Job 31

1 I Made a covenant with my eyes; why then should I think upon a maid?

၁ငါသည်အပျို ကို မျှမကြည့်ရှု မည်အကြောင်း ၊ ကိုယ် မျက်စိ နှင့် ပဋိညာဉ် ဝန်ခံခြင်းကို ပြု ပြီ။

2 For what portion of God [is there] from above? and [what] inheritance of the Almighty from on high?

၂သို့မဟုတ်အထက် အရပ်က ဘုရား သခင်သည်အဘယ် ကျေးဇူးကို၎င်း၊ မြင့် ရာအရပ်က အနန္တ တန်ခိုးရှင်သည် အဘယ်သို့သော အမွေ ဥစ္စာကို၎င်း ပေးတော်မူမည်နည်း။

3 [Is] not destruction to the wicked? and a strange [punishment] to the workers of iniquity?

၃ဆိုး သောသူတို့ သည် ပျက်စီး ခြင်းသို့၎င်း၊ မ တရားသဖြင့် ကျင့် သောသူတို့သည် ဆုံးရှုံး ခြင်းသို့၎င်း ရောက်ရကြမည် မ ဟုတ်လော။

4 Doth not he see my ways, and count all my steps?

၄ဘုရားသခင်သည် ငါ သွားရာလမ်း တို့ကို မြင် တော်မူသည်မ ဟုတ်လော။ ငါ့ ခြေရာ ရှိသမျှ တို့ကို ရေတွက် တော်မူသည်မဟုတ်လော။

5 If I have walked with vanity, or if my foot hath hasted to deceit;

၅မုသာ လမ်းသို့ ငါလိုက် မိသော်၎င်း ၊ လှည့်စား ခြင်းငှါငါပြေး မိသော်၎င်း၊

6 Let me be weighed in an even balance, that God may know my integrity.

၆မှန် သောချိန်ခွင် ၌ ငါ့ ကိုချိန် ပါစေ။ ဘုရား သခင်သည် ငါ ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းကို သိ တော်မူပါစေ။

7 If my step hath turned out of the way, and my heart walked after my eyes, and if any blot hath cleaved to my hands;

၇ငါ သည်လမ်း လွှဲ မိသော်၎င်း ၊ ငါ့ စိတ် နှလုံးသည် ငါ့ မျက်စိ အလိုသို့လိုက် မိသော်၎င်း၊ ငါ့ လက် ၌ အညစ် အကြေးကပ် မိသော်၎င်း၊

8 [Then] let me sow, and let another eat; yes, let my offspring be rooted out.

၈ငါကြဲ သောမျိုးစေ့၏ အသီးအနှံကို သူတပါး စား ပါစေ။ ငါ့ ပျိုးပင် များကို သူတပါးနှုတ် ပါစေ။

9 If my heart hath been deceived by a woman, or [if] I have laid wait at my neighbor's door;

၉သူ့မယား ကို ငါ တပ်မက် မိသော်၎င်း ၊ အိမ်နီးချင်း တံခါး နား မှာ ငါချောင်း မိသော်၎င်း၊

10 [Then] let my wife grind to another, and let others bow down upon her.

၁၀ငါ့ မယား သည် သူတပါး ထံ ၌ ကြိတ်ဆုံကြိတ် ရ ပါစေ။ သူတပါး သည် ငါ့မယားကိုရှုတ်ချ ပါစေ။

11 For this [is] a hainous crime; yea, it [is] an iniquity [to be punished by] the judges.

၁၁ငါသည်ထိုသို့ ပြုမိလျှင် အပြစ် ကြီး၏။ ရာဇဝတ် ခံထိုက်သော အပြစ်ရှိ၏။

12 For it [is] a fire [that] consumeth to destruction, and would root out all my increase.

၁၂ထိုအပြစ်သည် အကုန်အစင်လောင် သောမီး ၊ ငါ့ စည်းစိမ် ရှိသမျှ ကိုသုတ်သင်ပယ်ရှင်း သောမီးဖြစ်၏။

13 If I despised the cause of my man-servant or of my maid-servant, when they contended with me;

၁၃ငါ့ ကျွန် နှင့် ငါ့ ကျွန် မသည် ငါ နှင့်တရား တွေ့စရာ အမှုရှိသောအခါ ၊ ငါနား မထောင်ဘဲနေမိလျှင်၊

14 What then shall I do when God riseth up? and when he visiteth, what shall I answer him?

၁၄ဘုရား သခင်ထ တော်မူသောအခါ အဘယ်သို့ ငါပြု ရမည်နည်း။ စစ်ကြော တော်မူသောအခါ အဘယ်သို့ ပြန် လျှောက်ရမည်နည်း။

15 Did not he that made me in the womb make him? and did not one fashion us in the womb?

၁၅ငါ့ ကို ဖန်ဆင်း တော်မူသောဘုရားသည် သူ့ ကိုလည်း ဖန်ဆင်း တော်မူသည်မ ဟုတ်လော။ တပါး တည်း သောဘုရားသည် ငါ တို့နှစ်ယောက်ကို အမိဝမ်း ထဲ ၌ဖန်ဆင်း တော်မူသည်မဟုတ်လော။

16 If I have withheld the poor from [their] desire, or have caused the eyes of the widow to fail;

၁၆ငါသည် ဆင်းရဲသား တောင့်တ သော အရာကို မ ပေးဘဲနေဘူးသလော။ မုတ်ဆိုးမ မျက်စိ ကို ပျက် စေခြင်းငှါပြုဘူးသလော။

17 Or have eaten my morsel myself alone, and the fatherless hath not eaten of it;

၁၇မိဘ မရှိသောသူတို့အား စား စရာကိုမ မျှဘဲ၊ ငါတ ယောက်တည်း စား ဘူးသလော။

18 (For from my youth he was brought up with me, as [with] a father, and I have guided her from my mother's womb; )

၁၈ဆင်းရဲသားသည် အဘ ထံမှာ နေသကဲ့သို့ ၊ ငါ့ အသက် ငယ်စဉ်ကာလမှစ၍ ငါ နှင့်အတူ ကျွေးမွေးခြင်းကိုခံ ပြီ။ ငါသည် ဘွားမြင် သောနေ့ မှစ၍ မုတ်ဆိုးမကို မစ ပြီ။

19 If I have seen any perish for want of clothing, or any poor without covering;

၁၉အဝတ် မ ရှိသောကြောင့်သေခြင်း သို့ ရောက် သော သူတစုံတယောက်နှင့် ၊ ခြုံ စရာမ ရှိဘဲ ဆင်းရဲ စွာနေသောသူ တစုံတယောက်ကို ငါမြင် ၍၊

20 If his loins have not blessed me, and [if] he hath not been warmed with the fleece of my sheep;

၂၀သူ ၏ခါး သည် ငါ့ ကို ကောင်းကြီး မ ပေး။ ငါ့ သိုး မွေး အားဖြင့် မနွေး ဘဲနေသော်၎င်း၊

21 If I have lifted up my hand against the fatherless, when I saw my help in the gate:

၂၁ရုံး တော်တွင် ငါ့ ဘက်၌ နေသောမင်းကို ငါသည် မြင် ၍ ၊ မိဘ မရှိသောသူကို ညှဉ်းဆဲ မိသော်၎င်း၊

22 [Then] let my arm fall from my shoulder-blade, and my arm be broken from the bone.

၂၂ငါ့ လက်မောင်း သည် ပခုံး က ကျ ပါစေ။ ငါ့ လက် ရိုး ကျိုး ပါစေ။

23 For destruction [from] God [was] a terror to me, and by reason of his highness I could not endure.

၂၃ငါ သည် ဘုရား သခင်ဖျက်ဆီး တော်မူခြင်းဘေး ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့ ၍ ၊ တန်ခိုး အာနုဘော်တော်ကြောင့် မ ပြစ်မှား ဝံ့ဘဲနေပါပြီ။

24 If I have made gold my hope, or have said to the fine gold, [Thou art] my confidence;

၂၄ငါ သည်ရွှေ ကိုကိုးစား ၍ ရွှေစင် အား ၊ သင်သည် ငါ ခိုလှုံ ရာဖြစ်၏ဟုဆို မိသော်၎င်း၊

25 If I have rejoiced because my wealth [was] great, and because my hand had gained much;

၂၅ငါ ၌စည်းစိမ် ကြီး ၍ များစွာသော ဥစ္စာရ တတ် သောကြောင့် ၊ ငါဝါကြွားဝမ်းမြောက် မိသော်၎င်း၊

26 If I have beheld the sun when it shined, or the moon walking [in] brightness;

၂၆ရောင်ခြည် ထွက်သောနေ ၊ ထွန်းလင်း လျက် သွား သောလ ကိုငါကြည့်ရှု သောအခါ၊

27 And my heart hath been secretly enticed, or my mouth hath kissed my hand:

၂၇ငါ့ စိတ် နှလုံးသည် တိတ်ဆိတ် စွာ နူးညွတ် ၍ ငါ့ လက် ကို ငါနမ်း မိသော်၎င်း၊

28 This also [were] an iniquity [to be punished by] the judge: for I should have denied the God [that is] above.

၂၈ရာဇဝတ် ခံထိုက်သော အပြစ်ရှိ၏။ အထက်အရပ်၌ ရှိတော်မူသောဘုရား သခင်ကို ငြင်းပယ် ရာ ရောက်၏။

29 If I have rejoiced at the destruction of him that hated me, or have lifted up myself when evil found him:

၂၉ငါ့ ကိုမုန်း သောသူသည် ပျက်စီး သောအခါ ငါဝမ်းမြောက် သလော။ သူ ၌ဘေး ရောက် သောအခါ ၊ ငါဝါကြွား သလော။

30 Neither have I suffered my mouth to sin by wishing a curse to his soul.

၃၀ငါသည်သူ့ အသက် ကို ကျိန်ဆဲ ၍၊ ကိုယ် နှုတ် ၌ အပြစ် ရောက်စေ ခြင်းငှါ အခွင့် မ ပေး။

31 If the men of my tabernacle have not said, Oh that we had of his flesh! we cannot be satisfied.

၃၁ငါ့ အိမ်သူ အိမ်သားတို့က၊ အဘယ်သူ သည် ငါတို့သခင်၏ အမဲသား ကို တောင့်တ၍ မ ဝ ဘဲနေရ သနည်းဟု မ ဆို တတ်သလော။

32 The stranger did not lodge in the street: [but] I opened my doors to the traveler.

၃၂ဧည့်သည် သည် လမ်း ၌ ညဉ့် ကို မ လွန်ရမည်အကြောင်း၊ ငါသည် ခရီး သွားသောသူတို့ အား ကိုယ် တံခါး ကို ဖွင့် ထားပြီ။

33 If I have covered my transgressions as Adam, by hiding my iniquity in my bosom:

၃၃ငါသည်လူ ပြုတတ်သကဲ့သို့ ၊ ကိုယ် ဒုစရိုက် ကိုဖုံး ၍၊ ကိုယ် ရင် ထဲ ၌ကိုယ် အပြစ် ကိုဝှက် ထားဘူးသလော။

34 Did I fear a great multitude, or did the contempt of families terrify me, that I kept silence, [and] went not out of the door?

၃၄ထိုသို့ပြုမိလျှင်၊ ကြီး သော ပရိသတ် ရှေ့မှာ ငါ့မျက်နှာ ပျက်ပါစေ။ လူ အမျိုးမျိုးတို့သည် ကဲ့ရဲ့ ၍ ငါ့ အရှက်ကွဲပါစေ။ အိမ်ပြင်သို့မ ထွက် ဘဲ တိတ်ဆိတ် စွာ နေရပါစေ။

35 Oh that one would hear me! behold, my desire [is], [that] the Almighty would answer me, and [that] my adversary had written a book.

၃၅တစုံတယောက် သောသူ သည် ငါ့ စကားကို နားထောင် ပါစေသော။ ငါ့ လက်မှတ် ကိုငါ ပေး မည်။ အနန္တ တန်ခိုးရှင်သည် ငါ့ ကိုစစ်ကြောတော်မူပါစေ။ ငါ့ တရား တွေ့ဘက်သည် စာ ထား ပါစေ။

36 Surely I would take it upon my shoulder, [and] bind it [as] a crown to me.

၃၆အကယ် စင်စစ်ထိုစာကို ပခုံး ပေါ် မှာ ငါတင် ထားပါမည်။ ဗေါင်း ကဲ့သို့ဆောင်းပါမည်။

37 I would declare to him the number of my steps; as a prince would I go near to him.

၃၇ငါသည် ကိုယ် အပြုအမူအလုံးစုံတို့ကို ဘော်ပြ ပါမည်။ မင်း ကဲ့သို့ အထံတော်သို့ ချဉ်းကပ် ပါမည်။

38 If my land crieth against me, or its furrows likewise complain;

၃၈ငါ့ မြေ သည် ငါ့ ကို အပြစ်တင်သဖြင့်၊ အော်ဟစ် ၍ လည်ချောင်းတို့သည် တညီတည်း မြည်တမ်း သော်၎င်း၊

39 If I have eaten the fruits of it without money, or have caused its owners to lose their life:

၃၉စရိတ် မ ကုန်ဘဲမြေအသီးအနှံ ကို ငါစား ၍ မြေဆိုင် သောသူတို့ကို ညှဉ်းဆဲ မိသော်၎င်း၊

40 Let thistles grow instead of wheat, and cockle instead of barley. The words of Job are ended.

၄၀စပါး ပင်အတွက် ဆူး ပင်ပေါက် ပါစေ။ မုယော ပင်အတွက် ဗောရှ ပင်ပေါက်ပါစေဟုမြွက်ဆို၏။ ယောဘ မြွက်ဆိုသောစကား ပြီး ၏။
