Job 11
1 Then answered Zophar the Naamathite, and said,
১তাতে নামাথীয়া চোফৰে উত্তৰ দিলে আৰু ক’লে,
2 Should not the multitude of words be answered? and should a man full of talk be justified?
২ইমান অধিক কথাৰ নো উত্তৰ দিয়া নাযায় নে? বহু কথা কোৱা মানুহক জানো নিৰ্দ্দোষী কৰা হ’ব?
3 Should thy falsehoods make men hold their peace? and when thou mockest, shall no man make thee ashamed?
৩তোমাৰ বলকনিয়ে জানো মানুহক নিমাত কৰিব? তুমি নিন্দা কৰিলে, কোনেও তোমাক লাজ নিদিব নে?
4 For thou hast said, My doctrine [is] pure, and I am clean in thy eyes.
৪কিয়নো তুমি কৈছা, “মোৰ মত ঠিক, আৰু মই তোমাৰ দৃষ্টিতে শুচি।”
5 But Oh that God would speak, and open his lips against thee;
৫কিন্তু অস, ঈশ্বৰে অনুগ্ৰহ কৰি কথা কোৱা হলে, আৰু তোমাৰ বিৰুদ্ধে নিজ মুখ মেলিলে;
6 And that he would show thee the secrets of wisdom, that [they are] double to that which is! Know therefore that God exacteth of thee [less] than thy iniquity [deserveth].
৬জ্ঞানৰ নিগূঢ় বিষয় প্ৰকাশ কৰিলে, ঈশ্বৰৰ বুদ্ধি-কৌশল যে অনেক প্ৰকাৰ, সেই বিষয়ে তেওঁ তোমাক জনোৱা হলে, কেনে ভাল আছিল! এই হেতুকে তুমি জানিবা যে, ঈশ্বৰে তোমাৰ অপৰাধৰ অধিক ভাগ এৰি পেলাইছে।
7 Canst thou by searching find out God? canst thou find out the Almighty to perfection?
৭তুমি অনুসন্ধান কৰি ঈশ্বৰৰ তত্ত্ব পাব পাৰা নে? তুমি সৰ্ব্বশক্তিমান জনাৰ সম্পূৰ্ণ তত্ত্ব লাভ কৰিব পাৰা নে?
8 [It is] as high as heaven; what canst thou do? deeper than hell; what canst thou know? (Sheol h7585)
৮সেয়ে আকশ-মণ্ডলৰ নিচিনা ওখ; তুমি কি কৰিব পাৰা? সেয়ে চিয়োলতকৈ অগাধ; তুমি কি জানিব পাৰা? (Sheol h7585)
9 The measure of it [is] longer than the earth, and broader than the sea.
৯তাৰ পৰিমাণ পৃথিবীতকৈয়ো দীঘল, আৰু সমুদ্ৰতকৈয়ো বহল।
10 If he shall cut off, and shut up, or gather together, then who can hinder him?
১০তেওঁ যদি পোনে পোনে আহে আৰু কোনোবা এজনক যদি আটক কৰি থয়, আৰু বিচাৰ-সভা পাতে, তেন্তে কোনে তেওঁক নিবাৰণ কৰিব পাৰে?
11 For he knoweth vain men: he seeth wickedness also; will he not then consider [it]?
১১কিয়নো তেওঁ দুষ্ট লোকক জানে, আৰু মনযোগ নিদিলেও তেওঁ অধৰ্ম দেখে।
12 For vain man would be wise, though man is born [like] a wild ass's colt.
১২কিন্তু অসাৰ মানুহ জ্ঞনশূন্য, এনে কি, মনুষ্য জন্মৰে পৰা বনৰীয়া গাধৰ পোৱালিস্বৰূপ।
13 If thou preparest thy heart, and stretchest out thy hands towards him;
১৩তুমি যদি নিজৰ মন শুদ্ধ কৰা, আৰু তেওঁৰ ফাললৈ হাত মেলা,
14 If iniquity [is] in thy hand, put it far away, and let not wickedness dwell in thy tabernacles.
১৪কিন্তু হাতত অধৰ্ম থাকিলে, তাক দূৰ কৰা, আৰু দুষ্টতাক নিজ তম্বুত থাকিব নিদিবা;
15 For then shalt thou lift up thy face without spot; yes, thou shalt be steadfast, and shalt not fear:
১৫তেন্তে তুমি অৱশ্যে নিষ্কলঙ্ক মুখ তুলিব পাৰিবা; এনে কি, সুস্থিৰে থাকিবা, ভয় নাপাবা,
16 Because thou shalt forget [thy] misery, [and] remember [it] as waters [that] pass away:
১৬কিয়নো তোমাৰ দুখ তুমি পাহৰি যাবা, ইয়াক বৈ গৈ নাইকিয়া হোৱা পানীৰ নিচিনা মনতে লাগিব।
17 And [thy] age shall be clearer than the noon-day: thou shalt shine forth, thou shalt be as the morning.
১৭তোমাৰ জীৱন দুপৰীয়াতকৈ নিৰ্ম্মল হ’ব, আৰু আন্ধাৰ হলেও, সেয়ে প্ৰভাতৰ নিচিনা হ’ব।
18 And thou shalt be secure, because there is hope; yes, thou shalt dig [about thee], [and] thou shalt take thy rest in safety.
১৮আশা থকা কাৰণে তুমি সাহিয়াল হবা; আৰু চাৰিওফালে বুজ-বিচাৰ লৈ নিশ্চিন্তমনে বিশ্ৰাম কৰিবা।
19 Also thou shalt lie down, and none shall make [thee] afraid; yes, many shall make suit to thee.
১৯তুমি শোওঁতে কোনেও তোমাক ভয় নেদেখুৱাব; বৰং অনেকে তোমাৰ আগত নিবেদন কৰিব।
20 But the eyes of the wicked shall fail, and they shall not escape, and their hope [shall be as] the expiration of the breath.
২০কিন্তু দুষ্টবোৰৰ চকু নিস্তেজ হ’ব, সিহঁতৰ আশ্ৰয় নষ্ট হব, আৰু প্ৰাণত্যাগেই সিহঁতৰ আশা হ’ব।
