< 1 Corinthians 15 >
1 Moreover, brethren, I declare to you the gospel which I preached to you, which also ye have received, and in which ye stand;
Tua bek domngawl in, suapui te awng, note tung ah ka hil, na san sa uh le na din na uh lungdamna thupha kong pualak hi;
2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached to you, unless ye have believed in vain.
Tua tungtawn in ngupna na nga uh a, note kong hil thu sia phawk tawntung in na keamcing uh le, na upna uh sia mannung ngawl a suak thong batu hi.
3 For I delivered to you first of all, that which I also received, that Christ died for our sins, according to the scriptures;
Banghangziam cile a masabel in keima in zong ka sang a, note tung ah kong ap thu in, Christ sia laithiangtho bang in i mawna atu in thi hi;
4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
Taciang Ama sia ki vui a, laithiangtho bang in ni thum a cin ciang thokik hi:
5 And that he was seen by Cephas, then by the twelve:
Taciang Ama sia Peter in mu a, tua zawkciang sawmleni te in zong mu uh hi:
6 After that he was seen by above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain to this present, but some have fallen asleep.
Tua zawkciang, suapui za nga val te in thakhat in mu uh hi; tua te sung ah a tam zaw te tu ni dong in om lai uh hi, ahihang pawlkhat te thi zo uh hi.
7 After that he was seen by James; then by all the apostles.
Tua zawkciang in, James in zong mu a; taciang sawltak te a vekpi in mu uh hi.
8 And last of all he was seen by me also, as by one born out of due time.
A khakbel in a hun nawn ngawl ciang a piang khat bang in keima in zong ka mu hi.
9 For I am the least of the apostles, who am not worthy to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God.
Banghangziam cile keima sia sawltak te sung pan in a nobel ka hihi, Pathian pawlpi ka vawtsiat hu in sawltak, ci tu zong ka kilawm bua hi.
10 But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which [was bestowed] upon me, was not in vain; but I labored more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.
Ahihang ka hina bang ka hi thei na sia, Pathian thuthiamna hang a hihi: taciang ka tung ah hongpiak thuthiamna sia a thong hi ngawl hi; ahihang amate theampo sang in a dimlet in na ka seam hi: ahihang keima hi ngawl in, ka sung ah a om Pathian thuthiamna hi zaw hi.
11 Therefore whether [it was] I or they, so we preach, and so ye believed.
Tua ahikom keima ka hizong, amate ahizong, ka tangko uh a, note in na um uh hi.
12 Now if Christ is preached that he rose from the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead?
Tu in Christ sia thina pan thokik hi, ci in ka hil uh le, note sung ah mi pawlkhat te in bangbang in mithi te thawkikna om ngawl hi, ci thei uh ziam?
13 But if there is no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not raised.
Ahihang mithi te thawkikna om ngawl hile, Christ thokik ngawl hi:
14 And if Christ is not raised, then [is] our preaching vain, and your faith [is] also vain.
Taciang Christ thokik ngawl hile, ka thuhil na uh sia a luithathong a hihi, taciang na upna uh zong a luithathong a hihi.
15 And indeed we are found false witnesses of God; because we have testified concerning God that he raised up Christ: whom he raised not, if in truth the dead rise not.
Tua bek domngawl in kote sia Pathian i leilot tetti te ka suak uh hi; banghangziam cile Pathian in Christ sia thokiksak ngawl napi, thosak hi, ci in tetti ka pang uh hi: tabang hi thong le mithi te thokik ngawl hi.
16 For if the dead rise not, then is not Christ raised:
Banghangziam cile Christ thokik ngawl hile mithi te thokik ngawl hi:
17 And if Christ is not raised, your faith [is] vain; ye are yet in your sins.
Taciang Christ sia thokik ngawl hile, na upna uh a luithathong a hihi; note zong na mawna uh sung ah omlai na hi uh hi.
18 Then they also who have fallen asleep in Christ have perished.
Taciang Christ sung ah a musa te zong bocip hi.
19 If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable.
Christ sung ah i nei lametna sia hi leitung nuntakna atu bek hile, mihing theampo sung ah a khuangai huaibel te i hihi.
20 But now is Christ raised from the dead, [and] become the first-fruits of them that slept.
Ahihang tu in Christ sia thina pan thokik a, a musa te sung pan anpal masabel hong suak hi.
21 For since by man [came] death, by man [came] also the resurrection of the dead.
Mihing khat hang in thina hong thet bangma in, mihing khat hang in mithi te thawkikna hong theng hi.
22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.
Banghangziam cile Adam sung ah mi theampo a thi bangma in, Christ sung ah mi theampo nungtasak kik tu hi.
23 But every man in his own order: Christ the first-fruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming.
Ahihang mihing khatsim sia ama hun a cin ciang thokik tu a: Christ sia anpal masabel a hihi; tua zawkciang Christ hongpai ciang in, Ama mite thokik tu hi.
24 Then [cometh] the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule, and all authority, and power.
Tua zawkciang in Christ in a kumpingam sia Pa Pathian tung ah ap tu a; thuneina le vangletna theampo a khiaksiat zawkciang, a tawpna hong theng tu hi.
25 For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.
Banghangziam cile a ngal te theampo a peangnuai ah a koi siat dong, Ama in uk hamtang tu hi.
26 The last enemy [that] shall be destroyed [is] death.
A khakbel a siatsua tu ngal sia thina a hihi.
27 For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith, all things are put under [him], [it is] manifest that he is excepted who did put all things under him.
Banghangziam cile na theampo sia a peangnuai ah koi siat zo hi. Ahihang, na theampo sia Ama nuai ah, a ci ciang, na theampo peangnuai ah a koi pa sia kihel ngawl hi, ci hong kilangsak hi.
28 And when all things shall be subdued to him, then shall the Son also himself be subject to him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all.
Tapa i nuai ah na theampo a koisiat ciang, na theampo Ama nuai ah a koi pa Pathian ukna nuai ah Tapa zong om tu hi, tabang in Pathian sia a theampo i a theampo hi tu hi.
29 Else what will they do, who are baptized for the dead, if the dead rise not at all? why are they then baptized for the dead?
Mithi te thokik ngawl hile, mithi te atu in tui a ki phum te sia banglaw tu ziam? amate banghang in mithi te atu in tui ki phum ziam?
30 And why stand we in jeopardy every hour?
Taciang kote banghang in a tawntung in thinngim in om khu ziam?
31 I protest by your rejoicing which I have in Christ Jesus our Lord, I die daily.
Keima sia nisim in ka thi hi, ci sia ka Topa Christ Jesus sung ah ka nei, note ih lungdamna tungtawn in a khotak in ka pau ngam hi.
32 If after the manner of men I have fought with beasts at Ephesus, what advantage is it to me, if the dead rise not? let us eat and drink; for to-morrow we die.
33 Be not deceived: Evil communications corrupt good manners.
Kuama in hong theam heak tahen: mihing pha ngawl taw kithua na hu in ngeina pha te siatsua hi.
34 Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God. I speak [this] to your shame.
Thutang suana ah khanglo vun, taciang maw heak vun; banghangziam cile mi pawlkhat te in Pathian heakna a nei bua uh hi: hite sia na maizum natu uh in ka pau a hihi.
35 But some [man] will say, How are the dead raised? and with what body do they come?
Pawlkhat in, bangbang in a thisate ki thokiksak tu ziam? Amate in bangbang pumpi nei tu ziam? Ci tu nu hi.
36 [Thou] fool, that which thou sowest is not vivified except it die:
Nang a mawmaw pa, na ciin thaici a thi bale, nungta ngawl hi:
37 And that which thou sowest, thou sowest not that body that shall be, but bare grain; it may be of wheat, or of some other [grain]:
Taciang na ciin uh te sia a piang pheang tu a kung ciing ngawl nu hi, ahihang zungtang cii le tang cii te na ciing uh hi:
38 But God giveth it a body as it hath pleased him, and to every seed its own body.
Ahihang Pathian in ama lungkim pumpi pia hi, taciang thaici khatsim zong amate kung tek pia hi.
39 All flesh [is] not the same flesh; but [there is] one [kind of] flesh of men, another flesh of beasts, another of fishes, [and] another of fowls.
Sa theampo a vekpi in kibang ngawl hi: ahihang mihing sa nam khat hi a, nganhing te sa a namtuam, ngasa zong a namtuam hi a, taciang vacim sa zong a namtuam a hihi.
40 [There are] also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial [is] one, and the [glory] of the terrestrial [is] another.
Vantung pumpi te om hi, taciang leitung pumpi te zong om hi: ahihang vantung minthanna sia namkhat hi a, leitung minthanna sia namkhat a hihi.
41 [There is] one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars; for [one] star differeth from [another] star in glory.
Ni i vangletna a tuam hi a, tha i vangletna a tuam a hihi, taciang aksi te i vangletna zong a tuam tek a hihi: banghangziam cile aksi khat le khat i vangletna zong a tatuam a hihi.
42 So also [is] the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption, it is raised in incorruption:
Mithi te thawkikna zong tabangma a hihi. Hi thu sia a ciin ciang in a muat thei hi a; a thawkik ciang in muat thei ngawl hi:
43 It is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness, it is raised in power:
A ciin ciang in vang nei ngawl a; vangletna taw thokik hi: thaneam in ciing a; thahat nataw thokik hi:
44 It is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.
Cilesa pumpi in ciing a; tha pumpi taw thokik hi. Cilesa pumpi a om bangma in, tha pumpi zong om hi.
45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul, the last Adam [was made] a vivifying spirit.
Mihing masabel Adam sia mihing in vawt a; Adam khakbel ah a nungtasak sia thaa a hihi, ci in ki atkhol hi.
46 However, that [was] not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.
Ahihang thaa sia a masabel hi ngawl hi, cilesa om masa a; tua zawkciang in thaa om hi.
47 The first man [is] from the earth, earthy: the second man [is] the Lord from heaven.
A masabel mihing sia lei taw a ki vawt ahikom in lei pumpi a hihi: a ni na mihing sia vantung pan hongpai Topa a hihi.
48 As [is] the earthy, such [are] they also that are earthy: and as [is] the heavenly, such [are] they also that are heavenly.
Lei mite sia lei taw a ki vawt pa bangma a hihi: taciang van lam mi sia vantung pan hongpai pa bangma a hihi.
49 And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.
Taciang eite lei taw a ki vawt pa meal i puak bangma in, van pan hongpai pa meal zong i sun lai tu hi.
50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
Tu in suapui te awng, hi thu kong son hi, taksa le thisan in Pathian kumpingam lua thei ngawl hi; a muat thei khat in a muat thei ngawl ngamh lua thei ngawl hi.
51 Behold, I show you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
En vun, thuku khat kong lak hi; i vekpi in i mucip siat bua tu hi, ahihang i vekpi in i ki kheal tu hi,
52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet; for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
Tawmvei sung, mitphet sung ah a khakbel lemle hong tum tu a, taciang a thi te sia a muat thei ngawl in tho tu uh hi, taciang eite zong i ki kheal tu hi.
53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal [must] put on immortality.
Banghangziam cile hi a muat thei sia a muat thei ngawl sil tu a, taciang hi a thi thei in a thi thei ngawl sil tu hi.
54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.
Tua ahikom hi a muat thei in a muat thei ngawl sil tu a, taciang a thi thei in a thi thei ngawl a sil ciang in, thina sia zawna in lopval zo hi, ci in a ki atsa sia tangtung tu hi.
55 O death, where [is] thy sting? O grave, where [is] thy victory? (Hadēs )
Maw thina awng, na ngu koisung ziam? Maw thanmual awng, na zawna koisung ziam? (Hadēs )
56 The sting of death [is] sin; and the strength of sin [is] the law.
Thina i ngu sia mawna a hihi; taciang mawna i hatna sia thukham a hihi.
57 But thanks [be] to God, who giveth us the victory, through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Ahihang i Topa Jesus Christ tungtawn in zawna hong pia Pathian tung ah pokna theampo om tahen.
58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.
Tua ahikom, kong it suapui te awng, a khotak le a ngawk thei ngawl in om vun a, Topa sung ah na nasep uh a luithathong hi ngawl hi, ci na heak uh bangma in, Topa nasep sia tam seseam in seam tek tavun.
