Exodus 13
1 And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
၁ထာဝရဘုရားက မောရှေအား``သားဦး ယောကျာ်းမှန်သမျှတို့ကိုငါ့အားဆက်ကပ် ကြရမည်။ ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့တွင် သားဦးယောကျာ်း၊ တိရစ္ဆာန်တို့တွင်သားဦး ပေါက်ဟူသမျှကိုငါပိုင်၏'' ဟုမိန့်တော် မူ၏။
2 Sanctify to me all the first-born, whatever openeth the womb among the children of Israel, [both] of man and of beast: it [is] mine.
၂
3 And Moses said to the people, Remember this day, in which ye came out from Egypt, out of the house of bondage; for by strength of hand the LORD brought you out from this [place]: there shall no leavened bread be eaten.
၃ထိုနောက်မောရှေက ဣသရေလအမျိုးသား တို့အား``ထာဝရဘုရားသည်မဟာတန်ခိုး တော်ဖြင့် သင်တို့ကျွန်ခံရာအီဂျစ်ပြည်မှ သင်တို့ကိုထုတ်ဆောင်ခဲ့သောနေ့ရက်ကို သတိရကြလော့။ ဤနေ့ရက်တွင်တဆေး ပါသောမုန့်ကိုမစားရ။-
4 This day ye came out in the month Abib.
၄သင်တို့သည်အဗိဗလခေါ်သောပထမလ အတွင်း ဤနေ့ရက်တွင်အီဂျစ်ပြည်မှထွက် ခွာလာရကြ၏။-
5 And it shall be when the LORD shall bring thee into the land of the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, which he swore to thy fathers to give thee, a land flowing with milk and honey; that thou shalt keep this service in this month.
၅ထာဝရဘုရားသည်ခါနန်အမျိုးသား၊ ဟိတ္တိ အမျိုးသား၊ အာမောရိအမျိုးသား၊ ဟိဝိ အမျိုးသား၊ ယေဗုသိအမျိုးသားတို့နေထိုင် ရာပြည်ကို သင်တို့အားပေးမည်ဟုသင်တို့၏ ဘိုးဘေးတို့ကိုခိုင်မြဲသောသစ္စာကတိထား တော်မူခဲ့၏။ ကိုယ်တော်ပို့ဆောင်၍သင်တို့သည် အစာရေစာပေါကြွယ်ဝ၍မြေသြဇာထက် သန်သောပြည်သို့ရောက်ရှိသောအခါ နှစ်စဉ် ပထမလတွင်ဤပွဲတော်ကိုကျင်းပရမည်။-
6 Seven days shalt thou eat unleavened bread, and in the seventh day [shall be] a feast to the LORD.
၆ခုနစ်ရက်ပတ်လုံးတဆေးမဲ့မုန့်ကိုစားပြီး လျှင် သတ္တမနေ့၌ထာဝရဘုရားပွဲတော် ကိုကျင်းပရမည်။-
7 Unleavened bread shall be eaten seven days: and there shall no leavened bread be seen with thee, neither shall there be leaven seen with thee in all thy quarters.
၇ခုနစ်ရက်ပတ်လုံးတဆေးပါသောမုန့်ကို မစားရ။ ထိုရက်အတွင်းသင်တို့နေထိုင်ရာ ပြည်တစ်လျှောက်လုံးတွင်တဆေးပါသော မုန့်ဖြစ်စေ၊ တဆေးဖြစ်စေမရှိစေရ။-
8 And thou shalt show thy son in that day, saying, [This is done] because of that [which] the LORD did to me when I came forth out of Egypt.
၈ထိုပွဲတော်စတင်ကျင်းပသောနေ့တွင်သင် ၏သားတို့အား`အီဂျစ်ပြည်မှငါတို့ထွက် ခွာလာစဉ်က ထာဝရဘုရားပြုတော်မူ သောကျေးဇူးတော်ကိုအောက်မေ့သည့်အထိမ်း အမှတ်ပွဲတော်ဖြစ်သည်' ဟုရှင်းပြရမည်။-
9 And it shall be for a sign to thee upon thy hand, and for a memorial between thy eyes; that the LORD'S law may be in thy mouth: for with a strong hand hath the LORD brought thee out of Egypt.
၉ထာဝရဘုရားသည်မဟာတန်ခိုးတော်ဖြင့် သင်တို့အားအီဂျစ်ပြည်မှထုတ်ဆောင်လာ သောကြောင့် သင်တို့သည်ထာဝရဘုရား၏ ပညတ်တော်ကိုအမြဲရွတ်ဆိုလေ့လာနေစေ ရန် ပွဲတော်သည်သင်တို့၏လက်သို့မဟုတ်သင် တို့၏နဖူးပေါ်တွင်ချည်ထားသောအမှတ်လက္ခ ဏာသဖွယ် သင်တို့အားသတိရစေလိမ့်မည်။-
10 Thou shalt therefore keep this ordinance in its season from year to year.
၁၀နှစ်စဉ်သတ်မှတ်သောအချိန်၌ဤပွဲတော်ကို ကျင်းပရမည်။
11 And it shall be when the LORD shall bring thee into the land of the Canaanites, as he swore to thee and to thy fathers, and shall give it to thee,
၁၁``ထာဝရဘုရားသည်သင်တို့နှင့်သင်တို့၏ဘိုး ဘေးတို့အားပေးမည်ဟု ခိုင်မြဲသောကတိသစ္စာ ထားသောခါနာန်ပြည်သို့သင်တို့ကိုပို့ဆောင် လိမ့်မည်။ ထိုပြည်သို့ရောက်သောအခါ၊-
12 That thou shall set apart to the LORD all that openeth the matrix; and every firstling that cometh of a beast which thou hast, the males [shall be] the LORD'S.
၁၂သင်တို့၌ဖွားမြင်သောသားဦးမှန်သမျှကို ထာဝရဘုရားအားဆက်ကပ်ရမည်။ သင်တို့ ၏တိရစ္ဆာန်များမှ သားဦးပေါက်အထီးမှန် သမျှကိုလည်းထာဝရဘုရားပိုင်တော် မူ၏။-
13 And every firstling of an ass thou shalt redeem with a lamb; and if thou wilt not redeem it, then thou shalt break his neck: and all the first-born of man among thy children shalt thou redeem.
၁၃သို့ရာတွင်သားဦးပေါက်မြည်းအထီးကိုသိုး ကလေးနှင့်လဲ၍ရွေးယူရမည်။ ထိုသို့လဲ၍ မရွေးယူလိုလျှင် မြည်းကလေး၏လည်ပင်း ကိုချိုးရမည်။ သင်တို့၏သားဦးယောကျာ်းမှန် သမျှကိုပြန်၍ရွေးယူကြရမည်။-
14 And it shall be when thy son asketh thee in time to come, saying, What [is] this? that thou shalt say to him, By strength of hand the LORD brought us out from Egypt, from the house of bondage:
၁၄နောင်အခါ၌သင်၏သားက`အဘယ်ကြောင့်ဤ သို့ပြုလုပ်ရပါသနည်း' ဟုမေးလျှင်`ထာဝရ ဘုရားသည်မဟာတန်ခိုးတော်ဖြင့် ငါတို့ကို ကျွန်ခံရာအီဂျစ်ပြည်မှထုတ်ဆောင်ခဲ့တော် မူ၏။-
15 And it came to pass, when Pharaoh would hardly let us go, that the LORD slew all the first-born in the land of Egypt, both the first-born of man, and the first-born of beasts: therefore I sacrifice to the LORD all that openeth the matrix, being males; but all the first-born of my children I redeem.
၁၅အီဂျစ်ဘုရင်သည်ခေါင်းမာ၍ငါတို့အား သွားခွင့်မပေးသောအခါ ထာဝရဘုရား သည်အီဂျစ်ပြည်၌ရှိသောလူနှင့်တိရစ္ဆာန် တို့၏သားဦးပေါက်မှန်သမျှတို့ကိုသေ ဒဏ်စီရင်တော်မူ၏။ ထိုအကြောင်းကြောင့် ငါတို့သည်တိရစ္ဆာန်သားဦးပေါက်မှန်သမျှ ကို ထာဝရဘုရားအားယဇ်ပူဇော်ရ၏။ သို့သော်လည်းငါတို့၏သားဦးများကို ပြန်၍ရွေးယူကြသည်။-
16 And it shall be for a token upon thy hand, and for frontlets between thy eyes: for by strength of hand the LORD brought us forth out of Egypt.
၁၆ထာဝရဘုရားသည်မဟာတန်ခိုးတော် ဖြင့် ငါတို့ကိုအီဂျစ်ပြည်မှထုတ်ဆောင်ခဲ့ ခြင်းကြောင့် ဤပွဲတော်သည်သင်၏လက်သို့ မဟုတ်သင်၏နဖူးပေါ်တွင်ချည်ထားသော အမှတ်လက္ခဏာသဖွယ် သင်တို့အားသတိ ရစေလိမ့်မည်' ဟုပြန်ပြောရမည်'' ဟူ၍ ပြောဆိုလေ၏။
17 And it came to pass, when Pharaoh had let the people go, that God led them not [through] the way of the land of the Philistines, although that [was] near, for God said, Lest peradventure the people repent when they see war, and they return to Egypt.
၁၇အီဂျစ်ဘုရင်သည်ဣသရေလအမျိုးသား တို့အားထွက်ခွင့်ပြုသောအခါ ထာဝရ ဘုရားသည်ဖိလိတ္တိမြို့သို့သွားသောပင် လယ်ကမ်းခြေဖြတ်လမ်းဖြင့် သူတို့ကိုပို့ ဆောင်တော်မမူ။ သူတို့သည်စစ်ပွဲတိုက်ရမည် ကိုသိမြင်လျှင်စိတ်ပြောင်း၍ အီဂျစ်ပြည် သို့ပြန်သွားကြမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်းဘုရားသခင်သိတော်မူ၏။-
18 But God led the people about, [through] the way of the wilderness of the Red Sea: and the children of Israel went up harnassed from the land of Egypt.
၁၈သို့ဖြစ်၍သူတို့အားတောကန္တာရခရီး ဖြင့် ဧဒုံပင်လယ်ဘက်သို့လှည့်ပတ်လျက် သွားစေတော်မူ၏။ ဣသရေလအမျိုးသား တို့တွင်စစ်ပွဲဝင်ရန်လက်နက်အပြည့်အစုံ ပါရှိကြ၏။
19 And Moses took the bones of Joseph with him: for he had strictly sworn the children of Israel, saying, God will surely visit you; and ye shall carry up my bones hence with you.
၁၉ယောသပ်ကဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့အား ကတိသစ္စာထားစေခဲ့သည့်အတိုင်း မောရှေ သည်ယောသပ်၏အရိုးတို့ကိုယူဆောင်ခဲ့ လေသည်။ ယောသပ်က``ဘုရားသခင်သည် သင်တို့ကိုကယ်တင်ထုတ်ဆောင်သောအခါ ငါ့အရိုးတို့ကိုဤအရပ်မှယူဆောင် သွားရမည်'' ဟုခိုင်မြဲသောကတိပြု စေ၏။
20 And they took their journey from Succoth, and encamped in Etham, in the edge of the wilderness.
၂၀သူတို့သည်သုကုတ်မြို့မှခရီးဆက်ခဲ့ကြ ရာ တောကန္တာရအစပ်ရှိဧသံမြို့တွင်စခန်း ချကြ၏။-
21 And the LORD went before them by day in a pillar of a cloud, to lead them in the way; and by night in a pillar of fire, to give them light: to go by day and night.
၂၁နေ့နှင့်ညအချိန်တွင်သူတို့အားလမ်းပြရန် ထာဝရဘုရားသည်နေ့အချိန်၌မိုးတိမ် တိုင်အဖြစ်ဖြင့်လည်းကောင်း၊ ညအချိန်၌ အလင်းရောင်ပေးရန်မီးတိုင်အဖြစ်ဖြင့် လည်းကောင်း သူတို့၏ရှေ့ကကြွတော်မူ၏။-
22 He took not away the pillar of the cloud by day, nor the pillar of fire by night, [from] before the people.
၂၂နေ့အချိန်၌မိုးတိမ်တိုင်၊ ညအချိန်၌မီး တိုင်သည်သူတို့ရှေ့ကအစဉ်မပြတ်သွား လေ၏။
