှိ ကေဒေရှမြို့(ခိုလှုံရာမြို့တစ်မြို့၊) ဟမ္မုဒ္ဒေါမြို့၊ ကာတံမြို့တို့ဖြစ်ကြ၏။-
33 All the cities of the Gershonites, according to their families, [were] thirteen cities with their suburbs.
၃၃သို့ဖြစ်၍ဂေရရှုံ၏သားချင်းစုသည်မြို့ ပေါင်းတစ်ဆယ့်သုံးမြို့နှင့် ယင်းတို့၏ပတ်ဝန်း ကျင်ရှိစားကျက်များကိုရရှိကြလေသည်။
34 And to the families of the children of Merari, the rest of the Levites, out of the tribe of Zebulun, Jokneam with its suburbs, and Kartah with its suburbs,
၃၄ကျန်ရှိနေသောလေဝိအနွယ်ဝင်ဖြစ်သည့်မေရာ ရိသားချင်းစုတို့သည် ဇာဗုလုန်နယ်မြေမှမြို့ လေးမြို့ကိုရရှိကြ၏။ ယင်းတို့မှာပတ်ဝန်းကျင် ရှိစားကျက်များအပါအဝင်ယောကနံမြို့၊ ကာတမြို့၊-
35 Dimnah with its suburbs, Nahalal with its suburbs; four cities.
၃၅ဒိမနမြို့၊ နဟာလာလမြို့တို့ဖြစ်ကြ၏။
36 And out of the tribe of Reuben, Bezer with its suburbs, and Jahazah with its suburbs,
၃၆သူတို့သည်ရုဗင်နယ်မြေမှမြို့လေးမြို့ကိုရရှိ ကြ၏။ ယင်းတို့မှာပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ရှိစားကျက် များအပါအဝင်ဗေဇာမြို့၊ ယဟာဇာမြို့၊-
37 Kedemoth with its suburbs, and Mephaath with its suburbs; four cities.
၃၇ကေဒမုတ်မြို့၊ မေဖတ်မြို့တို့ဖြစ်ကြ၏။
38 And out of the tribe of Gad, Ramoth in Gilead with its suburbs [to be] a city of refuge for the slayer; and Mahanaim with its suburbs,
၃၈သူတို့သည်ဂဒ်နယ်မြေမှမြို့လေးမြို့ကိုရရှိ ကြ၏။ ယင်းတို့မှာပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ရှိစားကျက် များအပါအဝင်ဂိလဒ်ပြည်ရှိရာမုတ်မြို့(ခို လှုံရာမြို့တစ်မြို့၊) မဟာနိမ်မြို့၊ ဟေရှဘုန်မြို့၊ ယာဇာမြို့တို့ဖြစ်ကြ၏။-
39 Heshbon with its suburbs, Jazer with its suburbs; four cities in all.
၃၉
40 So all the cities for the children of Merari by their families, which were remaining of the families of the Levites, were [by] their lot twelve cities.
၄၀သို့ဖြစ်၍မေရာရိသားချင်းစုသည်မြို့ပေါင်း တစ်ဆယ့်နှစ်မြို့ကိုရရှိကြသည်။
41 All the cities of the Levites within the possession of the children of Israel [were] forty and eight cities with their suburbs.
၄၁အချုပ်အားဖြင့်ဆိုသော်ဣသရေလအမျိုးသား တို့ပိုင်သောပြည်ထဲမှမြို့ပေါင်းလေးဆယ့်ရှစ်မြို့ နှင့်တကွ ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ရှိစားကျက်များကိုလေဝိ အနွယ်ဝင်တို့အားခွဲဝေသတ်မှတ်ပေးကြ၏။
42 These cities were every one with their suburbs around them. Thus [were] all these cities.
၄၂
43 And the LORD gave to Israel all the land which he swore to give to their fathers: and they possessed it, and dwelt in it.
၄၃ဤကဲ့သို့ထာဝရဘုရားသည်ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသားတို့၏ဘိုးဘေးတို့အားပေးမည်ဟု ကတိထားတော်မူသောပြည်တစ်ပြည်လုံးကို သူတို့အားပေးတော်မူ၏။ သူတို့သည်ထိုပြည် ကိုသိမ်းပိုက်၍အခြေစိုက်နေထိုင်ကြလေ သည်။-
44 And the LORD gave them rest on all sides, according to all that he swore to their fathers: and there stood not a man of all their enemies before them; the LORD delivered all their enemies into their hand.
၄၄ထာဝရဘုရားသည်သူတို့၏ဘိုးဘေးတို့အား ကတိထားတော်မူသည့်အတိုင်းတစ်ပြည်လုံး တွင်ငြိမ်းချမ်းသာယာမှုရှိလေ၏။ ထာဝရ ဘုရားသည်ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့အား ရန်သူရှိသမျှတို့ကိုတိုက်ခိုက်အောင်မြင် စေတော်မူ၏။ မည်သည့်ရန်သူကမျှသူတို့ ကိုမခုခံနိုင်။-
45 There failed not aught of any good thing which the LORD had spoken to the house of Israel; all came to pass.
၄၅ထာဝရဘုရားသည်ဣသရေလအမျိုး သားတို့အား ထားတော်မူသောကတိတော် ရှိသမျှအတိုင်းပြုတော်မူသတည်း။
