< Deuteronomy 20 >
1 When thou goest out to battle against thy enemies, and seest horses, and chariots, [and] a people more than thou, be not afraid of them: for the LORD thy God [is] with thee, who brought thee out of the land of Egypt.
Hagi ha' vahetaminema ha'ma hunaku'ma vanuta, hosi afuzmine, karisizmine, rama'a ha' vahetamima mani'nesageta kesuta, korora osiho. Na'ankure Ra Anumzana tamagri Anumzamo'ma Isipiti'ma tamavre atiramino tamavreno'ma e'nea Anumzamo'a tamagrane mani'ne.
2 And it shall be when ye are come nigh to the battle, that the priest shall approach and speak to the people,
Hagi ha'ma hunaku'ma urava'oma hanageno'a, pristi vahe'mo eramavugateno amanage huno tamasamino,
3 And shall say to them, Hear, O Israel, ye approach this day to battle against your enemies: let not your hearts faint, fear not, and do not tremble, neither be ye terrified because of them;
Israeli vahetamimota antahiho, ha' vahetamine ha'hunaku erava'o hazanki atrenkeno tamasumnamo'a fakro fakroa osina, tamahirahikura huta ha' vahetamigura korora osiho.
4 For the LORD your God [is] he that goeth with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you.
Na'ankure Ra Anumzana tamagri Anumzamo'a tamagrane nevuno, tamagri kaziga anteno ha' vahetmia hara huzmantesigeta hara huzmagateregahaze.
5 And the officers shall speak to the people, saying, What man [is there] that hath built a new house, and hath not dedicated it? let him go and return to his house, lest he should die in the battle, and another man should dedicate it.
Hagi sondia vahete (ofisa) kva vahe'mo'za sondia vahera amanage hu'za zamasamigahaze, kasefa noma kinte'neta ana noma nunamuma huta Anumzamofo azampima onte'nesuta, ete nontega viho. Na'ankure ha' kampima tamahena frisageno'a, tusi'a amuho huta kinte'nesaza nona, ru vahe'mo'za ana nompina manigahaze.
6 And what man [is he] that hath planted a vineyard, and hath not [yet] eaten of it? let him [also] go and return to his house, lest he should die in the battle, and another man should eat of it.
Hagi kasefa waini hoza kri'neta, ana hozafinti tagita one'nesamota, ete kumatega viho. Ha'ma hanafima tamahesageno ru vahe'mo'zama ana waini hozatamifinti'ma tagi'za nesageno'a, knarera osugahie.
7 And what man [is there] that hath betrothed a wife, and hath not taken her? let him go and return to his house, lest he should die in battle, and another man should take her.
Hagi izano a' erigahane hu'za huhampri' tamante'nesimota ete kumatega vuta umani'neta ana ara eriho. Ru ha'pima tamahesageno ru vahe'mo'za ana a'ma erisageno'a, haviza hugahie.
8 And the officers shall speak further to the people, and they shall say, What man [is there that is] fearful and faint-hearted? let him go and return to his house, lest his brethren's heart should faint as well as his heart.
Hagi mago'ane sondia vahe'mofo kva vahe'mo'za amanage hiho, koro'ma hanankeno kasumnamo'ma fakro fakroma hanimoka, mago'a tagri sondia vahetimofo zamazeri koro hugahazanki, ete kumatega viho.
9 And it shall be, when the officers have made an end of speaking to the people, that they shall make captains of the armies to lead the people.
Hagi vugota sondia kva vahe'mo'za nanekema huvaretenu'za, sondia vahera kevure kevure refko hunezmante'za kva vahe zamazeri oti'nage'za, mago mago kevurera kegava hugahaze.
10 When thou comest nigh to a city to fight against it, then proclaim peace to it.
Hagi mago kumate'ma ha'ma hunaku'ma vurava'o hanuta, ese'zana tamarimpa fruge huta hara huormantesunanki amne kumatmia tamigahazo huta zamantahigeho.
11 And it shall be, if it shall make thee answer of peace, and open to thee, then it shall be, [that] all the people [that are] found therein, shall be tributaries to thee, and they shall serve thee.
Hagi zamagrama ana kema antahi'za mago zamarimpa hu'za kuma kafazmima anagisageta ufresuta, ana kumapi vahera maka'mokizmigura hinke'za kazokazo eri'za vahe mani vagareho.
12 And if it will make no peace with thee, but will make war against thee, then thou shalt besiege it:
Hianagi ana kumapi vahe'mo'zama i'o nehu'za ha'ma huramantena, ana kumapi vahera ha' huzmanteho.
13 And when the LORD thy God hath delivered it into thy hands, thou shalt smite every male of it with the edge of the sword:
Hagi ana'ma hanageno'ma Ra Anumzana tamagri Anumzamo'ma ana kuma'ma tamazampima antena, maka venene'age bainati kazinteti zamahe frivagareho.
14 But the women, and the little ones, and the cattle, and all that is in the city, [even] all the spoil of it, shalt thou take to thyself: and thou shalt eat the spoil of thy enemies, which the LORD thy God hath given thee.
Hianagi maka a'nene, mofavreramine, zagagafane, maka zantamina ana kumapinti'ma erisaza zantamina tamagri su'ane. Hagi Ra Anumzana tamagri Anumzamo tamigahiankita, e'nerita musena hugahaze.
15 Thus shalt thou do to all the cities [which are] very distant from thee, which [are] not of the cities of these nations.
Hianagi tamagri kuma'mofo afete'ma me'nenia kumatmi anara hiho. Hanki anama ufre'naza mopafi kumatmina anara osiho.
16 But of the cities of these people which the LORD thy God doth give thee [for] an inheritance, thou shalt save alive nothing that breatheth:
Hianagi Ra Anumzana tamagri Anumzamo'ma tamami'nia mopafima me'nea kumatamimpima vahe'ene zagagafane zmasimu'ma eri'za nemanisaza zagaramina, magore hutma ozmatreta zamahehna hiho.
17 But thou shalt utterly destroy them, [namely], the Hittites, and the Amorites, the Canaanites, and the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites, as the LORD thy God hath commanded thee:
Hagi Ra Anumzana tamagri Anumzamo'ma hu'nea kante anteta, mika Hiti vahe'ma, Amori vahe'ma, Kenani vahe'ma, Perisi vahe'ma, Hivi vahe'ma, Jebusi vahera zamahe hana hiho.
18 That they may not teach you to do after all their abominations which they have done to their gods; so would ye sin against the LORD your God.
E'ina hinke'za kasrino havizama hu'nea avu'ava'ma hu'za havi anumza zmimofoma mono hunentaza zamavu'zmavara rempia huoraminketa, Ra Anumzana tamagri Anumzamofo avurera kumira osugahaze.
19 When thou shalt besiege a city a long time in making war against it to take it, thou shalt not destroy the trees of it by forcing an ax against them; for thou mayest eat of them: and thou shalt not cut them down (for the tree of the field [is] man's [life] ) to employ [them] in the siege:
Mago kuma'ma za'zate'ma avazagi kagita ha'ma huzmantesuta, nezafa ragama renentea zafaramina raga'a negahazanki amne zampina sa'umenura antagi otreho. Na'ankure zafaramina e'i tamagri ha' vahera omani'naze!
20 Only the trees which thou knowest that they [are] not trees for food, thou shalt destroy and cut them down; and thou shalt build bulwarks against the city that maketh war with thee, until it shall be subdued.
Hagi zafama antagisazana raga'ama one' zafage antagita hagina tro nehutma, hara hutma ana kumara erigahaze.
