Jeremiah 46
1 The word of the LORD which came to Jeremiah the prophet against the Gentiles;
১জাতি সমূহৰ বিষয়ে যিৰিমিয়া ভাববাদীৰ ওচৰলৈ অহা যিহোৱাৰ বাক্য।
2 Against Egypt, against the army of Pharaoh-necho king of Egypt, who was by the river Euphrates in Carshemish, whom Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon smote in the fourth year of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah.
২মিচৰৰ বিষয়। যোচিয়াৰ পুত্ৰ যিহূদাৰ ৰজা যিহোয়াকীমৰ ৰাজত্ব কালৰ চতুৰ্থ বছৰত বাবিলৰ ৰজা নবূখদনেচৰে পৰাজয় কৰা ফৰাৎ নদীৰ পাৰৰ কৰ্কমীচত থকা মিচৰীয়া ৰজা ফৰৌণ নখোৰ সৈন্য-সামন্তৰ বিষয়:
3 Order ye the buckler and shield, and draw near to battle.
৩তোমালোকে ঢাল আৰু ফৰ যুগুত কৰা আৰু যুদ্ধ কৰিবৰ বাবে ওচৰ চাপা।
4 Harness the horses; and mount, ye horsemen, and stand forth with [your] helmets; furbish the spears, [and] put on the coats of mail.
৪হে অশ্বাৰোহীসকল, ঘোঁৰাবোৰ সজোঁৱা, ঘোঁৰাত উঠা আৰু শিৰোৰক্ষক টুপী পিন্ধি, আগলৈ গৈ থিয় হোৱা, বৰচা জকমকোওৱা, কৱচ পিন্ধা।
5 Why have I seen them dismayed [and] turned away back? and their mighty ones are beaten down, and have fled apace, and look not back: [for] fear [was] on all sides, saith the LORD.
৫মই কিয় এনেকুৱা দেখিছোঁ? তেওঁলোক ব্যাকুল হৈছে, পাছ হুঁহকি গৈছে; তেওঁলোকৰ বীৰসকল বিহ্বল হৈ বেগাই পলাইছে আৰু পাছলৈ নাচায়; যিহোৱাই কৈছে, চাৰিওফালে ত্ৰাস।
6 Let not the swift flee away, nor the mighty man escape! they shall stumble, and fall towards the north by the river Euphrates.
৬বেগী লোক পলাই যাব নোৱাৰে, বীৰ সাৰিব নোৱাৰে; উত্তৰফালে ফৰাৎ নদীৰ পাৰত তেওঁলোকে উজুটি খাই পৰিছে।
7 Who [is] this [that] cometh up as a flood, whose waters are moved as the rivers?
৭যাৰ জল সমূহে নৈবোৰৰ দৰে আস্ফালন কৰিছে, নীল নদীৰ দৰে বাঢ়ি অহা সৌ জন কোন?
8 Egypt riseth up like a flood, and [his] waters are moved like the rivers; and he saith, I will go up, [and] will cover the earth; I will destroy the city and its inhabitants.
৮মিচৰৰ নীল নদীৰ দৰে বাঢ়ি আহিছে, আৰু তাৰ জল সমূহে নদীবোৰৰ দৰে আস্ফালন কৰিছে। আৰু সি কৈছে, ‘মই বাঢ়ি পৃথিৱী তল নিয়াম, নগৰ আৰু তাৰ নিবাসীসকলক নষ্ট কৰিম।’
9 Come up, ye horses; and rage, ye chariots; and let the mighty men come forth: the Cushites and the Libyans, that handle the shield; and the Lydians that handle [and] bend the bow.
৯হে ঘোঁৰাবিলাক, উঠি যোৱা, হে ৰথবিলাক, বাতুলৰ নিচিনাকৈ লৰি যোৱা: বীৰসকল ঢালধাৰী কুচ আৰু পূট আৰু ধনুৰ্দ্ধৰ ও ধনুত জোঁৰ দিয়া লুদীয়া লোকসকল বাহিৰ ওলাওঁক।
10 For this [is] the day of the Lord GOD of hosts, a day of vengeance, that he may avenge him of his adversaries: and the sword shall devour, and it shall be satiated and made drunk with their blood: for the Lord GOD of hosts hath a sacrifice in the north country by the river Euphrates.
১০কিয়নো এই দিন বাহিনীসকলৰ প্ৰভু যিহোৱাৰ দিন, তেওঁৰ শত্ৰুবোৰক প্ৰতিফল দিবলৈ শত্ৰুৰ প্ৰতিকাৰ সধা দিন; তৰোৱালে গ্ৰাস কৰি হেপাহ পলোৱাৰ আৰু তেওঁলোকৰ তেজ পান কৰি পৰিতৃপ্ত হ’ব; কিয়নো উত্তৰ দেশত ফৰাৎ নদীৰ পাৰত বাহিনীসকলৰ প্ৰভু যিহোৱাৰ এক যজ্ঞ হৈছে।
11 Go up into Gilead, and take balm, O virgin, the daughter of Egypt: in vain shalt thou use many medicines; [for] thou shalt not be cured.
১১হে কুমাৰী মিচৰ জীয়াৰী, তুমি গিলিয়দলৈ উঠি গৈ সুস্থজনক গছৰ ৰস লোৱা। তুমি বৃথা অনেক ঔষধ ব্যৱহাৰ কৰিছা, তোমাৰ কোনো সুস্থতা নাই।
12 The nations have heard of thy shame, and thy cry hath filled the land: for the mighty man hath stumbled against the mighty, [and] they have fallen both together.
১২জাতিবোৰে তোমাৰ অপমানৰ কথা শুনিছে, আৰু তোমাৰ চিঞৰৰ শব্দেৰে পৃথিৱী পৰিপূৰ্ণ হৈছে, কিয়নো বীৰে বীৰত খুন্দা খাই দুয়ো একেলগে পতিত হ’ল।
13 The word that the LORD spoke to Jeremiah the prophet, how Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon should come [and] smite the land of Egypt.
১৩বাবিলৰ ৰজা নবূখদনেচৰে আহি মিচৰ দেশ পৰাজয় কৰিবৰ বিষয়ে যিৰিমিয়া ভাববাদীক কোৱা যিহোৱাৰ বাক্য:
14 Declare ye in Egypt, and publish in Migdol, and publish in Noph and in Tahpanhes: say ye, Stand fast, and prepare thee; for the sword shall devour around thee.
১৪“তোমালোকে মিচৰত প্ৰচাৰ কৰা, মিগদোলত ঘোষণা কৰা, নোফ আৰু তহ্পন্হেচত ঘোষণা কৰা। তোমালোকে কোৱা, “তুমি আগলৈ গৈ থিয় হোৱা, নিজকে যুগুত কৰা; কিয়নো তৰোৱালে তোমাৰ চাৰিওফালে গ্ৰাস কৰিছে।”
15 Why are thy valiant [men] swept away? they stood not, because the LORD did drive them.
১৫তোমাৰ বলৱান জনক কেলেই পেলোৱা হ’ল? তেওঁ থিয় হৈ নাথাকিল; কিয়নো যিহোৱাই তেওঁক পেলালে।
16 He made many to fall, yes, one fell upon another: and they said, Arise, and let us go again to our own people, and to the land of our nativity, from the oppressing sword.
১৬তেওঁ অনেকক উজুটি খুৱালে, এনেকি তেওঁলোকে পৰস্পৰে পৰা-পৰি হ’ল; আৰু তেওঁলোকে ক’লে, “উঠা আমি এই সংহাৰক তৰোৱালৰ মুখৰ পৰা নিজ জাতিৰ ওচৰলৈ আৰু আমাৰ জন্মৰ দেশলৈ উলটি যাওঁহঁক।”
17 They cried there, Pharaoh king of Egypt [is but] a noise; he hath passed the time appointed.
১৭তেওঁলোকে তাত চিঞৰি ক’লে, “মিচৰৰ ৰজা ফৰৌণৰ সৰ্ব্বনাশ হ’ল; তেওঁ উপযুক্ত সময় বৃথা নষ্ট কৰিলে।”
18 [As] I live, saith the king, whose name [is] the LORD of hosts, Surely as Tabor [is] among the mountains, and as Carmel by the sea, [so] shall he come.
১৮বাহিনীসকলৰ যিহোৱা নামেৰে প্ৰখ্যাত ৰজাই কৈছে, “মোৰ জীৱনৰ শপত,” “পৰ্ব্বতবোৰৰ মাজত পর্ব্বত তাবোৰ যেনে, আৰু সমূদ্ৰ পাৰত থকা কৰ্মিল যেনে, নিশ্চয়ে তেওঁ তেনে হৈ আহিব।”
19 O thou daughter dwelling in Egypt, furnish thyself to go into captivity: for Noph shall be waste and desolate without an inhabitant.
১৯হে মিচৰ নিবাসিনী জীয়াৰী, বন্দী অৱস্থালৈ যাবৰ বাবে নিজৰ প্ৰয়োজনীয় বস্তু লোৱা; কিয়নো নোফ উচ্ছন্ন ঠাই হ’ব, দগ্ধ আৰু নিবাসীশূণ্য হ’ব।
20 Egypt [is like] a very fair heifer, [but] destruction cometh; it cometh out of the north.
২০মিচৰ অতি সুন্দৰী চেঁউৰী গৰু; কিন্তু উত্তৰ দিশৰ পৰা এটা ডাঁহ আহিল, পালেহি।
21 Also her hired men [are] in the midst of her like fatted bullocks; for they also have turned back, [and] have fled away together: they did not stand, because the day of their calamity had come upon them, [and] the time of their visitation.
২১তাইৰ মাজত থকা তাইৰ বেচ খোৱাবোৰ হৃষ্টপুষ্ট দামুৰিৰ সদৃশ; কিয়নো তেওঁলোকো বিমুখ হৈ গৈছে। একেবাৰে পলাইছে, থিয়কেই নিদিলে; কাৰণ তেওঁলোকৰ আপদৰ দিন, তেওঁলোকৰ দণ্ডৰ সময় তেওঁলোকৰ ওচৰত উপস্থিত।
22 The voice thereof shall go like a serpent; for they shall march with an army, and come against her with axes, as hewers of wood.
২২পলাই যাওঁতে, তাই যোৱা শব্দ সাপ যোৱা শব্দৰ দৰে হ’ব; কিয়নো শত্ৰুৱে সসৈন্যে যাত্ৰা কৰি, কাঠকটীয়াৰ দৰে কুঠাৰেৰে তাইক আক্ৰমণ কৰিব।
23 They shall cut down her forest, saith the LORD, though it cannot be searched; because they are more than the grasshoppers, and [are] innumerable.
২৩যিহোৱাই কৈছে, যদিও তাইৰ কাঠনি অগম্য, তথাপি তেওঁলোকে তাক কাটি পেলাব; কিয়নো তেওঁলোক অর্থাৎ শত্রুসকল ফৰিঙৰ জাকতকৈয়ো অধিক আৰু অসংখ্য।
24 The daughter of Egypt shall be confounded; she shall be delivered into the hand of the people of the north.
২৪মিচৰ জীয়াৰী লজ্জিত হ’ব; তাইক উত্তৰ-দেশীয়সকলৰ হাতত সমৰ্পণ কৰা হ’ব।”
25 The LORD of hosts, the God of Israel saith: Behold, I will punish the multitude of No, and Pharaoh, and Egypt, with their gods, and their kings; even Pharaoh, and [all] them that trust in him:
২৫ইস্ৰায়েলৰ ঈশ্বৰ বাহিনীসকলৰ যিহোৱাই কৈছে, “চোৱা, মই নোত থকা আমোনক, ফৰৌণক, মিচৰক আৰু তাৰ দেৱতাবোৰক আৰু তাৰ ৰজাসকলক, এনে কি ফৰৌণ আৰু তেওঁক ভাৰসা কৰা সকলোকে দণ্ড দিম।
26 And I will deliver them into the hand of those that seek their lives, and into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, and into the hand of his servants: and afterward it shall be inhabited, as in the days of old, saith the LORD.
২৬আৰু তেওঁলোকৰ প্ৰাণ বিচাৰি ফুৰাসকলৰ হাতত, বাবিলৰ ৰজা নবূখদনেচৰৰ আৰু তেওঁৰ প্ৰধান মন্ত্ৰীসকলৰ হাতত মই তেওঁলোকক সমপৰ্ণ কৰিম; তথাপি যিহোৱাই কৈছে, পাছত সেই দেশ আগৰ কালৰ দৰে বসতিস্থান হ’ব।
27 But fear not thou, O my servant Jacob, and be not dismayed, O Israel: for behold, I will save thee from afar, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and be in rest and at ease, and none shall make [him] afraid.
২৭“কিন্তু হে মোৰ দাস যাকোব, ভয় নকৰিবা, হে ইস্ৰায়েল ব্যাকুল নহ’বা; কিয়নো চোৱা, মই দূৰৰ পৰা তোমাক, আৰু বন্দী অৱস্থাত থকা দেশৰ পৰা তোমাৰ বংশক নিস্তাৰ কৰিম; তাতে যাকোব ঘূৰি আহি নিৰ্ভয় আৰু নিশ্চিত হৈ থাকিব, কোনেও তেওঁক ভয় নেদেখুৱাব।
28 Fear thou not, O Jacob my servant, saith the LORD: for I [am] with thee; for I will make a full end of all the nations whither I have driven thee: but I will not make a full end of thee, but correct thee in measure; yet will I not leave thee wholly unpunished.
২৮যিহোৱাই কৈছে, হে মোৰ দাস যাকোব, ভয় নকৰিবা; কিয়নো মই তোমাৰ লগত আছোঁ; কাৰণ, মই যি জাতিৰ মাজলৈ তোমাক খেদিলোঁ, সেই সকলো জাতিক মই নিঃশেষে সংহাৰ কৰিলেও, তোমাক নিঃশেষে সংহাৰ নকৰিম; কিন্তু তোমাক সুবিচাৰেৰে শাস্তি দিম, তোমাক কোনোমতেই দণ্ড নিদিয়াকৈ নেৰোঁ”’।”
