1 Kings 4
1 So king Solomon was king over all Israel.
ଏହିରୂପେ ଶଲୋମନ ରାଜା ସମଗ୍ର ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ଉପରେ ରାଜା ହେଲେ।
2 And these [were] the princes which he had; Azariah the son of Zadok the priest,
ଏମାନେ ତାଙ୍କର ଅଧିପତି ଥିଲେ, ଯଥା, ସାଦୋକର ପୁତ୍ର ଅସରୀୟ ଯାଜକ ଥିଲେ।
3 Elihoreph and Ahiah, the sons of Shisha, scribes; Jehosaphat the son of Ahilud, the recorder.
ଶୀଶାର ପୁତ୍ର ଇଲୀହୋରଫ ଓ ଅହୀୟ ସମ୍ପାଦକ; ଅହୀଲୂଦର ପୁତ୍ର ଯିହୋଶାଫଟ୍ ଇତିହାସ ଲେଖକ
4 And Benaiah the son of Jehoiada [was] over the army: and Zadok and Abiathar [were] the priests:
ଓ ଯିହୋୟାଦାର ପୁତ୍ର ବନାୟ ସେନାପତି ଥିଲା; ପୁଣି, ସାଦୋକ ଓ ଅବୀୟାଥର ଯାଜକ ଥିଲେ;
5 And Azariah the son of Nathan [was] over the officers: and Zabud the son of Nathan [was] principal officer, [and] the king's friend:
ନାଥନର ପୁତ୍ର ଅସରୀୟ ଦେଶାଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷମାନଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଧାନ ଥିଲା ଓ ନାଥନର ପୁତ୍ର ସାବୁଦ୍ ଯାଜକ ଓ ରାଜାଙ୍କ ମିତ୍ର ଥିଲା।
6 And Ahishar [was] over the household: and Adoniram the son of Abda [was] over the tribute.
ପୁଣି, ଅହୀଶାର୍ ଗୃହାଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଥିଲା ଓ ଅବ୍ଦର ପୁତ୍ର ଅଦୋନୀରାମ୍ ବେଠିକର୍ମର ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଥିଲା।
7 And Solomon had twelve officers over all Israel, who provided victuals for the king and his household: each man his month in a year made provision.
ଆଉ ସମଗ୍ର ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ଉପରେ ଶଲୋମନଙ୍କର ବାର ଜଣ ଦେଶାଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଥିଲେ, ସେମାନେ ରାଜା ଓ ତାଙ୍କର ଗୃହ ପାଇଁ ଖାଦ୍ୟଦ୍ରବ୍ୟ ଯୋଗାଇଲେ; ପ୍ରତି ଜଣ ବର୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଏକ ଏକ ମାସ ପାଇଁ ଦ୍ରବ୍ୟ ଯୋଗାଇଲେ।
8 And these [are] their names: The son of Hur, in mount Ephraim:
ଆଉ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ନାମ ଏହି; ଇଫ୍ରୟିମର ପର୍ବତମୟ ଦେଶରେ ବିନ୍-ହୂର।
9 The son of Dekar, in Makaz, and in Shaalbim, and Beth-shemesh, and Elon-beth-hanan:
ମାକସ୍, ଶାଲବୀମ୍, ବେଥ୍-ଶେମଶ ଓ ଏଲୋନ-ବେଥ୍-ହାନନ୍ରେ ବିନ୍-ଦେକର;
10 The son of Hesed, in Aruboth; to him [pertained] Sochoh, and all the land of Hepher:
ଅରୁବୋତରେ ବିନ୍-ହେଷଦ୍; ସୋଖୋ ଓ ସମୁଦାୟ ହେଫର ପ୍ରଦେଶ ତାହାର ଅଧୀନ ଥିଲା;
11 The son of Abinadab, in all the region of Dor; who had Taphath the daughter of Solomon for a wife:
ସମୁଦାୟ ଦୋର ଉପପର୍ବତରେ ବିନ୍-ଅବୀନାଦବ୍; ତାହାର ଭାର୍ଯ୍ୟା ଶଲୋମନଙ୍କର କନ୍ୟା ଟାଫତ୍ ଥିଲା।
12 Baana the son of Ahilud; [to him pertained] Taanach and Megiddo, and all Beth-shean, which [is] by Zartanah beneath Jezreel, from Beth-shean to Abel-meholah, [even] to [the place that is] beyond Jokneam:
ତାନକ୍, ମଗିଦ୍ଦୋ, ବେଥ୍-ଶାନ୍ ଠାରୁ ଆବେଲ୍-ମହୋଲା ଓ ଯକମୀୟାମ୍ ପାରି ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ସର୍ତ୍ତନ ନିକଟବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ଯିଷ୍ରିୟେଲ ତଳେ ଥିବା ସମଗ୍ର ବେଥ୍-ଶାନରେ ଅହୀଲୂଦର ପୁତ୍ର ବାନା।
13 The son of Geber, in Ramoth-gilead; to him [pertained] the towns of Jair the son of Manasseh, which [are] in Gilead; to him [also pertained] the region of Argob, which [is] in Bashan, sixty great cities with walls and brazen bars:
ରାମୋତ୍-ଗିଲୀୟଦରେ ବିନ୍-ଗେବର; ମନଃଶିର ପୁତ୍ର ଯାୟୀରର ଗିଲୀୟଦସ୍ଥିତ ସମସ୍ତ ଗ୍ରାମ ତାହାର ଅଧୀନ ଥିଲା, ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ବାଶନସ୍ଥ ଅର୍ଗୋବ-ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଥିବା ପ୍ରାଚୀର-ବେଷ୍ଟିତ ଓ ପିତ୍ତଳ ଅର୍ଗଳବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ଷାଠିଏ ବୃହତ ନଗର ତାହାର ଅଧୀନ ଥିଲା;
14 Ahinadab the son of Iddo [had] Mahanaim:
ମହନୟିମରେ ଇଦ୍ଦୋର ପୁତ୍ର ଅହୀନାଦବ୍।
15 Ahimaaz [was] in Naphtali; he also took Basmath the daughter of Solomon for a wife:
ନପ୍ତାଲିରେ ଅହୀମାସ୍; ସେ ଶଲୋମନଙ୍କର କନ୍ୟା ବାସମତ୍କୁ ବିବାହ କରିଥିଲା।
16 Baanah the son of Hushai [was] in Asher and in Aloth:
ଆଶେର ଓ ବାଲୋତ୍ରେ ହୂଶୟର ପୁତ୍ର ବାନା।
17 Jehoshaphat the son of Paruah, in Issachar:
ଇଷାଖରରେ ପାରୁହର ପୁତ୍ର ଯିହୋଶାଫଟ୍;
18 Shimei the son of Elah, in Benjamin:
ବିନ୍ୟାମୀନ୍ରେ ଏଲାର ପୁତ୍ର ଶିମୀୟି;
19 Geber the son of Uri [was] in the country of Gilead, [in] the country of Sihon king of the Amorites, and of Og king of Bashan; and [he was] the only officer who [was] in the land.
ଇମୋରୀୟମାନଙ୍କ ରାଜା ସୀହୋନର ଓ ବାଶନର ରାଜା ଓଗ୍ର ଗିଲୀୟଦ ଦେଶରେ ଊରିର ପୁତ୍ର ଗେବର; ସେ ଦେଶରେ ସେ ଏକମାତ୍ର ଦେଶାଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଥିଲା।
20 Judah and Israel [were] many, as the sand which [is] by the sea in multitude, eating and drinking, and making merry.
ଯିହୁଦା ଓ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ଭୋଜନପାନ ଓ ଆମୋଦ ପ୍ରମୋଦ କରି ବାହୁଲ୍ୟ ହେତୁରୁ ସମୁଦ୍ରତୀରସ୍ଥ ବାଲୁକା ନ୍ୟାୟ ବହୁସଂଖ୍ୟକ ଥିଲେ।
21 And Solomon reigned over all kingdoms from the river to the land of the Philistines, and to the border of Egypt: they brought presents, and served Solomon all the days of his life.
ପୁଣି, ଶଲୋମନ (ଫରାତ୍) ନଦୀଠାରୁ ପଲେଷ୍ଟୀୟମାନଙ୍କ ଦେଶ ଓ ମିସର-ସୀମା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ସମସ୍ତ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଉପରେ ରାଜତ୍ୱ କଲେ; ଶଲୋମନଙ୍କର ଯାବଜ୍ଜୀବନ ସେମାନେ ଭେଟି ଆଣିଲେ ଓ ତାଙ୍କର ସେବା କଲେ।
22 And Solomon's provision for one day was thirty measures of fine flour, and sixty measures of meal.
ଶଲୋମନଙ୍କର ପ୍ରାତ୍ୟହିକ ଆୟୋଜନୀୟ ଦ୍ରବ୍ୟ ତିରିଶ ମହଣ ସରୁ ମଇଦା ଓ ଷାଠିଏ ମହଣ ସୁଜି,
23 Ten fat oxen, and twenty oxen out of the pastures, and a hundred sheep, besides harts, and roebucks, and fallow-deer, and fatted fowls.
ଆଉ ଦଶ ପୁଷ୍ଟ ଗୋରୁ ଓ ଚରାସ୍ଥାନରୁ କୋଡ଼ିଏ ଗୋରୁ ଓ ଏକ ଶହ ମେଷ, ଏହାଛଡ଼ା ଅନେକ ହରିଣ ଓ କୃଷ୍ଣସାର ଓ ବନଗୋରୁ ଓ ପୁଷ୍ଟ ପକ୍ଷୀ ଥିଲା।
24 For he had dominion over all [the region] on this side the river, from Tiphsah even to Azzah, over all the kings on this side of the river: and he had peace on all sides around him.
କାରଣ, ସେ ତିପ୍ସହଠାରୁ ଘସା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ (ଫରାତ୍) ନଦୀର ଏପାରିସ୍ଥିତ ସମସ୍ତ ଅଞ୍ଚଳର ରାଜାମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ କର୍ତ୍ତୃତ୍ୱ କଲେ; ପୁଣି, ତାଙ୍କର ଚତୁର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗସ୍ଥ ସବୁଆଡ଼େ ଶାନ୍ତି ଥିଲା।
25 And Judah and Israel dwelt safely, every man under his vine and under his fig-tree, from Dan even to Beer-sheba, all the days of Solomon.
ଏଣୁ ଶଲୋମନଙ୍କର ଯାବଜ୍ଜୀବନ ଦାନ୍ଠାରୁ ବେର୍ଶେବା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଯିହୁଦା ଓ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଲୋକ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାଲତା ଓ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ଡିମ୍ବିରିବୃକ୍ଷ ମୂଳରେ ନିରାପଦରେ ବାସ କଲେ।
26 And Solomon had forty thousand stalls of horses for his chariots, and twelve thousand horsemen.
ଆଉ ଶଲୋମନଙ୍କର ରଥ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଚାଳିଶ ସହସ୍ର ଅଶ୍ୱଶାଳା ଓ ବାର ସହସ୍ର ଅଶ୍ୱାରୋହୀ ଥିଲେ।
27 And those officers provided victuals for king Solomon, and for all that came to king Solomon's table, every man in his month: they lacked nothing.
ଆଉ ଶଲୋମନ ରାଜାଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଓ ଶଲୋମନ ରାଜାଙ୍କର ମେଜରେ ଭୋଜନକାରୀ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ପୂର୍ବୋକ୍ତ ଦେଶାଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷମାନଙ୍କର ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଜଣ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ନିରୂପିତ ମାସରେ ଖାଦ୍ୟଦ୍ରବ୍ୟ ଯୋଗାଇଲେ; ସେମାନେ କିଛି ଊଣା କଲେ ନାହିଁ।
28 Barley also and straw for the horses and dromedaries they brought to the place where [the officers] were, every man according to his charge.
ସେମାନଙ୍କର ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଜଣ ମଧ୍ୟ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ନିରୂପିତ କର୍ମାନୁସାରେ ଅଶ୍ୱ ଓ ଦ୍ରୁତଗାମୀ ବାହନସକଳ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷମାନଙ୍କ ଥିବା ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ଯବ ଓ ତୃଣ ଆଣିଲେ।
29 And God gave Solomon great wisdom and understanding, and largeness of heart, even as the sand that [is] on the sea-shore.
ଆହୁରି ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଶଲୋମନଙ୍କୁ ଅତିଶୟ ଜ୍ଞାନ ଓ ବୁଦ୍ଧି, ପୁଣି, ସମୁଦ୍ରତୀରସ୍ଥ ବାଲୁକା ନ୍ୟାୟ ମନର ବିସ୍ତୀର୍ଣ୍ଣତା ପ୍ରଦାନ କଲେ।
30 And Solomon's wisdom excelled the wisdom of all the children of the east country, and all the wisdom of Egypt.
ପୂର୍ବଦେଶୀୟ ଓ ମିସରୀୟ ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକଙ୍କର ସମୁଦାୟ ଜ୍ଞାନ ଅପେକ୍ଷା ଶଲୋମନଙ୍କର ଜ୍ଞାନ ଅଧିକ ହେଲା।
31 For he was wiser than all men; than Ethan the Ezrahite, and Heman, and Chalcol, and Darda, the sons of Mahol: and his fame was in all the surrounding nations.
କାରଣ, ସେ ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକଙ୍କଠାରୁ, ଇଷ୍ରାହୀୟ ଏଥନ୍ ଓ ମାହୋଲର ପୁତ୍ର ହେମନ ଓ କଲ୍କୋଲ୍ ଓ ଦର୍ଦା, ଏମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଅଧିକ ଜ୍ଞାନବାନ ଥିଲେ ଓ ଚତୁର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗସ୍ଥ ସକଳ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ତାଙ୍କର ସୁଖ୍ୟାତି ବ୍ୟାପିଲା।
32 And he spoke three thousand proverbs: and his songs were a thousand and five.
ସେ ତିନି ସହସ୍ର ନୀତିକଥା କହିଲେ ଓ ତାଙ୍କର ଗୀତ ଏକ ସହସ୍ର ପାଞ୍ଚ ଥିଲା।
33 And he spoke of trees, from the cedar tree that [is] in Lebanon even to the hyssop that springeth out of the wall: he spoke also of beasts, and of fowls, and of creeping animals, and of fishes.
ପୁଣି, ସେ ଲିବାନୋନର ଏରସ ବୃକ୍ଷଠାରୁ ପ୍ରାଚୀରରେ ଉତ୍ପନ୍ନ ଏସୋବ ତୃଣ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବୃକ୍ଷମାନର ବର୍ଣ୍ଣନା କଲେ; ସେ ପଶୁ ଓ ପକ୍ଷୀ ଓ ଉରୋଗାମୀ ପ୍ରାଣୀ ଓ ମତ୍ସ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କର ମଧ୍ୟ ବର୍ଣ୍ଣନା କଲେ।
34 And there came of all people to hear the wisdom of Solomon, from all kings of the earth, who had heard of his wisdom.
ପୁଣି, ପୃଥିବୀସ୍ଥ ଯେଉଁ ଯେଉଁ ରାଜା ଶଲୋମନଙ୍କର ଜ୍ଞାନ ବିଷୟ ଶୁଣିଥିଲେ, ସେମାନଙ୍କ ନିକଟରୁ ସର୍ବଦେଶୀୟ ଲୋକେ ତାଙ୍କର ଜ୍ଞାନର କଥା ଶୁଣିବାକୁ ଆସିଲେ।
