< Ephesians 2 >

1 And you [hath he revived], who were dead in trespasses and sins;
Eta çuec viuificatu çaituzte hilac cinetelaric faltetan eta bekatuetan:
2 In which in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience: (aiōn g165)
Ceinétan noizpait ebili içan baitzarete mundu hunen cursuaren araura, airearen bothereco princearen araura, cein baita desobedientiazco haourretan orain obratzen duen spiritua: (aiōn g165)
3 Among whom also we all had our manner of life in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.
Ceinén artean guc guciec-ere noizpait conuersatu vkan baitugu gure haraguiaren guthicietan eguiten guentuela, haraguiaren eta gure pensamenduén desirac: eta naturaz hiraren haour guinén berceac-ere beçala.
4 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love with which he loved us,
Baina Iainco misericordiaz abratsac bere charitate handi gu onhetsi gaituenagatic,
5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath made us alive together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved; )
Eta bekatuz hilac guinelaric, elkarrequin, Christez viuificatu vkan gaitu, ceinen gratiaz saluatu içan baitzarete:
6 And hath raised [us] up together, and made [us] sit together in heavenly [places], in Christ Jesus:
Eta resuscitatu vkan gaitu elkarrequin eta iar eraci ceruètan Iesus Christean.
7 That in the ages to come he might show the exceeding riches of his grace in [his] kindness towards us, through Christ Jesus. (aiōn g165)
Eracuts leçançát ethorteco diraden seculetan bere gratiaren abrastassun abundanta bere gureganaco benignitateaz Iesus Christean. (aiōn g165)
8 For by grace are ye saved, through faith; and that not of yourselves: [it is] the gift of God:
Ecen gratiaz saluatu içan çarete fedearen moienez: eta hori ez çuetaric: Iaincoaren dohaina da:
9 Not by works, lest any man should boast.
Ezobréz, nehor gloria eztadinçát.
10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
Ecen haren obrá gara Iesus Christean creatuac obra onetara, cein preparatu baititu Iaincoac hetan ebil guentecençát.
11 Wherefore remember, that ye [being] in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands;
Halacotz, orhoit çaitezte nola çuec noizpait Gentilac haraguian, Preputio deitzen baitzineten, haraguian Circoncisione deitzen denaz eta escuz eguiten denaz,
12 That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:
Baitzineten dembora hartan Christ gabe, Israeleco republicarequin deus communic etzindutelaric, eta promessaren alliancetaric estranger, sperançaric etzindutelaric, eta Iainco gabe munduan cinetelaric:
13 But now, in Christ Jesus, ye, who formerly were far off, are made nigh by the blood of Christ.
Baina orain Iesus Christean, çuec noizpait baitzineten vrrun, hurbildu içan çarete Christen odolaz.
14 For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition [between us];
Ecen hura da gure baquea, biac bat eguin dituena, eta bién arteco paretaren cerraillua hautsi duena:
15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, [even] the law of commandments [contained] in ordinances: to make in himself of two one new man, [so] making peace;
Bere haraguiaz abolituric etsaigoá, cein baita, manamenduetaco leguea, ordenancetan consistitzen dena, biéz bere baithan guiçon berribat eguin leçançát, baquea eguiten luela.
16 And that he might reconcile both to God in one body by the cross, having by it slain the enmity:
Eta biac gorputz batetan reconcilia lietzonçat, Iaincoari crutzeaz, hartan etsaigoá deseguinic.
17 And came and preached peace to you who were afar off, and to them that were nigh.
Eta ethorriric euangelizatu vkan drauçue baquea, çuey vrrungoey, eta hæy hurbilecoey.
18 For through him we both have an access by one Spirit to the Father.
Ecen harçaz dugu biéc Spiritu batetan sartze Aitagana.
19 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow-citizens with the saints, and of the household of God;
Etzarete beraz guehiagoric estrangér eta campoco, baina sainduén burgesquide, eta Iaincoaren domestico:
20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner -[stone];
Apostoluén eta Prophetén fundament gainean edificatuac, ceinen har cantoin principala baita Iesus Christ bera:
21 In whom all the building fitly framed together, groweth to a holy temple in the Lord:
Ceinetan edificio gucia elkarri eratchequiric, handitzen baita, temple saindu içateco Iaunean:
22 In whom ye also are built together, for a habitation of God through the Spirit.
Ceinetan çuec-ere elkarrequin edificatzen baitzarete Iaincoaren tabernacle çaretençát, Spirituaz.
