Deuteronomy 22
1 Thou shalt not see thy brother's ox or his sheep go astray, and hide thyself from them: thou shalt in any case bring them again to thy brother.
Você não verá o boi de seu irmão ou as ovelhas dele se desviarem e se esconderem deles. Você certamente os trará novamente a seu irmão.
2 And if thy brother shall not [be] nigh to thee, or if thou shalt not know him, then thou shalt bring it to thy own house, and it shall be with thee until thy brother shall seek after it, and thou shalt restore it to him again.
Se seu irmão não estiver perto de você, ou se você não o conhecer, então você o trará para casa, e ele estará com você até que seu irmão venha procurá-lo, e você o restituirá a ele.
3 In like manner shalt thou do with his ass; and so shalt thou do with his raiment; and with all lost things of thy brother's, which he hath lost, and thou hast found, shalt thou do likewise: thou mayest not hide thyself.
Assim você fará com o burro dele. Assim você fará com a roupa dele. Assim farás com cada coisa perdida de teu irmão, que ele perdeu e tu encontraste. Você não pode se esconder.
4 Thou shalt not see thy brother's ass or his ox fall down by the way, and hide thyself from them: thou shalt surely help him to lift [them] up again.
Você não verá o burro de seu irmão ou seu boi caído pelo caminho, e se esconderá deles. Você certamente o ajudará a erguê-los novamente.
5 A woman shall not wear that which pertaineth to a man, neither shall a man put on a woman's garment: for all that do so [are] abomination to the LORD thy God.
Uma mulher não vestirá roupas de homem, nem um homem vestirá roupas de mulher; pois quem faz estas coisas é uma abominação para Javé, vosso Deus.
6 If a bird's nest shall chance to be before thee in the way on any tree, or on the ground, [whether with] young ones, or eggs, and the dam sitting upon the young, or upon the eggs, thou shalt not take the dam with the young:
Se você encontrar um ninho de aves no caminho, em qualquer árvore ou no chão, com filhotes ou ovos, e a galinha sentada sobre os filhotes ou sobre os ovos, você não deve levar a galinha com os filhotes.
7 [But] thou shalt in any wise let the dam go, and take the young to thee; that it may be well with thee, and [that] thou mayest prolong [thy] days.
Você certamente deixará a galinha ir, mas as crias que você pode levar para si mesmo, para que ela possa estar bem com você, e para que você possa prolongar seus dias.
8 When thou buildest a new house, then thou shalt make a battlement for thy roof, that thou mayest not bring blood upon thy house, if any man shall fall from thence.
Quando você construir uma casa nova, então você deve fazer uma grade ao redor de seu telhado, para que não traga sangue em sua casa se alguém cair de lá.
9 Thou shalt not sow thy vineyard with divers seeds: lest the fruit of thy seed which thou hast sown, and the fruit of thy vineyard, should be defiled.
Você não semeará seu vinhedo com dois tipos de semente, para que não haja contaminação de todos os frutos, a semente que você semeou, e o aumento do vinhedo.
10 Thou shalt not plow with an ox and an ass together.
Você não lavrará com um boi e um burro juntos.
11 Thou shalt not wear a garment of divers sorts, [as] of woolen and linen together.
Você não usará roupas de lã e linho tecidas juntas.
12 Thou shalt make thee fringes upon the four quarters of thy vesture, with which thou coverest [thyself].
Vocês devem fazer-se franjas nos quatro cantos de seu manto com o qual se cobrem.
13 If any man shall take a wife, and go in to her, and hate her,
Se algum homem toma uma esposa, e vai até ela, a odeia,
14 And give occasions of speech against her, and bring an evil name upon her, and say, I took this woman, and when I came to her, I found her not a maid:
accuses ela de coisas vergonhosas, lhe dá um mau nome, e diz: “Eu tomei esta mulher, e quando cheguei perto dela, não encontrei nela os sinais de virgindade;”
15 Then shall the father of the damsel, and her mother, take and bring forth [the tokens of] the damsel's virginity to the elders of the city in the gate:
então o pai e a mãe da jovem levam e trazem os sinais da virgindade da jovem aos mais velhos da cidade no portão.
16 And the damsel's father shall say to the elders, I gave my daughter to this man for a wife, and he hateth her,
o pai da jovem dirá aos anciãos: “Eu dei minha filha a este homem como esposa, e ele a odeia”.
17 And lo, he hath given occasions of speech [against her], saying, I found not thy daughter a maid; and yet these [are the tokens of] my daughter's virginity. And they shall spread the cloth before the elders of the city.
Eis que ele a acusou de coisas vergonhosas, dizendo: 'Não encontrei em sua filha os sinais de virgindade;' e ainda assim estes são os sinais da virgindade de minha filha”. Eles devem espalhar o pano diante dos anciãos da cidade.
18 And the elders of that city shall take that man and chastise him;
Os anciãos daquela cidade pegarão o homem e o castigarão.
19 And they shall amerce him in a hundred [shekels] of silver, and give [them] to the father of the damsel, because he hath brought an evil name upon a virgin of Israel: and she shall be his wife; he may not put her away all his days.
Multá-lo-ão cem siclos de prata, e os darão ao pai da jovem, porque ele deu má fama a uma virgem de Israel. Ela será sua esposa. Ele não poderá prendê-la todos os seus dias.
20 But if this thing shall be true, [and the tokens of] virginity be not found for the damsel:
Mas se isto for verdade, que os sinais de virgindade não foram encontrados na jovem,
21 Then they shall bring out the damsel to the door of her father's house, and the men of her city shall stone her with stones that she may die: because she hath wrought folly in Israel, to be guilty of lewdness in her father's house: so shalt thou remove evil from among you.
então eles trarão a jovem para a porta da casa de seu pai, e os homens de sua cidade a apedrejarão até a morte, porque ela fez loucuras em Israel, para se fazer de prostituta na casa de seu pai. Assim, tirarão o mal do meio de vocês.
22 If a man shall be found lying with a woman married to a husband, then they shall both of them die, [both] the man that lay with the woman, and the woman: so shalt thou remove evil from Israel.
Se um homem for encontrado deitado com uma mulher casada com um marido, então ambos morrerão, o homem que se deitou com a mulher e a mulher. Assim, retirarão o mal de Israel.
23 If a damsel [that is] a virgin shall be betrothed to a husband, and a man shall find her in the city, and lie with her;
Se houver uma jovem que seja virgem e se comprometa a casar com um marido, e um homem a encontrar na cidade, e se deitar com ela,
24 Then ye shall bring them both out to the gate of that city, and ye shall stone them with stones that they may die; the damsel, because she cried not, [being] in the city; and the man, because he hath humbled his neighbor's wife: so thou shalt remove evil from among you.
levá-los-eis ambos até a porta daquela cidade, e os apedrejareis até a morte; a senhora, porque não chorou, estando na cidade; e o homem, porque humilhou a mulher de seu vizinho. Portanto, tirareis o mal do meio de vós.
25 But if a man shall find a betrothed damsel in the field, and the man shall force her, and lie with her; then the man only that lay with her shall die:
Mas se o homem encontrar a senhora que se compromete a casar no campo, e o homem a forçar e se deitar com ela, então somente o homem que se deitou com ela morrerá;
26 But to the damsel thou shalt do nothing; [there is] in the damsel no sin [worthy] of death: for as when a man riseth against his neighbor, and slayeth him, even so [is] this matter:
mas para a senhora nada fareis. Não há na senhora nenhum pecado digno de morte; pois como quando um homem se levanta contra seu próximo e o mata, mesmo assim é este o caso;
27 For he found her in the field, [and] the betrothed damsel cried, and [there was] none to save her.
pois ele a encontrou no campo, a senhora prometida em casamento chorou, e não havia ninguém para salvá-la.
28 If a man shall find a damsel [that is] a virgin, who is not betrothed, and lay hold on her, and lie with her, and they be found;
Se um homem encontra uma senhora que é virgem, que não se compromete a se casar, agarra-a e se deita com ela, e eles são encontrados,
29 Then the man that lay with her shall give to the damsel's father fifty [shekels] of silver, and she shall be his wife; because he hath humbled her, he may not put her away all his days.
então o homem que se deitou com ela dará ao pai da senhora cinqüenta siclos de prata. Ela será sua esposa, porque ele a humilhou. Ele não poderá afastá-la todos os seus dias.
30 A man shall not take his father's wife, nor discover his father's skirt.
A o homem não levará a esposa de seu pai, e não descobrirá a saia de seu pai.
