2 Samuel 9
1 And David said, Is there yet any that is left of the house of Saul, that I may show him kindness for Jonathan's sake?
১পাছে দায়ূদে সুধিলে, “মই যোনাথনৰ কাৰণে যিজনলৈ দয়া ব্যৱহাৰ কৰিব পাৰিম, এনে চৌলৰ বংশৰ কোনো এতিয়াও অৱশিষ্ট আছেনে?”
2 And [there was] of the house of Saul a servant whose name [was] Ziba. And when they had called him to David, the king said to him, [Art] thou Ziba? And he said, Thy servant [is he].
২তাতে চীবা নামেৰে চৌলৰ যি এজন দাস আছিল, তেওঁক দায়ূদৰ ওচৰলৈ মাতি অনাত, ৰজাই তেওঁক সুধিলে, “তুমি চীবা হোৱানে?” তেওঁ ক’লে, “আপোনাৰ দাস মই, সেয়ে হওঁ।”
3 And the king said, [Is] there not yet any of the house of Saul, that I may show the kindness of God to him? and Ziba said to the king, Jonathan hath yet a son, [who is] lame in [his] feet.
৩পাছত ৰজাই সুধিলে, “মই ঈশ্বৰলৈ চাই যিজনক দয়া কৰিব পাৰোঁ, চৌলৰ বংশৰ এনে কোনো অৱশিষ্ট লোক নাই নে?” তাতে চীবাই ৰজাক ক’লে, “যোনাথনৰ দুয়োখন ভৰি খোৰা হোৱা এটি পুত্ৰ এতিয়াও অৱশিষ্ট আছে।”
4 And the king said to him, Where [is] he? And Ziba said to the king, Behold, he [is] in the house of Machir, the son of Ammiel, in Lo-debar.
৪ৰজাই তেওঁক সুধিলে, “তেওঁ ক’ত আছে?” চীবাই ৰজাক ক’লে, “চাওক, তেওঁ লো-দবৰাত অম্মীয়েলৰ পুতেক মাখীৰৰ ঘৰত আছে।”
5 Then king David sent, and brought him from the house of Machir, the son of Ammiel, from Lo-debar.
৫তেতিয়া দায়ুদ ৰজাই লো-দবৰালৈ মানুহ পঠিয়াই অম্মীয়েলৰ পুত্ৰ মাখীৰৰ ঘৰৰ পৰা তেওঁক অনোৱালে।
6 Now when Mephibosheth, the son of Jonathan, the son of Saul, had come to David, he fell on his face, and did reverence. And David said, Mephibosheth. And he answered, Behold thy servant!
৬পাছে চৌলৰ নাতিয়েক যোনাথনৰ পুত্ৰ সেই মফিবোচতে, দায়ূদৰ ওচৰলৈ আহি মাটিলৈ মুখ কৰি তেওঁক প্ৰণিপাত কৰিলে। তাতে দায়ূদে ক’লে, “হে মফিবোচৎ”, তেওঁ উত্তৰ দিলে, “চাওক, আপোনাৰ দাস আছোঁ।”
7 And David said to him, Fear not: for I will surely show thee kindness for the sake of Jonathan thy father, and will restore thee all the land of Saul thy father; and thou shalt eat bread at my table continually.
৭তেতিয়া দায়ূদে তেওঁক ক’লে, “ভয় নকৰিবা; কিয়নো মই তোমাৰ পিতৃ যোনাথনৰ কাৰণে অৱশ্যে দয়া কৰিম আৰু তোমাৰ পিতামহ চৌলৰ সকলো মাটি তোমাক ওলোটাই দিম; আৰু তুমি সদায় মোৰ মেজতে ভোজন কৰিবা।”
8 And he bowed himself, and said, What [is] thy servant, that thou shouldst look upon such a dead dog as I [am]?
৮তাতে মফীবোচতে প্ৰণিপাত কৰি ক’লে, “আপোনাৰ দাস মইনো কোন, যে মৰা কুকুৰৰ সদৃশ যি মই, মোলৈ আপুনি সু-দৃষ্টি কৰিছে?”
9 Then the king called to Ziba, Saul's servant, and said to him, I have given to thy master's son all that pertained to Saul, and to all his house.
৯পাছে ৰজাই চৌলৰ দাস সেই চীবাক মতাই ক’লে, “মই তোমাৰ প্ৰভুৰ পুত্ৰক, চৌলৰ আৰু তেওঁৰ সকলো বংশৰ সৰ্ব্বস্বকে দিলোঁ।
10 Thou therefore, and thy sons, and thy servants, shall till the land for him, and thou shalt bring in [the fruits], that thy master's son may have food to eat: but Mephibosheth thy master's son shall eat bread always at my table. Now Ziba had fifteen sons and twenty servants.
১০এই হেতুকে তুমি আৰু তোমাৰ পুত্ৰসকলে আৰু তোমাৰ বন্দীবোৰেও একেলগে তেওঁৰ সেই মাটিত খেতি কৰিবা আৰু তোমাৰ প্ৰভুৰ পুত্ৰৰ আহাৰৰ বাবে তাত উৎপন্ন হোৱা শস্য আনি দিবা৷ কিন্তু তোমাৰ প্ৰভুৰ পুত্ৰ মফিবোচতে সদায় মোৰ মেজতহে ভোজন কৰিব।” সেই চীবাৰ পোন্ধৰজন পুতেক আৰু বিশজন দাস আছিল।
11 Then said Ziba to the king, According to all that my lord the king hath commanded his servant, so shall thy servant do. As for Mephibosheth, [said the king], he shall eat at my table, as one of the king's sons.
১১তেতিয়া চীবাই ৰজাক ক’লে, “মোৰ প্ৰভু মহাৰাজে, তেওঁৰ এই দাসক যি আজ্ঞা দিছে, সেই দৰে তেওঁৰ এই দাসে সকলোকেই কৰিব।” ৰজাই আৰু কলে, “মফিবোচতে ৰাজকোঁৱৰৰ মাজৰ এজনৰ দৰে মোৰ মেজত ভোজন কৰিব।”
12 And Mephibosheth had a young son, whose name [was] Micah. And all that dwelt in the house of Ziba [were] servants to Mephibosheth.
১২সেই মফিবোচতৰ মীখা নামেৰে এজন ডেকা পুত্ৰ আছিল। চীবাৰ ঘৰত থকা আটাই লোক মফীবোচতৰ দাস আছিল।
13 So Mephibosheth dwelt in Jerusalem: for he ate continually at the king's table; and was lame in both his feet.
১৩আৰু মফিবোচতে যিৰূচালেমতে নিবাস কৰিলে আৰু তেওঁ নিতে নিতে ৰজাৰ মেজত ভোজন কৰিলে; যদিওবা তেওঁৰ দুয়োখন ভৰি খোৰা আছিল।
