Isaiah 10
1 Woe to them that decree unrighteous decrees, and that write grievousness [which] they have prescribed;
౧వితంతువులు తమకు కొల్లసొమ్ముగా ఉండాలనీ,
2 To turn aside the needy from judgment, and to take away the right from the poor of my people, that widows may be their prey, and [that] they may rob the fatherless!
౨తల్లిదండ్రులు లేని వాళ్ళను దోచుకోవాలనీ కోరి, అవసరతలో ఉన్న వాళ్లకు న్యాయం జరిగించకుండా చేసి, నా ప్రజల్లో ఉన్న పేదలకు హక్కులు లేకుండా చేసి, అన్యాయ నియమాలు విధించే వారికీ, బాధ కలిగించే శాసనాలు చేసే వారికీ బాధ.
3 And what will ye do in the day of visitation, and in the desolation [which] shall come from far? to whom will ye flee for help? and where will ye leave your glory?
౩తీర్పు రోజున, దూరం నుంచి వచ్చే నాశనదినాన మీరేం చేస్తారు? సాయం కోసం ఎవరి దగ్గరికి పారిపోతారు? మీ ఐశ్వర్యం ఎక్కడ ఉంచుతారు?
4 Without me they shall bow down under the prisoners, and they shall fall under the slain. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand [is] stretched out still.
౪నువ్వు బందీలైన వాళ్ళ కింద ముడుచుకుని దాక్కున్నావు. హతమైన వాళ్ళతోపాటు పడి ఉన్నావు. అయినా యెహోవా కోపం చల్లారలేదు. ఎత్తిన ఆయన చెయ్యి దెబ్బ కొట్టేందుకు ఇంకా ఎత్తే ఉంటుంది.
5 O Assyrian, the rod of my anger, and the staff in their hand is my indignation.
౫అష్షూరీయులకు బాధ, వాళ్ళు నా కోపానికి సాధనమైన గద. నా ఉగ్రతను తీర్చుకునే దుడ్డు కర్ర.
6 I will send him against a hypocritical nation, and against the people of my wrath will I give him a charge, to take the spoil, and to take the prey, and to tread them down like the mire of the streets.
౬భక్తిహీనులైన ప్రజల మీదకి నేను వాళ్ళను పంపిస్తాను. కొల్లసొమ్ము దోచుకోడానికీ, వేటాడింది తెచ్చుకోడానికీ, వాళ్ళను వీధుల్లో మట్టి తొక్కినట్టు తొక్కడానికీ, నా ఉగ్రతకు పాత్రులైన అహంకార ప్రజలకు విరోధంగా అతన్ని పంపిస్తాను.
7 Howbeit he meaneth not so, neither doth his heart think so; but [it is] in his heart to destroy and cut off nations not a few.
౭కాని అతడు ఆలా అనుకోడు. అది అతని ఉద్దేశం కాదు. నాశనం చెయ్యాలనీ, అనేకమందిని నిర్మూలం చెయ్యాలనీ అతని ఆలోచన.
8 For he saith, [Are] not my princes altogether kings?
౮అతను “నా అధిపతులందరూ మహారాజులు కారా?
9 [Is] not Calno as Carchemish? [is] not Hamath as Arpad? [is] not Samaria as Damascus?
౯కల్నో పట్టణం కర్కెమీషులాంటిదే కదా? హమాతు అర్పాదులాంటిది కాదా? షోమ్రోను దమస్కులాంటిది కాదా?
10 As my hand hath found the kingdoms of the idols, and whose graven images excelled them of Jerusalem and of Samaria;
౧౦విగ్రహాలను పూజించే రాజ్యాలు నా చేతికి చిక్కాయి గదా, వాటి విగ్రహాలు యెరూషలేము, షోమ్రోనుల విగ్రహాల కంటే ఎక్కువే గదా.
11 Shall I not, as I have done to Samaria and her idols, so do to Jerusalem and her idols?
౧౧షోమ్రోను పట్ల, దాని విగ్రహాల పట్ల నేను చేసినట్టు యెరూషలేము పట్ల, దాని విగ్రహాల పట్ల చెయ్యకుండా ఉంటానా” అంటాడు.
12 Wherefore it shall come to pass, [that] when the LORD hath performed his whole work upon mount Zion and on Jerusalem, I will punish the fruit of the stout heart of the king of Assyria, and the glory of his high looks.
౧౨సీయోను కొండ మీద, యెరూషలేము మీద ప్రభువు తన కార్యమంతా నెరవేర్చిన తరువాత ఆయన “నేను అష్షూరు రాజు హృదయ గర్వం కారణంగా అతని మాటను బట్టి, అతని కళ్ళల్లోని అహంకారపు చూపులను బట్టి, అతన్ని శిక్షిస్తాను” అంటాడు.
13 For he saith, By the strength of my hand I have done [it], and by my wisdom; for I am prudent: and I have removed the bounds of the people, and have robbed their treasures, and I have put down the inhabitants like a valiant [man]:
౧౩ఎందుకంటే అతడు, “నేను తెలివైన వాణ్ణి. నా బలంతో, నా బుద్ధితో అలా చేశాను. నేను దేశాల సరిహద్దులను మార్చి వాళ్ళ ఖజానాలను దోచుకున్నాను. మహా బలిష్ఠుడినై సింహాసనాల మీద కూర్చున్న వాళ్ళను కూలదోశాను.
14 And my hand hath found as a nest the riches of the people: and as one gathereth eggs [that are] left, have I gathered all the earth; and there was none that moved the wing, or opened the mouth, or peeped.
౧౪పక్షిగూటిలో ఒకడు చెయ్యి పెట్టినట్టు దేశాల ఆస్తి చేజిక్కించుకున్నాను. విడిచిపెట్టిన గుడ్లను ఏరుకున్నట్టు నేను భూమంతా సంపాదించుకున్నాను. ఏ పక్షీ రెక్కలు ఆడించలేదు, నోరు తెరవలేదు, కిచకిచలాడలేదు” అంటాడు.
15 Shall the ax boast itself against him that heweth with it? [or] shall the saw magnify itself against him that moveth it? as if the rod should shake [itself] against them that lift it, [or] as if the staff should lift [itself], [as if it were] no wood.
౧౫నరికేవాణ్ణి చూసి గొడ్డలి తన గురించి తాను ప్రగల్భాలు పలుకుతుందా? కోసేవాణ్ణి చూసి రంపం తన గురించి తాను పొగడుకుంటుందా? ఇది ఒక కర్ర తనను ఎత్తేవాణ్ణి పైకెత్తగలిగినట్టు ఉంది. ఒక గద ఒక వ్యక్తిని పైకి లేపగలిగినట్టు ఉంది.
16 Therefore will the LORD, the LORD of hosts, send among his fat ones leanness; and under his glory he will kindle a burning like the burning of a fire.
౧౬కాబట్టి, ప్రభువూ, సైన్యాలకు అధిపతి అయిన యెహోవా అష్షూరీయుల ప్రఖ్యాత యోధుల మీదకు బక్కచిక్కి కృశించిపోయే రోగం పంపిస్తాడు. వారు ఆయన మహిమ కింద అగ్ని రాజుకుని కాలిపోతారు.
17 And the light of Israel shall be for a fire, and his Holy One for a flame: and it shall burn and devour his thorns and his briers in one day;
౧౭ఇశ్రాయేలు దేవుని వెలుగు ఒక అగ్ని అవుతుంది. దాని పరిశుద్ధ దేవుడు ఒక జ్వాల అవుతాడు. అది అష్షూరు దేశపు బలురక్కసి చెట్లకూ, గచ్చపొదలకూ అంటుకుని ఒక్క రోజులో వాటిని మింగేస్తుంది.
18 And shall consume the glory of his forest, and of his fruitful field, both soul and body: and they shall be as when a standard-bearer fainteth.
౧౮ఒకడు వ్యాధితో క్షీణించిపోయినట్టు శరీర ప్రాణాలతోపాటు అతని అడవికీ అతని ఫలభరితమైన పొలాలకూ కలిగిన మహిమను అది నాశనం చేస్తుంది.
19 And the rest of the trees of his forest shall be few, that a child may write them.
౧౯అతని అడవిచెట్ల లెక్క ఎంత తగ్గిపోతుందంటే, ఒక పసివాడు వాటిని లెక్కపెట్టగలుగుతాడు.
20 And it shall come to pass in that day, [that] the remnant of Israel, and such as have escaped of the house of Jacob, shall no more again lean upon him that smote them; but shall lean upon the LORD, the Holy One of Israel, in truth.
౨౦ఆ రోజున ఇశ్రాయేలులో మిగిలినవాళ్ళు, యాకోబు కుటుంబీకుల్లో తప్పించుకున్నవాళ్ళు తమను హతం చేసిన వాణ్ణి ఇక ఎన్నడూ ఆశ్రయించకుండా ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల పరిశుద్ధ దేవుడైన యెహోవా మీద నిజంగా ఆధారపడతారు.
21 The remnant shall return, [even] the remnant of Jacob, to the mighty God.
౨౧యాకోబులో మిగిలిన వాళ్ళు బలవంతుడైన దేవునివైపు తిరుగుతారు.
22 For though thy people Israel be as the sand of the sea, [yet] a remnant of them shall return: the consumption decreed shall overflow with righteousness.
౨౨ఇశ్రాయేలూ, నీ ప్రజలు సముద్రపు ఇసుకలా ఉన్నా, దానిలో మిగిలిన వాళ్ళే తిరుగుతారు. ప్రవాహంలా పారే నీతి నిర్ణయించిన ప్రకారం ఆ దేశానికి సమూల నాశనం ప్రాప్తించింది.
23 For the Lord GOD of hosts will make a consumption, even determined, in the midst of all the land.
౨౩ఎందుకంటే ప్రభువూ, సైన్యాలకు అధిపతి అయిన యెహోవా భూమంతటా తాను నిర్ణయించిన సమూల నాశనం అమలు చెయ్యబోతున్నాడు.
24 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD of hosts, O my people that dwellest in Zion, be not afraid of the Assyrian: he shall smite thee with a rod, and shall lift up his staff against thee, after the manner of Egypt.
౨౪ప్రభువూ, సైన్యాలకు అధిపతి అయిన యెహోవా ఇలా అంటున్నాడు. “సీయోనులో నివాసం ఉంటున్న నా ప్రజలారా, అష్షూరుకు భయపడవద్దు. ఐగుప్తీయులు చేసినట్టు వాళ్ళు కర్రతో నిన్ను కొట్టి నీ మీద తమ దండం ఎత్తుతారు.
25 For yet a very little while, and the indignation shall cease, and my anger in their destruction.
౨౫అతనికి భయపడవద్దు. ఇంక కొద్ది కాలమైన తరువాత నీ మీద నా కోపం చల్లారుతుంది. నా కోపం అతని నాశనానికి దారి తీస్తుంది.”
26 And the LORD of hosts will raise up a scourge for him according to the slaughter of Midian at the rock of Oreb: and [as] his rod [was] upon the sea, so shall he lift it up after the manner of Egypt.
౨౬ఓరేబు బండ దగ్గర మిద్యానును ఓడించినట్టు సేనల ప్రభువైన యెహోవా తన కొరడాను అతని మీద ఝుళిపిస్తాడు. ఆయన ఐగుప్తులో చేసినట్టు తన కర్ర సముద్రం మీద ఎత్తి దాన్ని పైకెత్తుతాడు.
27 And it shall come to pass in that day, [that] his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing.
౨౭ఆ రోజున నీ భుజం మీద నుంచి అతని బరువు, నీ మెడ మీద నుంచి అతని కాడి తీసివేయడం జరుగుతుంది. నీ మెడ బలంగా ఉన్న కారణంగా ఆ కాడి నాశనం అవుతుంది.
28 He is come to Aiath, he is passed to Migron; at Michmash he hath laid up his furniture.
౨౮శత్రువు ఆయాతు దగ్గరికి వచ్చాడు, మిగ్రోను మార్గంగుండా వెళ్తున్నాడు. మిక్మషులో తమ సామగ్రి నిల్వ చేశాడు.
29 They have gone over the passage: they have taken up their lodging at Geba; Ramah is afraid; Gibeah of Saul hath fled.
౨౯వాళ్ళు కొండ సందు దాటారు, గెబలో బస చేశారు. రమా వణకుతోంది. సౌలు గిబ్యా నివాసులు పారిపోయారు.
30 Lift up thy voice, O daughter of Gallim: cause it to be heard to Laish, O poor Anathoth.
౩౦గల్లీము ఆడపడుచులారా, బిగ్గరగా కేకలు వేయండి. లాయిషా, ఆలకించు! అయ్యయ్యో, అనాతోతు!
31 Madmenah is removed; the inhabitants of Gebim gather themselves to flee.
౩౧మద్మేనా ప్రజలు పారిపోతున్నారు. గెబీము నివాసులు సురక్షిత ప్రాంతాలకు పరుగెత్తుతున్నారు.
32 As yet shall he remain at Nob that day: he shall shake his hand [against] the mount of the daughter of Zion, the hill of Jerusalem.
౩౨ఈ రోజే అతను నోబులో ఆగుతాడు. ఈ రోజే సీయోను కుమారి పర్వతం, యెరూషలేము కొండవైపు వాళ్ళు తమ పిడికిలి ఊపుతున్నారు.
33 Behold, the LORD, the LORD of hosts will lop the bough with terror: and the high ones of stature [shall be] hewn down, and the haughty shall be humbled.
౩౩చూడండి, ప్రభువూ, సైన్యాలకు అధిపతి అయిన యెహోవా భీకర శబ్దంతో కొమ్మలను తెగగొట్టినప్పుడు ఎత్తయిన చెట్లు కూలిపోతాయి. గంభీరమైనవి పడిపోతాయి.
34 And he shall cut down the thickets of the forests with iron, and Lebanon shall fall by a mighty one.
౩౪ఆయన అడవి పొదలను గొడ్డలితో నరుకుతాడు. ప్రఖ్యాతిగాంచిన లెబానోను కూలిపోతుంది.
