Isaiah 34
1 Come near, ye nations, to hear; and hearken, ye people: let the earth hear, and all that is in it; the world, and all things that spring from it.
ହେ ଦେଶୀୟଗଣ, ନିକଟକୁ ଆସି ଶ୍ରବଣ କର, ହେ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀଗଣ, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ମନୋଯୋଗ କର; ପୃଥିବୀ ଓ ତତ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣତା ଶ୍ରବଣ କରୁ; ଜଗତ ଓ ତଦୁତ୍ପନ୍ନସକଳ ପଦାର୍ଥ ଶ୍ରବଣ କରୁ।
2 For the indignation of the LORD [is] upon all nations, and [his] fury upon all their armies: he hath utterly destroyed them, he hath delivered them to the slaughter.
କାରଣ ଦେଶୀୟ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତିକୂଳରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର କ୍ରୋଧ ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ସମସ୍ତ ସୈନ୍ୟସାମନ୍ତର ପ୍ରତିକୂଳରେ ତାହାଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଚଣ୍ଡ କୋପ ଅଛି; ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ରୂପେ ବିନାଶ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି, ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ହତ ହେବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ସମର୍ପଣ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି।
3 Their slain also shall be cast out, and their ill smell shall come up from their carcases, and the mountains shall be melted with their blood.
ସେମାନଙ୍କର ହତ ଲୋକମାନେ ବାହାରେ ନିକ୍ଷିପ୍ତ ହେବେ, ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଶବରୁ ଦୁର୍ଗନ୍ଧ ଉଠିବ ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ରକ୍ତରେ ପର୍ବତମାନ ତରଳି ଯିବ।
4 And all the host of heaven shall be dissolved, and the heavens shall be rolled together as a scroll: and all their hosts shall fall down, as the leaf falleth from the vine, and as a falling [fig] from the fig-tree.
ପୁଣି, ଆକାଶମଣ୍ଡଳର ସୈନ୍ୟ ସମସ୍ତେ କ୍ଷୟ ପାଇବେ ଓ ଗଗନମଣ୍ଡଳ ନଳାକାର ପୁସ୍ତକ ତୁଲ୍ୟ ଗୁଡ଼ା ହେବ; ଆଉ, ଯେପରି ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାଲତାର ଜୀର୍ଣ୍ଣପତ୍ର ଓ ଡିମ୍ବିରି ବୃକ୍ଷର ଜୀର୍ଣ୍ଣପତ୍ର, ସେହିପରି ସେମାନଙ୍କର ସୈନ୍ୟସାମନ୍ତସବୁ କ୍ଷୟ ପାଇବେ।
5 For my sword shall be bathed in heaven: behold, it shall come down upon Edom, and upon the people of my curse, to judgment.
କାରଣ ଆମ୍ଭର ଖଡ୍ଗ ସ୍ୱର୍ଗରେ ପରିତୃପ୍ତ ରୂପେ ପାନ କରିଅଛି; ଦେଖ, ବିଚାର ସାଧନାର୍ଥେ ତାହା ଇଦୋମର ଓ ଆମ୍ଭର ଅଭିଶପ୍ତ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ଉପରେ ପଡ଼ିବ।
6 The sword of the LORD is filled with blood, it is made fat with fatness, [and] with the blood of lambs and goats, with the fat of the kidneys of rams: for the LORD hath a sacrifice in Bozrah, and a great slaughter in the land of Edom.
ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଖଡ୍ଗ ରକ୍ତରେ ପରିତୃପ୍ତ, ମେଦରେ ଓ ଛାଗଗଣର ଗୁର୍ଦାର ମେଦରେ ପୁଷ୍ଟ ହୋଇଅଛି; କାରଣ ବସ୍ରାରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ଏକ ଯଜ୍ଞ ଓ ଇଦୋମ ଦେଶରେ ଏକ ମହାହତ୍ୟାକାଣ୍ଡ ହେବ।
7 And the unicorns shall come down with them, and the bullocks with the bulls; and their land shall be drenched with blood, and their dust made fat with fatness.
ପୁଣି, ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସଙ୍ଗେ ବନ୍ୟଗୋରୁ, ବୃଷଭ ସଙ୍ଗେ ଯୁବା ବୃଷ ଆସିବେ; ତହିଁରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଦେଶ ରକ୍ତରେ ମତ୍ତ ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଧୂଳି ମେଦରେ ପୁଷ୍ଟ ହେବ।
8 For [it is] the day of the LORD'S vengeance, [and] the year of recompenses for the controversy of Zion.
କାରଣ ଏହା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ପ୍ରତିଶୋଧର ଦିନ, ଏହା ସିୟୋନର ବିବାଦ ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧୀୟ ପ୍ରତିଫଳର ବର୍ଷ।
9 And its streams shall be turned into pitch, and its dust into brimstone, and its land shall become burning pitch.
ପୁଣି, ତହିଁର ସ୍ରୋତସବୁ ଝୁଣାରେ, ତହିଁର ଧୂଳି ଗନ୍ଧକରେ ପରିଣତ ହେବ ଓ ତହିଁର ଭୂମି ପ୍ରଜ୍ୱଳିତ ଝୁଣା ହେବ।
10 It shall not be quenched night nor day; the smoke of it shall ascend for ever: from generation to generation it shall lie waste; none shall pass through it for ever and ever.
ତାହା ଦିବାରାତ୍ର ନିର୍ବାଣ ହେବ ନାହିଁ; ତହିଁର ଧୂମ ସଦାକାଳ ଉଠିବ; ପୁରୁଷାନୁକ୍ରମେ ତାହା ମରୁଭୂମି ହୋଇ ରହିବ; ଅନନ୍ତକାଳ ତାହାର ମଧ୍ୟଦେଇ କେହି ଗମନ କରିବ ନାହିଁ।
11 But the cormorant and the bittern shall possess it; the owl also and the raven shall dwell in it: and he shall stretch out upon it the line of confusion, and the stones of emptiness.
ମାତ୍ର ପାଣିଭେଳା ଓ ଝିଙ୍କ ତାହା ଅଧିକାର କରିବେ; ଆଉ, ପେଚା ଓ ଡାମରା କାଉ ତହିଁ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବାସ କରିବେ; ପୁଣି, ସେ ତହିଁ ଉପରେ ଅବସ୍ତୁତାରୂପ ମାନରଜ୍ଜୁ ଓ ଶୂନ୍ୟତାରୂପ ଓଳମ ଟାଣିବେ।
12 They shall call her nobles to the kingdom, but none [shall be] there, and all her princes shall be nothing.
ସେମାନେ ତହିଁର କୁଳୀନମାନଙ୍କୁ ରାଜତ୍ୱ କରିବାକୁ ଡାକିବେ; ମାତ୍ର କେହି ସେଠାରେ ନ ଥିବେ ଓ ତହିଁର ଅଧିପତି ସମସ୍ତେ ଲୁପ୍ତ ହେବେ।
13 And thorns shall come up in her palaces, nettles and brambles in her fortresses, and it shall be a habitation of dragons, [and] a court for owls.
ତହିଁର ଅଟ୍ଟାଳିକାସକଳରେ କଣ୍ଟକ ଓ ତହିଁର ଦୁର୍ଗସବୁରେ ବିଛୁଆତି, କଣ୍ଟକଲତା ବଢ଼ିବ, ତାହା ଶୃଗାଳଗଣର ବାସସ୍ଥାନ ଓ ଓଟପକ୍ଷୀଗଣର ଚରାସ୍ଥାନ ହେବ।
14 The wild beasts of the desert shall also meet with the wild beasts of the isle, and the satyr shall cry to his fellow; the screech-owl also shall rest there, and find for herself a place of rest.
ପୁଣି, ସେଠାରେ ବନ୍ୟ ପଶୁଗଣ କେନ୍ଦୁଆମାନଙ୍କ ସଙ୍ଗେ ମିଳିବେ ଓ ଛାଗ ଦେବତା ଆପଣା ସଙ୍ଗୀକୁ ଡାକିବ; ଆହୁରି, ନିଶାଚର ସେଠାରେ ବାସ କରି ବିଶ୍ରାମ-ସ୍ଥାନ ପାଇବ।
15 There shall the great owl make her nest, and lay, and hatch, and gather under her shadow: there shall the vultures also be gathered, every one with her mate.
ସେହି ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଡିଆଁ ସର୍ପ ଆପଣା ବସା କରି ଡିମ୍ବ ଦେବ ଓ ଛୁଆ ଫୁଟାଇ ଆପଣା ଛାୟା ତଳେ ଏକତ୍ର କରିବ; ଆହୁରି, ଚିଲମାନେ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକେ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ସଙ୍ଗିନୀ ସହିତ ସେଠାରେ ଏକତ୍ର ହେବେ।
16 Seek ye out of the book of the LORD, and read: no one of these shall fail, none shall want her mate: for my mouth it hath commanded, and his spirit it hath gathered them.
ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ନଳାକାର ପୁସ୍ତକରୁ ଅନୁସନ୍ଧାନ କରି ପାଠ କର; ଏମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ କେହି ଅନୁପସ୍ଥିତ ହେବ ନାହିଁ, କେହି ଆପଣା ସଙ୍ଗିନୀବିହୀନ ହେବ ନାହିଁ; କାରଣ ମୋʼ ମୁଖ ଦ୍ୱାରା ସେ ଏହା ଆଜ୍ଞା କରିଅଛନ୍ତି ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କର ଆତ୍ମା ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ସଂଗ୍ରହ କରିଅଛି।
17 And he hath cast the lot for them, and his hand hath divided it to them by line: they shall possess it for ever, from generation to generation shall they dwell therein.
ପୁଣି, ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଗୁଲିବାଣ୍ଟ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କର ହସ୍ତ ପରିମାପକ ରଜ୍ଜୁ ଦ୍ୱାରା ତାହା ବିଭାଗ କରି ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦେଇଅଛି; ସେମାନେ ତାହା ସଦାକାଳ ଅଧିକାର କରିବେ, ସେମାନେ ପୁରୁଷାନୁକ୍ରମେ ତହିଁ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବାସ କରିବେ।
