< Isaiah 45 >

1 Thus saith the LORD to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have held to subdue nations before him; and I will loose the loins of kings, to open before him the two-leaved gates, and the gates shall not be shut;

2 I will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight: I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut asunder the bars of iron:
Kai ni na hmalah ka cei vaiteh, kânging hoeh e hah ka kânging sak han. Rahum longkha hah be ka raphoe vaiteh, tarennae thing hai be ka bouk han.
3 And I will give thee the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that thou mayest know that I, the LORD, who call [thee] by thy name, [am] the God of Israel.
BAWIPA min ka kaw e Isarel Cathut lah ka o e hah na panue thai nahan, khohmo thung e râw hah na poe vaiteh, hro e hnopai hah na poe han.
4 For Jacob my servant's sake, and Israel my elect, I have even called thee by thy name: I have surnamed thee, though thou hast not known me:

5 I [am] the LORD, and [there is] none else, [there is] no God besides me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me:

6 That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that [there is] none besides me. I [am] the LORD, and [there is] none else.
Kai hloilah alouke khoeroe awm hoeh tie hah kanîtho koehoi kanîloum totouh a panue thai awh nahan, na panue awh hoeh nakunghai, na keng na yeng pouh han. Kai teh Jehovah doeh alouke khoeroe awm hoeh.
7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these [things].
Angnae ka sak teh hmonae ka o sak, roumnae ka o sak, yawthoenae hai ka o sak, hete hnopueng ka sak e BAWIPA kai doeh.
8 Drop down, ye heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness: let the earth open, and let them bring forth salvation, and let righteousness spring up together; I the LORD have created it.

9 Woe to him that contendeth with his Maker! [Let] the potsherd [contend] with the potsherds of the earth. Shall the clay say to him that fashioneth it, What makest thou? or thy work, He hath no hands?
Ama kasakkung ka taran e teh a yawkathout e lah ao. Talai hlaam thung dawk e hlaam rumram e ni, kasakkung koe bangpatet e lah maw na sak atipouh han maw. Hoehpawiteh, na kut ni a sak thai e banghai na thoum e awm hoeh ati han na maw.
10 Woe to him that saith to [his] father, What begettest thou? or to the woman, What hast thou brought forth?
A na pa koe bangpatet e maw na khe, a manu koe bangpatet e maw na vawn, ka tet e tami teh a yawthoe.
11 Thus saith the LORD, the Holy One of Israel, and his Maker, Ask me of things to come concerning my sons, and concerning the work of my hands command ye me.
Isarelnaw e Jehovah, Kathounge ni a dei e teh, ka tho hane hno hah kai koe het haw. Ka capanaw e kong hoi ka thaw tawk e kong dawk kâ na poe awh haw.
12 I have made the earth, and created man upon it: I, [even] my hands, have stretched out the heavens, and all their host have I commanded.
Talai ka sak teh avan kaawm e tami ka sak. Ka kut hoi kalvan ka phai teh ransahu hah kâ ka poe.
13 I have raised him up in righteousness, and I will direct all his ways: he shall build my city, and he shall let go my captives, not for price nor reward, saith the LORD of hosts.
Ama teh lannae hoi ka kangdue sak teh, a lamthungnaw hah kalan sak han. Ka khopui hah a kangdue sak han. Thongim paung e ka taminaw hah aphu laipalah, tawkphu hai patho laipalah, cetsak naseh telah ransahu BAWIPA ni a ti.
14 Thus saith the LORD, The labor of Egypt, and merchandise of Cush and of the Sabeans, men of stature, shall come over to thee, and they shall be thine: they shall come after thee; in chains they shall come over, and they shall fall down to thee, they shall make supplication to thee, [saying], Surely God [is] in thee; and [there is] none else, [there is] no God.

Cathut alouke khoeroe awm hoeh telah nangmouh koe kâheinae a sak awh han.
15 Verily thou [art] a God that hidest thyself, O God of Israel, the Savior.
Oe Isarel Cathut, rungngangkung ama lungpouk lahoi kâhrawk e Cathut roeroe doeh.
16 They shall be ashamed, and also confounded, all of them: they shall go to confusion together [that are] makers of idols.
Yeiraipo hoi ao awh han, abuemlah kayanae hoi ao awh han. Meikaphawk kasaknaw hah pouknae awm laipalah rei a cei awh han.
17 [But] Israel shall be saved in the LORD with an everlasting salvation: ye shall not be ashamed nor confounded world without end.
Isarelnaw hah yungyoe hloutnae hoi BAWIPA ni a rungngang han. A yungyoe hoi a yungyoe totouh poutnae awm laipalah kayayeirai awm mahoeh toe.
18 For thus saith the LORD that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I [am] the LORD; and [there is] none else.
Kalvan kasakkung BAWIPA ni ama teh Cathut, talai hai kasakkung lah ao. Ama ni talai hah a cak sak. Banglahai ka tho hoeh lah sak hoeh, tami o nahanelah a sak e doeh. Hettelah a dei, kai teh BAWIPA lah ka o, alouke khoeroe awm hoeh.
19 I have not spoken in secret, in a dark place of the earth: I have not said to the seed of Jacob, Seek ye me in vain: I the LORD speak righteousness, I declare things that are right.

20 Assemble yourselves and come; draw near together, ye [that have] escaped of the nations: they have no knowledge that set up the wood of their graven image, and pray to a god [that] cannot save.
Kamkhueng awh nateh tho awh haw. Miphun ka kuep reknae dawk hoi ka hlout e naw, cungtalah na hnai awh haw. Thing meikaphawk kasaknaw, tami ka rungngang thai hoeh e, cathut koe ouk karatoumnaw ni panuenae roeroe tawn awh hoeh.
21 Tell ye, and bring [them] near; yes, let them take counsel together: who hath declared this from ancient time? [who] hath told it from that time? [have] not I the LORD? and [there is] no God else besides me; a just God and a Savior; [there is] none besides me.

22 Look to me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I [am] God, and [there is] none else.
Talai pout totouh kaawm e pueng hah khenhaw! rungngang e lah awm hoeh. Bangkongtetpawiteh, kai teh Cathut lah ka o, alouke khoeroe awm hoeh.
23 I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth [in] righteousness, and shall not return, That to me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.
Khokpakhu hoi tami pueng ni ka hmalah a cuengkhuem awh han. Talai tami pueng ni ka hmalah thoe a kâbo awh hoi lawk a kam awh han. Lawk teh lannae hoi ka pahni dawk hoi a tâco vaiteh ban mahoeh toe.
24 Surely, shall [one] say, in the LORD have I righteousness and strength: [even] to him shall [men] come; and all that are incensed against him shall be ashamed.

25 In the LORD shall all the seed of Israel be justified, and shall glory.
Isarel ca catounnaw pueng BAWIPA dawk lannae lah o awh vaiteh, BAWIPA teh a bawilennae lah ao han telah a ti.
